And so, it begins.

"So, care to explain Ochaco?" Her father asked. Ochaco didn't, but she had to because the last thing she needed was her mom and dad thinking she was having s-s-s-s-intercourse with Todoroki.

"We fell."

"Over each other, on your bed with him inches from your face?" Her father asked.

"… Yes?"

"Ochaco!"

"Dear." Her mom gently pushed the man back, before turning to her daughter, who right now really just wished they would leave- I mean stop, she wished they would stop, "Don't worry Ochaco, your dad and I understand that as a teenager you might have needs…"

"I don't!" Her father shouted, but mom ignored him.

"And I'm sure Shoto will take responsibility for what you were doing…"

"I will, that was mostly my fault anyway."

"Todoroki!" Ochaco shouted.

"What?" Shoto asked, which prompted Ochaco to stare at him.

"I was the one that fell first!"

"Well yeah, but you fell because we were talking, and I fell right after and on you. That was my fault." He returned.

Ochaco's mom coughed, "Well, I don't know who fell first, but it's quite romantic."

"Yes…" Dad managed to growl, teeth gritted, "Very romantic."

"Oh." Todoroki frowned, "Yes, I suppose what I read did show that falling was an important step in a relationship…"

"I would say the most important darling." Her mom said. Ochaco felt the need to strangle Todoroki. Did he have to use the word fall?! And what was he even talking about?! "Either way, dear, we brought you a chocolate cake."

"That sounds delicious." Shoto said.

"Th-Thanks mom." Ochaco grabbed the cake, and her mom didn't let go. "M-Mom?"

"Well, I was thinking we might as well eat it together, right?" Her mom asked. Ochaco could just sigh. Of course.

"Well, that was a scare and a half." Uraraka said, scratching the back of her head. Shoto tilted his head. Weird that she thought that, he had the impression the dinner went great. Of course her parents were surprised at first, but then they got into some conversation and that was pretty amazing. Her dad even promised to show him his shotgun. Shoto wasn't sure why he was so surprised when he said he would be ready for it, or why Uraraka almost choked on her bite of chocolate cake. "Sorry if this wasn't that fun…"

"It was fun." Shoto replied, and Uraraka blinked.

"Really? I mean, all we did was eat a badly-made home pizza…"

"It was great, really. I think you did a great job."

"And then some sweets you brought…"

"But I enjoyed the company."

"Jeez, Todoroki, you are really gonna make me blush…" She scratched her cheek, blushing a lot. Todoroki put a hand on her forehead.

"I don't think you have a fever." He said. He knew by experience those could be nasty. Uraraka froze for a moment, before she sighed, the flush vanishing.

"I figured…" She shook her head, "Alright, I guess you should go home now. Your driver looks like he could bite your head off if you make him wait much longer."

"I can and I will!" Kurumada shouted. Shoto sighed.

"I should go. See you at the dorms then."

"Sure!" She waved, and Todoroki waved back as he sat down in the car.

"Did you have a good night, mister Todoroki?" Kurumada asked. Shoto hummed, keeping his eyes on Uraraka as they drove away.

"It was really fun."

"I'm sure it was. How did it go?"

"Pretty well. We ate together and talked a lot."

"Ah, young love…"

"There was just a small accident, but it got solved quickly when her parents arrived."

Kurumada frowned. "What happened?"

"Well, I ended up on top of her on the bed-"

Kurumada slammed his foot on the brakes.

"So, is there a reason why you asked to arrange this meeting, Togaraki?" Crust asked, sitting down. He was surprised about the call, but if his friend wanted to talk about something, he was all for it. He could tell at a glance that he was committed to the Hero business. After all, Crust was an excellent judge of character.

"Welcome, Crust. Actually, I have something that came up." Togaraki smiled, his posture elegant yet relaxed. Whoever had taught him how to do that – and Crust knew that had to be a learned skill, because he had seen him sit more relaxed – had done an excellent job.

"Like what?"

"I found out Muscular and Moonfish now work for the League of Villain." Togaraki replied. Crust blinked.

"They what?"

"Here." He handed a set of pictures over to Crust. "Remember Stendhal? He found out about it and sent the pictures over to me."

The pictures, Crust realized, showed both Moonfish and Muscular, at different times, walk into a warehouse, where they met with a group of ten or so people. Other pictures showed the warehouse from above, as various minor criminals that he recognized as members of the League of Villains that had been identified at the USJ teleported in. Muscular and Moonfish seemed to stand aside from them, but soon they walked all back into the portal, the portals user vanishing.

"This is definitely some valuable information." Crust need, "It makes the League a prime public danger, even more than their attacks did."

"Yes!" Togaraki shouted. Crust looked up in time to see him cough in his fist, "I mean, yes, I'm glad we got that sorted out. I'm sorry we couldn't find out more…"

"No, don't worry. This is already really important." Crust grinned, "Thank you. Now, if you don't mind, I'll have to go. Want to join me for a drink, later?"

"Sorry, I already have an arrangement." Togaraki replied, and Crust sighed.

"Don't overwork yourself, Togaraki. Even I have to take some breaks."

"Tired from beating up students?" Togaraki asked.

"I still feel itchy…" Crust groaned, before saluting again and walking out. The secretary was waiting for him outside, to accompany him out. As he did, he pulled out his phone. After a quick check on the shipping wars server – Bomb Makers ftw – he started to type a message for the rest of the Top 10. They needed to know, after all. Of course, he made sure to credit Togaraki with the discovery.

-x-

"And that's how you farm reputation on the server." Tomura grinned, "Now that I have pulled some high level NPCs, I need to make it known, so the high level players prepare for them and not for my low level NPCs farming experience points from their low levels."

"… I think I got that and that's depressing." Rody commented in English. He had been hiding to keep an eye on the conversation, counting on the fact Crust wouldn't focus too much on the impressive gaming systems collection on the right side of Togaraki's office. Pino sighed too.

"Shut up Rody. Now, the next step of our plan starts in two days. Are you excited?" Shigaraki asked.

"Actually, sir, I was wondering, why did you change the plans?"

"Mh?"

"I mean, you wrote different locations for everyone, but then you cancelled half of the teams' previous orders and scribbled instead 'We hit wherever that shithead Midoriya is'." He looked back up from the paper, "That doesn't seem smart."

"I assure you, this is all part of the plan."

"You want to take out Midoriya, don't you?"

"All part of the plan." Tomura repeated. Rody sighed.

'I'd like to say they don't pay me enough for this but my payment is not getting arrested.' He shook his head, 'At least it can't get any worse.'

"By the way, dad heard about our next move and said he wants to see you." Tomura replied.

"Oh come on, I didn't say anything!"

"What?"

Rody sighed. "Nothing…"

For the thousandth time that day, Rody really wished he had refused that delivery job. If he ever went back to Otheon, he was going to show Stanleyk exactly what he thought of 'easy jobs'.

Izuku looked around the room. It was weird to see it so empty, but by coincidence, him packing for the dorms coincided with his family packing up for their own moving out of the house and to their new home. The result was that when he walked out, he was also met by several people that he chose to believe were normal workers and not Yakuza goons, all carrying outside boxes and furniture.

"Morning Izuku." His father grabbed him into a one-arm hug Izuku returned. As much as he still wanted to be angry at the man for never telling him he was a Yakuza, and for arranging his marriage, the fact that was the reason he had met Himiko made it hard to stay angry.

"Morning dad. How is mom."

"Still alive, still healthy, and still not pregnant enough to not take care of herself." Her mom said from behind him, passing a hand through his hair.

"Dear, we talked about this…"

"Yes." Mom nodded, grabbing dad's arm, "And what did we say?"

Hisashi gulped looking in her eyes. "Uhm, that you are an independent woman that could raise Izuku basically by herself and you can certainly handle early pregnancy?" He asked.

"That we did." She patted him on the back and then walked off, pointing at a worker. "Hey, that's fragile! Move it like that again and I swear I will pull all your bones out of your ass!"

"Wow, I've never seen mom like that." Izuku said, chuckling. He knew she could get angry like everyone, but that angry… well that was a bit of a surprise.

"I have." Hisashi said, "Never want to see that again…" He shivered, "So many condolence letters to write…" Izuku snorted, even as his dad seemed to just sigh in resignation. "So, did you know about tonight's meeting?"

"Yes."

"Good. Of course you need…"

"A bodyguard. I already asked Pony, Jiro and Tsuyu, and they agreed sending Tsuyu is the best choice. Not sure why…"

"Because Jiro is Maguma's niece, and Tsunotori is Cow Lady's daughter. They are both tied to other branches of the clan besides the main one, and at a meeting like this you are supposed to bring someone that will pick your side over everyone else's." He frowned, "Though, I mean, you should have a pretty big choice. There are… four girls? Yeah four girls in the other class, all working for the Green Valley Clan."

Izuku groaned, "Why did you have to remind me that there are so many members of the Clan at UA?"

"Because, Izuku, you are my heir, and I have to make sure you are safe. Remember, you are walking a fine line. Especially now that you are a public figure too."

"All Might says I'm doing a great job."

"As the father of Izuku Midoriya the Hero student, I'm extremely proud of him." Hisashi said, a genuine smile on his face, "As the father of Izuku Midoriya the Green Valley Clan heir… Well, I'm really, really worried."

"Why?"

"Too many people in on the secret. The League of Villain expanded tremendously in the last few months, and most of their members know you. All it takes is for one of them to rat you out to the wrong person and things will crumble. And if that happens, now that could… well, cause a bit of a domino effect, since a lot of people see you as All Might's heir. Can you imagine the scandal if it became public knowledge that you are-" Hisashi sighed, before noticing the horrified look on Izuku's face.

"Dad."

"Yes?"

"Whatever you do, never, ever mention this in front of Tomura."

"Himiko's brother? Why, he should know how dangerous this-"

"Never. Mention it. In front. Of Tomura." Izuku repeated, staring straight into his eyes. The yakuza boss inside Hisashi felt he should teach his son what it meant to respect him, but the father part just nodded.

"Fine, if it's so important I won't mention it." He said, the relief palpable on Izuku's face. He pinched the bridge of his nose. Frankly, he was sure this was all planned by All for One. Giving Izuku a showy Quirk and then a journalist just happening to make him famous by taking pictures of him facing the League… Yeah, this smelled of All for One manipulation.

That or it was an incredible coincidence, but if that was the case his son was just too lucky. It just so happened that everyone that knew who he was had reasons to stay quiet.

He just worried of how long that luck could hold up. 'I mean, he is my son, the answer should be forever, but what do I know?' The Yakuza boss grimaced. His best kept secret was that he winged a lot of decisions and they worked for the best. He had to hope the same went for Izuku, but so far it seemed it could hold. People in the underground knew better than to say anything about the boss and his family. Hisashi counted to keep it this way for a long, long time.

At least, there weren't that many people in the know.

Agent Tortoise. The President of the HPSC examined the report of the young girl, the second Agent the Safety Commission had raised to work directly for them. They already had Hawks in the sky, to fly fast above all Heroes, and Tortoise on the ground, moving slowly, unnoticed and yet always there, the Hero no one would keep particular notice of and that everyone would trust. Her Hero School career so far was made of average to good grades and results that didn't betray her specialized training.

"So, no proof of anyone infiltrating our ranks." She summarized.

Agent Tortoise nodded. "Yes ma'am. The Joint Training was the perfect event to try and find out possible individuals connected to the underground, but none of the students seemed to have connections."

"What about Valiant?" She asked.

"What about him?" Tortoise asked with no hesitation. "He seems clean. Acts like a Hero even outside of the job, has a nice girlfriend, genuinely enjoys helping people… Nothing at all out of the ordinary."

The President studied Tortoise for a moment, before nodding. "Dismissed then." She said, and her secret agent nodded back, bowing slightly before walking outside. The President smiled. While Tortoise had not found out anything important, she was still working perfectly. Her current report had highlighted several Hero students that would need further surveillance.

Her predecessor's mistake had been to be far too direct. He had created an assassin, but the President knew that had been a terrible idea. Make someone kill others for a better world, and they end up killing you to clean up the trash.

No, she would instead raise Heroes that kept an eye on the others without them knowing, and then have them pushed out of the Hero business. Forcing them to retire or face their sin was enough. Have the scum get a simple farewell, and in return swipe under the rug their worst mistakes.

Of course, if push came to show, Hawks could take care of business, but that was a last resort. She liked to be alive, thank you very much.

She looked again at Tortoise's report. What a promising Agent she was. Probably would serve the HPSC's interests even better than Hawks. Professional, cold and yet capable of showing a warm front, talented, intelligent, calculating. Nothing would ever take her mind off the objective.

And incredibly professional. Truly, a gift.

Tatami Nakagame slammed her face in the water she had filled the sink with, immerged her head, and screamed. 'Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?!' She stood back up, groaning, "Why?! I have solved the case! I have found out so much! Why am I doing this?!"

Yes, Agent Tortoise was indeed Tatami Nakagame, Hero name: Turtleneck, Second Year of Ketsubutsu High and the only girl on the side of justice that knew the identity of the heir of the Green Valley Clan, along with several of his associates. She could have served him to the President of the HPSC practically on a silver platter, considering the kid spent every day with the Rabbit Hero Miruko. It didn't matter how powerful you were, when Miruko kicked you, you went down. And even if he wasn't with her, he was with Heroes like Eraserhead and All Might. If she wanted to, she could have ended the next generation of the Green Valley Clan.

There was only one problem.

'If I get him arrested Shindo will be found out to, that's why!'

Yes, Agent Tortoise was in love, and that love was what stopped her from reporting any of her findings on the Green Valley Clan. Because love is truly the most powerful force in the-

"Oh, shut up!" The HPSC Agent shouted to her own mind to stop herself from narrating more.

Nakagame sighed. There she was, set to become another Agent of the HPSC, one of the most promising ones… And she was tossing it all off for a boy. Granted, he was a kind, fun, friendly, cheery, beautiful, sexy- I mean, nice boy, but still!

"I should tell her. I really should. Valiant is becoming more and more important. If we don't stop him he will become Japan's ruler." She told herself, pacing up and down her bathroom.

But she couldn't. Not when everything was at stake. Shindo loved her, and she, for better and for worse, loved Shindo. She had always thought there was no one out there for her, but here he was, hiding a secret as big as hers. She loved him for sharing it, and she loved him for accepting that Nakagame had secrets in her past she didn't want to return in exchange. Some things were better left unsaid.

"Damn you love…" She muttered, sitting down on her bed. "I lost. Curse you, Green Valley Clan!"

-x-

Hisashi and Izuku both frowned. "Something wrong?" Inko asked, noticing them stop as they were munching on their lunch.

"Sorry, just…" Izuku grimaced, "I feel like something extremely unlikely and yet completely beneficial happened."

"And I feel like I just dodged a headache." Hisashi said, "Weird."

-x-

"Are you sure you are going to be fine?" Himiko asked over the phone. Izuku chuckled.

"Himiko, it's my family. I think I can trust them." Izuku replied, glancing at his dad. Hisashi shook his head in a so-so motion. "Mostly trust them."

"I know, but they are still Yakuza. They are dangerous."

"Himiko, your dad is the Symbol of Evil." Izuku replied.

"Oh come on, dad isn't that bad."

-x-

All for One looked down at the mountain of corpses that had once been members of Humarise. "Was that really necessary, sir?" One of his followers asked.

"They had their chance to surrender."

"Sir, you said 'I'll give you up to five to surrender."

"I did."

"But you started with five."

"Precisely." All for One sighed. People really didn't appreciate his kindness those days.

-x-

Izuku stayed silent for a moment, and Himiko sighed. "Alright, maybe he is that bad, but still!"

"Don't worry Himiko, I have Tsuyu here, and my dad has Kuraudo. I'm sure it will be fine."

"If you are sure… Well, call me when you are done, alright?"

"Sure. Bye now, I really have to go." He closed the call just as he stepped in the hotel, walking in the elevator with his father, Kuraudo and Tsuyu.

"Worried?" The frog girl asked.

"She is, yeah."

"No I mean, are you worried?" Tsuyu asked.

"Should I? I just asked Isana to look into the Hassaikai because it would help Miruko's investigation. Once that's done I will just hand the information to some Hero that works for us and have them pass it to her." Izuku shrugged, "It's Hero work."

"… Wow, you actually planned that?"

"I mean, I had time to think about it." Izuku said, "If I have to be a yakuza heir, I might as well use that to do some good, right?"

Tsuyu smiled. "You know Izuku? I think I was right when I decided to join you. I'm glad I didn't go for the kill option."

"Yeah I- Wait what?"

"I mean, I promised my mom that if the next boss of the Green Valley Clan wasn't a person that could take on Hisashi's legacy of being a decent mafia family, I would kill him before he caused the Clan to turn evil."

"Ah. How…"

"Drowning."

"Of course." Izuku did his best to not gulp. "Have I ever told you I really value your help, Tsuyu?"

"I always assume that, boss." The frog girl replied. Izuku glanced at his dad, who leaned in. "Hey dad, is this normal?"

"Our family having women more than willing to kill on our payroll, many outright admitting they plan to kill us if we do something wrong? That's how I met Mitsuki. And Mika Jiro. And Cow Lady. And your-" The elevator opened, the ding covering his father's whisper, "So yes, pretty normal for us. Just smile, nod and promise you will not be cartoonishly evil and you are fine."

Izuku wanted to ask what he had said last, but he walked in to his other family members and decided to keep the question for later, before sitting down at his usual spot. "Well, we are all here." Nene said, her cigarette already lit at the end of the holder, "Well, safe for David, but he is busy with organizing the Expo."

"It doesn't matter, this doesn't involve the American side of the family." Isana said, standing up, "It involves the Japanese side."

"What is it then?" Maguma asked. Isana looked at Izuku.

"About four weeks ago, give or take a few days, Izuku asked me to look into the Shie Hassaikai. Of course, I just guessed this was curiosity on his part, given someone" He sent an eloquent look at Hisashi "Thought it was a good idea to not educate his own heir in the ways of the Clan from a younger age."

Hisashi, Izuku noticed, didn't retort, but his lessons with Miruko were clearly starting to pay off as he noticed both Isana's bodyguard, the bear-man he just called Bearhead, and Kuraudo both subtly changing their stance, clearly ready to jump in if things escalated. "Go on, Isana." Hisashi said instead, and both bodyguards seemed to slightly relax.

"So I started looking into it. They had mentioned they would put an anti-Quirk drug on the market, after all, and I had enough samples to do some analysis. What I expected was some Trigger-derived medicine that if used in a dose potent enough would cause the Quirk gene to short-circuit. There are Quirks like that." He grimaced, "Instead, what I found was a drug made to damage the Quirk gene."

"Side-effects?" Maguma guessed, but Isana shook his head.

"No, that was the main goal. Trigger, if taken in strong doses, can permanently change the Quirk gene, amping its power at the expense of control. We have seen that a few years ago, with those Trigger dealers in Naruhata. But this is different. That's the only thing the drug does. At the current dose, it can only cause minor damage the body can fix, so the effects are temporary. About an hour, though one of the bullets was the newer batch that lasts several. But if they can amp the effect, the idea of a drug that completely destroys Quirks might just be a reality."

"That's…" Maguma started, clearly shocked, before Hisashi cut in.

"Overhaul has been asking insistently for access to more Trigger and has been buying guns. I was a bit suspicious given he was mostly buying guns without buying ammunitions, but I supposed he planned to buy those from a different source. Giran's syndicate does have enough contacts, for example."

"Instead he is buying guns and converting them to shoot these." He rolled a bullet on the table. Izuku leaned forward, examining the bullet. It looked like a normal one, but it had a syringe at the end. "One of these can turn Endeavor in a man with a ridiculous suit, and he has bought enough guns to shoot thousands. If those things hit the market en masse, especially if they are the permanent version…"

"It might be the end of the age of Heroes." Izuku muttered.

"Don't be ridiculous." Maguma replied, "That's not how this stuff works. Someone should be able to make an antidote, right?"

"The problem is the original material."

"Why? All we need is whatever he is using to…"

"There are human cells in those things." Isana replied flatly, "He is harvesting someone to make them, and that means he has a monopoly on the source."

There was a moment of pregnant silence, before Maguma said what everyone was thinking.

"What the fuck?!"

Izuku agreed wholeheartedly. "Wait, he is harvesting people?"

"There are blood and tissues. I got it tested by a couple of labs and by several Officers on our payroll. From what they could put together, all the samples come from a child between five and nine, likely a girl. The Hassaikai isn't harvesting 'people', they are harvesting a prepubescent girl for materials."

"Alright, that is actually disgusting!" Maguma shouted, punching the table. Wow, he was Izuku's favorite person at the table that night, though he was glad to say Nene had a glare that looked like it could set the bullet on fire and his father had closed his fist so tightly his knuckles were bone white.

"It's also going to get the Heroes' attention on the Clan." Nene pointed out, "So far, Miruko is our biggest problem, but if more Heroes start to look in our deals with the Hassaikai, we might all be in danger."

"At least we have Ryukyu now thanks to Izuku…" Hisashi muttered.

"Yes, I don't know how you snug the Number Nine from the Azure Dragons, but she will be really useful." Isana replied, "Like father like son, I suppose."

"Ah, I didn't do anything…" Izuku scratched the back of his head.

"None of that, you did great. And you have also infiltrated Miruko's investigation, and I'd bet you are the reason why Crust and Shigaraki are working together."

"… I guess?" Izuku was particularly angry at the fact he could deny neither of those. Yes, he had 'infiltrated' Miruko's investigation and yes, he was the reason Tomura was now a Hero apparently. 'Sasuga, Izuku-sama, once again you did nothing and it worked, keep doing that.'

"Aside from my son's successes, that still leaves seven Heroes in the Top 10 we have no influence on, that will all come down on the Clan with no means for us to seriously impair their investigations." Hisashi replied, "This cannot stand."

"It's war then?"

Izuku's eyes went wide as everyone turned to Nene.

"It will be dangerous. The Hassaikai has the weapons we sold and this new drug. Plus, I've heard things about Overhaul. And if we start a gang war, the Heroes and the other Clans won't stay quiet. We might end up dragging more into the conflict."

"I have a contact with the Hokkaido Wolves…"

"I hear Overhaul has been getting real buddy with the Osaka gangs, we might have to get a few of them killed to make them remember their place…"

"The Shikoku syndicates…"

"Some strong Villains should be on the market…"

Izuku's eyes darted left and right as he took it all in. The family was talking about a gang war that would cause so many deaths? He looked at his death. His fists were still clenched, but he wasn't stopping them. Right, this was still the Yakuza. If something bad happened, they were going to kill people. He had almost forgot they were criminals for a reason.

He had to do something. He looked at Tsuyu, but she seemed just as lost as he was.

'Think Izuku, think! What can you do to stop this war? Peace is not an option, since they are harvesting a child and planning to destroy people's Quirks, and just letting the Heroes arrest them would put the Clan in the line of fire, meaning it puts you, Himiko, Masuchan and a lot of your friends in deep shit.'

The Clan couldn't do it.

The Heroes couldn't do it.

"I will take care of it!" Izuku shouted, standing up.

Everyone in the room turned towards him.

"You will take care of what?" Isana asked, raising an eyebrow. Hisashi seemed puzzled, Maguma curious, and Nene just looked at him with an enigmatic look.

"I…" He took a deep breath. He needed to be confident here. Not Kacchan confident – calling his family 'sacks of shit' probably wouldn't help – but still confident.

All Might? No, he was too positive.

Gran Torino? No he couldn't punch the other into submission. Well he could, but that wasn't the right solution.

But there was another mentor that could put the fear of god into any criminal.

He nodded, and then put on his best grin. "I will take care of the Hassaikai." Izuku said, as he channeled Miruko's attitude, standing straight and keeping up the confident grin.

"Alone? How?"

"I have my ways. The League of Villains is on my side" 'If Himiko can get her brother to help us' "And I have several Heroes and Hero students that can help with it." 'So long as I convince them.' "Plus, remember that I have a personal friend in the Heir of the Azure Dragon." 'Or well, just a weirdo that likes to believe I have some master plan, but still, I count that as friendship.'

"It would be dangerous." Hisashi said.

"Dad, I can do this. I will crack the skulls of everyone in the Hassaikai, while at the same time destroy every proof of their connection with us." Izuku turned to the others, "I can take care of this."

"Why though? You could sit this one out." Nene said.

"I can't, because I don't want a war."

"Why?" Isana asked.

'Because you are going to burn Japan to the ground you fucking psychos!' He wanted to say, but instead he channeled just a hint of Kacchan in his Miruko. "Because I'm going to prove I'm worthy of standing at the top, and taking care of that little shit that calls himself Overhaul sounds like a fun way to do it."

For a moment, no one spoke, then Nene grinned. "Well look at that, Hisashi. You raised an actual heir."

Hisashi just smiled confidently. "Always knew he had it in him." His dad said.

'Wait he did? No, nevermind that.' "So do I have permission?" He asked, looking at Hisashi.

Hisashi looked right in his eyes.

-x-

'What was that?! Was that really Izuku?!' Hisashi's questions shouted through his mind, 'My gentle and kind son can turn into that? What?!'

Hisashi wasn't sure how to take this revelation, but he did what he had done for his entire life.

Roll with the new situation and see what happens next. As the guy that had always wanted to be the boss of the Yakuza but lacked that ruthless side Isana seemed to have inherited, it had proven a fairly good strategy.

"Alright Izuku. I trust you with this."

"Thank you da-"

"But!" He raised a finger, "I only give you one month to do this. If by July the Hassaikai is still around an producing their drugs, we will have no choice but to intervene ourselves." And oh boy did Hisashi want to. Especially because that could… No, he couldn't think about him right now. That matter had been settled.

Izuku nodded, the confident look on his face showing his commitment and how sure of himself he was. What a discovery this side of his son was! 'I guess he's his mother's son.' He thought, then felt a shiver on his back, 'I almost feel bad for Overhaul.'

-x-

"Kurono, why do I hear boss music?" Overhaul asked.

"Sorry boss, I'll tell Rappa to put on headphones while he trains." Kurono said as they passed by the gym.

"Thank you." Overhaul said, before sighing. There, he had lost his line of thought. Fucking Rappa.

The Yakuza arc begins baby. It's time for the Yakuza heir status to put Izuku in the underground's spotlight.
Oh and meanwhile he also has to deal with the League.
And at the same time he will have to cooperate with them.
What even is your life, Izuku?

Funnily enough, Villain Notebook for False Love, my crossover with Villain Notebook for the Future (check out that fic, it's a very good comedy take on a Supervillain Izuku with style) ended up using the very similar scene of Izuku declaring he will take care of the problem himself because he was worried about the Clan going to war. But eh, that story is 'movie canon' so you can take it as a reference of this one.

Either way, Hisashi is rolling with the punch. Izuku is rolling with the punch. Overhaul is getting punched. All is good in the world.
