This is a one-shot I wrote while I was sitting on a boat out on the ocean.
It's actually my first one-shot….fancy that.

The boat bobbed up and down as they sat, staring off at the sunset, another cliché moment to add to the collection in the world. The calm silence was comforting after the hours of petty fights, and talking to fill the awkward moments. The soothing rocking motion had the two settling in next to each other, simply enjoying the company. Neither of the two had noticed how close they were sitting until the contact of a head on a shoulder startled the larger of the two. He looked down at the blond head resting on his shoulder and smiled. It had not been something he was expecting, he hadn't even given himself the room to hope for it. The blond smiled trying to judge the other's reaction through his body language, not sensing anything wrong he snuggled up closer to the redhead beside him. The content silence from before was nothing compared to the happiness resonating from the pair. They sat for a while longer then just as stealthily as the blond had moved earlier, the redhead snaked his arm around the waist of his companion. The blond looked up at the redhead, his face illuminated by the glow of the sunset.
"Hey Axel." He said shyly.
"What is it Rox?"
"I love you."
Well I hope that satisfied. It's un-beta-ed…but that's irrelevant.
