Mario and Zelda: When Worlds Collide" Chapter 20: Reunion of Evil
Central Hyrule
Link, Zelda, Mario and the rest were riding through Central Hyrule to Hyrule Castle.
"I'm wondering what happened to Ganondorf.", said Link.
"He obviously died in the lava. There's no way he could've survived that.", said Luigi.
"You Mario and elf bastards will pay for defeating my new friends!", said Bowser Jr.
"Shut your trap you little brat! You're lucky we don't leave you in Hyrule Castle Dungeon.", said Zelda.
"Speaking of which, how are we going to get home?", asked Wario.
"I don't know, but we'll find a way.", said Mario.
"The Dimensional Diamond must be in your world since I don't think it was sucked in back to our world.", said Link.
"Maybe it is in our world.", said Luigi.
"What do you bastards plan to do to me?", asked Bowser Jr.
"We plan to keep you in a cell in the dungeon until we can find a way to get us back home.", said Mario.
Then, a horse rode past the gang which housed a green skinned man with red hair. It was none other than Ganondorf.
"Who was that?", asked Zelda.
"That couldn't be Ganondorf, could it?", asked Peach.
"It could be, but I don't know how he survived.", said Donkey Kong.
"Let's approach this man and see if he's really Ganondorf.", said Link.
Link and Zelda approached Ganondorf, who turned to face the heroes.
"Ganondorf, you're alive?!", asked Link.
"Yes, Link. I am alive.", said Ganondorf.
"But you were in the lava with the robot! How come you didn't melt to death?", asked Luigi.
"Well, you see, I made the robot lava proof and I was blasted out of the melting robot.", said Ganondorf.
"How did you get back to our world?", asked Link.
"I used the Dimensional Diamond, which I bought from a mushroom boy. I don't mean any harm for anyone. I only wish to return Mario and his friends as well as Bowser Jr. to their world. I've been looking for you guys forever. I will send them back and then you may put me in the dungeon. I won't escape this time.", said Ganondorf.
What the heroes, Jr, and Ganondorf didn't know was that someone was watching them. It was none other than a Yiga Clan member.
"Ganondorf's back, great! Now we just need to ambush these losers so we can get Ganondorf and Jr. to work with us.", the Yiga bandit thought to himself.
Just then, the bandit used their bow to fire bomb arrows at the heroes.
"Can the Hero of Time and the Princess come out to play?", yelled a Yiga clan member.
Just then, a Yiga bandit glided down and grabbed Bowser Jr, as well as Ganondorf.
"If you ever want to see these two again, surrender to us or else we'll cause a riot at the castle town!", said the Yiga bandit. The Yiga Bandit then disappeared along with Bowser Jr.
"Oh no!", said Mario.
"Let's get back to the castle before they riot!", said Link.
"Good idea!", said Zelda.
Hyrule Castle
The Yiga Clan had just made it to Hyrule Castle town with Bowser Jr. and Ganondorf.
"I don't want any part in your affairs, now let me go so I can send Mario and his friends back to their world.", said Ganondorf.
"Quiet, prisoner! We're holding you ransom so they will pay us in rupees. If they refuse, we riot!", said Ikari.
"Stop worrying Ganon! These guys are my friends!", said Bowser Jr.
Ikari turned to face Bowser Jr. and began laughing maniacally. "What's so funny?", asked Bowser Jr.
"You actually thought we'd be friends with a disgusting creature like you? You're no smarter than a Bokoblin or Moblin!", said Ikari.
"I thought we were friends though!", said Bowser Jr.
"Please little brat, we were never friends. We only teamed up with you since you know Link and Zelda. Seeing as you are on their side right now, we see you as an enemy now.", said Ikari.
"But I'm not on their side! I'm on your side!", said Bowser Jr.
"That doesn't matter anymore! You are no longer our ally as you once were.", said Ikari.
"As for you, Ganondorf, I'm disappointed that you don't want to eliminate Link and Zelda.", said Ikari.
"I do want to defeat Link and Zelda, but I'd rather send Mario and his friends home than try to retaliate against my sworn enemies.", said Ganondorf.
Hyrule Castle Town
Mario and the rest made it to the castle town, finding Yiga men surrounding the place.
"How are we gonna get in the castle town with the Yiga men guarding the place?", asked Mario.
"I know what we can do. I'll take my Sheikah warrior clothes and we can sneak in that way.", said Link.
"Do you have any extra for me and my friends?", asked Luigi.
"I have enough for all of us.", said Link.
Link took the clothes out of the Sheikah Slate and gave them to Mario and his friends.
The heroes changed into the Sheikah warrior clothes. "Okay, we're all set.", said Zelda.
The heroes walked up to the gates of the castle town.
"Halt! Who goes there?", asked a Yiga guard.
"We're members of the Sheikah tribe. We come in peace.", said Link.
"Very well, you may enter.", said the Yiga guard.
The heroes then walked into the castle town and looked around for Bowser Jr. and Ganondorf.
Eventually, they found Bowser Jr. and Ganondorf in the castle town square near the fountain.
"Run, these bastards set a trap for you!", said Ganondorf.
"Yiga bandits then surrounded the heroes. "Who are you? Why are you here in this town?", asked the Yiga Clan leader.
"We're the Mario Bros. along with Link and Zelda!", said Mario.
"Well, if that's the case, you won't live long enough for it to matter!", said the Clan leader.
The Yiga bandits raised their sickles and began firing arrows at the heroes, which the heroes dodged.
Link took the Master Sword out of his sword groove from on his back and started slashing Yiga bandits, Zelda fought the Yiga bandits with a sword as well.
Mario and his friends took Fire Flowers out of their pockets and turned into Fire Mario, Wario, Luigi, Peach, Yoshi, Donkey Kong and Waluigi.
Mario and the gang began throwing fireballs at the Yiga bandits, burning them to death.
Link also took the opportunity to use Urbosa's Fury to electrocute the Yiga bandits.
Then, the leader approached Link and tried to slash him with his windcleaver. Link dodged the attack by parrying with his shield. Link then got to do a flurry rush and began slashing at the Yiga Clan leader.
After a few more slashes, the leader was dead. "Whew, that was easy.", said Link.
"You can say that again.", said Mario.
"Jr. and Ganondorf, are you alright?", asked Luigi.
"We are now, thanks to you guys.", said Ganondorf.
"Those Yiga bastards betrayed me!", said Bowser Jr.
"That's the Yiga Clan for ya. You make a deal with them and they'll double cross you.", said Zelda.
"So, Ganon, do you have the Dimensional Diamond?", asked Wario.
"Why yes, obese man. I have it with me right here." He handed it to Link. "It's yours now. I'll go back into captivity in the dungeon.", said Ganondorf.
"Thanks Ganondorf!", said Zelda.
"You're welcome!", said Ganondorf.
