(No pov)

"So you want to recommend this young boy?" Nezu mused interested. The tiny white strange creature held his paw? Up to his chin in thought. This was a new situation for him. The number nine hero recommending a boy. Much less a boy who was seemingly new to society.

"Well, Yes. I believe he can be a great hero," Ryuko Tatsuma nodded.

"Are you sure he doesn't want to do the test?" Present Mic questioned. The Teacher with electric yellow hair and a speaker-like device around his neck raised his arms up in question.

"I asked him the same question. But apparently, he doesn't do well with tests," Ryuku sighed shaking her head.

"Physical? Or Written?" Cementoss said. The stone-like being sat down with his arms crossed.

"I guess I never asked," Ryuko shyly chuckled.

"Ha!" Nezu giggled to himself. Ryuko shrank down in her seat for a second.

"Well I guess it's possible," Nezu continued.

"You're not actually thinking about this are you?" Aizawa shook his head. "A kid without any previous records. And no knowledge about how heroes work. He's no better than a preschooler," He continued. As Ryuko looked at him she couldn't help but compare him to a depressed mummy.

"I can vouch that he's a hero in his heart," Ryuko insisted.

"Well, we are alway's ready to accept new students, So of course!" Nezu smiled clapping his paws together.

"What? Just like that?" Snipe stammered. His cowboy-like appearance and gas mask couldn't help but block his surprise. Well much at least.

"Why of course!" Nezu grinned.

"He does seem like a good man. And everyone deserves to have a chance to be a hero," Toshinori Yagi nodded. His electric blue eyes seemed deeper into his face than they should be as he looked almost like a skeleton. But he was also the Number one hero All-might. And he was thinking back to a very recent encounter with a certain boy.

"If we let one boy without any education in U.A then anyone might as well wander in and expect to be taught," Aizawa frowned. "Even with the support of the No.9 heroine, it would cause an uproar,"

"Well He could take the Exam with the rest of the students," Midnight suggested. The R-Rated heroine did not look like someone who should be teaching a bunch of horny teenagers. But did she still choose to teach here. Yes.

"He's been surviving on his own for years. I doubt he has any fighting experience," Vlad king pointed out.

"On the contrary, he might just have more than we know," Nezu suggested. "After all he has, according to our knowledge, Been living alone on a mountain that is crawling with low-time thugs and wild animals,"

Ryuko nodded but still felt like she need to make one last push. "He's strong and his quirk is extremely similar to mine! I feel... I don't know like it's my duty to help him," She blushed slightly.

"Feeling those motherly instincts huh Ryuko? Well, Maybe we should see if he's a step away from your family?" Midnight smiled seductively putting extra weight on a word.

"Midnight!" Power loader groaned. The T-rex-like body suit seemed just as annoyed as its creator.

"Perhaps we should leave the choice to All might?" Ectoplasm interrupted.

"If anything that fool will go ahead and invite 10 other people while he's at it. Maybe even a quirkless kid as well," Recovery girl jokingly rolled her eyes. However her worry shined at the end.

Toshinori sweat dropped with a shy smile.

"Well, Perhaps we should test him differently than the other students?" Thirteen suggested.

"Differently how?" Aizawa raised an eyebrow.

"Well in 10 months when the test arrives he could act as a villain to fight the students," Thirteen said in the most un-thirteen way anyone expected. Even Nezu was stunned for a second before cackling loudly.

"It seems you are quite Eager for this Clay to attend here Aren't you Ryuko," Nezu continued to laugh. Aizawa shook his head knowing full well that Ryuko had pulled something on Thirteen before arriving at U.A.

"And should he harm a student?" Ectoplasm asked.

"Then he'll be treated as a villain. And I'll be quick to arrest him," Aizawa muttered.

"Well, It would offer A new Obstacle. And a chance to test if he's willing to hurt his fellow students," Snipe said.

"And it would allow those that would normally only be able to fight against People to have a way to pass the Exam," Aizawa added. He was once like that but he had at least prepared before the Exam others wouldn't be so lucky.

"The young Shinso comes to mind. His Quirk only works on living beings," Nezu noted.

"But who would train him to be able to hold back on his quirk? And be strong enough to stop him in case he is more violent than we thought?" Present Mic asked.

"I'll do it!" Midnight shouted putting her hand up like a schoolgirl.

"Midnight?!" Ryuko screamed.

Midnight looked at Ryuko with a grin that sent chill's down her spine.

"What's wrong? Protective of your toy?" Midnight smiled.

"Well, I say it would be best for Ryuko to teach the boy. After all, if his quirk is similar to your own then it would be most beneficial for you to train the boy, And he does know you," Cementoss put forward.

"But with My quirk, I could knock him out in a few seconds," Midnight whined.

"You both have a good point," Vlad king muttered.

"Ryuko can train him and Midnight can watch him during the Exam!" Nezu cheered.

"Wait but-" Midnight started. However, the look In Nezu's eyes despite his smile didn't leave any room for discussion. Midnight huffed sulking into her seat. Aizawa saw the look in Nezu's eyes and knew that despite whatever words he could say Nezu wouldn't change his mind. All arguments of the child being a terrible choice died on his lips.

"Well then Let's begin!" Ryuko said later to a shocked Clay.

(Timeskip)

"Okay Start!" Present mic Announced. The children Below all looked at him strangely.

"What's Wrong? There are no countdowns in real fights! And you don't know What lies ahead either! So Run Run Run! The die has been cast you know!" Present mic yelled.

Izuku Midoriya stared up for a second confused before noticing that everyone was already running ahead. As he ran threw the testing site he noticed tons of wrecked robots. And a kid in a blue shirt smashed another one.

"Forty-Five points!" Tenya Ida counted.

"Forty-Five?!" Izuku gasped. He looked around in a panic trying his hardest to find some points to gain.

(Meanwhile)

"In this practical Exam, The examinees have not been informed of the number of villains or their locations. Neither have they been told that their boss is running around either. They have a limited amount of time in a vast area. They have to draw the villains out from there. Information gathering ability to understand the situation before anyone else. Mobility can be used in many different circumstances. Discernment to be able to stay calm in any situation. And pure combat ability," Nezu smiled ranting off.

"These basic abilities needed to keep the peace in the streets are turned into points in this test," He continued.

"Doesn't this year's group look promising?" Midnight noted.

"Well, We can't know for sure yet. Their true test is yet to come. Shall we inform him to start hunting?" Vlad king asked looking at a shadow of their new twist.

Nezu nodded happily. As Vlad king pressed a red button.

(Back to the test)

Mineta continued to run around desperate for points. When suddenly something burst out of the ground right in front of him!

Stumbling back he saw a boy covered in brown scales and wings.

"What the?" Mineta gasped. The boy looked at Mineta and smiled a tooth-filled grin. One thought came to Mineta's mind. Villain.

Alarms rang out over the entire arena.

"Villain boss identified. Avoid at all costs for the remainder of the test," A voice rang out.

Mineta immediately turned tail and started to run. They didn't say anything about this during the test information!

Tenya Ida put his head up confused. Why? Did they forget to mention this? Unacceptable.

Ochaco Uraraka jumped and looked around terrified. A villain? Villain boss? Her eyes settled on a brown person in the shadows as a small purple-haired child ran.

However almost immediately the villain boss looked at Ochaco and started to charge at her. Ochaco started to turn around but realized he was too fast. So instead she turned around and when he arrived smiling before her she placed a hand out activating her quirk.

The boy's face was one of pure shock as he started to lift into the air. Before he seemed to have a revelation and opened his wings. Ochaco's eyes widened as he reached out and grabbed her shirt.

His eyes were pure evil and his mouth opened. "Please forgive me!" He begged and the illusion of a villain shattered.

Clay flew over to the middle of the street and set her down. "Sorry but until someone comes along to free you your out," He smiled sheepishly.

"Villain! Unhand that girl!" Tenya Ida shouted charging straight at Clay. Turning around Clay couldn't react fast enough to block the kick.

"Your safe now!" Tenya smiled before rushing for the boss villain. Confident that it would provide him with more points.

(Meanwhile)

"It seems young Ida has chosen to battle Clay," Power loader noted.

"Foolish. He doesn't know his opponent's strength and he didn't rescue that other girl. He's acting too in the moment and ignoring everything but getting points," Aizawa sighed.

"Well, he's in for a surprise! Press play!" Nezu chuckled

(Meanwhile)

Bakugo stood atop a pile of Robots and laughed. His test was as good as his! None of these other Extras could even come close!

But suddenly he heard a massive roar ring through the arena.

Izuku stopped and looked towards the source of the roar and went pale. Was that the boss villain?

Something rushed out and grabbed Ida flying faster than he could react. The only thing Ida saw was the eyes of his opponent. The eyes however were more of an uncertain boy afraid of hurting people.

"Mudwing attack?!" Clay shouted uncertainly, twirling in the air and throwing Ida towards the ground. However, his aim was true and he landed on another student made out of a cushion. Which was really lucky. He usually didn't have good aim.

Clay grinned yet frowned and flew towards the ground slamming straight into the ground. With his impact, a bunch of people gathered in one spot was flung into the air. And with a single swipe of a tail, they were knocked back.

"Sorry about this!" Clay apologized. He turned around and flew as fast as he could throughout the arenas. But he quickly encountered a black thing that knocked him out of the sky.

"I'm sorry but I must pass," A being with a bird head apologized as his quirk came from him rushing forward.

"I'm not sorry!" Dark shadow yelled. Clay braced himself and stood his ground against the Quirk. He growled for a second but his claws were dragging through the ground. Clay thought for a second before twisting his body to throw the quirk to the side. Remembering His lessons from Krystel. Who knew they'd actually be handy?

However dark shadow didn't stop and instantly came back for another round. With his claw raised, he struck but Clay countered it with his own. Until he slipped and accidentally threw Dark shadow off the building.

"Oops" Clay chuckled with a hand behind his back. He didn't really like this. But He couldn't stop now. Besides, that Shadowy guy was fun!

Then as fast as he could he flew out towards the final arena. He spotted a strange trail of Broken Robots. He decided to follow it curiously.

Until finally he saw a boy with Blonde hair. And a look of death on his face.

"Who the fuck are you?!" Bakugo yelled.

"Scary!" Clay gasped.

"So you're the villain! Come at me then!" Bakugo yelled, "Maybe you'll last longer than these robots!"

Clay shivered and looked around for an escape.

However, Bakugo smiled and unleashed an explosion on the Unexpecting boy Who reminded him of that useless Deku. Seeing Bakugo charging at him Clay's mind went on autopilot and he thrust his hand forward and punched Bakugo in the chest.

Bakugo growled and thrusting a hand down on the newcomer he flipped himself over and unleashed yet another explosion.

"Are ya done yet!?" Bakugo yelled.

"Eep! You're still up?" Clay said. Deciding to try and end this as fast as possible. Clay tossed a piece of rock at Bakugo hoping to Stun the Murderous teen.

Bakugo blew it up but failed to notice Clay's plan. Flying up and over Bakugo Clay wrapped his tail around the Explosive teen. Bakugo growled and blasted Clay right in the face.

"Die!" Bakugo yelled no longer caring about anything but the battle.

Clay Screamed and accidentally Blasted Fire at Bakugo covering the surrounding arena in the fire. Bakugo leaped over and blasted Clay from the side before uppercutting Clay. Clay growled and midair wrapped his tail around bakugo.

"Go away!" Clay yelled. Slamming him into a nearby building Clay sighed.

"Stop!" A male voice shouted.

"What?..." Clay's mind went blank as his eyes clouded over.

And from the dust of their battle, a being with purple hair appeared.

"Finally," Shinso smiled. He looked at the brown being and noticed his amber underglow.

"How arrogant. Using your quirk just to make it harder for those with special quirks. Go get me some points," He ordered.

Clay's Tail moved and whacked a robot. But the points didn't go to Clay instead they went to Shinso.

"Heh," Shinso laughed.

However, there was still a fire surrounding Clay. And the heat of the flames snapped him out of his trance.

"Woah what was that?" Clay muttered. Before remembering he was in a fight. He giggled a bit before Rushing forward and headbutting shinso at a wall. Softly of course.

"Times up!" Present mic yelled.

Talk about action! Leave some comments and vote if Clay should have a love interest or a harem. Or if he shouldn't have one at all. Later!
