"La la la la. I can't hear you! La la la la la." Lily sang with her fingers in her ears.
"But Lily I was just going to ask you if you would -"
"I CAN'T HEAR YOU!!!" Lily sang louder.
"But I wasn't going to ask you that!"
"You weren't?"
"No I wasn't."
"Well then what were you going to ask?"
"I was going to ask if you would help me with my charms homework."
"Oh."
"And if you wanted to go out with me…"
Laughing Lily said, "You never give up do you?"
"Nope. So will you?"
"You know what? I'm going to say yes so I won't ever have to hear that question again and because I like you to."
At that very moment James picked Lily up off the couch and span in a circle before kissing her deeply.
A/N: not one of my better pieces but it's nine am on a Sunday morning. It's early and I'm tired. I just had my sister sit on my to wake me up. When I write a better chapter that can go to TheEvilBunny to make up for the suckiness of this chapter. Like I said: It's early. This chapter sucks. Get over it.
