After the ID4 invasion, the human race looks to the stars with dread. They know there are more enemies to fight, and they refuse to allow themselves to be battered down again. The Prothean ruins on Mars allow them a massive boon, but it opens up a test to see if their new philosophy to see all outsiders as hostile is true.

The Board is the regent entity of the Bureau, and possibly one of the most powerful to exist. But it is not the only one. There's always something worse out there. It will be up to shepard and the FBC director to stop them.

During the beginning of the Reaper War, Shepard is informed of a Prothean artifact claimed by Cerberus and sent to stop them. Little does he know is that soon, he will find himself and his crew in a world both familiar and alien to their own. (Undergoing revisions & minor rewriting.)
