Yeah, you saw that chapter notification/title right!! After almost 5 to 6 months since the end this fic...I present to you the comeback of Ultimate Chainsaw!!
Now...a lot happened since August(I think that's the time I posted the last chapter of Part 1) and as such, we got some new fics from me and my favorite authors, I made progress on both my writing and art skills, Part 2 of Chainsaw Man released and MAPPA's great anime adaptation of Chainsaw Man dropped.
All those things combined made me finally decide on writing the first chapter of Ultimate Chainsaw Part 2.
Now...I know you guys probably expected a 5K to 10K words long chapter for the comeback of one of my most popular fics but...
I ended up deciding to do a shorter 2K words chapter adapting Chapter 102 of the Chainsaw Man Part 2 manga, deciding to skip adaptating the chapters from the start of Part 2 because then I would have ended up just adapting the manga with Ben and Denji not appear until ages later.
As always, spoilers for Chainsaw Man Part 2, if you haven't read it or you're an anime-only fan...then put this on your reading list until you do.
I do not own Chainsaw Man or Ben 10 and they both belong to their respective owner.

Anyways...without further ado...enjoy.
It was a less than relaxed day in Tokyo, as a reincarnation of the Bat Devil and the Cockroach Devil assaulted the city, killing a lot of people through their rampage.
The Bat Devil could be seen flying and crawling after two school girls(one carrying another unconscious girl) with an open mouth and a crazed expression on its face.
The first girl had black hair put into a ponytail and dark brown eyes wearing a green-tinted school uniform. This is Asa Mitaka, a "normal" schoolgirl and the field host of the War Devil, Yoru.
The unconscious girl she was carrying had short blonde hair reaching to her neck, amber eyes and broken black glasses, she was wearing a similar colored school uniform to that of Asa. This was Yuko, an orphan girl and Asa's only close friend.
Asa was running as fast as she could in an attempt to avoid their impending doom but it was too late as the Bat Devil caught after them in hot pursuit and eventually…
Its enormous jaws caught the two girls into the Bat Devil's mouth and it seemed that all was over for the two girls as the devil prepared to fly away to eat the two peacefully.

Chapter 1 of Part 2
Chapter 15 of the fic as a whole
SAVE THE CAT
However, before he could even do anything like that, a wave of fire suddenly hit the hideous creature flat out in the chest, the creature shrieking in pain as a familiar humanoid made of flames made his appearance.
The alien hero Ben 10 himself transformed into his pyronite form Heatblast appeared before the Bat Devil, set on killing the enormous bat creature and saving the two girls it ate.
"Nononono! You don't! You want something to eat…then eat my flames, ugly!" Heatblast growled in anger as the Bat Devil eyed the fiery alien, seemingly having realized that this person was the same one that killed it in its past life.
But before the hideous Bat Devil could even try and attack the alien hero, a wave of flames hit it three times in a row, turning the devil into little more than bat steak and causing it to vomit both Asa and Yuko out of its mouth and the bat to die a fiery death.
When both Asa and Yuko came to their senses with blood all over their faces, they were greeted by the destroyed and smashed face of the Bat Devil.
"Hey, are you two alright?!" Heatblast asked the girls from afar, as Asa and Yuko looked on in surprise upon realizing the fact that the one who saved them was none other than Ben Tennyson himself.
"Y…yeah…b…but my friend is hurt…s…she can't walk. She got injured in her leg." Asa said after a few moments of silence, prompting Heatblast to nod in understanding.
"I see, you take care of your friend here then get somewhere safe. I and Chainsaw Man will take care of that other devil." Heatblast said as he clicked the omnitrix's dial two times and in a flash of green in the fiery alien's place stood another one of Ben's form, the humongous humanoid dinosaur promptly named Humongousaur.

But right when Humungousaur was prepared to get to the center of Tokyo to help his partner out, the devil he was supposed to help in dealing with suddenly came crashing down mere meters away from where he, Asa and Yuko were located in with Denji, in his Chainsaw Man form, being the cause of the devil's fall.
Said devil was a humongous humanoid muscular being with dark red skin, two huge horn-like antennas profounding from its h3ad and skeletal prominences over its skin forming some sort of armor. This monstrous creature was none other but the fearsome Cockroach Devil, the devil of cockroaches.
Blood started spraying out of the devil's abdomen and intestines from its body were sent flying all over the place.
The Cockroach Devil prepared to try and attack Chainsaw Man but before he could even dream of doing so, Denji cut its arm in half like a twig before throwing himself into the creature's intestines.
Blood spraying from the Cockroach Devil's abdominal cavity once more as Chainsaw Man could be seen covered in blood and laughing in maniacal sadism as his insane cackling echoed throughout the streets of Tokyo.
...BEN 10...
Seeing the damage that Denji has caused, the Cockroach Devil narrowed its "eyes" and grabbed a hold of Chainsaw Man in its hands.
The chainsaw hybrid tried his best to cut the devil's hand or freeing himself from its grasp but before he could do so, The Cockroach Devil lifted its hand in the air and launched Denji into a nearby "108087" office building, Chainsaw Man crashing straight through it.
The Cockroach Devil jumped into the air and lifted itself towards the building where the chainsaw hybrid was previously crashed into and started punching the building hundreds of times in an attempt to kill Chainsaw Man.
While the devil was busy trying to kill Ben's partner, Humungousaur got to work and charged towards the fearsome giants before leaping into the air himself and getting close to it.
"HEY UGLY! GET A GRIP WILL YA!" Humungousaur shouted with a mocking smirk, punching the Cockroach Devil so hard in the face that he was sent flying backwards into another building, Denji jumping to attack it once more.
"GYAWAAAAH?!" The Cockroach Devil shrieked as Chainsaw Man penetrated a chainsaw through its regenerated hand that he had previously cut off as well.
"CHAINSAW MAN! BEN 10! WHY SIDE WITH THE HUMANS?! IF YOU WOULD BE DEVILS LIKE ME, YOU COULD-!" The Cockroach Devil roared as it took a defensive position on another building before cutting himself off mid-sentence before suddenly grabbing a car with 5 old men inside and a student from Asa's school into each.
"SO YOU TWO WANT TO PLAY SUPERHERO, HUH?! THEN HOW ABOUT THIS?!" The devil shouted in a mocking voice as he showed the partners the two options they had.
"One student with a bright future…or….the five old geezers and grannies in this car!" The Cockroach Devil roared as his emotionless skull-like face twisted into a creepy grin. "Which will you save…BEN 10 AND CHAINSAW MAN THE HEROES?!"

Right as he said that, the devil dropped both the car and the student out of his hands, them falling quickly towards the ground as they screamed in fear once they realized the fact that their lives are about to end.
"Got you! There, safe and sound." Humungousaur exclaimed as he managed to catch both the car containing five old men and the student with a bright future in his hands before gently putting them down. "Now get somewhere safe before who knows what may happen…"
"DENJI, NOW!" Humungousaur roared towards his partner, causing Denji to jump in the air once more and cut both arms of the Cockroach Devil in one hit, causing the devil to shriek in pain.
Before it could even attack or do anything else, Chainsaw Man started laughing maniacally once more as he cut straight through the devil's skull, cutting it in half amidst a crimson crescendo.
Denji decided not to give the Cockroach Devil any chance to regenerate and instead cut it to bits over and over and over and over again until blood, gore and intestines were splattered all over the streets of Tokyo.
A faraway shot of the building where the Cockroach Devil was killed beneath shows the fact that there was a cat hanging on from one part of the building, meowing as it desperately tried to get back up.
Right when it was about to fall however, Denji was right there to catch it into his arms and look at it with his chainsaw face…
"There was a cat too, dude." Chainsaw Man said with a soft voice as the cat looked up into his eyes before meowing at him.
"Good call, Denji." Humungousaur said with a smirk before slapping the omnitrix dial on his chest and in a flash of green he returned to his normal human form, before looking at his friend with a raised eyebrow. "But…if I wasn't here…would you have let that devil kill those people?"
"Ummm…could I say pass to that question? I'm not feeling so good anyways…lost a lot of blood." Denji quickly replied as he let go of the cat before his chainsaws retracted, leaving a weak and blood-soaked Denji to trip and almost fall he
"Got you dude. C'mon, let's go, Nayuta and the dogs are probably waiting for us." Ben said, causing the blonde-haired chainsaw hybrid to nod and lean his body against Ben's as they started walking onwards towards their shared apartment, leaving all the destruction and carnage caused by their battle behind them.
...Chainsaw Man...
A few days later, Asa and Yuko could be seen standing in front of a television shop known as Dirt-Cheap TV and looking through the display case at one of the television monitors showing the latest news.
"In yet another act of heroism…Chainsaw Man and Ben 10 saved a cat, three students of Fourth East High School and five elders from the Bat Devil and Cockroach Devil…"
"Woaaah! Isn't that cool, Asa?! We were saved by Ben 10 and Chainsaw Man!" Yuko exclaimed in excitement with stars in her eyes. "They're so cool…someday I'll surely become heroes like them!"
Asa however, was not sharing her enthusiasm as she looked blankly at the tv screen before muttering:
"Meh…they're not that big of a deal. Why are you getting so excited over this…honestly!" Asa groaned before rolling her eyes, not really paying attention to her friend's reaction to that comment.
Her attention was however grabbed as a person looking an awful lot like Asa, but with golden eyes with red rings in them and four scars running across her face, appeared before her. This was the War Devil, one of The Four Horsemen of Apocalypse and the one sharing a body and mind with Asa…Yoru.
"We will kill these two and get their power…right, Asa? You didn't forget about our little agreement, right~?" Yoru asked her partner in a sing-song voice towards her other half causing Asa to sigh before allowing a smirk to make its way to her face.
"You can count on it…" Asa whispered towards her counterpart, hoping that Yuko would not hear her.
"Ben 10 and Chainsaw Man…I will find them and one day…I will kill them…no doubt."
