Death was not the end for him. For his actions, his sacrifice, he was given another chance. Yes, it sounds cliché, but he received an offer that he could not refuse. To be fair, who could say 'No' to a second chance, one where they were not powerless. And so, for better or worse, he took a leap of faith… OC main character.

3. Author's Note

I apologize that this is not the update you all were looking but I needed to inform you of this.

This is especially for the old readers, the story went through a complete revamp. I even changed the title from 'DC – A New Beginning' to 'A Hero's Journey'. It should feel like a brand-new story. Of course, few things had to remain the same and they did. As for why the huge change – When I created this story, I had few arcs in my mind. But after brainstorming and getting the major details noted down all the way until the end of 'First Sage', I knew that some stuffs had to change.
