In the farther reaches of Skylands, the Skylanders sent after the Midnight Museum, made it to the rande vu point they agreed on. A moment later, they saw the Dread Yacht ascend from the clouds, and move towards them. Once the Dread Yacht made a clumsy landing and put out it's dock, the Skylanders quickly made their way onto the ship. Once they made it to the ship, the Skylanders all were excited to see each other. Though they knew that there was a serious matter to attend to.

Jet-Vac: "So, I take it you had a successful mission."

Spyro: "Yes, only the other dark Skylanders couldn't come with us now. but they will make it to the fight."-said Spyro, regretfully-"In the meantime, this is Blackout, the one who came with us."

Stealth Elf: "That's the same with us."-said Stealth Elf, confused-"This is Spotlight, she came with us for the mission."

Pop Fizz: "Hey, at least we all had a successful mission."-said Pop Fizz, enthusiastically-"So does that mean we're ready?"

Eruptor: "Yes, Pop, we're ready."

As he said that, Flynn came running down from the steering wheel.

Flynn: "So does that mean I should take this baby back to the Academy?"-asked Flynn, confused

The Skylanders all look to each other, and gave a nod of approval. They then turned back to Flynn for their answer.

Spyro: "Yes Flynn, take us back."-Spyro confirmed

Flynn then hurdled back up to the steering wheel, and messed with the controls a little. He then takes off, and the Dread Yacht makes a tight turn towards the direction of the Academy. The Skylanders all look to one another, and prepare for what might be the biggest fight of their lives.

Intro: Harmony

Some time later, on the Dread Yacht, the Skylanders all just stood and waited for their arrival at the Academy. While they did take occasional breaks, they had to been mostly training for the impending fight. On their break from training, Eruptor, Stealth Elf and Jet-Vac noticed Chop Chop and Camo laughing to themselves.

Eruptor: "What's so funny?"-asked Eruptor, confused

Chop Chop and Camo then turn to the other Skylanders, and seem to just laugh under their breath.

Chop Chop: "Oh, Spyro told us some stuff about you guys."-said Chop Chop, laughing-"Like how Eruptor once watched the same movie eight times, and made himself paranoid."

Eruptor: "Oh come on, I swear there were monsters."-Eruptor defended

Stealth Elf: "Yeah right, you shouldn't have be watching that movie so much anyway."-said Stealth Elf, humorously

Camo: "Spoken by the same elf who was got trapped in Kaos's head,"-said Camo, jokingly

Stealth Elf stopped laughing, and just felt embarrassed at that.

Chop Chop: "We're not done, especially since we haven't mentioned Jet-Vac mistaking a baby greeble for his son."

Jet-Vac: "Come on, the eggs look exactly identical!"

Camo and Chop Chop then topple over with laughter, but leave the other Skylanders completely embarrassed.

Stealth Elf: "That's it! I'm going to give Spyro a piece of my mind."-said Stealth Elf, annoyed

Stealth Elf then teleports away, but Eruptor and Jet-Vac were annoyed about staying. Stealth Elf arrives in the cabin, finding Spyro, sitting up against the bed. Stealth Elf had an angry expression on her face as she went up to Spyro.

Stealth Elf: "Spyro, I know what you...did."

Stealth Elf's expression softened into a more concerned look as she noticed Spyro's condition. Spyro laid against the bed, his head slumped down towards the floor. Though Spyro shook his head, noticing Stealth Elf in the room.

Spyro: "Oh, hey Elf."

Stealth Elf: "Spyro, is something wrong?"-asked Stealth Elf, concerned

Spyro: "No, nothing's wrong."-Spyro lied

Stealth Elf was unconvinced, and just walked up to Spyro, placing her hand on his back.

Stealth Elf: "Spyro, you've been my best friend ever since we were kids."-said Stealth Elf, sympathetically-"Just tell me what's wrong, I promise not to judge."

Spyro: "It's just...I...like...Cynder."-said Spyro, nervously-"Bu that I mean I...like-like her. Only, I can't figure out how to tell her. Just, think, what if I say something wrong and screw up?"

Stealth Elf then pulled back, and moved to Spyro with a stern but supportive look on her face.

Stealth Elf: "Spyro, your talking to a girl right now, and we don't care about little mistakes."-said Stealth Elf, firmly-"It matters who you are, and I know that Cynder will like you."

Spyro felt moved at this, and got up to his feet, his expression changing an becoming more confident.

Spyro: "Your right, it's time to stop moping around."-said Spyro, moved-"Thanks Elf, I don't know what I'd do without you."

Spyro then hugs Stealth Elf and flies away to find Cynder, and talk to her.

At the Academy, Eon waited inside of his crystal, feeling worried for the Skylanders. He looked across the room, and saw Kaossandra, still turned to gold, and in the cage, dangling above the liquified darkness. He just waited there, waiting for any news about whether or not the Skylanders would make it back. Just then, he heard the flapping of wings, and a loud roar in the distance. Eon then looked up to see Malefor, flying back into that room. Malefor landed with a loud thud, peering down with an angry expression, plastered onto his face.

Eon: "Malefor, what brings you back here?"-asked Eon, nervously

Malefor: "Oh, nothing much."-said Malefor, sarcastically-"Except I found what you did!"

Hearing those words caused Eon to become weary of the situation. If Malefor had realized he lied, then Kaossandra was done for.

Eon: "What ever are you talking about?"-asked Eon, nervously

Malefor: "Spyro just contacted me, he said that there was nothing there!"-said Malefor, firmly-"You don't happen to know anything about that, do you?"

Eon: "Well, I don't know, anything could have happened."-Eon lied-"There are two possibilities, either A: Your minions beat the Skylanders there, or B: You were too late, and they already left."

Malefor seemed to be thinking, though Eon knew he was unconvinced.

Malefor: "Good point, I'll think I'll go with C!"-stated Malefor, firmly

Eon: "C?"

Malefor: "Yes, C: You lied, and sent them on a wild goose chase."-said Malefor, firmly-Listen, I'll give until the end of the day, and if Spyro doesn't return with the Skylanders..."

Malefor does not finish the sentence, instead he takes his talon and flips the switch to Kaossandra's cage. The cage lowered until it barely tipped in the liquid, and Malefor turns it off. Malefor then shoots Eon a scowl, and flies away from the Academy. Eon is then left worried, hoping that the Skylanders will return soon.

On the Dread Yacht, Spyro remembered what Stealth Elf told him, and searched the ship for Cynder. He searched around, and found her, just at the back of the ship. He came down, and landed by her, getting her attention.

Spyro: "Hey Cynder."-said Spyro, casually

Cynder: "Hey Spyro!"-Cynder responded-"What are you doing all the way back here?"

Spyro: "You know, just hanging out."-said Spyro, relaxed

Cynder: "That's nice."

Spyro just leaned against the bar casually, but at the same time, he looked over at Cynder. He thought about what Stealth Elf had told him, and knew it was time. He looked out into the distance, and knew it was time. Spyro took a deep breath, and turned his head to Cynder.

Spyro: "Cynder, there's something I have to tell you."-said Spyro, nervously

Cynder: "Yes?"

Spyro felt like his stomach was turning inside out, and he looked at Cynder, who seemed confused. He then took a deep breath, and turned back to Cynder.

Spyro: "Cynder, I lo..."

Cynder: "Look out!"

Cynder grabbed Spyro by the neck, and pulled him to the deck as a cannonball flew past them. They look out into the distance, and see three ships, approaching the Dread Yacht. On the lead ship, Spyro could see Dark Spyro at the front. The two dragons then flew down, and saw the other Skylanders getting out their weapons already. The Skylanders all then get down in defensive positions.

Flynn: "So, what do I do?"-asked Flynn, confused

Jet-Vac: "Just keep the ship steady."-said Jet-Vac, sternly-"We'll handle the fighting."

Flynn: "Got it!"

Flynn prepared to steady the ship, Sparx accompanied him at this job. The Skylanders all firmly stood, ready for the coming battle. The villains fired more Cannonballs, which Prism Break manages to knock away with his beams. A ship then swoops by, and many trolls drop onto them. The Skylanders then come in to fight off the monsters. Spyro brawls against many trolls, until he sees Dark Spyro land out in the distance. He knocks away the troll he was fighting, and flies towards the evil version of himself. Spyro blasts a fireball, which Dark Spyro dodges, and swoops down, pinning Spyro to the deck of the Dread Yacht.

Dark Spyro: "Got ya' now!"-Dark Spyro gloated-"Now, your coming with us!"

Spyro: "In your dreams!"

Spyro then grabs Dark Spyro by the wrist, and throws him off of his back. Dark Spyro recovers, and stands firmly across form Spyro. The two charge towards each other, but Spyro grabs Dark Spyro by the wrists, and drags him off the Dread Yacht. While flying his opponent in the air, Spyro looks down to see his friends fighting the enemies. Though this distracted him, and Dark Spyro slammed him into a nearby island. Spyro managed to get back in the fight, and punch Dark Spyro back.

Dark Spyro: "It's over, Spyro! I will take you to Malefor, and you will have lost!"-said Dark Spyro, maniacally-"I will have won, you you will have lost!"

Dark Spyro then blasts a purple fireball, which Spyro dodges and dashes towards him, grabbing him by the wing.

Spyro: "Think again!"

Spyro then swings Dark Spyro around, and throws him into the island. Dark Spyro gets up, and dashes at Spyro to continue the fight. Spyro blasts a jet of fire, which Dark Spyro dodges, and blasts the purple lightning bolts from his horns, which electrocute Spyro, and pin him to the island. Spyro then flies towards Dark Spyro, and grabs him by the neck, pinning him affectively to another island.

Spyro: "It's over, you've already lost!"-Spyro snarled, menacingly

Dark Spyro: "Rae you sure?"-asked Dark Spyro, evilly-"Take a harder look."

Spyro looks to see the three ships surrounded the Dread Yacht, each with someone connecting a crystal to it. He then sees Kaos stand at the back of the lead ship, charging a bubble in his hands. Dark Spyro grabs Spyro by the wrists, and throws him onto the Dread Yacht. Kaos then throws the bubble, and it enlarges, engulfing the Dread Yacht, and keeping the Skylanders, Flynn or Sparx from escaping. The crystals then send electric currents that connect to the bubble, and drag the ship with them. Dark Spyro then lands on the deck of the lead ship, sailing back towards the Academy. The Skylanders are now horrified, feeling ashamed that they might have just failed Skylands.

The ships arrived back at the Academy within only mere hours, much to the villains' delight. Once they were escorted out of the ship, each team was put into a cage, with their weapons having been taken. Much to the Skylanders' annoyance, their weapons were place just out of arm's reach. Team-A was in their cell, trying to find a way out. Stealth Elf tried to teleport out of the cage, but found her ability not working. Spyro and Eruptor also tries burning through, but found the cage to be fireproof.

Jet-Vac: "Save your strength, it's traptanium."-said Jet-Vac, brokenly-"We can't get out of here!"

Stealth Elf: "Well we can't just give up!"-said Stealth Elf, stubbornly-"We made a promise to protect Skylands, if we just give up, we'll have let them all of Skylands down."

Stealth Elf felt just as broken as she finished that sentence, starting to her feet in shame.

Spyro: "Your right, Elf, we can't give up, and we won't."-said Spyro, heroically-"Bo matter what, we will figure something out."

At his words, his team seemed to feel more confident, and new what they had to do. When they all felt confident again, they heard the clanging sound of chains. They look out to see two armored trolls approach their cage. Once held a chain, with what appeared to be a metal collar attached to it. The trolls came up, and the troll holding the chain took the keys from his belt, and unlocked the cage.

Troll1: "We only came for the dragon,"-said the first troll-"Try anything, and we'll kill you!"

As the trolls came, Spyro came up with an idea on how to defeat these villains. The trolls came in, and put the collar around his neck, and pulled him out of the cage. The cage was then locked as the trolls exited, but that gave Spyro an idea. He began to pull at the chain, causing the first troll to struggle with him in his grasp.

Troll1: "Woah woah woah, what's goin' on?"-asked the first troll, struggling-"He's too hysterical, get the mace!"

The second troll then ran off, and Spyro took his chance to grab the keys from the first troll's belt, with out him noticing. He then held the keys back towards the cage, which his team noticed. Stealth Elf took the keys and hid them behind her back, Spyro giving her a nod of assurance. Though after the nod, Spyro felt a mace hit against the side of his face, and knock him to the ground.

Troll1: "Okay, time to make something clear, dragon."-said the first troll, angrily-"You are the dog, and this is your leash!"

Troll2: "Come on!"

Spyro was then pulled to his feet, and dragged behind the trolls like a dog or something. He noticed he was being pulled towards the Academy, he also noticed nine of Skylanders, also being leashes by chains: Sunburn, Camo, Blades, Echo, Bash, Drobot, Spotlight, Blackout and Cynder. While the ten dragons were leashes behind the trolls, they realized that they had been brought to Malefor, Dark Spyro and Kaos down by his side.

Malefor: "So, the needed Skylanders are here. Good work."-said Malefor, proudly

Dark Spyro: "Thanks, I am very proud of my work."

Kaos: "Your work!?"-said Kaos, outraged-"I'm the one who put the bubble around them!"

Dark Spyro: "Well I was in charge, and it was my idea in the first place!"

Malefor: "Enough! We have waste enough time already,"-said Malefor, annoyed-"Prepare them for the ritual, the time has come."

The trolls dragged the Skylanders into the other room, and they couldn't imagine what was in store for them.

While in the cage, Team-A looked around to check if the coast was clear. Jet-Vac looked around, and saw no threat on the path they needed.

Jet-Vac: "Okay, Elf, the coast is clear."-Jet-Vac whispered to Stealth Elf

Stealth Elf then unlocks the cage, and sneaks out of the cage. She lurks around, dodging the guards, until she made it to Team-AB's cage. Stealth Elf unlocks the cage, and pulls them over to her.

Stealth Elf: "Wait for the signal."-Stealth Elf whispered

She then sneaks around to Team-C's cage, and repeats the process. Cage after cage, Stealth Elf unlocked it, and told the Skylanders inside to wait for the signal. After all the cages were unlocked, she made it back to her own cage, and closed it behind her.

Eruptor: "Did you unlock them all?"

Stealth Elf gives her friend a nod of confirmation, much to their delight. The Skylanders then look up to the Academy, and wait for Spyro to give the signal.

In the Academy, the ten dragon Skylanders were taken to the middle of the Academy. The chains had been removed from them, but they were still thrown to the ground, making the shape of a circle. Malefor walked up to them, and crate in hand, which he opened. He picked up the crystal that Brawl N' Chain had stolen for him, and placed it in the center of the circle of dragons. The crystal began to glow, terrifying the Skylanders around it. Malefor then uses his magic, and the Skylanders all have an a aura appeared around each of them, the aura being the color of their element. Their eyes also glowed the same color as the aura, as they float up into the air. They then have a stream from the aura flow into the crystal, which causes them intense pain. The crystal shot a beam to the ground, and a large portal began to open. Malefor watched in awe, Kaos and Dark Spyro cackled evilly, and the Skylanders felt the pain, but Spyro knew this was time. Spyro mustered all the strength he could, and shot a fireball into the crystal. The impact caused the crystal to explode, and blast everyone back. The other Skylanders noticed this, and knew it was time.

Jet-Vac: "That's the signal!"

The Skylanders then all open their cages, and step out towards the enemies. They run for their weapons, and begin to fight, much to the villains' shock. Inside the Academy, the dragon Skylanders all manage to recover from the blast.

Spyro: "Everyone, get to the fight!"

The Skylanders all leave the Academy in a hurry, desperate to join the fight. Dark Spyro recovers from the fight, and flies up above the Academy. He looks down, and sees the many villains loosing the fight.

The Doom Raiders surround members of Team-C and Team-D, who have their weapons out. Chef Pepperjack charges up with his eggbeater, but us stopped and slammed to the ground by Voodood. Wolfgang tried playing his bone harp, but drops it when he is shot with one of Double Trouble's beams. Flameslinger then runs and makes a trail of fire around Wolfgang and Dr. Krankcase, which then shoots them into the sky. Golden Queen points her staff to the Skylanders, but her beam is encountered by Prism Break's, who overpowers her, and sends her flying back. Gulper drinks soda, and begins to take down the Skylanders, but Bash fortunately comes out at that time. He rolls down from the tower, and slams into Gulper's face, knocking the giant slug out.

Ignitor and Chop Chop fought back villains on either side of a bridge of the Academy, and appeared to be winning. Tae Kwan Crow then jumps down between them, and holds up his katana, challenging them both to a fight. Ignitor is first to charge, and has his sword clashed together with Tae Kwan Crow's. Though when they fight, Chop Chop uses his shield to trip Tae Kwan Crow, and attempts to slash at him with his sword, but the crow jumps out of the way. They continue to clash their own swords to his in the fight.

Dark Spyro looked down in fury at the fail fight, and knew it could not end well. He just inhaled sharply to breath out fire, but his attempt was thwarted. Spyro came out, and grabbed Dark Spyro, pulling him into a tower. Dark Spyro pulls free, and the two dragons flew across from each other.

Dark Spyro: "Why can't you just give up already?"-asked Dark Spyro, angrily

Spyro: "I'm a Skylanders, and if you think I just give up, then you are crazy."-Spyro retorted

Dark Spyro: "Give it up, Spyro, I've already won."-said Dark Spyro, menacingly-"You can't protect Skylands on your own."

Spyro: "Your right, that's why I have something you don't.. friends, who help me."

Dark Spyro angrily blasted a jet of purple flames form his mouth, and Spyro countered it with his own blast of flames. It caused an explosion just like the last time, only this time, they were both stopped by crashing into walls. Spyro and Dark Spyro then recover from the blast, and fly straight at each other.

Kaos used his lightning bolts to fight against the Skylanders, which was becoming harder. He looked around, and saw Team-A came and surrounded him.

Kaos: "So, you all decided to show."

Eruptor: "It's over, Kaos!"-said Eruptor, firmly

Kaos: "You're right, it is over!"-said Kaos, laughing-"I was hoping to get my revenge on all of you at once, but I guess this will have to do."

Kaos shoots a blast of lightning, which the Skylanders manage to avoid. Eruptor then shoots tie lava pulses, which Kaos dodges. Pop Fizz throws a potion to the ground, and a large, orange cloud engulfs them. Stealth Elf then teleports behind Kaos, and knocks him to the ground. Kaos blasts lightning at Stealth Elf, but she teleports out of the way. Jet-Vac then blows air that pushes Kaos back towards the wall. Stealth Elf then teleports and kicks Kaos into the wall, before leaping up above. Stealth Elf then jumps down, and lands a lick to Kaos's face, which knocks him out cold. The Skylanders then look up see Spyro battling Dark Spyro.

Spyro and Dark Spyro brawled against each other for the longest time. Dark Spyro looped around his flying, and would punch Dark Spyro every time he looped back. Though at one hit, Dark Spyro managed to catch his fist, and throw him into a tower. Dark Spyro flies towards Spyro, and begins to punch him obsessively.

Dark Spyro: "When will you ever learn, Spyro?"-asked Dark Spyro, rhetorically-"I will always win because I'm pure evil!"

Dark Spyro then lays one last punch to Spyro, and throws him down to the ground. Spyro crashes through a tower, and lands down on the floor of the Academy. Dark Spyro comes to fly above him, looking down with a devilish grin on his face.

Dark Spyro: "Finally, my king awaited revenge has come!"-Dark Spyro gloated-"You made a fool out of me! Now I will return the favor."

Dark Spyro blasts a jet of purple flames that come down towards Spyro. Though Spyro managed to recover, and swiftly moves out of the way of the fire. Dark Spyro did not notice Spyro leave, and continued to breath fire. He stopped, and saw Spyro no longer their, only a scorched spot. Dark Spyro gave a smirk of victory, but it was cut short when Spyro head butted him from the side. Spyro then lays a kick to Dark Spyro, sending him down towards the ground. He then swoops down, and grabs Dark Spyro by the horn, uppercutting him into the air. He then flies up, and grabs Dark Spyro, pinning him to one of the Academy's walls.

Spyro: "I told you already, that fact that you're pure evil is why you will always loose."-Spyro argued-"Good will always prevail, because we depend on each other, while you just depend on yourself. Don't believe me? I'll show you."

Spyro then takes hold of Dark Spyro, and flies high up into the air. He then moves up to sky, and flies as high as he possibly could. Spyro then makes Dark Spyro look to the ground, and see all the Skylanders loosing. Dark Spyro just angrily looks back up to Spyro.

Dark Spyro: "Why will you not just loose already?"-asked Dark Spyro, angrily

Spyro: "Because on the path of good, we rely on one another, where as on the path of evil, you only rely on yourself."-Spyro lecture-"Friends aren't a weakness, the real weakness is being alone."

Dark Spyro became more angry, and swung his hand up towards Spyro, who avoided it, and did a full turn around. When he fully turned, he threw Dark Spyro back down towards the ground. He then flies down after his evil counterpart, and swoops quickly. Spyro then breathes a jet of flames, that encounter Dark Spyro and send him crashing through a wall of the Academy. Spyro breathes a sigh of exhaustion from his fight with Dark Spyro. His breather was cut short when he was grabbed by something fast and large. Spyro then found himself grasped in Malefor's claws, held close to the face of the massive blast dragon.

Malefor: "You ruined everything!"-Malefor snarled-"At least I get to destroy another of my greatest enemies, just like a did your parents."

At the mention of his parents, Spyro felt a sudden pain in his stomach. Malefor did a sharp inhale, about to breathe fire towards Spyro, but he was cut off this when he was hit in the side of the face by a lightning bolt. The two look up to see Cynder high above them, looking down angrily.

Cynder: "Let him go, Dad, it's over!"-Cynder snarled

Malefor: "Cynder? Why do you help them?"-asked Malefor in disbelief-"It was because of his parents, I lost the love of my life...and you lost your mother! So tell me, daughter, why?"

Cynder looked down, and Spyro gave an assuring nod in her direction.

Cynder: "They're my friends, sometimes you will never understand!"-Cynder retorted-"Doing this, it won't bring mom back, and you know it."

Malefor only seemed to become more angry, and shot a blast of fire towards Cynder, who dodged it. Cynder then strikes lightning at Malefor's wrist, causing him to release Spyro. The two dragons then join up, and decide to face the massive dragon, head on.

In the Academy, the rest of Team-A dragged Kaos into the Academy. Eruptor and Jet-Vac removed Kaossandra from the cage, while Stealth Elf shoved Kaos down beside her.

Stealth Elf: "Change her back, now!"-Stealth Elf snarled, firmly

Stealth Elf then put her dagger by Kaos, who staggered towards Kaossandra. Kaos then placed his hands onto his mother, and used his powers to change her back from being gold. Though Kaossandra was no longer gold, she still laid down unconscious. It was then, that Eon took notice of their presence.

Eon: "Skylanders, I'm over here!"

The team noticed Eon, trapped in the soul crystal, and go running up to him.

Jet-Vac: "Eon, what are you doing?"-asked Jet-Vac, shocked

Eon: "No time! You have to get me to Spyro!"-said Eon, panicked-"It's the only way to stop Malefor!"

After hearing that, the team grabbed the crystal, and ran out of the Academy.

In Spyro and Cynder's fight against Malefor, they would use their size against him. The two looped around, and flew high above him. Spyro then breathed a blast of fire at Malefor, and Cynder shot her lightning bolts at him. Malefor struggled with this sudden fight. Spyro and Cynder then stopped, and kept flying back around Malefor, breathing their respective blasts at him. Though this would end, once Malefor managed to grab hold of them, and hold the two up close to his face.

Malefor: "It's over, it's time a finished this!"-said Malefor, menacingly

Spyro: "That's where your wrong, Malefor!"-said Spyro, stubbornly-"Just look down!"

Malefor looks down to the fight, and sees the Skylanders overpowering the villains. Then, when a troll thought he could catch Sunburn by surprise, he was shot by a blast of light. It turned out that the other light and dark Skylanders had arrived, and made it so the villains dropped like dominoes.

Spyro: "See, even if we're gone, they will still stop you!"-Spyro gloated

Malefor then squeezed both dragons, and held them closer to his face.

Malefor: "Maybe so, but I can at least destroy the two of you!"

Malefor then inhaled sharply, and gets ready to engulf the two dragons in fire. Though on the closest tower to them, they see Pop Fizz stand at the top, holding a potion in his hand.

Pop Fizz: "I don't think so!"

Pop Fizz then drinks his potion, and reverts to his monstrous form. He then hurls himself at Malefor, and latches onto his face, causing Malefor to yell out in annoyance, while trying to shake Pop Fizz off. He then releases Spyro and Cynder, with Pop Fizz still latched onto his face. Spyro and Cynder then look to see Stealth Elf teleport onto the tower, hold the crystal that contained Eon.

Stealth Elf: "Spyro, catch!"

Stealth Elf threw the crystal, and it was caught by Spyro in his paws. Spyro looked down to Eon, who seems panicked somehow.

Spyro: "Eon, what do we have to do?"-asked Spyro, panicked

Eon: "Spyro, you and Cynder have to use your powers, combined with mine, it's the only way to defeat Malefor."-said Eon, rushed-"Only problem is, there is a slight chance we won't survive."

Spyro: "What? We can't do that, there has to be another way."

Eon: "It's the only way!"-said Eon, panicked-"I'm sorry, Spyro."

Spyro looked to Cynder, and then to Eon, and then all his friends, and looked down in shame.

Spyro: "Okay, let's do this."-said Spyro, heroically

Malefor then finally managed to throw Pop Fizz off his face, who flew back onto the island. Malefor then looked, and saw Spyro and Cynder, each with their paws placed on the crystal. Eon started manifesting his powers into the crystal, and Spyro and Cynder both began glowing. They focused the dragon magic into the crystal, and without warning, a large ray of blue light shot from the crystal, which collided with Malefor's chest. The blue light then began surrounding Malefor, and he screamed out in pain. Once this was noticed, the other Skylanders all looked in shock, not noticing the villains starting to escape. With the villains running, Glumshanks also threw Kaos over his shoulder and ran, despite Kaos throwing and tantrum to stay. After the light took some affect, everyone noticed Malefor begin to disintegrate, much to his own horror. While Malefor was disintegrating, Spyro turned his head to Cynder.

Spyro: "Cynder, if this is the end, there's something I have to tell you."-said Spyro, struggling

Cynder: "Yes, Spyro?"

Spyro: "I love you, Cynder! I have for a long time."

Cynder felt speechless as to what Spyro had just told her, though she didn't have time respond before Malefor completely disintegrated, and the power caused an explosion. This blasted Spyro and Cynder of the ground, leaving a large crater where they landed. Cynder was first to regain consciousness, Spyro also did, but before he new it, Cynder pulled him forward and kissed him. Spyro then relaxed, enjoying this, even as the other Skylanders showed up and saw this, they didn't care. The two dragons then separated, and felt happy, but then Spyro panicked.

Spyro: "Eon!"

Spyro then ran over to the other side of the crater, and picked up the crystal. He then looked down, but saw that Eon was no longer there, and was instead replaced by Malefor as the soul trapped in the crystal. Malefor angrily snapped while inside the crystal, which left Spyro fearful of what had happened to Eon. Just then, Dark Spyro managed to dig himself out of the the rubble, and saw looked around to what had happened.

Dark Spyro: "You ruined everything!"

Dark Spyro then flew out towards Spyro to attack him, but before he could reach Spyro, he stopped, an eerie blue glow around him. Everyone then looks to see small, glowing orbs form together, and see Eon appear, now physical again. It turns out that Eon was using his telekinesis to restrain Dark Spyro, and then used to to throw the evil dragon aside. Once Dark Spyro flew away, Eon noticed everyone starring at him.

Eon: "What are you all looking at?"-asked Eon, annoyed-"You all look like you saw ghost!"

Spyro: "Where just glad to see."-said Spyro, happily.-"Looks like the Academy needs some work though."

Cynder: "We can take care of it...together."

With that, the Skylanders put their heads together, and begin rebuilding the Academy. With their combined efforts, the Academy was good as new by the next day.

That night, while all the Skylanders were asleep, Eon approached the relics room, holding the crystal that contained Malefor in his hands. He approached the bookshelf, and pulled up the bust, which made the first bookshelf lower into the ground. He then presses the button, and the scanner scans his beard.

Scanner: "Facial hair: identified. Welcome, Master Eon."

The bookshelf splits open, and Eon walks into the relics room.

Malefor: "Your locking me in your relics room?"

Eon: "No, I'm locking you somewhere else."

Eon then walks up to the podium, and leaves a small tap on the button.

Voice: "Welcome, Master Eon. Please enter the password."

Eon: "Little Miss Muffet, sat on her tuffet, eating her curds and whey. Along came a spider, that sat down beside her, and scared Miss Muffet away."

Voice: "Access: granted, now entering the vault."

A set of stairs appears, and Eon begins to descend the stairs, into his beard salon.

Malefor: "A beard salon?!-said Malefor, outraged-"You have to be kidding me!"

Eon: "You never take a closer look, do you?"

Eon walks up to the statue of a beard on the wall, and taps the center of the mustache. It then reveals a third scanner to him.

Voice: "Welcome, Master Eon, please enter the second password.

Eon: "Skylanders Forever."

Voice: "Access: granted, now entering the real vault."

The wall then slides open, and reveals a very long hallway, spaces indented into the walls. The spaces had many relics, including the Iron Fist of Arkus, and the wumpan puzzle box. Eon walked up to the podium, and placed Malefor on it. He then turned his back, and exited the vault. Though as he finally left the relics room, he saw Kaossandra leaving.

Eon: "Kaossandra? Where are you going?"

At that, Kaossandra was startled and turned her head towards Eon.

Kaossandra: "Eon? I was hoping you wouldn't find out."-said Kaossandra, regretfully-"I'm afraid, I can't stay around here anymore.

Eon: "But why? You will always have a place here at the Academy."

Kaossandra: "Maybe so, but I practically touch the liquified darkness, you never know when it could take control."-said Kaossandra, regretfully-"I'm sorry, I must leave."

Eon: "I undertstand. Goodbye, Kaossandra,"-said Eon, sadly

The two then walked up, and hugged each other goodbye. After this, Kaossandra left, saddening Eon more.

The next day, Eon called the Skylanders up for an announcement, leaving them all confused. Eon walked up to his podium, and readied himself for his announcement.

Eon: "Thank you all for coming, I must say I have some very sad news."-said Eon, sadly-"Kaossandra has chosen to leave the Academy, I don't know when, or if she even will come back, but I hope she. Will reinstated head of Skylanders Academy, I must announce that we will make this place better, with a whole new generation of cadets, that all will teach."

Later, in the evening, Bash was out running the obstacle course for some last minute training. He pulled the lever, and the course began. He then ran out, dodging every swinging weapon as it passed by. He dodged the swinging maces and spinning blades, until he managed to make it to the other side, and pulled the lever to stop it.

Bash: "Yes, and new record!"-said Bash, proudly

As he cmade his way off the course, he noticed Flashwing watching him.

Flashwing: "Nice job, Bash."-said Flashwing, proudly-"Hey, shouldn't you get going?"

Bash: "I was just doing some last minute training."-said Bash, innocently-"But I was heading back right now."

Flashwing: "Well, mind if I walk with you?"

Bash: "Not at all, let's go."

Bash and Flashwing then walk side by side, though Flashwing hit Bash with the most unexpected question.

Flashwing: "So, what was it like be used as a battery for Malefor's plan?"

Bash: "Oh just great, I've always wanted to get the strength sucked out of me."-Bash answered, sarcastically-"That was sarcasm, incase you didn't notice."

Flashwing giggled in response to Bash's answers, before she turned to face him.

Flashwing: "I'm glad to have you here."

Flashwing then leaped forward and hugged Bash, in which he returned the affection to her.

Flameslinger was in the arena, practicing his archery before calling a night. He ran and shot one of his flaming arrows, each of which hit one of the moving targets. After he hit all of the targets, Flameslinger put his bow into his quiver, and left the arena for the night. He walked along, until he found the most shocking thing. Just like when they first got together, Stealth Elf sat on the edge of an island, slowly kicking her legs while they hung off the side. The only difference is that this time, she seemed sad in some way. Flameslinger then ran over to where Stealth Elf was. As soon as Flameslinger came to a stop, it startled Stealth Elf before she realized it was him.

Stealth Elf: "Oh, I didn't see you there."-said Stealth Elf, awkwardly

Flameslinger: "Fo you mind?"-asked Flameslinger, politely

Stealth Elf: "Not at all, I actually kind of...need you here."-Stealth Elf admitted

Flameslinger then sat down beside Stealth Elf, and wrapped his arm around her waist, pulling her closer to his side. Stealth Elf then laid her head against Flameslinger, who placed his hand on her cheek. Stealth Elf felt a small tear leak from her eye, and Flameslinger took notice of this as it touched his hand.

Flameslinger: "Stealth Elf, are you crying?"-asked Flameslinger, concerned

Stealth Elf: "No, it's just..."

Stealth Elf stopped, realizing that Flameslinger was not going to fall for that. Flameslinger just moved his arm in a rocking motion, as Stealth Elf trembled against him.

Flameslinger: "Do you want to tell me what's wrong?"-asked Flameslinger, concerned

Stealth Elf: "It's just, Kaossandra left, and I miss her."-said Stealth Elf, sadly-"She was the first person who I actually saw as anything like a mentor, and now she's gone, and might never come back."

As she finished that last word, Stealth Elf buried her face into the crook of Flameslinger's shoulder, and began to sob uncontrollably. Flameslinger couldn't bear to see his girlfriend like this, he began stroking his hand across her head and ears to comfort her.

Flameslinger: "Hey, I never had anyone like Kaossandra was to you, but I can imagine how much it must hurt."-said Flameslinger, consolingly-"Maybe she will come back, but even if she doesn't, you still have me, and the other Skylanders."

Stealth Elf looked up to Flameslinger, feeling a little better about what he said. Tears still stained her cheeks, but she seemed to have mostly stopped crying. Without hesitation, Stealth Elf threw her arms around Flameslinger in a hug, which made him return the favor to her. Flameslinger gave Stealth Elf an affectionate squeeze, and move his hand up to stroke it over her ear. The two stayed like this for some time, and neither minded in the slightest. Stealth Elf was happy she had Flameslinger, who was happy he could help her.

In the Academy, Spyro flew around the halls, Sparx following behind him.

Sparx: "So, where are we going?"-asked Psatx curiously

Spyro: "You aren't going anywhere."-said Spyro, annoyed-"I have something to do, and you keep following me."

Sparx: "Fine, see you back at the house."

Sparx then left, much to Spyro's relief, and Spyro flew towards another hall. Spyro then flew up one tower, and found Cynder watching the sunset.

Spyro: "Hey Cynder."

Cynder: "Hey Spyro."

Spyro then moves next to Cynder, and watched the sunset with her.

Cynder: "Hey, when we where defeating my father, did mean what you said?"-asked Cynder, curiously-"About when you said you loved me?"

Spyro: "Cynder, we kissed after that, of course I meant it."-said Spyro, jokingly

Cynder giggled at his response, and also happy he meant it. The two exchange genuine smiles, happy for what they had accomplished.

Cynder: "Do you think anything will change, when we get the new cadets?"

Spyro: "Only time will tell, Cynder, only time will tell."

Spyro and Cynder then leaped towards each other, and kissed each other on the lips. They savored every moment of it, knowing this had changed for the better.

Author's Note: Okay congratulations, we have officially reached the end of the story. I hope you all enjoyed the story as much as I loved writing it. I won't to say that there is no way I'm the only Skylanders fan who's disappointed that Netflix decided to end Skylanders Academy on a cliffhanger, so I hope that this story really makes a nice ending, and to be honest, don't get me wrong, I left writing this story, but it has taken a lot of time out of my schedule, like how something I even stayed up pretty late to finish a chapter, so I think I'm going to take a break before writing any more stories. However, there is something I'd to say before closing out. So, my favorite part of writing this story was all the opportunities it gave, like how for starters, I felt that the series needed more Skylanders who didn't appear, so I just put them in this story, second of all, I thought that without the Gulper and Dr. Krankcase, the Doom Raiders seemed incomplete, so I put them here in this. Lastly, something about the three ships I just put up before ending the story, it's that Spyro x Cynder, Flameslinger c Stealth Elf and Bash x Flashwing are actually my top three Skylanders ship, so I just thought I'd include them here, however, Zap x Echo is closely the number four ship, so I gave it a minor role in chapter/"episode" eleven. Anyway that's all I wanted to say, so please tell me what you thought of this story, and I will see whenever I write another story, until then, goodbye.
