Look it's another new fic, while I'm writing other new fics and updates, including a reaction update. Why? Because I am a psychopath. But yeah I just completed Cyberpunk when this idea popped in my head, and I also have an idea for a Cyberpunk x RWBY crossover. Seriously take away the glitches and Cyberpunk 2077 is an amazing game.

Disclaimer: I do not own Fallout or Cyberpunk, they are owned by Bethesda and CD Project Rekt respectively.

Chapter 1: Never Fade Away

Courier Six was lying on the ground bleeding, wearing a new jacket. Elsewhere there was a guy with blades coming out of his arms also wearing a similar jacket, and a dark skinned girl wearing the same jacket. Oh and there was also a headless man on the ground and a damn ripped murderbot laughing maniacly. "Now you're probably wondering how I got here," said Courier Six breaking the 4th wall. "Well it all started with some crazy brains in jars."

Courier Six was lying in the void, wondering how he got here, oh right The brains at Big Mountain created a device that sucked the whole place into an unstable wormhole. Himself and ED-E included. And now here he was, lying in some kind of void, alone, abandoned, about to fade away.

Or so he thought. An Odd looking man in a yellow shirt approached him.

"Well now look at what we have here," said the man, "Well this is no place to be lying around, let's help you out shall we?" He picked Six up and ED-E and started walking in a random direction.

"Why help me, you don't even know me?" Six asked.

"Why not? We men of the road must stick together, perhaps one day I'll be in a spot of trouble and you'll help me out," said the man setting Six down on what felt like a street, "Also you interest me, you seem like the type of person to never fade away."

The man started to walk towards a fog before turning back, "Things are gonna go down around here, and I think you might be a much needed wild card, so I'm curious about something, would you rather live in peace as mister nobody, or go down for all time in a blaze of glory." The man started to walk back towards the fog, "I look forward to you answer Courier Six."

Before Six could question how he knew his name he blacked out.

He awoke to the sound of ED-E's beeping and a female voice, "It seems to want us to come this way," Said the voice, the accent sounded slightly hispanic or something like it.

"Oh Madre de Dio," said the same voice he saw a girl with a punk looking hairstyle that seemed to be dyed mostly purple come into his view, "Hang on dude, we've got you," and then he blacked out again.

Six woke up and saw ED-E hovering over him. ED-E started beeping excitedly and he saw the door of the room he was in opening (in a sliding motion oddly he made a mental note of that) and saw the woman he saw earlier. "Oh you're awake," said the woman, "Your little ball buddy came to us beeping urgently and led us to you, found you in the middle of parking lot by a dumster."

Six chuckled, "ED-E is reliable like that," before sighing, "Now this might sound weird and possibly cryptic, but where am I and what year is it?"

The woman raised a brow, "You're in Lizzie's bar, more specifically in Night City, as for the year it is 2077."

"Fuck," muttered Six, not only was he in the wrong year, but if his hunch was correct, the wrong earth.

"There a problem?" asked the woman.

"Depends on how much time you have, it's a long unbelievable story," Six replied.

"Shoot I got time," said the woman, grabbing a chair and turning it backwards before sitting in it.

ONE LONG EXPLAINATION LATER

"Well damn," said the woman wide-eyed, "Normally I'd say you're full of shit but you seem to have an honest look about you, so I'll buy it."

The woman grabbed a wad of cash and handed it to Six, "I doubt those Bottle caps will get you anywhere so here's a loan to get you started, based on what you told me, you'd find good work as a merc."

"Oh by the way, the name's Judy, Judy Alvarez," said the woman.

Six picked up the cash and stood up, "Courier Six, don't bother asking my real name cause I don't even remember it."

One Year and Six months later

Nearly all of Night City new the name of Courier Six, the Wild Card, Blackjack, the Merc of Mystery, and he was currently doing a job for the top fixer Rogue.

Six had just arrived at a warehouse and he had gotten some implants of his own, Kiroshi Optics, smartlink, power joints, and a projectile launcher to name a few.

He called up Rogue on his holo, "Rogue I'm at the warehouse, where Jack is located."

Rogue nodded, "Remember he's a disgraced Ripper-Doc for many reasons, and has a tendency for targeting females, if you find any woman still alive you'll get a bonus for each one."

Six nodded and pulled out his old trade mark pistols, Sweet Revenge and Old Scratch. Then he kicked the wearhouse door open and opened fire on the scavs.

He found a lot of body parts on the way, didn't want to think about where they came from, but he had to get to Jack.

He found a scav taunting some woman in cage and shot at his legs, "Motherfucker!" he shouted.

Six pointed the gun at the Scav, "Where's Jack?" he asked.

"Fuck you!" shouted the Scav, Six responded by shooting his other leg.

"I have many different points where I can shoot you and keep you alive, I can kill you as quick or as slowly as I want to," said Six.

"I ain't talking," said the scav. Six sighed and sheathed his pistols, the scav smirked until Six came up and twisted his arm behind his back!

"Aaaaaaauuuuuuggggghhhhhh!" he screamed.

"Feel like talking yet?" asked Six.

"Alright alright I'll tell you," said the Scav, "You go the local pharmacy, ask for something called Viagra, AND IT WILL HELP YOU GO FUCK YOURSELF!" Six proceeded to break one of his fingers, "Graaaaauuuuuuuggghhhh!"

"Say you know the definition of insanity?" asked Six, "It's where you do the same thing over and over and expect a different result, it's why I have more than one type of interrogation technique, and why it's a bad idea to keep denying me the info I need."

"Fuck you," said the Scav, as Sick broke another finger.

"You see once I've broken all the fingers on this hand, I'm gonna start getting out my toolkit and plucking off the finger nails, and when that's done, I'll start cutting your fingers off, then I'll do the same process with the other arm and fingers, and then with your toes, and if by some insane chance that doesn't get you talking I'll be getting my chems, you'll start feeling and seeing all kinds of shit, and eventually be begging for death, but you can save yourself all that trouble by just telling me where Jack is," said Six.

"Okay okay, Jack is the next room it's where he keeps his operating table!" shouted the Scav.

Six proceeded to snap his neck, "Now was that so hard?"

He saw the state all the captured woman were in, and he called up Rogue, "Yeah?" she asked, "I'm gonna need you to send Trauma to my location," said Six, "Got a bunch of woman that are gonna need serious medical attention."

"Got it," said Rogue, "What will you be doing in the meantime?" she asked.

"Why I'm going after Jack of course," said Six hanging up and going into the next room.

There he saw a woman strapped to a table, with a man with long slicked black hair wearing a black trench coat was holding a knife over her.

Six pulled out his guns and shot the knife out of his hand.

The man turned to Six and grinned maniacally when he saw him, "Courier Six as I live and breath," said the man.

"Jack 'The Ripper'" said Six, pointing his guns at Jack, "one sic sonova bitch for an ex ripper-doc."

Jack just laughed, "You'll find it's more than that that I got the title 'The Ripper,'" said Jack as he pulled out mantis blades and lunged at Six.

Six jumped back and used V.A.T.S. and started firing. Jack sure new how to take bullets as he eventually got right up to Six and manged to impale him with one of his blades as Six caught the other arm.

Six got his projectile launcher and hit Jack point blank, the explosion blew Jack's arms off, or rather blew his body off his arms.

"Sonova bitch that hurts like a mother fucker!" shouted Six. He threw the arm in his had on the ground and pulled the mantis blade in his gut then he noticed it was broken, "You've got to be kidding me he said." He went to unstrap the woman on the table.

"Thank you," she said.

Then they heard Jack grunting, "Well shit he's still alive," said Six, "Give me a moment," he said to the woman before walking up to Jack and putting a few more bullets in his head. Then he called up Rogue, "Jack the Ripper is dead," he said. Rogue nodded, "I'm sending you you're payment now, and Trauma is on the way."

"Yay," said Six.

"You okay?" asked Rogue.

"Yeah just got one of Jack's mantis blades stuck in my gut," said Six which made Rogue wince.

"Any other Merc, and I'd suggest serious medical attention," she said.

Trauma had arrived and helped all the women out of there, one of them even offered Six a ride to a Ripper Doc to help with the blade in his gut.

He went to a guy called Viktor, who also outfitted him with his most recent implants. When he got there Victor lamented on how unlike a couple of his other patients Six didn't run up a tab, and managed to pull the blade piece out. The wound healed on it's own thanks to his Phoenix monocyte breeder implant and he once again allowed Viktor to observe it as he wanted to see if he could replicate it's properties.

Six then went to his penthouse, one of the luxuries of being one of Night City's top mercs, and went to sleep.

The next morning, he got up and got sup breakfast, and decided to take a walk, thinking about picking ED-E up from Lizzie's bar when a car stopped in front of him, and a man stepped out.

"You Courier Six?" he asked.

Six nodded, and the man opened the passenger door, "Dexter Deshawn would like to speak to you."

Now this caught Six's interest.

He hasn't met the guy as he's apparently been out of town for the past 2 years, but heard of him, as one of the best fixers behind Rogue. He decided to enter the car and hear him out as it started driving.

"Well well well, Courier Six, the Merc of mystery," said a large dark skinned man smoking a cigar, "Up until a year and a half ago there was no record of you even existing, and now you're one of Night City's top mercs, and just the type of guy I'm looking for to join in a heist I'm planning."

"I'm all ears," said Six.

"Now I'll send you the full detes later, just mainly wanted meet the Merc of Mystery myself, now you won't be doing this alone, you'll be joined by a netrunner that goes by T-Bug, and a couple of other Mercs," said Dex.

"What can you tell me about these mercs, I like to know who I'm working with," said Six.

"Likes to be informed, that's good in a merc, now one of them from what I hear is an acquaintance of yours, Jackie Welles," said Dex.

"Ah the kid from El Coyote Cojo," said Six nodding. He often frequented that bar and helped defend it when Sixth Street gang tried to attack it.

"The other," continued Dex, "Is a bit of new blood to the Merc business, goes by V, he was a Nomad before coming to Night City."

"Ah a fellow man of the Road," said Six as he always was fond of the Nomads.

"Excellent," said Dex, "I'll contact you later, until we meet again Mister Six."

With that the car stopped and Six exited the car, preparing to await the call from Dexter Deshawn.

And done, can't remember the last time I had such a long chapter for a first chapter.

So Yeah Six is a merc in Night City.

I had originally debated on whether having the ones who found him be Judy and the Mox, the Aldecados, or just jackie's family. Decided to go for Judy as it will give him a more personal stake in a future questline.

Six's outfit will be sun glasses, as well as the Blackjack Duster.

Also Can anyone guess who the mystery man is?
