"Terms and conditions are super important, you have to remember that."

"Uh... yes Master... but these terms..." Wendy was blushing an extremely bright red when she read over the contract that Naruto was given her. She was sitting next to Naruto, and they were waiting for Erza to show up for the contract deal. Or rather, the first photoshoot wasn't going to need a contract at all, since Erza agreed to it as part of a bet and not something financial.

"Obviously, we want Erza to show up for more photoshoots, so we're going to offer her a contract... we're still doing the shoot today even if she doesn't agree." Naruto explained as he rubbed the girl's shoulder. He wanted Wendy to sit down and watch the negotiations, since negotiations were the biggest part of securing any contract.

Now THAT was something Naruto was great at, his vast experience as the Hokage who saw more paperwork than any other Hokage in history promised him that ability. He could set up an extremely fair and balanced contract like nobodies business, but he wanted to pass down those skills to Wendy... despite the fact that Wendy was just a couple of years younger than he currently was in his current body.

"... some of these fetishes..." Wendy BLUSHED, and Naruto laughed.

"Erza can pick and choose, but she has to pick a few of them to sign off on... I'm not a monster who will use a contract to bend my models to my will. I want to know what they are comfortable with... and in a few months, we renew the contract and negotiate the fetishes again." Naruto explained as he trained her.

He wanted her to become able to handle things when he wasn't around, or he was busy enough that he needed somebody he could rely on.

"... months?" Wendy was surprised.

Weren't contracts suppose to last years?

"Yep, months... yeah, it means we spend a lot of time negotiating, but it also means we don't bind them OR us with long term contracts. Seems Erza is here... I can sense her magic." Naruto noticed the feeling that he had felt when he gambled with Erza. She had arrived close to 30 minutes before she was set to arrive for the meeting.

"I get to meet her..." Wendy muttered to herself in excitement.

She had read all about Erza in magazine articles about her.

"It is important that WE benefit from the contract, but it is just as important that models benefit. Contracts are give and take... if one side of the contract benefits too much and has to give nothing, it is unfair to one side. Just remember that... we WANT Erza to WANT to sign a contract with us, but we also don't want to do that at a huge COST to us." Naruto explained the basics of fair contracts.

Both sides needed to be willing to make sacrifices for a good contract, if one side gave everything, and the other side relented on nothing, that was not fair negotiations.

"Cost.." Wendy asked.

"... Like this... Erza can turn down some fetishes, but she HAS to agree to at least a few of them. Some of these fetishes are a bit... extreme, but others are completely normal... if Erza turns down all of them, then that is unreasonable... at the same time, it would be unreasonable for me to demand EVERYTHING or her... give..." Naruto gestured for Wendy to finish for him.

"... and take... but why negotiate every few months?" Wendy asked, because now she was getting a little more interested.

"Say she agrees to a fetish she has never tried before... and after doing a few photoshoots, she decides she doesn't like that fetish. Now, since she DID sign the contract, while the contract is in effect I will hold her to her promise... but when we negotiate again, she can change that part... also... if Erza turns out to be somebody the crew hates working with, we can choose NOT to renew her when it runs out." Naruto wanted Wendy to understand that she mattered as well.

If she hated working with a model, he didn't want to make his crew suffer through working with somebody they hated for too long. A few months was enough time for the crew to decide if they liked or hated a model, and if they could work with them.

"But..."

"Also... it also gives us a chance to see how certain models sell magazines. We can't operate at a profit loss, we just can't. So making the contracts very short lets us test the waters with new models. Give..." Naruto repeated, and Wendy smiled.

"-and take..." Wendy finished, and the door opened.

"I haved arrived early, and I hope that does not cause a problem for you!" Erza walked through the door with a huge aura of confidence in herself. She looked at Wendy for a moment, and tilted her head. "... is it okay for her to be here?" Erza pointed at Wendy, curious on if a young girl should be around when things kicked off.

Naruto waved his hand.

"Wendy is super important, she is my camera-girl... and she has some serious potential. She's smart too, so I want to show her the ropes. Now, before we shoot for the day... I would like to offer you a contract... want to sit down?" Naruto gestured to the chair across the table from him and Wendy. Naruto looked at Wendy, while Erza moved the chair and sat down in it. "Now, Wendy, I want you to be quiet and let us talk. Pay close attention, and after we're done... I want you to show Erza to the changing room."

"Yes, contract negotiations sound great." Erza spoke right after Naruto.

"Yes Master." Wendy, on the other hand, answered to Naruto. She promised that she would not speak while the meeting was going on. After Naruto explained the point of the contract, she was a little excited to see more in action. Naruto rubbed the top of her head with a grin, getting a blush from her, before he turned towards Erza and scooted his chair closer to his desk.

He slid a small stack of papers close to Erza.

"This is a very simple contract, not too long or wordy... it is legally binding, but you don't need this contract to do today's photoshoot. This contract is just for if you want to do future modeling for us. I'm letting you know, and you are free to take a copy of this contract to a lawyer, that there isn't anything hidden in there." Naruto told her with a warm, welcoming smile.

Erza looked at him with a tilted head.

Why the hell was Erza this cute, she was more cute than sexy?

"Nothing hidden huh." Erza stated as she took the stack.

"Now, on page 2 there will be a list of fetishes. You can turn down any fetish you don't think you can do, you just have to check the ones you are comfortable with... but I want to let you know, you do need to agree to at least... 4 or 5 of them for me to sign you." Naruto was going to be upfront with her on that as well.

"Oh... that sounds very reasonable." Erza stated as she flipped the page, having not finished the first page. She heard the fetish statement and was curious about them. She scanned a few of the sexual things that she could sign off on, and she her cheeks became pink at a few of them, while her face turned bright red at others. She kept reading the list, before she looked at Naruto. "... some of these..."

"Yeah, some of those are a bit... extreme, which I why I'm giving you a chance to turn down stuff you aren't comfortable with... but this is a porn magazine, so we can't really have a model that refuses to do anything." Naruto could see what she was thinking, and he agreed, but he would be a fool to not write down a list with extreme stuff, just to see if she would be comfortable with it. "... but if you check something... and I'm warning you... I WILL expect you to do what you promise to do, even if you don't like it."

"... yes, that is reasonable." Erza kind of frowned at that. "... how long is this contract for?"

"3 months... 3 months, and if we like you, and you like us... we can negotiate it again, and you can change the fetishes you're willing to do then. We won't break our promise to you, and any fetish you sign is your promise to us." Naruto explained very simply to her, while Erza turned back to the first page to start reading again.

Erza put the contract down on the table, crossed her arms, and leaned over it as she read it, her face becoming more a little confused/serious.

"I'm not getting royalties based on magazine sales?" Erza asked, throwing out words that she had heard before.

"Nope."

"Why?"

"Because, if you sign, then I'm going to pay you a negotiable flat rate. You will get X amount per photoshoot... period. If the magazine fails, you still get your pay. If the magazine doesn't sell a lot, you still get paid with a flat rate regardless... you will bare no risk of not getting paid, in exchange for not getting royalties... also models typically don't get royalties." Naruto deadpanned to Erza. He could tell that she was a complete newbie at negotiating contracts.

She was just saying things that she had heard someone say before, he could tell. She was smart, but at the same time she seemed extremely dumb.

"They don't!?"

"Why are... next topic... next topic, do you have any other questions?" Naruto asked her.

"So, am I actually going to be having sex... or..."

"If you sign, then yes... today, no. Today we are doing a full nude, a cover, a centerfold, and I'm going to have you do some interviews. I'm going to pay you today, but since I beat you in our bet, it won't as much as you would make if you sign. Also, I'll cover the costs for travel." Naruto went more into the answer than what she actually asked. Naruto opened a drawer in his desk, and he pulled out a few pictures. "... here are some of the sex scenes that are appearing in this issue of the magazine." Naruto passed the copies to Erza.

She looked at them, and her face became surprised.

"Wow! These are REALLY well done... and these really hot." Erza complimented the photos.

Now, Wendy turned bright red and looked down into her lap. She gripped her dress tightly, biting her cheeks to stop from commenting. Naruto told her to be quiet for the negotiations and learn. She blinked when Naruto grabbed the top of her head.

"Exactly, and this cutie here took those photos. She did a great job, so you're in good hands with her taking your photos. Honestly, I want to save YOUR sex debut for later... for something special." Naruto proudly praised Wendy for her good job. Wendy turned red and couldn't look Naruto in the face, but she kept her mouth shut.

"Wow, yeah, I can see how talented she is. The way she focuses in on what is hot... I can tell that I will look great in this pictures. So... if I sign... I will have to have sex... uh... what is this?" Erza pointed to something she just read in her suggested contract.

"Ah... that is the Fairy Tail clause."

"Huh?" Erza asked with complete confusion.

"You're a member of Fairy Tail... this says that if you, or any member of your guild who is with you at the time, destroys anything... causes any unreasonable damage to props, or property... then the damage will be subtracted from your pay." Naruto was going to 100% include that in ANY Fairy Tail guild member that he offered contracts to. "... this is non-negotiable. That is a condition you either have to accept, or I won't sign you." Naruto was upfront about that with her.

He wanted Erza to be absolutely sure to know that he was fully aware of her guild's reputation, and he expected her to put all her effort into avoiding damage. He could see how humiliated Erza felt in her face, because she froze and was shaking from the embrassment of being called out. She was so understanding of his point that she couldn't even say anything to defend herself on it.

"That seems... a little... like you're discriminating against my guild... right?" Erza tried to defend her guild's reputation.

Naruto leaned forward.

"Yes, I am 100% discriminating against your guild... and it is 100% justified... your reputation is well known by this point. Tell me, is my concern justified?" Naruto asked her as he didn't blink. He made strong eye contact with her, and she looked away from him. She turned bright red, looked down into her lap, before she nodded her head.

"I'll... do my best to not break anything."

"Good, and of course... I'm talking about things you could reasonably avoid. I'm not going to be unfair to you, or anyone in your guild either. If it is a genuine accident... say you tripped and knocked a vase over, I won't hold that against you." Naruto did ease her concerns. He didn't want her to be stressed out everytime she showed up, being on edge would effect her work. Also, he fully understood that accidents would always happen.

Accidents and just plain idiocy are not the same thing, which is why he made sure to write in the contract the "unreasonable" part.

"So... if a bad guy shows up... and starts-"

"You don't fight if I'm there. If I'm on set, then I will take care of it. If I am not on set, and nobody else can handle it... then you can fight." Naruto stared into her very soul when he said that.

'His gaze is so intense... it's like he is staring into my soul.' Erza had never felt so naked before in her life, and she had stripped naked in public many times. She felt like every layer of her entire being had been stripped down. She was more naked than a newborn, and she just could not maintain eye contact when he was sending her a look so intense. "... Understood." Erza didn't look him in the eyes, she sent him a thumbs up.

His intense aura vanished, and she breathed calmly. She was able to look him in the eyes, and found that he was no longer staring into her soul.

"Okay, so where do I sign?" Erza looked through the fetishes, and she started to check off a few that she had read about before. Anything that sounded even remotely familiar to her, she checked it off as something she was willing. The only things she didn't check off were things that grossed her out when she read it in her books... and when she borrowed books from Levy that had it in them. "Ah... here... and here..." Erza started to sign everywhere where it called for her name.

To her, the terms of the contract seemed overall okay.

"Before you finish signing, maybe you should have your model friend Mirajane take a look at it for you. She must have more experience with these situations. It never hurts to have a second opinion before you make these choices. Bring it back with your answer in a week if you want." Naruto stated to Erza.

Erza nodded her head.

"Thank you for the advice! I will show it to her, and get her opinion. Are we done here, and can I go get ready?" Erza was excited to get her pictures taken, and even do the interviews.

Naruto nodded.

"Down the hall there is a bathroom with an enema kit, and a shower. The white haired girl's name is Yukino, when you're done, she'll give you a tour of the sets you'll be shooting in." Naruto stated, and Erza looked confused.

"Enema... why?"

"Because, your asshole will be visible. We're going to do a touch up. I bought a cream that will make your anus the same color as the rest of your skin, and then we're going to carefully apply a very light pink shine to it... Erza... this porn... even your anus needs to look amazing for these shoots." Naruto spoke with a humor to his voice.

"What... pink... bleach?" Erza was super confused.

"Pink is a very sexy color, but we don't want it to be so pink that looks fake. We want your butt to look clean, but not unnatural... with a shade of pink barely darker than your skin, it doesn't seem unnaturally clean... instead of looking bleached, it will look like you just keep yourself super clean... and pink is very sexy." Naruto told Erza, repeating himself near the end to really push his point. Erza gulped, while Wendy looked just as embarassed as she was over being told that.

Erza resolved herself, standing up and smiling, ending with a thumbs up.

"Got it, if this is how it's done, then I'll trust you!" Erza spoke with faith in her tone, before she left the room.

...

"... Why did you tell her to not sign?" Wendy was super confused about that.

She was SO ready to sign, it made no sense.

Naruto smirked.

"... because, it's a great contract with no hidden details. Every, single, detail is upfront. That contract is extremely fair to Erza... and as a model, Mirajane will be very impressed. That contract is mutually beneficial, doesn't take advantage of Erza, and can be improved upon when renewed. There are no loopholes, and the limitations are fair, as well as the conditions in the contract." Naruto WANTED Mirajane to see the fair and good contract he was offering Erza. He wanted her to hear the story that Erza had to tell, and he wanted to send Erza back to her guild with a story about how much fun she had on set.

An experienced model was sure to understand just how well Erza was being treated, and he was sure that even the "Fairy Tail clause" of the contract would be well-recieved... or at least understood as being upfront. It was not a hidden detail, it was out there and honest enough.

A 'perfect' contract was more suspicious after all.

He needed to add something that was not beneficial in the contract to not raise suspicion, with everything in the contract being fair, he needed something that was a little unfair. Otherwise a professional would feel that something was off about the contract. Everyone got suspicious when you treated them with too much respect and kindness.

Wendy blinked.

"... but if the contract is so good... AH! You wanted Mirajane to see the contract! You want her to tell Erza how fair it is!"

"There you go." Naruto pat her head. "You got it, now... can you tell me what else Erza bringing her contract proposal back to the guild might do for us?" Naruto asked Wendy.

She shook her head, and Naruto grinned at her.

"... That's fine, you'll understand it soon enough... you go get your camera ready, and do some test shots." Naruto wanted her to get herself warmed up.

"Yes Master!" Wendy seemed filled with energy, the compliments did wonders for her enthusiasm. Even as her face was bright red, she seemed like she was ready to get started on her work.

Naruto chuckled when she left.

He walked after her, hands in his pockets.

Time for Erza's debut.
