Chapter 4

Pip along with Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny was currently at the bus stop waiting for Ms. Crabtree to come to pick them up and take them to school. Monday morning was the particular day that no one wants to go to work or school. The boys were going to have to stay after school every day of the week to sharpen their skills for the dodgeball season like all the other boys. Pip became the main star and weapon of the elementary school's dodgeball team and gained so much respect and popularity.

He never had this when they first played in the tournament or gained any respect. But Pip is now getting all that he rightfully deserves let alone being best friends with his Dad's most favorite kids in South Park. However, he had to deal with Stan's issue with him. It was not for being the best player of dodgeball. No that is not the case. The reason why Stan is bitter toward his best friend is just quite simple. Pip is dating his older sister Shelly.

The idea of his sister dating a younger kid much less it being his best friend just makes Stan uneasy and dislike it to the core. Of course, Pip tried to convince Stan that it was true love at first sight when he first laid eyes on his older sister Shelly. Stan refused to accept the relationship no matter how much Shelly beats him up for being such a big ass bigot.

"Are you still mad at me, Stan?." Pip looked at Stan with concern. "I did not mean to upset you but I love her."

Stan had a frown on his face and did not dare look at Pip. "Dude you fucking cross the line on this one. I can not believe you are dating her out of all the girls in South Park. You are sick as fuck dude."

Pip frowned at hearing this. "Look jackass this is America. I have the right to love and date whoever I want. You have no right to be against what I love."

"Dude what is wrong with the both of you?." asked (mumbled) Kenny, looking at his best friends.

"It is nothing too serious to talk about, Kenny." Pip looked back at Stan and hold his calmness as best as he can. "Stan is just in his bigotry."

"No dude it is fucking serious!." Stan looked at the three with a frown. "This fuck shit is fucking dating my sister!."

Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny were in shock when hearing this.

"Seriously, Pip?." Kyle had a look of disbelief.

"Damn, Pip, I did not know you had a sweet tooth for older girls," said Cartman, impressed about this.

"Damn Pip. Talking about having some game." commented an impressed Kenny.

"Hey, Hey, don't you two encourage Pip," said Stan.

Pip sighed in frustration. "What is so wrong with me to be loving Shelly, Stan?. Huh?. Oh, please do tell us."

Stan looked at Pip with anger. "Dude she is not in our age group first of all. And she is my fucking sister!. That is Bro Code."

"Have you heard of the saying Stan?. Love is Love," said Pip, feeling that he was winning this fight.

"Have you ever heard of the old saying phrase, 'Age Limits of Dating'?." Stan shot back with this.

"Stan why are you discriminating against your sister and Pip's love choice?." asked Kyle, looking at Stan.

Stan looked back at Kyle. "Who says that I am discriminating?!. Pip and Shelly being together as girlfriend and boyfriend are so wrong on so motherfucking levels. Their age difference relationship is so unheard of and illegal."

"Did you look that up Stan?. Or you are just hating that Pip stepped up to the plate unlike you with Wendy?." said (mumbled) Kenny, pointing out the obvious.

"Hey, leave Wendy out of this, Kenny," warned Stan.

"Pfft, well, I can say is good for you Pip." Cartman congratulated the British boy. "I thought no other boy would have big balls to date and love that bitch."

Pip smiled a little bit. "Thanks for your support, Cartman. But please do not call Shelly a bitch. She is my girlfriend after all."

"You know what Pip?." Stan stepped in front of Pip. "Why don't we ask your dad if it is ok for someone to love and date someone who is not their age group? What do you say?."

"That sounds fair to me, Stan," said Pip, before seeing the bus coming.

"Man, if you are going to date Shelly, Pip, then let me give you a word of advice," Cartman spoke as he got on the bus with the others. "When Shelly bugs you about which movie to watch at the movies you tell her this. Hey, bitch shut the fuck up!. We are going to watch what I'm going to watch with my hard ass earn money and that is Terrence and Phillips!."

Pip sat down beside Cartman. "I am not going to call my girlfriend a bitch, Cartman. But Stan however is a bitch."

"Fuck you Frenchy!." yelled Stan, with anger.

"BE QUIET BACK THERE!." yelled Ms. Crabtree, looking back.

"Oh, keep driving and mind your fucking business you old hag!." Stan responded back.

"WHAT DID YOU SAY?!." Ms. Crabtree turned back around with seriousness and dared Stan.

"I, uh, said that I hope Denver Broncos go to the Super Bowl next season." lied Stan.

"Oh." Ms. Crabtree calmed down as she resumed facing the front. "Well, that is not going to happen if Russell Wilson is still their quarterback."

Chef meanwhile is currently in his cafeteria office finishing up his orders for inventory on the computer. Let alone trying to cope with the idea of having Randy work part-time in his beloved cafeteria. He was super wrong about Randy having a phase on being a cook. He wanted to so much reject Randy's hiring process but was beaten by what Randy said which Chef had no choice but to kneel. Chef still hated that Randy pulled that one on him personally.

*FlashBack*

"Randy why on earth do you want to be a chef?." Chef had a look of disbelief. "This should have been nothing but a phase."

"A phase?." Randy shook his head. "Oh, no, Chef, it is far from being a phase. Something about turning raw goods into edible delights just excites me to no end. It makes me feel like this is my pre-calling."

Chef raised his brow after hearing the last part. "Pre-calling?. What do you mean by pre-calling?."

Randy shrugged. "I do not know. I just have this feeling of me doing something that reaches my true higher purpose in life. And to make things funny, I had this strange feeling that you will be a big part of it. Meaning that we could be business partners in the near future."

"Randy you are going way ahead of yourself here." Chef put his hands out in defense. "Besides we are off-subject here. Look, I really do not think that having you as the school's part-time cook is a smart move on my part. Just because you get a crazily addicted feel of watching the food network channel does not give you the license to say 'I Can Cook What They Are Cooking'."

"Wait a minute. How did you know I have been watching the food network?." Randy's facial expression when from confusion to a frown. "Did Sharon snitch me out behind my back and tell you all this?."

Chef sighed. "Look, Randy. What I do is true soul passion for cooking. I had that urge and have a killer instinct for what to do in the kitchen. When I see a bag of frozen vegetables and boneless chicken and a box of broth when I was a kid, I instantly thawed the frozen vegetables and chicken and made chicken soup with the help of the broth. Without noodles. In other words, you have to be originally dedicated to that potential steady profession."

"Ah, I see." Randy reached into his pocket and pulled out a small card and hand it to Chef.

Chef took the card and see there were words on it. He did not read it the first time due to being confused. He looked back at Randy with a brow raised. "What is this?."

Randy crossed his arms with a blank face. "Read it and find out."

Chef looked at the card and read it nice and loud for himself and Randy to hear it.

"This card reads the code of Chefs." Chef did not like where this is going since he knows the code. He flipped to the other side which shows the description of the chef's code. "As professional cooks, we can not deny or have the right to put anyone down from having their hands at the culinary opportunity. Everyone Can Cook."

Chef frustrated sighed at this. "Damn it, Randy. Alright, fine you won this round. Go break down the pallets and put the fresh food in the inventory."

Randy smiled. "Glad we can settle this, buddy."

*End of Flashback*

"Man, I really do not want to call him." Chef looked at the contact number on his phone. "He is still holding that grudge against me just because our teacher favors me the most."

Chef had one and only way to make Randy have a second thoughts and be willing to quit on trying to be a professional cook. An old bittersweet friend who just so happens to be world-famous in cooking. Still, the man holds the grudge against Chef for having a soul passion for cooking compared to the man's intellect skills in cooking. Chef knows the price of payment that he had to pay for him to come and break Randy's dedication and confidence in culinary. For every kid's sake in the elementary, Chef needs to end this now, or else he might kick Randy's ass.

"Damn." Chef rubbed the bridge of his nose. "I might have to call him as soon as possible."

Chef exits his kitchen office and heads to the front and serves breakfast. He ordered Randy to do inventory and order the food. He smiled big when seeing his son along with seeing his favorite boys coming in. His boys other than Victoria would make his day worth getting up in the morning.

"Hello, There Children!. Hi, son." Chef spoke with good volume.

"Hello, Chef." Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny said together.

"Hi, Dad," Pip spoke after them.

"How are you?. Hope you boys are not too tired after school when we start our dodgeball practice." Chef said when fixing their trays with food.

Stan bitterly looked at Pip before looking back at Chef. "Chef we have a problem."

Chef paused from fixing his second tray when hearing the word problem. "Oh, well, then by all mean boys. What is the problem?."

Pip and Stan looked at each other with a frown due to their different opinions based on the subject. Stan looked at Chef.

"Chef is there a limit to loving a girl?. Especially when that girl just so happens to be your best friend's sister?." asked Stan.

Chef took in what Stan is asking him and showed sympathy on his face. "Oh, children, children. It is nothing wrong with a best friend having romantic heated feelings for his sister. You see children when a man's heart clicks to a woman and the woman's heart clicks as well, then love is truly in the weather forecast."

"I do not get it," spoke Cartman.

"Well, I do." said (mumbled) Kenny.

"Here children let me sing you a song. This should help you understand let alone allow me to finish the song that sang to Cartman when he believed that I was his dad." Chef started the instrumental music on his phone and remembered all the words to his song. "When a man loves a woman, and a woman loves a man. Actually, sometimes a man doesn't love a woman, but...he acts like he does, in order to get some action. Then when the magic starts to happen, and the two take off their clothes, that is right children. And they caress and touch each other until the part of the man grows. Oooohhh and they start to roll around and now things a-really start getting hot. And the man says "I love you", and the woman says "hold on a second, I gotta go to the bathroom". So he waits, and he waits, and he waits and he waits...[pause]...and he wait, and he wait, and he waited. And he waits and he is coolin' down and she is still goin' to the bathroom. Finally, she comes back, and she says, "Baby, I'm gettin' hot!". And that's when as a man you have gotta jam her butt and pump her vagina with full of sweet cummmmm!."

"Hold and just wait a damn minute!." yelled Stan, all upset.

Chef stopped singing and paused the music on his phone. "Huh?."

"There is no damn way that I am letting Pip fuck my own sister!." Stan pointed at his best friend.

Pip looked at Stan and frowned at him for acting this way. "Dude, Shelly loves me and I love her. We are in love. Get the fuck over it!."

"Shelly?." Chef had a look of confusion which turned into disbelief. "Wait a minute. Hold on a second. Pip, the girl you were in love with is Shelly?. Of all the girls in South Park, you have a sweet hot love for Shelly?."

"Are you serious judging my love choice, Dad?." Pip looked offended.

"No... Well..." Chef gave a quick thought on what to say next and take next steps on how to deal with this. "I see you boys after school. Goodbye."

Chef quickly walked out from serving and let someone else do his morning shift.

"Damn dude this is serious," commented Kyle, when grabbing his tray.

"Yeah, I do not think that we have ever seen Chef act this way. That is wild," said Cartman, grabbing his juice.

"Well, I still say that Pip scored big time. Lucky son of a bitch." Kenny commented when grabbing his seat.

"Dude, it is downright gross," argued Stan, shoving a spoonful of grits and eggs into his mouth.

Pip kept his frown at bay when putting his cup of juice down. "At least I do not hesitate in confessing my feeling for a girl. Unlike yourself with Wendy."

"Say what?!. Pip, do not compare my personal problem with your sick-ass issue. At least I am dating someone, my own damn age group." Stan spit back.

"Damn this is so worth getting out of bed," Cartman spoke while eating his double pancakes.

"Well, do not hate my love for your sister. Discriminator." Pip took his tray and went to go eat somewhere else despite the others wanting him to stay.

*Hours Later Till Afterschool*

"Well, I for one do not see anything wrong with Shelly and Pip being together. Why should you not be?." Garrison asked before drinking his warm chocolate drink.

"It is just that I literally encouraged him to confess his feelings to the girl he loves while he still has the chance." Chef took his eyes off his computer to see his best friend. "I even teach him a song that would guarantee to win the girl that he loves over. but I never thought in infinity years that Pip has a crush on Shelly."

Chef was in his gym office looking at the season dodgeball schedule while having a conversation with Garrison. Garrison had overheard the spat between Stan and Pip's conversation and just want to see how Chef is taking it. Of course, Mr. Hat told Garrison not to stick his nose in where it should not be, but Garrison set his hand puppet back in the classroom. However, Garrison already knows that Mr. Hat will not be staying in the classroom due to being self-aware.

"But Chef, Pip is in young love." Garrison took another gulp of his drink. "And I have never seen Shelly so less angry. Much less less-aggressive and hostile. Why mess that up for the poor girl, huh?."

Chef sighed. "Garrison, I am not so sure that this relationship is the healthy solution for Shelly."

"Yes, Chef?."

Chef and Garrison turned to see Shelly in the doorway with her clipboard in hand. Garrison exits out of Chef's office to let Chef and Shelly.

"We will talk more later, Chef," said Garrison, leaving the gym.

"Have a seat, Shelly," Chef told the girl when getting up and closed the door to have a private talk.

"Pip informed me of what had happened this morning. "You were absolutely speechless."

"Indeed I was." Chef sat in his chair. "Shelly, I feel responsible for all of this. You see I encouraged Pip into going after what his heart wants. I learn that I should not jump the boat too soon without digging into more information."

Shelly smiled. "Well, I am in love with Pip since the day I laid eyes on him. So our relationship is bound to happen anyway. And you just give it that little push to make it all become a reality."

Chef sighed. "Shelly, I'm not so sure that this relationship is the complete opposite of it being frowned upon."

"Glad you said that, Chef." Shelly reached into her pocket and pulled out a laminated plastic card. "This is my law card, Chef. The official name of this law in my hand is called The Love is Love Act. It says that any love is acceptable no matter the age, size, or ethnicity. Much less non-living objects. Failure to accept, support, and love will send you to a tolerance seminar. But if the victim who is under the Love is Love Act and presses charges against the discriminator, he or she will be sent to Tolerance Camp till they submit to tolerance."

Chef raised his brow. "When was this law introduced and got approved, Shelly?."

"Oh, a few days when you left South Park for that sick fruity ass club. Our mayor has introduced this law and taken it to our state governor and he approved it. The law is currently working on making it to the president. They say this might take full effect in America when I graduate and we are actually in the future." said Shelly, putting her card back.

"I am going to have a talk with the Mayor when I get the time." Chef hated that this have happen when he left South Park. "I hope Stan knows about this."

"No, that turd did not know about that. When I saw him discriminating my Pip for loving me romanticly. Officer Barbrady is arresting Stan as we speak. Do not worry, Chef, I already picked out the replacement for Stan. Hopefully one day Pip marries me, I will then be calling you Dad!." said Shelly, cheerfully on the idea of being Chef's daughter-in-law.

"Oh, boy." Chef logged out of his computer. "Get the boys ready for practice, please."

"Yes, sir." Shelly smiled and went to do what is ordered to her.

Meanwhile, outside of school, Stan was handcuffed behind his back and is being put into the back of Barbrady's car.

"I said it before and I say it again. You are under arrest for love is love discrimination," said Barbrady, putting the boy in the car.

"But my sister is older than my best friend. That is sick!." Stan argued when thrown into the car.

"I am not going to have a son who discriminates against his own sister's choice of what boy she wants to date!." said an angered Randy, when watching his son get arrested.

"Damn," said Cartman, Kyle, and Kenny when watching Barbardy drive off with Stan in the back.

"Well that is what he gets," commented Pip.

"Soooo, where is Barbardy taking Stan anyway?." asked (mumbled) Kenny.

Stan found himself back at the front gate of Tolerance Camp as the man in charge welcomed him into his unhappiness.

"Welcome back to Tolerance Camp, Stan." Warden looked at the boy with a smug look on his face. "They informed me on your way over here that you discriminate against the new law, Love is Love Act. After we are done with you, you will never discriminate against your big sister's romantic sexual love for your best friend."

Stan put his head down in defeat when remembering what had happened to him when he was inside the camp." Damn it."
