Kairi goes to the city of St. Canard to find the other side in order to find Sora in the reality. While in St. Canard, Kairi meets the terror that flaps in the night named Darkwing Duck, his sidekick Launchpad McQuack, his adopted daughter Gosalyn Mallard, her smart friend Honker Muddlefoot and rest of Darkwing Duck characters. together they solve mysteries and fight crime.

Ludwig Von Drake, the villain, merely does this to deal with his trauma. Darkwing is forced to choose between saving him and allowing him to remain a villain in eternity.

AU Drake Mallard is the bodyguard of St. Canard's worst mob boss's fiance. He lives in fear every day for his life, first because if he quits, Jim "The Negaduck" will kill him, and second, if his employer finds out that his fiance, Charity Loveatte, is flirting with him, he'll die as well. Charity Loveatte doesn't want to play the flirt, but she'll do anything to get Drake fired.
