I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here, in the midst of a DATE with a rental girlfriend, Midoriya gets into another unexpected situation as the hysterics inside the hospital further puts him and Kendo in more COMPROMISING POSITIONS…

Ch. 7: Byōin no hisuterī part 3
The scene shifts at the Hospital, where a pair of nurses are seen manning the nurse's station, where they were slightly startled as they saw Insashi RALLYING the other senior citizen patients, which caused quite a disturbance as she told her fellow elderly patients that her grandson has finally gotten a girlfriend.
The other patients were elated to hear this, as this made them curious while reminiscing their younger years and wished that they become teenagers again, while expressing happiness towards Insashi due to her grandson FINALLY having a lover, as they are unaware of the true circumstances between Izuku and Kendo.
"You heard me! My grandson has a girlfriend!"
"Really?"
"For real?"
"That's great!"
"Good for you!"
"Totally good news!"
"You deserve such a wonderful news!"
"Makes me want to become a teenager again…!"
Insashi then tells her fellow patients that she will introduce them to Izuku and Kendo, which made the patients get pumped with excitement and agreed to come along with Insashi and tells her to lead the way, which caused a pseudo-parade, where Insashi led the elderly patients to walk along the hallway of the hospital.
"Follow me! I'll introduce you to them!"
"Okay!"
"Okay!"
"Okay!"

This, in turn, caused Hisashi and Inko to get worried as the matriarch is causing a scene and urged her to calm down and rest, but Insashi is so energetic that she told her son and daughter-in-law not to interrupt her as she is having a blast of her life and is so excited to introduce her fellow senior citizen patients to her grandson and his girlfriend.
"Don't stop me! This is a once in a moment chance for me!"
"Wait…!"
"Please calm down!"
"I'm too excited to calm down! I'm going to introduce my friends to Izuku and her girlfriend!"
"Please don't get overexcited!"
"You'll get another heart attack!"
"Ah, shut up and let me through!"
"Wait…!"
"Stop!"
This in turn caused the other nurses to become alarmed and they joined Hisashi and Inko in trying to calm Insashi down and urged her not to get overly-excited or she would risk getting another heart attack yet she ignored them and tells them to stop interrupting her while leading the parade as they began to look for Izuku and Kendo.
The two nurses at the nurse's station sighed as the scene they just saw, wondering if Insashi is okay and whether she should be discharged believing that she is energetic enough not to get another BREAKDOWN, and wished that she should calm down as her antics would surely disturb the other patients inside the hospital.
"Goodness…"
"I guess she's okay…"
"She looks fine to me…"
"That's what I'm thinking…"
"Should we…?"
"Let the others handle that."
"Fine."
"Yeah…"
Meanwhile, the scene shifts inside a vacant hospital room where Kendo is in a state of panic as she realized that her grandmother is also a patient here and if she finds out that her granddaughter is here, it would cause lots of problems as she is unaware of the fact that her granddaughter is working in a rental girlfriend business.
She then tells Izuku, who is still inside the toilet, to hurry up as they need to get out of here right away, which he tells her to wait as he is trying to put his pants on.
"Hey, hurry up!"
"Just wait!"
"Huh?"
"I'm still in my briefs!"
"Geez, just pull your pants up already!"
"Don't rush me!"
"Just do it!"
"Geez…"
Suddenly, Insashi's voice is heard and the two teens started to panic as they can hear her lead a group of senior citizens, and that they are aware that the two teens are somewhere here and Insashi assured to them that they will find her grandson and Kendo, then introduce them, which the senior citizens are looking forward to meet them.
"Really?"
"Wow!"
"That's good news!"
"Where are they?"
"Can't wait to meet them!"
"Introduce me to those kids! I'm so excited!"
"Me too!"
"Young love…sweet love…"
The voices indicate that they are nearing this room, and glancing at the window, Kendo realized that there is no scaffolding to hold them, as well as realizing that they are on the 5th floor, and she is starting to panic, as she really couldn't afford to be caught, but then a last-minute idea popped into her head as she grabbed Izuku and both lay on the hospital bed while covering themselves with the blanket.
Izuku blushed as he asked her what is she thinking, but she sternly tells him to keep it down and not say a word, stating that this is the only way she could think of to hide themselves from their respective grandparents.
"Now stay still…"
"…"
"Don't say a damn word…"
"…"
"Make a noise and you're dead…"
"…"
"Got that?"
"…"
Izuku is on top of Kendo, and he blushed at the fact that his body is close to hers, and wondered how he ended up in this kind of predicament, feeling that this is similar to a romance manga, which ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN.
However, things took a turn. In their haste to hide from their grandparents, Kendo's skirt was lifted and her white-colored panties are exposed, her legs spread, and with his pants on his ankles, leaving his lower body only in his briefs, Izuku's crotch is pressing Kendo's. With his bare thighs rubbing hers, Izuku felt her soft skin, and with his upper clothing, a sleeveless shirt and Kendo only in her sleeveless blouse, he could feel her breasts pressing his chest.

However, Izuku unintentionally pressed and rubbed the BULGE of his brief onto her crotch, causing Kendo to get unintentionally aroused and instinctively raised her hips, and she blushed upon feeling his erection, and due to the sudden feeling of his first time arousal, Izuku instinctively pushed his crotch against hers, causing his erection to throb harder, and both teens got heated yet she tells him to stop and stay still.
