CHAPTER 33.
At least an hour has passed since the 6 talked. Steph was calmer and was now hugging Bruce. The older man practically claimed her as a daughter too.
They had eaten and were talking about lighter topics. Still trying to digest what they'd heard the previous hour.
Bruce had just asked if he should wake the others up to eat when a scream was heard.
A scream in a house full of vigilantes.
It was obvious that the five vigilantes in the kitchen rushed to see what had happened.
Bruce felt his heart tighten in his chest. Was it Ra's? Maybe the old man really wanted the robins and not the machine, maybe it's the ninjas, dammit, he didn't have the utility belt, but that's okay, he wouldn't let them touch the birds. His mind braced itself for the various scenarios.
Wayne had a slightly different train of thought.
This wasn't a cry for help, no, one of them did something to another. There was no sound of breaking glass or screams, maybe they were fighting each other, maybe they were pranking each other. Hell, he'd forgotten that Dick and Jason in a room wasn't exactly the best thing to do.
Bruce kicked the room door open, ready to fight as his eyes searched for the invaders. Younger version of him watched them for injuries. Wayne's eyes went straight to Jason, who had a maniacal smile on his face as he pointed at something in the corner of the room. Both bats widened their eyes.
The three robins behind them gasped in shock. Tim started to smile too.
Carrie had her slingshot ready and B.J behind her. Damian and Rochelle had their swords drawn and Dick looked ready to burst into a fit of laughter.
"Oh dear." Alfred's voice rang out in the hallway. He had followed them and had his shotgun in his hand, but he lowered the gun when he saw the... thing?
''Okay, B. I think that's proof enough that you have issues.'' Jason burst out laughing.
Wayne made a face.
In the corner of the living room, next to Dick was a robot.
A gray robot with black hair, a green mask and wearing a uniform like B.J.
Dick started laughing too.
The robot turned its attention to the newcomers in the room. ''Hello.'' He greets in his robotic voice.
''...hi?'' Bruce manages to find a voice. Okay, maybe Jason was right, was this serious?
''My scans identified him as Bruce Wayne, the first Batman. That means I traveled through time or through worlds or dimensions. My base program tells me to trust you. Hello, I'm Robin, the android prodigy. I was created from my Batman's childhood essence to help him. I'm from the 853rd century.
''That's really cool!'' Tim exclaimed.
''There's a robot Robin!'' Carrie lowered the slingshot. She was smiling like crazy.
The robot looked back at the robins. ' ' I want you to know that it's an honor to meet you. Dick Grayson, Nightwing. Jason Todd, Red Hood. Tim Drake, Red Robin. Stephanie Brown, Spoiler. Duke Thomas, Sign. Damian Wayne, Batman Four."
''The robot knows me!'' Jason looked at Rochelle, who still looked scared. B.J approaches her and whispers. ''He won't hurt us.''
She nods, but continues to look worriedly at the robot.
The robot tilts its head as she looks at it. ''Sorry, but who are you?''

Roy looked around the watchtower. It was beautiful. He'd waited so long to set foot in this place that he really hoped circumstances were better.
The league didn't want to listen, but he knew. He knew there was a double agent on the team.
The meeting was approaching and he didn't know what to think. They weren't going to believe him about the double agent, that much was clear earlier.
With a sigh, Roy leans against the glass, seeing the small forest inside the tower. He needed to convince them, he needed proof, time was running out and he knew it.
Something was going on, Roy could feel it, but he didn't know what to do.

Bruce looked around the table, after the emotional bomb that morning, followed by the appearance of a robot, Alfred had made everyone eat something and now they were all sitting in the mansion's dining room. It was raining outside, a common occurrence in Gotham, but the stormy weather didn't seem to affect the young people chatting around the table as much. There was still some tension, but it was less than an hour ago.
He tried to bring Kara upstairs, but the Kryptonian refused to leave her friend's side, so Alfred had brought her some food before they started eating.
Clark had been responsible for notifying the meeting time, and Bruce looked at his cell phone every few minutes.
It didn't take long for the message to arrive.
Kent: The team will be attending the meeting as well. At two o'clock.
Wayne: Dick and the others are tired, they probably won't.
He had just finished sending the message when he felt someone lean on his shoulder.
''Why not?'' Tim asked. The boy hadn't made a sound and if Bruce hadn't felt the boy on his shoulder he wouldn't have known he was there.
The rest of the table continued to chat amongst themselves, the girls even managing to get Alfred to join in the conversation.
''You are still exhausted.'' was the reply.
Tim snorted. ''Bruce, this was a normal night for us. We're not that tired. We've already faced worse villains and attacks and proceeded to patrol normally. A reunion won't be hard.'' A saddened look came over the teenager, his memories going straight to 'graduation day.' Tim shook his head, Donna was fine, she was back. ''We are fine.''
Bruce raised an eyebrow. ''You have a lot of stories to tell, don't you?''
Tim snorted again. ''You have no idea.''
''Think of it as a vacation Tim. I will not make you worry more about something that is not of your world.
''But.''
''Relax, try to have fun.''
''Are you sure it's Bruce Wayne?'' Tim leans back.
''You think so little of me?'' Bruce asked jokingly.
''Only when you've just woken up and haven't had breakfast or when Clark pisses you off.'' Tim returned the joke.
''You know it's not much different, right?'' Steph joked lightly.
''She's right.'' The robot turned to them from where he was sitting in the chair. There was no food in front of him, but Alfred made him sit down with the others. ' 'According to my records, Tim Drake, the third Robin was the Robin who most resembled the original Batman.'
''The robot said so.'' Carrie laughed.
''Hahaha I'm laughing, laughing with you guys.'' Tim rolled his eyes, but his lips couldn't hide the smile.
Wayne hid a smile, his attention divided between the conversations at the table and the robot. He met this robot. He knew the history behind him, the time he came. However, the version he knew did not speak much beyond the story itself. Not that Bruce blames him, they had a lot going on at the moment...an entire prison planet behind them too, but whatever. He turned his attention back to the conversation in front of him as he thought about the version of the robot he'd met…he really hoped that Batman had fixed the robot.
A/N: No guys, it's not Jarro yet, but don't worry, I won't leave him out of the adventure.
