"Thanks for doing all the work for us, Loud, but we'll take it from here,"
"Fat chance, assholes," said Lincoln as he drew his sword going into a fighting stance, with the others following with their own weapons.
"Shouldn't you be careful after all that energy you spent on those trials?" mocked Adonis.
"How do you know about the trials?" Asked Clyde.
"We know more than you peabrains could ever. Once we arrived, we figured that the loser was already inside, so why waste our energy? Let him do the trials and break the seal; we'll reap the reward," mocked Leanne.
"Wow, you guys are more pathetic in person," Ronnie Anne said disgustingly.
"I know that voice; you're that bimbo from last time!"
"What if I am?"
"Looks like all that tit and ass was for show,"
"Oh sweety, they're real, and even if I looked like this for real, I'd still be more attractive than you, beanpole." Ronnie Anne remarked, referring to how her suit hid her true curves.
Leanne instantly became enraged and pointed her staff at Ronnie Anne with hate in her eyes.
"Did you just call me a beanpole?"
"You know what? That was disrespectful to beanpoles because at least they have a chance of getting a man," Ronnie Anne said before Sid laughed.
"We'll see who's laughing when I cast a curse that makes your tits and asses sag so hard they'll drag on the floor!" Threatened Leanne. "Or maybe I'll make them so big they explode!"
Ronnie Anne, and Sid burst into laughter at Leanne's threat.
"Bitch, if you had a spell that could make body parts bigger, you would have used it on yourself a long time ago," mocked Ronnie Anne.
"She did; why do you think she's an A-cup?" joked Lincoln.
"Wait, you mean she's really so inept at magic that she inverted a growth spell?" laughed Ronnie Anne.
"She wishes that was the case. The truth is that's about as big as her body can handle," mocked Lincoln.
Enraged, Leanne fired a blast at Ronnie Anne; however, before anyone could react, Lincoln raised his right hand and snapped his fingers, causing the shot to burst into a flash and then disappear, confusing everyone.
"Did my spell just disappear?" Asked Leanne.
"Didn't know I could do that, did you?" Taunted Lincoln.
"We didn't know either; what was that?" Asked Clyde.
"That was called material canceling magic," explained Lincoln. "It analyzes an incoming spell and counters it with a wave of opposing magic, canceling it out like mixing acids and bases."
"Impossible. I've studied every form of advanced magic in the other world, and I've never heard of a spell like that," Leanne protested.
"Right, advanced magic," Lincoln repeated, rolling his eyes. "Too bad you never bothered to master the next level, epic magic."
"Epic?" She asked, confused.
"You were so full of yourself back in the other world, always bragging about how you 'mastered' advanced magic and had a 1000 spell repertoire, you never realized there was a higher level which I mastered, and FYI, epic cancels out advanced; that's how I canceled out those curses you placed on all those men who rejected you, and you never noticed it,"
"Seriously, Lame-O, again with the surprises,"
"Hey, I'm not going to write a list of all the crazy things I can do, besides I don't like spellcasting anyway, so I don't do it unless I have to,"
"Just like a man to be so full of himself," said Blade.
"Oh right, Blade, I forgot about you, and I was happier like that," said Lincoln.
"Don't talk to me, you piece of garbage; you're not worthy to speak to me or breathe in my presence," growled Blade before turning towards Ronnie Anne, and Sid with a seductive smile. "You two I don't mind talking to, so why don't we go somewhere private and talk?" flirted Blade.
"Eww, did she just flirt with us and make a pass at us at the same time?" Asked Sid.
"What if I did? Don't say you weren't flattered." She teased.
"Let me stop you right there, Blade," said Ronnie Anne.
"Please, call me Angela,"
"Okay, Angela, we don't swing that way, and even if we did, what makes you think we'd lower our standards for you?"
Blade was taken aback by that comment but quickly brushed it off. "Obviously, you two have been brainwashed by the filth of men; why else would you reject me? Have a night with me, and you will be put on the right path," she flirted.
"Are you serious?" asked Sid. "Is there such a thing as heterophobic?"
"No, I think she's just sexist." Remarked Ronnie Anne. "As we said, we're not interested. Why don't you stick with her?" She pointed to Leanne.
"As if I'd lower my standards for this rapist!" remarked Leanne.
"Rapist? Who says I'm a rapist? And what makes you think you're worthy of my love and toys?" Angela replied.
"Uh, says every girl you forced into your bed; as for your love and toys, you can take them both and go fuck yourself!"
"Those women were all brainwashed by men. I helped them see the light, you flat-chested bitch!"
"Oh, that's what you called it? Because even I know that No means No, and I know a lot of them were screaming No,"
"Consent doesn't exist between women! That is the only true form of love, and love needs no consent,"
"This bitch is crazy," everyone thought.
"True love?" Repeated Leanne. "You're just a crazy fucking sex addict! Who turned a centipede into a sex doll, and even that ran away from you!"
"And you're a two-bit witch who believes you're an expert on magic! You couldn't even pull a rabbit out of a hat!" Blade countered.
As Blade and Leanne continued to go back and forward while Mina tried to calm them, Lincoln got a call from Lisa.
"Lincoln, I don't want to rush you, but you've got 10 minutes before that tower starts diving!"
"On it,"
Using the infighting among Adonis's party as a distraction, Lincoln dashed for the gem at top speed. Unfortunately, before he could grab it, Adonis appeared behind him, ready to stab him with his corrupted holy sword. Fortunately, Lincoln parried with his own sword before knocking him back. The two engaged in a fast-paced sword fight before Adonis tried using his shield to hit Lincoln, but he blocked it.
"Do you honestly believe you and your friends can stop us? We have the heroes' power and the Demon Lord's magic!" boasted Adonis.
"How's that working out for you? Trying to get your two contradicting forces to coexist without destroying you in the process must be tough. Not very healthy," Lincoln snarked.
"I can control them both just fine, and I'll use them to end you finally,"
"Please, I've beaten you before,"
"And I you, so let's consider this a tiebreaker,"
As Lincoln and Adonis continued their fight, the rest of their teams squared off, too, Ronnie Anne Vs. Leanne, Clyde Vs. Blade and Sid Vs. Mina. Leanne started firing spell after spell at Ronnie Anne while she dodged.
"Stand still, you bimbo!"
"As if bitch,"
"You think you're so cute," Leanne rued.
"I know I am. And I know I'm cuter than you," Ronnie Anne said with a smirk.
"The only thing you have over me is your body; if I had a body like that, he'd be all over me,"
"Oh, I see. You tried to put the moves on Lincoln, but he rejected you. And your idea of a rational reaction to rejection is to plot against him. Yeah, clearly, your body is the only reason he'd reject you. It's not like you had a terrible personality or anything."
"He only rejected me because of that stupid spell!" Insisted Leanne.
"Spell? What is she talking about?"
Clyde and Blade clashed hard as she swung her sword, and he dodged.
"You're an embarrassment to the LGBTQ community," said Clyde.
"I care only about saving women from men like you,"
"Unlike you, my dads taught me to respect women,"
"Dads? Are you the son of gays? Disgusting,"
"You're a lesbian, and you're calling my dads disgusting!? Why?" asked Clyde, thrown off by the hypocrisy.
"I'm not a lesbian; I'm a liberator, here to save women from the brainwashing of men! All men, including the [redacted homophobic slur]!"
"You're worse than I thought. You're like a sociopathic misandristic narcissist who forces herself on women to fulfill some twisted sexual gratification while claiming you're helping others justify your actions. But you actually believe that forcing yourself on other women is doing them good. You think it's your god-given right to have any woman you want, and they're not allowed to refuse because you're too special to be rejected."
"Who are you to judge me, you filthy man!?" She said as she swung her sword. Clyde ducked and threw a punch at her, hitting her in the gut and knocking her nearly to the opposite side of the room.
"You're the absolute worst kind of man there is! Nothing is worse than a man who hits a woman!" Blade rued.
"Your boos mean nothing to me now that I know what makes you cheer," Clyde remarked, getting back in close to continue the fight.
As Sid and Mina clashed, Mina tried striking Sid, but she gracefully dodged each attack and countered with her Bo Staff.
"You'll have to do better than that," Sid taunted.
"Bow to the power of Adonis, heretic!"
"He can't measure up to the power of K-POP,"
"You listen to that garbage?" Mina said with disgust. "That is the lowest form of music, along with its singers like that tone-deaf Yoon Kwan,"
"Okay," said Sid, twisting her staff, unleashing a hidden blade on one end, and turning it into a naginata. "I was going to go easy on you, but now you've voided any mercy," Said Sid jumping back into the fight.
Lincoln and Adonis were moving at high speed around the room, clashing many times. During the fight, Lisa chimed in, telling Lincoln that 5 minutes were left.
"Guys, time to wrap this up," He said to the others via their earbuds
"On it,"
Ronnie Anne was first; after dodging another spell, she fired off multiple arrows pinning Leanne to a nearby wall and disarming her. Sid used her naginata to slice Mina's staff in half before delivering a roundhouse to her face. As Clyde and Blade continued to clash, she tried to stab him, but Clyde threw a straight punch into the blade, shattering it.
"How? that sword is made of mithril, the strongest metal in the other world,"
"My gauntlets are made of something stronger," he said before knocking Blade to the ground with a right hook. Seeing his party members beaten annoyed Adonis as he tried blasting Lincoln with the hero's lightning magic. Lincoln used his sword to redirect it back at Adonis. Arrogantly, Adonis raised his shield to block, but as it absorbed the power, he howled in pain as the lightning went through his body.
"How? I have the hero's magic! That shouldn't have hurt me!"
"You also have the demon lord's magic, dumbass, that makes you vulnerable to the hero's magic and vice versa. Like matter meeting antimatter,"
"Shut up! Once I get that gem, I'll… Who is that?"
Everyone looked to see some unknown holding the gem, laughing. It was the only surviving member of La Sombra, having made it to the end but broken by the experience.
"I got it; the treasure is mine; I claim this in the name of La Sombra!" he said as the gem started glowing.
"No!" Said, everyone.
Before anyone could act, the man disappeared in a red flash.
"What just happened?" Said, Adonis.
"He was the first to touch the gem, which means he cleared the tower and was teleported to safety with the gem," explained Mina.
Adonis became enraged as he started surging with both the hero's and demon Lord's magic. Everyone quickly dodged; unfortunately, both magics hit Ronnie Anne and knocked her out.
"No!," yelled Lincoln as he ran for Ronnie Anne.
"Serves that bimbo…" said Leanne before being knocked out by Sid.
Taking advantage of Lincoln's distraction, despite being hurt from his own attack, Adonis managed to move fast enough to gather up his team and escape, but not before telling Lincoln.
"Another time, Loud!" before they escaped through the hole.
"Ronnie Anne, say something," said Lincoln.
"Something…" she groaned.
Suddenly the tower began rumbling, signaling that the tower was diving and was moving fast; Lincoln picked up Ronnie Anne holding her bridal style.
"Sid and Clyde, listen, I need you two to escape through that hole those assholes escaped through,"
"What about you and Ronnie Anne?"
"It's too risky, with her barely conscious, so I'm going to teleport us since I only have a 2-person limit," informed Lincoln.
"Don't you need to set up a waypoint?" asked Clyde.
"I already did. Do you remember that cave we passed?"
"Yeah,"
" I set it up there while we were passing; if I stand on the other end of this room, I'll be just within my 2-mile radius and can teleport there,"
"We understand; we'll meet you there," said Sid.
"Good, now go,"
Clyde and Sid ran towards the hole, leaping out; once clear of the tower, their suits activated, producing parachutes allowing them to land safely as the tower descended. Back inside, Lincoln was rushing to the other end of the room to use his teleport, finally reaching the point he could feel; his teleport was reactivated as he summoned a magic circle, and he and Ronnie Anne disappeared in a flash. In a flash, the two were now in the cave, illuminated by the moonlight. Lincoln laid Ronnie Anne down and began the healing process as he projected a black and orange aura that flowed through her body through his hands. After a few moments, the glowing stopped, and Ronnie Anne's eyes opened as she sat up, a little confused.
"What happened?"
"You got hit by Adonis's hero and demon lord magic, and they knocked you out,"
"No, one of them tried to protect me,"
"What do you mean?"
"For a split second, I felt something trying to protect me from the other,"
"It must have the hero's magic; guess it's true the hero's magic can only hurt evil and protect good people; the two forces clashing might be what knocked you out,"
"Maybe; now on another note, why are you naked from the waist up?"
"Well, after you got hit by those blasts, I needed to get you to safety to heal you, so I used my teleport spell to get us here while Clyde and Sid escaped through the hole,"
"That still doesn't explain why you're like this,"
"Whenever I use my teleport, whatever I'm wearing gets automatically sent back into my pocket dimension, leaving me naked on the other end and unable to access my pocket dimension for a while, which is why I hate using it. Nothing I can do seems to change it." Lincoln said, blushing and averting his eyes.
Ronnie Anne sat in disbelief upon hearing Lincoln's explanation, realizing he was completely naked, but soon realized something else due to Lincoln trying not to look at her; she was naked too. Upon looking down and confirming due to her breasts out in the open right down to her brown nipples, Ronnie Anne looked back, embarrassed at a blushing Lincoln.
"Ronnie, I'm sorry I…"
Lincoln could not finish before Ronnie Anne screamed and slapped him, causing Lincoln to panic before he turned his back to no longer look before apologizing. After a few minutes of awkward silence, Ronnie Anne finally spoke, feeling guilty about her reaction.
" Lincoln, I'm sorry I slapped you; it wasn't your fault; it was reflex."
"It's okay; I figured you did it on reflex. Any woman would, except maybe a nudist. I would probably do the same if I were in your shoes,"
"No, it's not okay. I shouldn't have freaked out like that. I mean, if we're going to make a relationship work, then we need to get used to things like seeing each other naked,"
"I guess, but there's no need to rush things like that," Lincoln blushed at the idea that she not only expected nudity to be a feature in their relationship, but she was practically counting on it.
"Lincoln, what did Leanne mean about a spell that's on you?"
"What?"
"During the fight with those jerks, she mentioned a spell was why you rejected her. Obviously, she's got a terrible personality, but what did she mean? Is there something else?"
"Damn that bitch!" Thought Lincoln.
"Lincoln, please tell me,"
"Okay, I was saving this for when we got back to Michigan but might as well tell you now. You see, in the other world, I was alone and vulnerable, desperate to feel safe after what happened with Sam. There was a form of magic that I learned about, so I jumped into it right away. A spell that was designed to make it impossible to be raped, so of course, I had it applied to myself. Who in my shoes at the time wouldn't?"
"That's a relief. What does it do?"
"Originally, the spell forces celibacy making sure bride or grooms don't lose their virginity until their wedding night preventing them from being aroused, but I wasn't satisfied, so I made modifications,"
"Modifications?"
"back then, I was always afraid someone could pin me down and force themselves on me again, so as I learned magic, I modified the spell with a defensive spell that basically repels anyone who tries to touch me against my will,"
"What kind of defensive spell?"
"the kind that electrocutes people, the first shock is mild, the second shock is stronger, and the third shock can be nearly fatal. No one's ever tried a fourth time."
Ronnie Anne was shocked to hear that Lincoln would put such a spell on himself, but at the same time, she understood why he would.
"As for Leanne, in the beginning, when I first joined the party, she was very flirtatious with me, although I ignored it for the most part since I was already aware of her toxic and stuck-up personality. Until one night, when she attempted to seduce me, the spell activated and repelled her; that's when I made it clear I wasn't interested, and she's hated me ever since, going as far as trying to curse me so that I would become sterile. Still, I secretly dispelled her curse easily without her knowing since, by that time, I had already mastered Epic Magic. She only knew Advanced Magic,"
"So she tried to blame the spell,"
"Toxic people blame everyone but themselves,"
"True," Ronnie Anne nodded.
"Eventually, as I got older, I made more modifications that allow me to temporarily turn the spell off or not hurt those I trust with my body, like my mom or sisters, or Lina,"
"What about Sam?"
"I'd rather not find out; I'm still working on forgiving her; I'd rather avoid physical contact, it might lead to her getting hurt, and I don't want that to happen, especially in front of Lina, but like I said if I have to come in contact with her, I can turn the spell off temporarily,"
"Does that mean you trust me with your body?" Asked Ronnie Anne.
"To be honest, I was shocked and relieved that the spell didn't activate when you kissed me; in fact, when I'm around you, I can even get aroused when I think about you,"
Ronnie Anne was very flattered by that statement if she ever needed confirmation that Lincoln was attracted to her she got it.
"Hey, Lincoln, can I ask you something personal,"
"Sure,"
"Are you a breasts man or an ass man?"
"Say what?"
"C'mon Lame-O, just between us," giggled Ronnie Anne.
"I never really thought on that since I really avoided the whole sex preferences,"
"Well, you can look at mine until you've decided, I kinda owe you,"
"Ronnie Anne, you don't have to do something like that, and you don't owe me for the slap," Lincoln countered.
"No, it's something else,"
"Huh?"
"I already saw you naked before," she said, blushing
"You did? When?"
"It was back in my apartment before we went back to Royal woods, you left the door cracked, and I saw everything," Ronnie Anne confessed.
Lincoln was shocked and a little embarrassed, but Ronnie Anne continued.
"I should've looked away but couldn't, and I started getting aroused. After years of suppressing those feelings, I couldn't stop peeping until Carlota caught me; that's why she had me wear all those sexy clothes to help me arouse you back," she finished
"Wait, you're saying you have a relative; that actually wants you to have sex?" Lincoln asked, surprised.
"Why do I feel that there's a story behind that question?" Ronnie Anne asked back.
"Oh, well, let's just say my parents preferred to preach celibacy over actual sex ed when it came to my sisters getting The Talk. I heard Lori say that each one of them was basically told never to do it, and that was it; she didn't even know how it happened until she went to a library. So Lori's told us all more about sex than our own parents, and even she stressed that sex should be treated with caution rather than excitement."
Ronnie Anne laughed and shook her head. "No offense, Lame-O, but your parents and Lori are the last people who have the right to preach celibacy to others."
Lincoln laughed with her.
"Speaking of which, I can't help but notice that you haven't given me my clothes back or put your own back on." Ronnie Anne remarked with a playful, almost flirty tone.
Lincoln blinked and realized she was right; they were both still naked. "Sorry." He said, trying to access his storage.
"Don't you remember? I said it's okay for you and only you to look at my body." Ronnie Anne reminded him.
"Still, I-"
"Lincoln…" Ronnie Anne said, standing up and moving in front of him, showing off her full glory. "You're the guy I like, and I trust you completely. You've made my life better by coming back, and I don't want you to leave it again. If my body pleases you, then I will gladly let you appreciate it. I'm a consenting woman, so treat me like one."
Placing her hands behind her head, Ronnie Anne perked out her chest, showing off her boobs as she swayed them.
"You still haven't answered my question, Lame-O. Are you a tit man?" she asked as she teased her nipples.
Lincoln blushed hard as he could see how hard her nipples were; this only aroused Ronnie Anne more before she turned around and bent over, showing off her big, round inviting ass to Lincoln.
"Or an ass man?" she asked, swaying her booty at him. "C'mon, don't be shy, which gets you harder," she teased before bumping against his erection.
"I can't decide; they're both perfect,"
"Good answer," she said as she walked over to him and pulled him into a hug before kissing him to cement her message and press her breast against him. He relaxed and fully participated, putting his arms around her and his hands on her ass. "Is the spell still on?" Ronnie Anne whispered sensually as Lincoln squeezed her rear a little harder.
"Lincoln?! Ronnie Anne?!" Clyde and Sid could be heard shouting from outside.
Lincoln and Ronnie Anne froze and looked at each other, the moment basically dying right in front of them. Without words, the two separated, and Lincoln managed to reach into his storage space, pulled out their hero outfits, and gave Ronnie Anne hers. The two scrambled to get dressed as fast as possible before they were spotted. As Sid and Clyde made it inside, they saw Ronnie Anne, and Lincoln, who were fully dressed just in time.
"Ronnie Anne, you're okay, thank goodness," said Sid hugging Ronnie Anne. "Wait, why are you so sweaty?"
"So sometimes my healing magic causes the body to heat up, so they sweat to cool down," Lincoln covered.
"Oh, that makes sense," Sid said.
"Lincoln, listen, after we escaped the tower, we saw no sign of those creeps or that guy. There were some cars parked outside, but they got swallowed up along with the tower, but I'm sure there was that guy who stole the gem and used one to escape since, from the way they were lined up, one was missing, but its trail got lost in the jungle," Clyde explained.
"Damn it, no doubt that guy is probably on his way back to La Somba HQ,"
"Which no one knows since it's really deep in the jungle in parts too dangerous to enter," said Sid.
"So what do we do?" Asked Ronnie Anne.
"We still have until tomorrow night to leave; I'll send out some drones; maybe they'll find something, and maybe Adonis and his crew too; till then, let's get some rest; we deserve it," Lincoln said as they all left.
Elsewhere.
As Adonis and his crew made their way through the jungle, all of them were in bad shape, but Adonis was the worse,
"Damn it, we were so close, first the tablet, now the gem; we need to find it," said Adonis struggling to move.
"Adonis, wait,"
"What, MINA!?"
"I understand your frustration, but please take this into consideration we are all badly injured, and even if we do find the gem, there is a high chance we will reencounter Lincoln and his allies, and in our current state, we will not survive our next encounter,"
"Then what do you suggest we do, Mina?" asked Adonis.
" that we forget about this gem for now and let Lincoln and his allies retriever while we stay a step ahead and focus on the next one,"
Adonis thought for a moment considering his options admitting to himself that Mina was right and it might be best to cut their losses for now,"
" very well, Mina, you make a point. We'll retreat for now,"
" thank you, sir,"
"but not before leaving that bastard and his friends a parting gift"
Suddenly Adonis heard buzzing coming from nearby. As he moved in the direction of the buzzing, he came across a large hive and a dark and twisted idea popped into his head.
"I think I just found the perfect parting gift,"
End Of Ch.11
