Aizawa watched with worry as Izuku pulled himself away from his grasp, still slowly shaking from the panic that had riddled through his body, as he tried to catch his breath.

"...Midoriya? Are you sure you're ok?" Aizawa spoke with concern, Izuku waving him off as he settled his nerves.

"I'm fine! I'm fine."

Aizawa furrowed his brows before begrudgingly accepting his students' answer. He looked around at the enclosed room that surrounded them, a single light still somehow intact.

The Hassaikai had separated them all on purpose, in a coordinated attack, giving the league of villains a chance to step in and attack.

Aizawa gritted his teeth in thought.

"I'm sorry, sensei. I-"

"You can reflect once this Battle is over, Midoriya, now is not the time." Aizawa cut off, as Izuku straightened himself as he finished recuperating himself, "But don't apologize for something out of your control, it's not logical."

Izuku scrunched his face up in a weak grimace as he nodded in return, pulling his guard back up, as he readjusted himself to the danger that could be lurking around each and every corner.

Aizawa watched his student carefully, ensuring to himself that he was ok, before quickly making his way over to RockLocks side. Bandaging his wounds and stopping his bleeding took far longer than the pair would have liked, especially without the cauterizing tools needed between them. Izuku assisted his sensei diligently, as they checked over the wounds before securing the bandaging around them.

They worked in silence, leaving room for through as they were finally given a moment to recuperate.

Why were the league and Overhaul combining forces when their first meeting ended in bloodshed? Shiggaraki wouldn't work with someone so willingly without a good reason, especially with a group who had murdered one of their own…

Thankfully the pair were left in undisturbed yet unnerving silence, as they finished patching up the injured hero, with each precious second given unwasted.

They'd only just managed to secure Rocklock safely, when the pair suddenly heard a scream of rage through the walls, freezing them both in fear.

The momentary shock ran through their bodies like lightning before the pair were able to quickly pull themselves together, waiting for their next battle in tense anticipation.

Within a matter of moments as the sound of roar of anger simmered out, the world around them began to move once again. The waves of concrete were far stronger than ever before, leaving Aizawa cursing aloud as his eyes narrowed harshly with concentration.

Keeping Rocklock safe in his arms was near impossible, as Aizawa struggled to keep his footing, as he stumbled aimlessly around with the injured hero shaken in his hold.

Izuku yelped aloud as the sudden moment in the ground almost took him off his feet as well, quickly catching his balance before looking around frantically towards his sensei, only to see Aizawa struggling to keep Rocklock stable with his own poor balance.

He sucked in a sharp breath at the sight, frantically looking around for the villain in question, only to no avail. The villain's smell had fallen stagnant in the stale, air-tight room, with no sign of him around as Izuku's options quickly ran dry.

As he struggled to locate the villain, Aizawa cursed again as his body was thrown violently around, unable to keep his footing as he stumbled onto his knees; pulling Rocklocks head as close to his body as he could in a desperate attempt to prevent any further injury.

In a bout of desperation, Izuku turned back to face Aizawa, his face scrunched with uncertainty and hesitation as he paused before calling out towards his sensei, his voice ridden with apprehension and conflict.

"ERASERHEAD! We need to get out of here!" He yelled above the deafening noise around them, making his way towards his teacher as allowed his eyes to swirl into the darkness. Aizawa would understand, "I can help, but I need you to trust me!"

Aizawa starred up into the void in Izuku's eye, in a rare moment shock as he felt jaw drop and eyes widened with surprise; his attention was drawn to his students' words.

"...W-what?!"

Izuku forced himself to stand tall, fear and anxiety gripping at him, as he pressed on determinedly.

"I have spare food in my pockets! I'm sure you realized I used my power earlier, and I know I'm not meant to under any circumstance, but we need to get rocklock to safety!" Izuku declared desperately, over the sounds of crumbling walls around them.

"We need to use all the powers we have available to us. I have my spare food with me, and I know when out of my depth, but I trust you to stop me if necessary! I know that you can!"

Aizawa looked at Izuku with internal conflict, debating the risk to the reward of using such a prohibited and controversial quirk.

Gritting his teeth, Aizawa put his professions view aside as he gave in to the only solution they had at hand to keep them all alive.

"Fine! But the second the concrete stops moving you're to stop! Understand? Don't under any circumstance let anyone else see you, no matter what!"

Izuku furrowed his brows determinedly, nodding his head with a reassuring smile. His Kagune ripped through his back and sprawled to life, shoving his hunger slowly tingling in the back of his mind out of sight, as the black and red pulsating tentacles lifted him into the air.

Aizawa watched apprehensively, as the dark and sharp weapons reached towards him, holding back his own subconscious fear. He held his breath as the pulsating tentacle wrapped warmly around him, giving him just enough room to be comfortable, as it lifted him away from the sickening ground; Rocklocks unconscious body lifted securely alongside him.

As the shaken world around him began to stabilize, Aizawa looked over to where Izuku was holding himself above him in disbelief of what he'd just gotten himself into, praying his students' quick thinking had made a contingency plan as well as whatever else was going on in his head.

Up above Aizawa, Izuku quickly glanced over to his sensei, gauging his reactions as he breathed a sigh of relief; thankful the only person who could work safely with him was beside him.

Quickly, Izuku worked to smash his way through the walls of concrete that threatened to smother them to death, avoiding the paths between the other heroes as he narrowed down the point the villain was hiding. With a boost of One for All, Izuku launched himself above the rest as he smashed his way towards the villain, giving Aizawa a chance to catch him within his quirk.

In an instant, the walls around him froze in precarious patterns, hiding Izuku away as he allowed his Kagune to dissolve. Safely lowering Aizawa and Rocklock to the ground without being seen, Nighteye launched one of his hyper density seals from around the corner into the villains face.

"Arrest him!"

Izuku turned back from the point he'd landed on the floor, before launching himself back into the air to catch the villain safely; all evidence of the hidden quirks usage gone, other than the hole that had been previously created.

With the villain caught in hand, Izuku descended to the floor, just as he caught a momentary glimpse of Twice disappearing out of sight causing his body to freeze in an uncontrollable response as he landed with a painful thud onto the floor.

"Midoriya! Are you alright?!" Aizawa called out as he hit the floor, worry written across his teacher's face as Izuku slowly gathered his bearings, the villain in his arms quickly taken away before being placed into quirk restricting handcuffs.

"...Y-yea I'm fine..!"

Izuku shuddered a sigh of relief, his eyes lingering in the direction the league member had vanished too, as if the villain was going to jump out and attack him again.

Aizawa didn't seem completely convinced.

"...You did some good work, Kid." Aizawa called over to him, giving him a nod of appreciation and acknowledgement as the rest of the heroes quickly gathered their feet and made their way towards them.

"Did the league just betray them?" Aizawa gravely questioned the group who'd just caught up with them, walking towards Rocklock to check him over as Nighteye came up and stood beside Izuku.

"So it would seem," Nighteye began, peering over at Izuku's still shaken form on the floor as he spoke, "Deku, you need replenish your energy, we need to keep moving."

Izuku drew his eyes away to face Nighteye as cautiously he nodded his head, gathering his bearings and calming the adrenalin rush as he pulled out of the special bars of food that had been designed for him, noticing the knowing look Aizawa was giving the other hero.

Quickly he got up and closed his eyes as he ate to hide his identity, as the other heroes quickly got together to work out their next step of action.

"Someone take this villain out of the building so we won't have any more slip up," Nighteye commanded, "We need to keep moving and catch up with Lemillion, the police officers can stay back and keep an eye out for the league while evacuating Rocklock out the building, fast!"

The heroes all nodded in agreement, Izuku alongside as he packed his stuff away and prepared himself for the next battle.

Izuku led the way as he broke through the mess of walls towards the action, enrage and determination written across their faces as they charged into battle together as a team.

Smashing his way forward, Izuku exploded into the massive room that Overhaul and Mirio had been battling, the smell of Mirios blood enraging Izuku too far for his Ghoulish instincts to care. Furious for the sake of his senpai.

"Chisaki!"

The two in battle paused as the crowd stormed the room, Overhaul glaring Izuku down for calling him by his disregarded name.

"That is not my name!"

Overhaul barely had a moment to scream his own rebuke as pummeled him with a charged attack to the face, launching across the room away from Mirio, sliding to a stop.

Erasurehead quickly came up beside him, shutting down Overhauls quirk as he called for Nighteye to help secure the room.

"Quickly! We need to get everyone while he's down!"

Nighteye looked around the room towards the unconscious bodies on the floor and the sealed off room Overhaul had locked the group of them in, before charging over to his intern. Izuku quickly whipped his head over to his senpai at the movement, Mirio slowly stumbled towards his mentor, his own blood stenching out the room.

"Mirio!" Nighteye called in an alarm at his interns wounds and composure, as Mirio stood weakly in front of Eri that Izuku could smell strongly behind him.

"...P- Please…! We need to get Eri out of here!" Mirio croaked out, falling onto his knees as Nighteye quickly pulled him and Eri into a protective hug.

"It's alright, you're safe now." Nighteye murmured slowly, deeply concerned from his intern. " You found her, well done!"

Izuku stood behind watching the scene with horror, blood slowly oozing out of Mirios' side.

He needed attention, and fast!

With his heart burning with anger, Izuku turnt back to Overhaul as the villain slowly began to crawl up off the ground, actually trying to activate his quirk as Aizawas held strong.

"Deku! Mirios backed him into a corner, this is our chance to finish him!" Aizawa commanded over the roar of sounds around them, as they charged towards Overhaul.

"Yes, Sir!" Izuku shouted back, his brows furrowed and teeth baring aggressively.

The two heroes launched themselves into the air as Overhaul's hand smacked the ground pathetically, his face scrunching as he growled furiously into the air.

"Kurono! Get up! Now!"

His scream took Izuku by surprise as Aizawa was quick to make, pushing him to the side as an attack from the floor sliced through the air where he'd just been; right though the side of Aizawa's arm.

"Ughhh!" Aizawa heaved out, as he was sent flying onto the floor with a thud, lying motionlessly on the ground as he willed his eyes to stay open.

Just one more second.

"SENSEI!"

The ground around them began to move, as Aizawas eyes failed to cooperate with him, Izuku's thickened skin protecting him from the slam he was with from the force of Overhauls quirk as he was hit face on.

"Agh!"

The attack sent Aizawa flying backwards as Kurono took the moment Izuku was incapacitated for to quickly grab hold of him, as Overhaul's quirk quickly sent them away.

"Now that pest is out of the way..!"

Overhaul reached to the side, where his fallen comrade lay still on the ground, as he reached for their face as they crumbled into the ground. The villain's body released a swirl of steam as Overhaul's quirk worked to combine his sacrificed underling to his body.

"YOU HEROES ARE GOING TO GIVE ME BACK ERI!"

The smoke quickly began to subside, as Izuku stared at the now thorn riddled in wide eyed horror, his words stripped from lungs as the sight left him speechless.

Aizawa was nowhere to be seen, his smell he'd become too used to vanishing from thin air, as the movement in the room sent a draft spiraling through the room; confusing his senses.

Nighteye shared his expression, with almost despair breaking through his features as he and the two in his arms were forced to the side of the room.

The far side of the room stood Overhaul, his menacing figure looming fear down Izuku's spine as he forced a strong face, the feel reminiscent of things he was sure he'd seen before.

Was this how those people felt? Faced with him? Moments before he'd eaten them?

Izuku gulped down his fear.

He couldn't afford to feel weak now. Eri needed them.

Mirio was incapacitated, and Nighteye stuck beside them both, only Izuku was left in their offensive position.

"I'd check on your friend, if i were you…" Chisaki spoke chillingly to Izuku, petrifying him with his eyes frozen in place, at the unexpected conversation.

"...This never would have happened, if you'd just done as i'd told…"

Izuku stared into the eyes of the beast, the sinister glare he received in turn chilling his core, as his words spun around and around in his head.

What on earth was he talking about..?!

Chisaki turnt to look towards Mirio and the two others accompanying him, his tone threatening as he uttered.

"...You could have gone on with your pathetic dream, but there's no chance of that now is there Lemillion! Not without a quirk!"

Izuku's mind almost spluttered to a stop as Nighteye, who was kneeling protectively beside his intern, looked horrified with disbelief; Mirio almost collapsing with defeat at the villain's words, his spirit almost completely shattered.

Mirio had lost his quirk.

With the distress he'd caused around the room, Overhaul reached towards the case of perfected bullets, before charging directly towards Eri.

"Now you and all of your friends are going to DIE because of your MISTAKE-!"

An explosion of noise cut the villain off as it rippled through the room, Izuku slamming his body full force into Overhaul's head without a second thought, anger streaming through his veins.

"SHUT IT, CHISAKI!"

It didn't take long for Overhaul to gather his bearings, glaring dangerously toward Izuku as he retaliated, spears of solid rock flying his way as Izuku weaved agility through them.

Overhaul grunted with anger, snarling as he upped his attack from different directions, as Nighteye leapt into battle as support.

With his heavy hyper-density seals, Nighteye launched an attack into the villains side, scraping past Overhauls side as his attention was turnt to him.

"So Those Bullets Are Permanent?" Nighteye yelled furiously, his shock turnt to deep unfiltered rage, "Were You Afraid of Lemillion!"

Overhaul snapped his head in Nighteyes direction with a snarl, opening his monstrous arms as he flung them forward to attack.

Nighteye slipped out of the line of fire, as Foresight gave him just enough time to react. At the quick and recognisable action, Overhaul narrowed his eyes dangerously.

Meanwhile on the other side of the field, as Nighteye confidently took over the battle, Izuku quickly retreated back towards Eri and Mirio, ensuring they were both ok.

"Senpai! Get Up! We need to get you out of here!"

Panic riddled Izuku's face, as Mirio winced in pain, shuffling him into a more comfortable position.

"We need to get you somewhere safe..! Come on!" Izuku begged, as Eri started to cry, everything far too stressful for any small child to witness.

"...I-i'm so sorry..!" She sobbed, tears pooling from her eyes as Izuku looked away from Mirio the small girl.

Izuku felt his heart burn painfully, grimacing sorrowfully as he took a deep breath and grabbed ahold of the pair, launching them into the air just in time as a stray attack landed where they'd been.

He gritted his teeth as he held onto the pair of them tightly, trying not to waste the precious energy he still had in reserve.

"...Midoriya! Put us down, we can make our way to the others from here!" Mirio ordered weakly, noticing the strain Izuku was putting on himself.

He landed on another wall, before dropping down to the floor furthest away from the carnage, Overhauls attacks became more wild and dangerous in the distance as Nighteye began struggling to keep him at bay.

"Sir..! We have to help Sir!" Mirio pleaded as he peered over Izukus shoulder, the green headed hero turning around to see their mentor narrowly missing an attack as their frequency picked up in speed.

"Shit! Quickly!"

There was nothing Nighteye could have done to dodge his impending demise. Izuku's eyes widened in horror as foresaw the inevitable attack, launching himself towards the battle at full speed.

Even with the extra adrenalin, even with the power of his Kagune quirk, as it sprung to life in an instant…

Even Izuku was too slow.

The spear of cement impaled Nighteye as if nothing had been in its path. The power of the blow exploded with blood, splashing over the room and right across Izuku's face.

It dripped from his face, the splatter covering his cheek, as Izuku's eyes shone red.

Overhaul lept to the side, his eyes widening with surprise as Izuku flew past dangerously, his wrath aiming for death.

"CHISAKI!" Izuku roared, gritting his teeth furiously as the villain glared dangerously back, recognising the person Izuku had become.

Izukus Kagune pulsed darkly as it absorbed his mentor's blood that had spluttered across them, lashing out as he kept his nemesis on his toes, fists flying, eyes blazing.

ONE FOR ALL to 20%!

Izuku's quirk roared alive, his bones grinding as he launched his foot towards the ground, the impact destroying the maze of concrete in a single shockwave.

Overhaul planted his hands onto the ground, aggressively sending more attacks Izuku's way as the hero weaved quickly between them, without losing or gaining any ground.

The villain frowned angrily, the sudden change in his opponent irritating him to no end.

"YOU DISGUST ME, EVEN MORE THAN THOSE FILTHY HEROS!" Overhaul spat out, revolted by Izuku's entire existence.

Izuku narrowed his eyes dangerously.

Dodging through the concrete forest, a sharp spear tried to pearce into his side, causing Izuku to grit his teeth in pain; the rock breaking against his skin.

Overhaul deadly glare watched him carefully as they clashed back and forth, both sides showing their daggers as they fought for death.

Back on the ground, Mirio stared up at the battle in shock-horror, the infamous bloody stain fighting for their lives right in front of them.

Izuku, fighting for their safety.

Nighteye, on the other side of the room with the world around him beginning to spin, slowly raised his shivering head up to watch as well. His fingers were growing cold, his heart shuddering erratically in his chest, as the blood stain concrete he could see before him prevented him from dying in an instant.

Even through his blurring vision, the outlines of Overhaul and Izuku battling it out were still clear as day, the screams of battle ringing deafeningly in his ears.

It was exactly as his quirk had predicted…

He was injured, he was going to die, and Midoryia was alone to fight by himself; ghoul quirk and all. Nighteye gritted his teeth, dropping his head down weakly.

It wasn't going to be enough, they were never going to be enough..!

So why was Midoriya still fighting, why was he risking his life in more ways than one when it was so obviously futile.

After another attack, Izuku landed on the floor with a thud, his Kagune spiking out behind him like daggers as Overhaul landed opposite him, both catching their breath.

Izuku felt his body screaming in pain, his mind itching for something to eat as he forced himself to concentrate.

He could control his urges, he had too, he told himself on repeat in his head.

The only thing that would be eaten around here was Chisaki and that was it, nothing else, no one else..!

Izukus' hands began to twitch anxiously as his darkened, beady eyes watched Overhaul peering towards the hole Mario and Eri had disappeared through, who'd both ran from the battle for safety.

"ERI!"

Izuku's head whipped from the hole in the wall to glare down Overhaul, as taunted her and played with her mind.

"ERI! GET BACK HERE OR THERE WILL BE MORE THAN JUST ANOTHER DEATH ON YOUR HANDS!"

Izuku stood frozen in horror, in disbelief of the indescribable evil the creature in front of him was projecting.

After escaping clutches All for One by the scrape of hair, and living as a man eating monster alone and by himself, there was little that drove fear within Izuku as quick as the pattern of small footsteps running towards them; in that very moment.

"-p please! Stop! I-i don't want this..!" Eris' small, and fragile voice wobbled out across the room, the silence after almost deafening as she spoke.

Izuku looked at her in horror, his Kagune flickering around behind him in a frenzy, begging for her to run back to safety.

"NO! GO BACK TO MIRIO!"

Eri didn't listen, as her frightened form ran towards Chisaki, begging him to make everything better again.

"P-please, i don't want anyone else to die-!"

Her words were cut off with a gasp as Izuku used his Kagune to pull her away from her jailer.

"Please! Stop! Put me down!" She begged, her voice breaking Izuku's heart as he prevented her from going any further, Overhaul fuming with anger from the interruption.

"...Put her down boy…!" His devilish tone cursed out, Izuku refusing to comply as he backed away, Eri still struggling around in his grip.

"You've done enough Chisaki, she's not your experiment." Izuku retorted from his heart, his own expression darkening as his control grew weaker and weaker.

Subtily, he bit down on his own tongue, his blood rushing around his mouth in a sudden stream of energy.

Overhaul fumed with rage, his foot damaging the floor with each step as he yelled.

"CAN'T YOU HEAR? SHE DOESN'T WANT YOUR HELP..!"

Izuku gritted his teeth furiously, grinding them down as he prepared himself for battle.

…Eat him Izuku…

He wasn't giving Eri back, no matter how hard she fought. Mirio needed help, and the smell of Nighteyes bleeding body was growing stronger by the second.

Was Overhaul right? Where was Mirio..? Was Nighteye even alive..?

The ground around them rumbled as Overhaul sent another attack his way, causing Eri to scream out in fear.

"Let me go! He'll kill you!"

Overhaul took a dangerous step forward, his presence towering over the top of them. Izuku licked his lips, forcing his mind to concentrate as blood began to drip from his mouth.

"NO ONE'S IS GOING TO BE DYING TODAY!" Izuku yelled above the rumbling of concrete, "WE'RE GOING TO SAVE YOU ERI! NO MATTER WHAT!"

His hands were shaking, his stomach screaming, his control loosening by the second.

He was going, Izuku could tell he was going.

He reached for his pouch, fighting his incessant need to kill for his specialised food, as voice crawled in the back of his head, stopping his hand in its tracks.

…It's been so long, you know you want to…

Izuku felt his tongue fall in the back of his mouth. The tension in his teeth snapping along with the rest of his control, as he glared Overhaul with one final promise.

"YOU'RE NEVER GETTING YOUR HANDS ON HER AGAIN..!"

As Izukus Kagune flashed forward, their daggers aiming for blood, the ceiling began to rumble a deafening boom as the roof cumbled above them; the heroes from above descending as their saviours.

The light of the sky blinded as Izuku charged forward in a bolt of Lightning, his fist connecting with Overhaul's face as he was sent flying.

Dropping Eri to safety, Izuku dashed forward towards Overhaul, grabbing the villain's arms as he played with death. His teeth, already stained with his own blood, sunk deep within chisakis flesh; the villain scratched out in anguish and disgust.

The battle had gone far from what Izuku had imagined, his own hysteria and adrenalin fueling his impulsive actions as his identity was exposed once again, the taste of fresh food as addicting as he'd remembered.
