Author's Note: Alright, I am finally home from my vacation, so here is an update to my fan-fictions, and a new fan-fiction. All of my fan-fictions ( with the exception of "Snow Bound 2" ) is not over yet. I am just having a major writer's block, and Jeffery isn't really that excited to re-write the second Chapter of the fan-fiction that we are writing together.

Unlike my previous fan-fictions, this will actually be about the canon Vicky, but with my own headcanons.

This is a fan-fiction of The Fairly OddParents, and I did not create any of the characters of The Fairly OddParents.

Chapter 1: "A Huge Surprise".

Twenty-four-year-old Vicky sighs as she walks out of the Dimmsdale International Airport. It has now been six years since she was last here. She quit babysitting after she had graduated from high school, and then she moved out of Dimmsdale. She hadn't even thought much of the Twerp, or any of his friends, because she was really busy with college.

"Hey, welcome back, Victoria!" Remy Buxaplenty says to her.

"My name's not Victoria, Buxaplenty," Vicky says, and she gets an annoyed look on her face.

"Sorry. So, the good news is that Turner hasn't been around here much either. So, you might not see him around here. I really gotta say, though, it's been really nice not to see that annoying pain in the butt," Remy replies to Vicky.

"Oh," Vicky says to him.

She thought back to the last day that she saw Timmy.

"I'm really glad you're moving, because I hate you," Timmy had said.

She had a really annoyed look on her face back then. She really felt like she had no one in her life who cares about her. Even the Twerpette had eventually given up on trying to convince Vicky that she cares about her. Her parents had basically stopped loving her sometime after Tootie was born. She didn't know why. She thought that they loved her, and that she was their favorite kid. Then, Nicky found out that she was pregnant with a second daughter, and the rest is basically what you know now. Vicky became resentful, and bitter, and then she became a babysitter to pay for things that her parents didn't seem to want to buy for her. It was like she was the forgotten child.

"Same to you, Twerp," Vicky replied back then. She sighed, and then she walked towards his parents to say goodbye to them.

"So, what have you been up to lately?" Remy asks Vicky, and then she returned from the flashback.

"Oh, uh, I took a lot of classes in college. I didn't pass all of them. And that's about it, really," Vicky says.

"No boyfriend? I could have sworn that Turner had a crush on you or something," Remy says.

"Are you kidding me? I've had bad experiences with dating guys. They either pretend to love me, or they love someone else. Twerp had a crush on me? You feeling okay? Because that is just insane," Vicky says to Remy.

Remy didn't laugh or smile at her. "I'm sorry to hear that. I had neglectful parents, and then they divorced, so I don't know. I guess that I didn't think that love truly existed. Just don't tell anyone else that. He was obsessed with Trixie Tang for many years, but after you left, I think that he was really sad," Remy says to Vicky.

Meanwhile, Timmy Turner, who is now eighteen-years-old, walks towards where Remy and Vicky are right now.

"Hiya, Timmy Turner!" Seventeen-year-old Tootie says to Timmy.

"Do you always have to creep on me like that, Tootie?! I think that I just heard Remy and Vicky talking about me, and she's now back in Dimmsdale. Did you know about this?" Timmy asks Tootie, as he looks at her.

"No. She doesn't tell me anything. I tried to tell her, 'Vicky, I love you. I know that everyone may seem to not care about you, but I do,' but she never wants to listen to me, so I just gave up on trying," Tootie says. "Oh, and I'm so sorry. I was just really excited to see you. How was your life in New York?" Tootie asks Timmy.

"Wait, what?! That explains everything! Well, I was just, you know, trying to follow Trixie to the college that she got accepted into, and she didn't like seeing me there. I think that she still hates me," Timmy says.

"You're not a loser. And I think that it's about time that you stopped loving her, and consider maybe me for a change! What was Vicky talking about to Remy?" Tootie asks.

"Something about how he thought that I secretly had a crush on her. Crazy, right?" Timmy asks.

Suddenly, Remy walks towards the two of them. "Aha! Here is the most annoying Twerp in all of Dimmsdale," Remy says to Timmy.

Vicky follows Remy towards Timmy and Tootie.

"I am not a Twerp! I'm almost nineteen-years-old, Buxaplenty! Or should I just call you an arrogant, and selfish jerk?" Timmy asks.

"Oh, please, like you were never selfish," Remy says to Timmy.

"U-Uh, h-hey, V-Vicky. H-How are you feeling right now?" Tootie asks her older sister.

"Do you really need to ask? I think that you already know how I'm feeling," Vicky says to Tootie.

"Right... I do..." Tootie says.

"Nice to see you again, Vicky," Timmy says to Vicky.

"I'm pretty sure that you still hate me, so goodbye," Vicky says, and then she walks towards her house.

"I don't know why I'm going here though," Vicky mutters to herself.

"I think that I'm going to need some help with this," Timmy says, and then he runs towards Chloe Carmichael's house.

Timmy knocks on the front door, and Chloe opened the front door. "Oh, hi, Timmy! How was trying to win Trixie as your girlfriend?" Chloe asks Timmy.

"Horrible. She laughed at me, and then she called security on me. Just like back in Elementary school. Listen, you know that you kept asking me why Vicky is like this? It's because no one cares about her. Well, Tootie might still care about her, but she has given up on trying to convince Vicky of that," Timmy says to his best friend of the past eight years.

Chloe gasps. "What?! I mean, I always had that guess, that she was neglected by her parents, like your parents neglected you, but I never would have thought it would be true. That's horrible! We have to talk to her!" Chloe says to Timmy.

"I tried to be kind to her, and she just walked away from me," Timmy says.

"Okay, just let me get my purse, and I'll come with you to her house!" Chloe says to him.

Chloe grabs her purse, and then she walks out of her house. "Mom, I am going with Timmy to go to Vicky's house! I'll be back later today! I love you, Mom!" Chloe says to her mother.

Chloe closes the front door, and then she locks the front door. Chloe turns to look at Timmy.

"Who told you that?" Chloe asks Timmy.

"Tootie," Timmy says to Chloe.

Chloe and Timmy walk towards Vicky's house, and then Timmy rings the doorbell.

Vicky opens the front door. "Twerp, I don't want to see you. So, just go back to your house," Vicky says.

"I know why you were so mean to me, and to Chloe, and all of the other kids," Timmy says to Vicky.

"Really? Why don't you share that with the rest of the class?" Vicky asks sarcastically to him.

"Tootie told me that you think that no one is caring about you, but that's not true at all," Timmy says.

"Oh, don't tell me. Crocker's belief that fairy God-parents exist is real, and someone made a wish to make some people like me. Anyways, what she told you isn't even true. I have tons of friends," Vicky says.

"Really? Name five of them," Timmy says.

"Stop wasting my time, and mind your own business, Twerp!" Vicky yells at him, and then she slams the front door.

"Ouch. That didn't work out the way that I wanted it to work out," Timmy says.

"Let me try. Vicky! It's me, Chloe Carmichael! Can we talk, please?" Chloe asks Vicky.

Vicky let out a long sigh, and then she re-opened the front door. "What do you want, Twerpette?" Vicky asks Chloe.

"I know what it's like to feel lonely like you do," Chloe says.

"I'm not lonely, Twerpette. And even if I was, I definitely wouldn't tell someone about that, now goodbye!" Vicky says, and then she closes the front door again.

Chloe sighs.

"I would mess up, and then no one wanted to be my friend. Until I moved here to Dimmsdale, that is. I know that life can be hard, but pushing people away from you isn't going to make you feel happy," Chloe says to Vicky.

"I don't deserve to be happy, alright? After everything that I did to your friend, and A.J., and that braces kid? No way. Now, please, leave me alone," Vicky says, and then she walks upstairs to her bedroom.

"Well, it's official. I don't know what else to do to help her," Chloe says.

"Some people don't want to be helped. I can't even believe that I'm saying this, but it makes me feel sad to know that Vicky was secretly miserable for so many years," Timmy says.

"Hm. I might come up with a plan after eating a cheeseburger, and some French fries! Let's go to the restaurant now!" Chloe says.

"Sounds like a good plan," Timmy says, and then he walks towards the restaurant that is in Dimmsdale. Chloe joins him.

Meanwhile, inside Vicky's house.

Tootie walks upstairs to Vicky's bedroom. "Hey, sis. Welcome back. I haven't seen you in the past six years. Do you think that Timmy loved you?" Tootie asks her sister.

"I really don't think he did, and thanks, I guess," Vicky says, and then she thinks about what just happened today.

"Weirdest day ever," Vicky says, and then she sighs.

"It can't be any weirder than seeing Crocker constantly trying to steal fairy God-parents from Timmy, that he definitely doesn't have," Tootie says.

"Okay, but this kind of thing doesn't happen to me, alright? You know that," Vicky says to Tootie.

"Yep. I know about Ricky. He sounds like a jerk. I would never want to have a boyfriend like him," Tootie says.

"Anyways, he has told me more than nine hundred times that he hates me, so I'm pretty sure that he didn't secretly love me," Vicky says.

"Maybe he just wanted to love someone other than Trixie Tang for a change," Tootie replies.

"I also can't believe that you're actually talking to me," Tootie says.

"Well, I don't know what to do here. I finished college. Actually graduated from it, and now I'm here. It's crazy what Remy told me. I haven't even had a boyfriend since Ricky broke up with me to get married to someone else," Vicky says.

"It's nice. I'm glad that we're talking to each other again now," Tootie says.

"Don't get too used to it," Vicky says, and then she grabs a book.

"Well, I'm glad you're here again. Mom and Dad may not love you, but I do," Tootie says.

Tootie walks out of the bedroom.

"Timmy Turner loving my sister. Weird, but I think he's better boyfriend materal than Ricky ever was," Tootie says to herself.

"I still prefer Timmy to be dating me though," Tootie says.

"Are you talking to someone, sweetie?" Nicky (Tootie's and Vicky's mother) asks.

"No one. Just myself. I get pretty lonely here sometimes," Tootie says.

"Then how about you visit Timmy? Maybe he will start to love you now," Nicky suggests to her youngest daughter.

"I kind of doubt that, but thanks for the suggestion, Mom! I love you!" Tootie says, and then she walks out of the house. Tootie closes the front door, and then she locks it.

Tootie walks towards Chloe and Timmy. "Hi, Timmy! Can we start dating now?" Tootie asks him.

"I still don't have romantic feelings for you, Tootie, so, no... Sorry though," Timmy says.

"What are we going to do about Vicky?" Chloe asks.

Normally, Tootie didn't like Chloe, but she decides to put her dislike for the girl aside, since Chloe wants Vicky to be happy.

"Well, Timmy could say that he loves her, but that would end badly. Hm... She had only one boyfriend, and he was a gold digger. He stole money from her, and he didn't even love her at all. Which was a shock, since he has her exact same personality. I don't think that Vicky is willing to trust another guy again," Tootie says.

"Right..." Timmy says. Timmy can't seem to remember anything about him though. He doesn't have his memories of having fairy God-parents anymore.

"That kind of would be a good idea, but she seems really against having a boyfriend. Plus, she definitely wouldn't believe that Timmy could love her romantically," Chloe says.

"I don't want her to be miserable anymore though. We have to think of something," Timmy says.

Remy Buxaplenty suddenly walks towards them. "Oh, hello, Turner. Good news. Trixie Tang just told me that she will be coming back to Dimmsdale. Apparently her younger sister is having some relationship problems with her boyfriend, and she needs Trixie's help. So, you still have a chance, but let's face it. Trixie's never going to love you," Remy says.

"You just love to rub that in my face, don't you?" Timmy asks Remy.

"Of course I do! Well, I'll be leaving now. I can't stand talking to you for a long time," Remy says, and then he walks away from Tootie, Timmy, and Chloe.

"He just makes me so mad," Timmy says.

"Trixie's coming here, Timmy. Maybe you can try to ask her out again!" Chloe says to Timmy.

"I think that I'm over her now. I'm tired of getting rejected by her all the time," Timmy says, and then he walks into the restaurant.

Tootie and Chloe also walk inside the restaurant.

Timmy, Chloe, and Tootie order their food, and then they wait for their meals to finish cooking.

Timmy picked up his cheeseburger, and then he sits down next to Chloe and Tootie.

"Thanks for always being my best friend, Chloe," Timmy says to Chloe.

"You're welcome, Timmy!" Chloe says in reply to Timmy.

They start eating their cheeseburgers and French fries, and then they start catching up, since Timmy had been gone for three weeks.

Author's Notes : Alright, there will be more in the next Chapter. And I would like to receive a review, or a follow, or a fav. Fan-fiction writing is hard work sometimes. Thank you!
