(We move out to the Japan skyline, the Pandora Tower in the center of Japan as we pan up to the sky.)

(Change to a sky view as every Rider passes by with a concerned look on their face.)

(A pair of feet running across the ground jumps off a building, as we zoom out to see Cecilia and the IS girls along with an army attacking the Tower.)

(Chifuyu reaches out, as she and Sento hold hands, only to change to Katsuragi as he and Sento stand back to back against each other.)
Everything is bright
(All of the Full Bottles light up, coloring a clear blue skyline.)

(Build jumps up, as Sparking rises up behind him. Panning right, we pass Rabbit Rabbit, Tank Tank, Cross-Z, Cross-Z Charge, Akatsu, Akatsu Charge, Grease, Grease Crusher. As Rogue jumps in and kicks the screen.)

(Scene changes to Akatsubaki Yiggdrasil flapping her wings out, flying past and taking up the view of Cross-Z Magma. Build Genius appears in a flash and snaps his fingers, as our view is split between Mad Rogue and Rogue.)

(Tabane stares at the screen, as red and blue light color halves of her body.)
(Namba stands with his cane as the same red and blue lights illuminates him)
(Sento stands tall, as his lights are a rainbow illuminating different shades across his body)
Construct 142: Value of Life and Construct
Chloe: In order to rule the country, the alien lifeform Evolt is collecting 10 Lost Bottles that are purified form Lost Smash. Meanwhile, Kamen Rider Build, Kiryu Sento learns that his father, Katsuragi Shinobu, is an ally of Evolt and steels himself for a new battle.
Sawa: Hey, do you know where Madoka and Gen-san went? They're both skipping their cooking duty! Let me trace their trackers.
Chloe: Wh-When did you install those?
Sawa: It's~ Best that you don't know. But I'm sure you have an idea. Ah, there they are! Huh? Why are they both in Hokuto? I'll confirm their location, but let's hop into Construct 142 first!
We are Madoka… Hokuto Faust Facility…
Gentoku and I jog through the hallways of the facility. "There's a human test chamber ahead." I said pointing ahead down to a room up ahead. "So, this is where they create the humanity-enslaving Lost Smash." Gen said, but just as we are going to arrive at the door, multiple Guardians and Hard Guardians block our path.
Gen:(looks at enemies) Figures they would find sooner than later.(glances at Madoka) I told you we should have sneaked in.
Madoka:(sweatdrop) Yeah~ I need to do more stealthing…
Man's voice:(walks over) Honestly. Haven't you learned your lesson yet?
Turning around we see Utsumi point his gun at us along with several other Hard Guardians and regular Guardians. We both raise our hands up to surrender.
In the lab… We are Observers…
Evolt:(smiles) If we turn those pretty faces into Lost Smashes and purify their Bottles.(looks at Shinobu) We will need only one more Lost Bottle. The new world is just around the corner.
Shinobu:(looks at screen) …
IS Cafe Lab… We are Sento…
I place brainwave sensor helmets on Ichika and Houki's heads. "Do we really have to do this?" Ichika asks me as I sit down behind my computer. "We need to be sure that Evolt's power won't go berserk again." I said, beginning the scan. "Yeah, we get that." Houki said she was trying to cover up. "But do we need to take our shirts off?" Ichiak asks, I glance back over at the PC screen. "It's just to make sure I get a clean scan. It will be over soon." I said typing on my computer to start the scan.
Sento:(leans forwards) Hmm… Bernage's power harmonizes surprisingly well with Evolt's genes.(looks at Houki) Same thing with you Houki. Neither of you should lose yourselves again. You can put your shirts back on.
Ichika:(removes sensors and helmet) Finally.(grabs t-shirt) Wait.(looks at Sento) So does that mean Bernage is no longer in Chloe?
Sento:(leans back in chair) I have no idea. Maybe her consciousness might still be in her, along with some remnant of her power.(shrugs) We may never know… But putting that aside, now both of you are way stronger than before.
Houki:(putting on shirt) I'm glad that Ichika is back in control and all, but did I really need to be wrapped up in that net too?
I type on my screen as the Smartboard pulls up a recorded video of Houki's fight with Tiberium Kaiser. "I want to cover my bases." I said pausing at Kaiser's attack with the Ion Cannon. "When Kaiser fired the Ion Cannon, you not only managed to dodge but also…" I then showed the final attack. "That trio Akatsu thing you pulled off." I said looking at Houki again.
Sento:(crosses arms) Something about it gives me Evolt vibes. We know that you're likely related to the same species as Evolt. Which means that there is a possibility that you could end up like Ichika.
Houki:(looks at Sento) Thus the precaution.
"Exactly." I said to Houki, as I reached over and picked up a new item I've been developing. "So now, it's time for this." I said showing off the item. "The Blizzard Knuckle, the opposite of Magma." I said setting down the Blizzard Knuckle in front of the two as the step in close to take a better look at the Knuckle.
The Blizzard Knuckle is the same construct as the Magma Knuckle. Only with the warmer colors of the Magma Knuckle, replaced with blue, whites, and light blues.
Sento:(looks at Item) With this, you can counter Evolt's power. I've developed this for Madoka, it's about time Crusher and regular Robot Grease get a break.
Houki:(looking at Sento) You should take a break too.
Ichika:(nods) Yeah, aren't you overdoing it a bit? I mean, we're fighting your dad after all.
Sento:(puts down Knuckle) This has nothing to do with my father. Both of you need to focus on defeating Evolt.
As I turn back to my PC screen, fast footsteps rush down the stairs and into the lab. "Sawa-san? What's up?" Ichika asks, sliding his shirt back on. "Madoka and Gen-san are in a Faust Hideout!" Sawa said, running over to me, she handed me a tablet with the two's location. "We need to move!" I said standing up.
Hokuto Faust Labs: Human Experimentation room… We are Observers…
Utsumi watches from his seat as Madoka and Gen are shoved into the chambers, with great reluctance. "S-Sir! They're too strong! We're gonna lose them!" A Gas Masked scientist exclaims. "Then bring in the Guardians." Utsumi coldly states, as a pair of Guardians step in and push the two into the chamber as the scientists close and lock up the chamber. Gas enters the chambers as the two within begin to scream out.
Flashback… IS Cafe rooftop…
Gen: I have no objections to stopping Evolt's plans.
Gen leans against the railing as Madoka turns back to the ocean. "But, can we really beat him?" Gen asks, looking at Madoka. "At our current Hazard Levels, it's better to leave this to Build, Cross-Z, and Akatsu." He points out, Madoka looks at Gen then back to the ocean. "Hey, Beardy." Madoka asks, Gen turns to Madoka as she turns to face him.
Madoka:(serious look) Would you give your life for Love and Peace?(takes out dog tags) At first, it was for my country… For my friends… That's what I thought.(clenches Dog Tags) But it's different now.(turns towards ocean) I think becoming a Kamen Rider was my fate.
Gen: …(looks toward ocean) Fate… If my life can help in any way…(looks at Madoka) I will gladly give it.
Madoka looks at Gen, who points at his 'I approve' shirt to answer. "Heh, you know you can just say "I'm in" like everyone else, Beardy." Madoka said with a smile. She stands up straight and walks past Gen patting him on the back. "Then let's roll. I have a plan." Madoka said as she started going down the stairs. Gen follows closely behind, as he does pointing to his 'I approve' shirt. "Just say it!" Madoka exclaims.
Back in the present…
Utsumi:(smiles) Now you two will become Lost Smashes. Bring in the-
"ORA~!" A fist punches open the chamber as the hatch hits the ceiling and falls to the ground. "Beardy! Time to go!" Madoka shouts, as she pulls open the other chamber's hatch and pulls Gentoku out. "You alright?" Madoka asks, Gen tries to move. Madoka grabs Gentoku by the arm and puts it over her shoulder. "Oh, by the way." Madoka turns to Utsumi. "Thanks!" Madoka said, Utsumi watching on in shock.
Madoka:(smirks) Thanks to you, me and Beardy here now have a higher Hazard Level thanks to you guys.
Utsumi:(stands up) You got caught on purpose for the Gas?!(straps on belt) But you still will not escape!
Madoka:(let's Gen stand up) We have yet to see that. Come on, let's run!
The two of us start running down the halls with Guardians beginning to block our path. "Bat Engine!" Mad Rogue follows from behind. We attack the Guardians blocking our path. But Gen struggles to move and manages to grapple a Guardian. "My body isn't moving right…" Gen exclaims. A Guardian pushes me against a wall, I push back and kick it away. "Give it a sec." I said as I roundhouse kicked another Guardian. "You still haven't adapted to the gas yet!" I said, just then I'm kicked in the back and Gentoku is grabbed and thrown to the ground. I turn back to see Mad Rogue standing over us.
Mad Rogue:(steps over) You are in way over your head.
Gen:(looks at Madoka) Please tell me this is part of your "Plan?"
Madoka:(sweatdrop) Yeah… Uh.. About-
*Boom!*
A wall behind us is blown out as rolling treads are heard. "The Cavalry's here!" I hear Build Tank-Tank shout as he rolls in with Akatsu Yggdrasill and Cross-Z Magma charge in behind him. "Ah-Ah! Y-yes! Just as I planned!" I shouted at Gen. He gives me a distrustful look. "I'm never trusting you to make a plan, Potato head." Gentoku said as he stood up. "You won't escape!" Mad Rogue shouts, only for Build to charge in and push him back ramming him against the wall. "Not if I can help it!" Build shouts, he tosses Mad Rogue then unloads his guns on Mad Rogue launching him back.
Madoka:(steps over to Build) You guys… How?
Build:(looks at Madoka) We'll talk later. For now, let's get the hell out of here!
We are Observers…
The Full Bottle Buster teleports into Build's hand. Then he takes aim and blasts the Hard Guardians next to Cross-Z and Akatsu. "Thanks!" Akatsu shouts as she swings around slicing a Guardian in half with her Katana. Mad Rogue charges in from behind Build, bringing the Buster over his head Build blocks Mad Rogue's knife and twists around him to put Mad Rogue in a grapple hold.
Build:(looks over to Cross-Z) Ichika! Houki! Take Madoka and Gen-san and run!
Cross-Z:(punches hole through Hard Guardian) You got it!(helps up Madoka) Come on you two! We are leaving!
Akatsu:(helps up Gentoku) Gen-san! Hold on, just don't talk. We can do that later! Let's go!
Cross-Z's wings on the back of his suit opens out into dragon wings made of Magma. Launching into the air, Cross-Z smashes through the roof leaving behind a hole that Akatsu follows behind flying as well. "NO!" Mad Rogue shouts as he pulls himself out of the grapple, he turns around to attack, only to have the barrel of the Full Bottle Buster up to his face. "Oh no-" With a powerful blast, Mad Rogue is blasted across the room. Just then from the shadows just behind Build, Another Build in Ninnincomic drops form the roof slashes Build in the back.
Build:(turns around) Wha-?(blocks sword) Dad?
Another Build:(kicks Build back) Are you planning to fight Evolt at that level?
Build:(blocking) Better than siding with the devil! Why are you even trying to recreate the world?!
Another Build:(attacking Build) Hmf! Once our goal is accomplished. Evolt will destroy the Earth without mercy!(kicks Build) You're out of time!
Holding up the 4-Koma Ninto Blade Another Build pulls the trigger on the blade. "Duplication no Jutsu!" 3 copies dash towards Build but two jump out to the side, only for the third to use the butt of the blade to hit the Hazard Trigger, causing dark purple electricity to surge across Build's suit as he locks up in place. "Wh-What the?! I can't move!" Build exclaims in shock. The copies return to Another Build as he approaches Build.
Another Build:(pulls sword trigger 4 times) Curse yourself for being useless.(raises sword over head) Humanity will perish because of you!
Build:(struggling) Shit… Shit!
Another Build swings down on Build but stops just short of hitting Build. A cloud of smoke engulfs Build, a few moments later the smoke clears with Build having disappeared. Another Build acts surprised as he steps back. "Tch, so he had a failsafe…" Another Build said, he turns to Mad Rogue and walks over to him. "Build has escaped! You go that way!" Another Build barks pointing down the west hall. "R-Right… Can't…Can't Escape." Mad Rogue mutters as he pulls himself up and walks down the west hall. Another Build simply glances back towards Build's former location.
Outside… We are Sento…
The smoke clears around me as the cloudy sky light enters my view. I look around and step forwards. "Ah… I can move…" I turn around to look to see I'm outside the Faust Facility. The seals of my helmet release as my helmet folds away. "He… Let me go?" I ask.
Later… IS Cafe…
Returning to the Cafe I approach Madoka and Gen. "Why did you go to Faust's hideout?" I ask, Madoka stands up and looks at me. "Be better if I showed you." Madoka said as she pushes me with one finger, it has enough strength to push me back as if I were thrown. "Whuoa!" I exclaim as I hit the ground and then look up at the two.
Madoka:(gestures to self) As you can see, to raise my Hazard Level.
Sento:(looks at Madoka) Are you crazy? What were you thinking? You know you'll die if you're defeated!
Madoka:(sits back down) If Evolt wins, it's all over anyway. Also, we don't want to hold any of you back.
Houki:(looks at Madoka) Wait… does that mean?
Ichika:(stands up) So that means you two will fight with us now?
Gen-san walks over flapping his jacket side to side with yes or no on the sides of the shirt. "Which will be? Which? Which? Which? Which?" Gen said before stopping on the NO side of the shirt. "So… You're not going to fight with us?" Houki asks confused, Gentoku looks down at his shirt and notices the NO and quickly swaps sides to YES. "Just say yes." Me, Ichika and Houki all said at the same time.
Ichika:(looks at shirt) Honestly, where does this guy get these shirts?
Madoka:(steps over to Sento) Putting that aside. What about you?(puts out hand) Have you made up your mind about your father?
Sento: …(takes hand) Yeah.(helped up to my feet) I've made up my mind.
Chloe:(smiles) So they've reconciled.
Laura:(sighs) Took them long enough.
Sawa:(nods) Yes, thank goodness.(reaches down) So I guess we don't need this anymore.(looks at everyone) How much do you think I can sell for this?
Houki:(sweatdrop) I-Is that a Mii-tan body pillow?
Sawa:(nods) Yup,(pulls out a second body pillow) I've even made a Mii-tan two one as well.
Laura:(blushes) Wha-?! When did you make that?!
Sento:(sweatdrop) Seriously, it's like with Gen-san and his shirts. Where and how are you people getting these things?
Sawa:(waves) Oh don't worry about it. Anyway, how much do you think I can get for these two?
Chloe and Laura both look at Sawa. "Don't sell it!" The two shout at Sawa, only for Sawa to smile as she goes to put away both. "No, I'll sell it." Sawa said, only for Madoka to put out her hand. "Hold it~! WHats that?" Madoka asks, looking at the Body pillows. "A Mii-tan and Mii-tan two body pillows." Sawa said, showing the body pillows. "Umm… How much does this cost?" Madoka said, digging into his pocket.
Sawa:(points at pillow) 2 million yen, I for one. So a full 4 million for both.
Laura and Chloe:(looks at Sawa) That's way too expensive!
Madoka:(pulling out money) That's cheap. If I pay now in cash, could I get a picture of Mii-tan in a swimsuit on the back too, Sawa-san? I want that too!(looks into wallet) Ah… I don't have enough.
I turn away and head down to my lab.
Down in the lab…
I type away on my computer, adding in the final additional pieces to the Blizzard Knuckle. "Once our goal is accomplished…" My father's words echoing in my mind. "Evolt will destroy the Earth without mercy! You're out of time!" 'Was that a warning? Is he actually working with Evolt or not?' The motivation to finish my work becomes stronger as I continue to type away. "What's the matter?" Chloe asks, walking over to me. '... I can't keep hiding my worries.' I turn to Chloe.
Sento:(crosses arms) In that last fight, I fought my father. He told me that we are out of time… If we are running out.(turns back to computer) I have to finish my work… As glad as I am to have Madoka and Gen-san back… I can't have them fight… They'll die if they are defeated once… Me, Ichika, and Houki will have to do…
Chloe:(walks over) That's not your place to tell them. They will fight regardless of what you say.
Sento:(sighs) I know… That's what scares me… I don't want to lose any more friends.
Chloe: Sento…
Another Build:(flashback) Curse yourself for being useless. Humanity will perish because of you!
Pandora Tower… We are Observers…
Evolt lays on her back, staring up at the roof. "You failed to capture them again? That's not like you, Sensei." Evolt said, Shinobu walks over and pulls up a screen showing his fight with Genius Build in the warehouse. "That's proof he's getting stronger. Since he's reached Hazard Level 7." Shinobu points out as he pulls three Lost Bottles from his pocket and shows it to Evolt who sits up to look at the bottles.
Shinobu:(looks at bottles) We just need to purify three more Lost Bottles and retrieve the one my son has.(looks at Evolt) It might be good to rewrite the scenario.(shows bottles to Evolt) You should open the door to the new world yourself.
Evolt:(raises eyebrow) Little ol me?
The next day… We are Sento…
Madoka walks down the steps into the lab and walks over to me. "You called me Teach?" Madoka asks, as I hand her the Blizzard Knuckle and Blizzard Full Bottle. "The hell's this?" Magoka said as she took the Knuckle and bottle. "A pallet swapped Magma Knuckle?" She asks as I hand her my Build Driver. "Yes. But no. It's the Blizzard Knuckle." I explain as Madoka takes my Driver.
Sento:(crosses arms) Even with Crusher, you are in dire need of an upgrade. This should help.
Madoka:(looks at Knuckle) Seriously? Hell yeah, thanks teach!
Sento:(turns back to computer) You're welcome. But don't use it just yet. It's still in its testing phase.
Madoka:(nods) Ah~ I see. So you need me to help test it huh?
I nod to her. "Alright!" She exclaims. "That's right. I had Ichika help with preliminary tests." I gestured to the corner of the room. Madoka looks over to see Chloe, Laura, and Houki taking care of an unconscious Ichika. "The tests didn't look good for him." I said. Madoka is apprehensive at first, but when Chloe looks over at us, Madoka smiles and looks at me. "I can handle it!" Madoka said with a fist to her chest.
Sento:(stands up) Those are some pretty famous last words…(steps over to Madoka) If we can't use it, we can't beat Evolt… But are you sure?
Madoka:(nods) I'm sure.
Sento:(raises eyebrow) Okay~,(looks over to Laura) Laura could you come over here just in case something happens.
Laura:(walks over) Of course Sento.
Madoka shakes the Blizzard Bottle, opens it and inserts it into the Knuckle. A surge of electricity shoots through Madoka as she struggles to hold onto the Knuckle. "Madoka! Are you alright?!" I ask kneeling down. "Grease…" Laura kneels down. "If it's too much, I can try to-" Madoka holds up her hand. "I-I'm fine." She protests, she stands back up.
Sento:(stands up and steps back) This is the first transformation, so there will be more resistance… If you think you're up to it. Keep trying.
Laura:(looks at Sento) What are you saying? This is too much for her! If she transforms in this condition-
Madoka:(shakes head) N-No I can handle it. Don't worry!(flips Knuckle handle) Bring it on! Henshin!
Madoka inserts the Blizzard Knuckle only to be hit with the same electricity, spaz and then pass out on the ground. "No… Damn it." I kneel down and remove the Knuckle. "Sento…" I turn to Chloe. "Why are you rushing them? That's not like you, Sento…" Chloe points out. I mess with my hair, as I pick up the Knuckle and put it aside. "Y-You're right… I… I need to calm down." As I head for the stairs.
