Obligatory time skip due to laziness and lack of ideas. Now I can finally move on with the non-existent plot! Yay!

Also, space twitter has been introduced and I couldn't resist Megamind and Roxanne.

World: Radiant Garden

Rapunzel decided to join Aerith one morning out of curiosity and found a church under renovations. Rapunzel was amazed at the tranquil air, regardless of the construction efforts. Once, she brought in a sketchbook and Aerith was amazed and commissioned her to paint some murals once the walls were put in or to design some of the stained glass windows. The once-blonde took the task with gusto.

Now, in-between guarding the city, she could be found with various easels and covered in paint or surrounded by crumpled paper from failed sketches in whatever area was free or outside near the outer fountains at the city borders. Aerith heard her humming sometimes since her arrival, she seemed sad. Smiling, this commission seemed to help the younger girl. Aerith gave Rapunzel all the space she needed, glad she found a safe haven at the church.

Riku was still tense and wary. The two 'Norts (Robed Heart and Xemnas) were still at large. Donald and Goofy did what they could, but this Riku seemed really self-conscious and insecure right now. The older Sora swooped in out of nowhere after a few days and cheered the silverette up with ease. Took the teen aside and offered up pointers that actually helped.

Then… the moment went awkward when Sora went up to Donald and Goofy and talked to them as if they were their future counterparts. There was a whole one-sided conversation of the duo not knowing what Sora was talking about.

The silence when the elder realized the mistake made Goofy reach out and hug him.

Merlin saved the day when he bumped into them on his way home and handed them the finished Gummi Phones from his bag. (They pretended not to notice Sora wiping away his tears trying to compose himself.)

Phones passed out, kid Sora eyed the Gullwings, Bird Boys, and Triplets with dread as they figured out the camera and phone portion.

The others were ecstatic. But there was a limited number at the moment. So, they prioritized who had them: The Princesses (plus Ariel, although they're just including her in the group regardless at this point), the Restoration Committee shares two, both Sora's get one (lets face it, kid Sora's will spend most of time with the Gullwings who live off of gossip) and the villains have to share with whichever Princess they spent the most time with in an effort to spend more time with each other.

There was a demand for several group photos. (It was also a hit with their respective families.)

(Sora had a right to be wary)

Perched on the rooftops this evening was the local reporter that moved here when the worlds were restored. She is Roxanne Ricci. With her is the former villain, Megamind, with his fishy friend Minion. Flying about them was a small swarm of brainbots while a good chunk of the swarm was away helping with repairs.

Their story is that following the battle with Tightan, or Hal, Megamind wanted out. Too many bad memories. Then the world was swallowed by Darkness and everyone was displaced. Roxanne, Megamind, and Minion shared a look and made their own ship to leave Metrocity.

Lets face it, she was never gonna pass up this opportunity for a scoop this large! (Or the chance to actually explore their relationship without the kidnappings or deathtraps. Although for what she's hearing about these Princesses and Villains, her experience could be valuable).

And so, Brainbots armed to the teeth in recording equipment to Raxanne's specifications, they did recon to figure out what was actually going on.

The evening the Brainbots were active, something was already happening.

Training.

First, Oogie Boogie tagged along with Captain Hook and his Pirates going after random chests around the city. The Princesses were on Defence.

Then Minion spotted something else in another part of the city: A docking area of the Gummi-ship variety next to the water with various people flying about (The Gullwings and our Bird Boys) The two men sparring a safe distance away over the water for minimal destruction of property before a flash of light and they were gone. A minute or two later, they flashed back while the girls teased the embarrassed men.

Back to the Pirates.

What looked to be the bag man, captain and a young man (KH3Sora) were sparring atop the roof and even midair with strange weapons with incredible capabilities. The older gentlemen seemed to be the student as the teen seemed to be patiently supplying tips for improvement.

"Who are you?" A voice from behind startled them.

"My name is Roxanne. Who are you?"

"My name is Maleficent, Mistress of all Evil! And this is Princess Kairi." Diaval cawed from Maleficents' staff.

"Hello!" Kairi waved cheerily as a total contrast to the elder.

Roxanne was quick to regain her composure. "Hello. I would like to state that I am a reporter from my uh… homeworld?" She looked at Minion who shrugged.

Kairi giggled. "I see! Nice to meet you. I take it you have questions?"

"Ha!" Roxanne grinned. "Where do I begin?"

"Kairi." Maleficent huffed and walked away towards the pirates. "I shall leave you to the rabble. I expect you to join in shortly."

"Yes Ma'am!"

The witch burst into a green ball of fire and flew off to reappear as a person some roofs away, summoning various Heartless in the process. The Princesses attacked them with gusto.

Down below, the Pirates were determined to get back into shape. They'll be damned if these wenches get the best of them! (More friendly competition than anything considering the last month or two.)

One Pirate stared down Princess Jasmine. She grinned and unsheathed the sword she took from him in Hollow Bastion and stabbed it into the ground between them. The prize is clear.

Holding up her hand, she beckoned him. "Bring it on."

After a momentarily stare down, they charged. (The Pirate lost, but now had a goal.)

Elsewhere, Kid Sora was helping Alice with her teleportation. After spending time with the Gullwings, he has a grasp on how they do it and uses what he learned with her. Rikku pops in and out to randomly steal something from the girl causing a very curious, yet intense, game of cat and mouse.

Ariel took to using her armor to meet up with Ursula to get used to using it. With Aqua and Cinderellas' aid to personalize her armor, it represents her more aquatic side. The armor had the standard fare that Aqua had but with major differences like with Cinderella. Legs or tail: the colored lines shifted to give off the faint impression of scales done in the Atlantican art style, blue was traded for green, and purple on the torso with gold accents throughout the whole armor done tastefully in subtle ways. The various pieces of upper armor were styled to mimic the guards at her palace but covered her more practically than just the one arm or shoulder pieces. And then Ursula stepped up to add her two Munny's worth: Sharpen the fingers like claws, tweak the overall design to be more menacing, more siren-like or else no one would take her seriously. She needed a presence that no longer screamed little girl. She's now a fighter, prove it. In vehicle mode, she had the magic arrows but smaller and one in each hand that can combine in a singular bow she can grab onto and go faster.

Ariel flew to Ursula some distance away on the shore to practice her spell work with Merlin acting as the Peanut Gallery of running commentary with his ever-present bag full of furniture and tea.

Snow White and Cinderella were racing around with Big Hero 6 with Hiro's AR helmet. Snow's trying to beat her top score against three other Pirates. Jafar was flying about casting various spells to up the difficulty. Cinderella was testing out her new armor after tweaking it again and joined in the game to see how it held up. So far so good, but more adjustments were needed.

Jafar didn't care who he was paired with and often went out on his own when able. (Snow White discovered he was in an intense battle of magic and wits against someone named Yzma obsessed with taking over the throne like he was with Agrabah. The two took great joy in one-upping each other to the Sultan and Jasmine's dismay.)

Belle and Beast were absent tonight as they were with the Trick or Treaters. Earlier, the trio showed them their Playroom and the adults were horrified (the kids grinned). This room had way more potential, and their toys were junk! (What? Hey!) Belle brought the kids to her own home and introduced them to her father, Maurice, an actual inventor and engineer (The kids were stunned at all the cool things around the house). Beast had the sudden feeling of what it was like to have kids as he and Belle took care of the other four (kids plus Maurice). It was so domestic; the Beast was in awe of it. The shared smile with Belle just made his heart flutter.

Aurora and Hades seemed to be plotting something on a rooftop after she visited him in the Underworld the other day. Through him, she met Meg. Meg taught her to toughen up and to rescue herself. The irony when she met Hercules caused Aurora to tease her on occasion and purposely sing causing random animals to join her. (Hades couldn't stop laughing at Meg's mortified face as she looked around as if the animals expected her to sing and dance as well!) Hades taught them to lighten up and live a little (pun intended). And when Hades told them about his plans for Olympus, Aurora sat him down and tried to talk it through.

And then Aurora remembered Sora's request for unpredictability. Then Aurora tried to rearrange the plan and added a few things, completely making a new plan from scratch in the process. Hades and Meg were intrigued. (Aurora was excused from training that week because everyone was curious to see how the new plot for domination will go.)

Kairi kept finding herself back to Maleficent. There was something about the Mistress of Evil that drew the Princess of Light to her as a mentor. At first, Kairi thought it was how frequently they dealt with the witch in the alternate future. Or maybe it was her intelligence or fierceness? Whatever it was, Kairi kept going back for more debates, more stories, lessons, etc. Maleficent was unapologetically herself and had a confidence that couldn't be rivaled. Kairi admired that.

Speaking of… Kairi learned how to turn her spells into different colors out of boredom earlier that day. Ven and Axel were visiting. Maleficent and Hades were nearby.

Ven grinned and whipped out his Gummi Phone that Chip and Dale finally finished.

Ven managed to get surprisingly good shots of Axel vs Kairi (she told Axel how to change colors too). The firefight was truly epic! As well as trippy with the different colored fire being shot everywhere. Not to be outdone, our Villains got into it as well and actually had fun in ways only a Pyro can understand.

Rikku stole kids Sora's Gummi phone at one point. (Sephiroth had a sudden feeling of dread as he sparred with Cloud).

Roxanne traded contact info with Ven and Rikku, each asking for copies from the other (Megamind was cackling like a villain and purposely added even more fuel to this fire. Roxanne stared fondly at him and the sheer chaos going on in town tonight.)

At least it won't be boring here!

(The irony is I haven't used Twitter in years but see it referenced in fanfiction a lot recently, so I figured why not? Help this out-of-touch Millennial out please XD)
