A Man In Love's Restless Heart
Currently, Japan's top actor and most desirable bachelor is held for an interview to promote his new and hit drama, 'Valkyrie' where he was casted as the leading man after long audition to steal the role from other men, why you ask? Because it was his beloved Kohai's debut drama, "What do you mean accident?!" The unfortunate news was delivered to him in the middle of the interview, and without any warning he rushed to look for his manager from the back stage and confirmed the ill-fated situation.
Yashiro profusely apologized to the producers, hosts and staff after Ren's outburst and running off. "Gosh, Tsuruga-san really cares for his junior that much." The dense host commented and plenty of the female staff looked at him strangely.
"Are you kidding me? That was an action of a man in love!" His co-host shook her head, "Have you been reading the tabloids lately?" she said disappointed.
Meanwhile, the actor with his poor manager clinging to the chair and seat belt for his dear life- zoomed the highway without running into any red light and drifted their vehicle down to the hospital's underground garage. "What room?" Shaking his poor manager, anxious if his Kyoko is in the critical condition.
"She's still in the Emergency Room being treated!" The poor manager squeaked. He's pleased to see his charge overly agitated and worried showing his true feelings towards the woman he loves, but worried that Ren might have a stroke any moment with his nerves.
The nurses who spotted the actor sprinting the hallways of the hospital down to the trauma station of the Emergency Room- froze and squealed. Finally the man reached where he needs to go and after seeing the actress still in her fitting motor bike suit, now all rugged and cut after the crash, her leg and right arm in a cast, she had few minor scratches too- his knees have out and kneeled beside her bed.
"Hey, don't you have an interview today, Kuon?" Of course the actress noticed his sudden change and he was no longer Japan's favorite actor, but rather her favorite fairy prince who loves to keep secrets.
Ren remained silent and just held her hand tightly, "I don't care about that, what happened and who did this to you?" he was in fits of anger.
"Calm down." Kyoko affectionately stroked his hair to ease his anger, "It's just-" She was cut off by Ruto who was present and had been assisting Kyoko.
"If I may, Tsuruga-san?" the man appeared from behind, "Mogami-sama was just driving thirty for a scene, but there was a drunk driver unexpectedly cutting the closed off intersection, with Mogami-sama's quick reaction and reflexes she was able to maneuver the bike into a much safer route to crash." if Ren can breathe fire, the nurses and ER technicians would be toasted in the room.
Kyoko gave a long sigh, "It's fine, see I'm alive and well." She assured.
Ren face wore a scowl and huffed, "But you broke your leg and arm!" he protested.
Kyoko on the other hand just smiled, "Don't worry, writer-san and the producers also took it in consideration and will add the accident to the scene so I'll still be around except no riding." She sighed, she loves her life as Valkyrie and speeding the highway. Now that Ren thought about it, it was a great idea since he get to be with Kyoko for their scenes and keep the woman out of harms way. Watching her do stunts and tricks during rides gives him heart-attacks.
"You know I don't care about that, right now." he again scolded, "What I am worried is that you're all broken again! No heavy stuff for you missy." Kissing her knuckles and just ignoring the patients and other hospital staff that openly witnessed the actor's affectionate actions.
"Like I said, I am fine. But why leave the interview?" And it hit her, there will be another proof of their on-set romance. But since the actor dismisses the issues not does not deny their relationship, she might as well do the same since her senpai-slash-boyfriend knows what he is doing.
"Screw it. You're more important." He finally calmed down and sat beside her kept her company for the time she was admitted.
Shortly, Yashiro and the president arrived and breathed in relief after seeing Kyoko doing okay after being treated, but since Ren is one worrisome lover, he demanded to have Kyoko run some MRI and other tests to make sure she did not have any substantial injuries. Sadly, the actress was subject to surgery for her arm and leg, "Yuki-san, can you clear up my schedules please?" He politely asked, "I want to be around Kyoko and help." His girlfriend on the background started to protest but Kuon gave her a glare and the poor lady just pouted.
Indeed, as expected; Ren's rushing out the studio, him speeding the hospital hallways and his affectionate talk and gestures towards the actress solidified the rumors about them dating. The PR team with the blessings of the president and the couple's permission confirmed the speculations, and the magazines as well as tabloids released an article titled, "A Man In Love's Restless Heart." with the actor's disheveled and anxious look during his sprint from the hallways.
And since the chunky cat is finally out of the Channel bag, their friends and close colleagues enjoyed releasing online their intimate and adorable pictures on-set or in private, one was Ren being clingy towards the actress while she cooks for their friends for Taco-Tuesday nights and another is a short clip of a drugged actress who giggles how lucky she is to be dating her fairy prince. Of course the couple also revealed their history as childhood friends to becoming sweethearts which helped with the whole fiasco.
Of course, since they are now publicly dating, plenty of the actor's fans were not delighted about the fact he is dating a new actress who is also his co-star. But after realizing Kyoko's acting prowess and her co-stars and fellow celebrities' positive words and feedbacks, the bad comments were less and were immediately filtered by the agency.
Currently, he couple was traversing the halls of LME- up to their boss' office; Ren pushing Kyoko's wheelchair and helping her around to the point all his arrangements are cancelled until Lory finds her someone who can help with minor chore. And people seeing them together, bantering like an old-married-couple or flaunting their public display of affections became a normal thing.
Now, Ren is present to demand that Kyoko in the future is to finally hire her own stunt double, but of course Kyoko denies since she loves what she was doing. It took hours before the couple made a compromise, Kyoko can still do her stunts provided it was limited and that there will be extra precaution when the stunts is needed in another location.
