Who had or will have assumed him to be female
His beautiful grey eyes shine when he's excited
Cloud over when he's downtrodden
Glaze when overcome with lust
Widen with fear
Do not shun him for choosing to love other men
Embrace him with an open mind and an understanding
That every person wishes to be loved by those they are close to
No matter what their sexual preference may be
Do not judge him for his heart's desires
As his beautiful grey eyes peer over his sleeping comrades
He realizes something
He has achieved all the acceptance he could ever want
And nothing, not even death, could take that away from him.
