Chichi's heart had softened towards Piccolo once she learned about how Vegeta had been before arriving on earth. Vegeta had been a much worse person than Piccolo had ever been and if Vegeta could change, why not Piccolo? So while she still held some resentment and anxiety toward's who she once considered her rival, she couldn't let it control her.
Chichi soon recovered from the shock of Piccolo's entrance and gave a nervous laugh.
"Oh, you're here to take me up on my offer! Good!" Said Chichi while she stood up from her chair. She went into the kitchen and pulled out a plate and a bowl.
"Please, take a seat. Would you like some fruit? Rice? Or if there's something else I could make you-"
"I, uh... never ate before," Piccolo confessed uncomfortably and shifted where he stood.
"You never ate? How are you not dead?" Chichi asked bewildered.
Piccolo blew out a mocking breath.
"I'm not a human, remember? I drink water occasionally. It's all I ever take in and have needed."
Chichi's brows knit together.
She went over to the fridge and grabbed a pitcher of freshly squeezed orange juice she had made earlier. She poured some into a glass and walked over and offered it to Piccolo who had taken a seat opposite Vegeta. Vegeta eyed curiously what was unfolding as he repeatedly shoveled rice into his mouth.
"Here. Try this. Something different in liquid form might be more comfortable for you than trying solids right now."Chichi smiled.
Piccolo took the glass and held it awkwardly. He stared at it like it was about to explode in his hand.
"Just drink it! it's not going to bite you, silly." Chichi laughed.
Piccolo sweated in embarrassment and brought the glass close to his mouth, he unskillfully tilted the cup and stuck out his tongue. His purple tongue was inches away from the juice.
"Uh..." Piccolo said in confusion and pulled the drink away from his mouth.
How do people drink from a glass again? Piccolo wondered. He hadn't really paid attention to the method people used to drink before.
How do they keep the drink from spilling all over them?
"Is something wrong?" Chichi frowned.
"I..er... I-I don't know how to use a glass. I typically just drink water from my hands."
Vegeta's head tilted back as he went into hysterics at the confession. That is, until Chichi gave him a glare that made him go silent and continue eating.
"You don't have to be embarrassed, Piccolo. We all start out somewhere." Chichi replied and took her own glass of orange juice.
"Like so." She stated and took a sip of her drink for an example.
Piccolo nodded and tried his best to mimic her. Some of the orange juice slipped past the corners of his mouth, but he figured it couldn't have been all too bad for a first try. When the orange liquid hit his tongue, Piccolo's eyes widened.
"This is fantastic!" The Namekian exclaimed instantly without thought and stood up from his seat. Besides the great taste, he could feel the energy from the drink coursing through his body and providing him a rush of strength more quickly than water had ever given him.
A purple blush ran across the bridge of piccolo's nose and cheeks as he realized what he had just done and quickly he sat down. Vegeta and Chichi were both staring at him in surprise at his reaction while he continued to sip at his drink nonchalantly, pretending nothing had just taken place.
Chichi brought a hand to her mouth as she attempted to stifle her laughter.
Piccolo gave her an icy look in return and Chichi shook her hands and head when she realized he had mistaken her laughter.
"Oh, no. Piccolo, I'm so sorry. I wasn't laughing at you in a mean way or something. I just thought your reaction was entirely adorable."
"Adorable?" Piccolo asked with a lifted brow ridge, the word foreign on his tongue.
"Yes. You know, cute?" Chichi beamed.
An image of puppies and other creatures flashed in Piccolo's mind and his entire face became purple in embarrassment. He growled in contempt and his focus returned to his drink.
Chichi returned to the kitchen to put away the plate and bowl she had brought out for Piccolo and she let out a yawn as she did.
The memory of Vegeta's words that had disgusted the namekian came back to mind at the sound of her yawn.
Piccolo downed his drink and placed it on the table. He cleared his throat.
"I get that sex for you humans and Saiyans can be a bonding thing, but you two can't be expected to be having all-nighters like last night every night while we are here. Chichi needs to be refreshed in order to train properly. Understood?"
Chichi had sat down and continued eating. The sudden topic made her choke on the strawberry that had been halfway down her throat and Vegeta spit out the mouthful of rice he had in his mouth onto Piccolo's face.
"The hell we aren't!" Snapped Vegeta who had stood up and bent over the table. His eyes burned in rage against the Namekian.
Piccolo rolled his eyes.
"Why am I not surprised that you didn't hear a word I said other than to hold back from having so much sex? Take a look at your wife and try not to think with what's between your legs, you moron! She looks like she could pass out from sleep deprivation at any moment!"
Piccolo's words fully hit Vegeta this time and in worry, he looked over at Chichi who had just recovered from choking. She was now as red as the strawberry she had just nearly died from, but even then Vegeta could see how tired she looked.
"Why are Namekians so interested in my sex life and seem to have no embarrassment talking about it?" Chichi asked aloud while feeling entirely mortified.
"Chichi, take one of those senzu beans after you finish your meal," Vegeta ordered, turning his attention to his last bowl of rice. "The Namekian is right. Perhaps when your power level is stronger we won't have to abstain as much."
Piccolo's mouth hung open, earning a snicker from Vegeta.
"Yes, I know about that, Namek. Chichi told me everything last night." The Saiyan prince sneered.
"E-Everything?!" Piccolo exclaimed with fear.
"Relax, green man. I won't be killing you today." Said Vegeta, setting down his empty bowl. "But, I will give you a few conditions, Piccolo. If you value your life you will obey them; Train with Chichi, but do it far from me. If I witness you beating her in the way you have planned I won't be able to stop myself from sending you to your afterlife. Understand?"
Piccolo became more relaxed and gave a gruff nod in return.

Piccolo tapped his foot impatiently outside of Chichi and Vegeta's bedroom. He had been waiting without complaint for a good ten minutes or so for her to change into her fighting uniform so they could begin her training. He had heard about women taking a long time to get ready in the morning, but this was too much.
"Alright already! What the hell is taking so long?!"
"I..uh..I'm sorry. I have bad news." Returned Chichi's voice from the other side of the door.
The door opened and Chichi was still wearing the morning cozy outfit she had been wearing during breakfast.
"Where is your martial arts uniform?" Demanded Piccolo in confusion.
Chichi frowned.
"That's the thing. I don't think Bulma packed me any of my uniforms. I told her to, but it looks like she forgot. Good thing she remembered to get me stilettos. right? Ha ha."
Piccolo smacked his face with his palm.
"Is that what's been keeping us from your training?! Are you serious?"
Chichi put her hands on her hips and narrowed her eyes at him.
"Well, what do you want me to do, Piccolo? Fight you in a dress?"
Piccolo growled in return.
"Just stand still, will you?" He barked in order and pointed his index and middle finger at Chichi.
Chichi let out a frightened yelp, expecting him to turn her into a pile of ashes but instead what she was wearing glowed and transformed. Her outfit was replaced with a gi that looked like Piccolo's, but with a feminine look and twist.
"You're my student now, so you'll be dressed in my style of gi. Got it?"
"Wow, Piccolo! I didn't know you could do that!" Chichi breathed in awe at her clothes before nearly falling to the ground from the heavy weight she was wearing.
"Oh, yeah. I forgot to mention it's weighted." Smirked Piccolo evilly. "It will make you stronger."
"Er...Thanks!...Hey, why didn't I get a fancy cape and turban too?"
Her question had been a joke, and Piccolo rolled his eyes in response.
"hardy har har. NOW MOVE IT! into the chamber and let's stop wasting time!" Piccolo roared, grabbing her by the arm and moving.
They were standing in the white abyss now and Chichi was finishing up on a few stretches. She could hear somewhere off in the distance Vegeta fighting with the main Piccolo while she was busy with a copy of him.
"Aren't you going to take off your cape and stuff?" Chichi questioned, looking at Piccolo who was staring back at her with arms folded across his chest.
"I'll only be doing that when you become worthy of it." Said Piccolo with disdain in his voice. He hoped to elicit a certain emotion out of her and when anger burned in her eyes he was satisfied that his mission had been accomplished.

"Kame-ha-me-ha!"Chichi shouted, a large and mighty blue ball of ki erupted out of her hands and headed straight for Piccolo.
The namekian was caught off guard at the attack, not even knowing she could perform the move.
Chichi hadn't known she could use the attack too. All she knew is that it was a move her father revered as a student of Master Roshi. She had figured if Goku could do it, perhaps she could too. Couldn't hurt to try.
Piccolo moved a few seconds too late from the attack once his shock had left him. His arm had been incinerated from the attack, leaving his amethyst blood to squirt out of his stump with the rhythm of his heartbeat.
Chichi screamed in horror at the sight.
"Oh gosh, Piccolo! I'm so sorry and that is so disgusting!" Chichi yelled quickly, covering her face.
Dispite the pain, Piccolo laughed to himself in pride. Chichi had improved quite a bit. When she had first started fighting him, she could never land a punch. Now her speed had increased and she had managed to hit him with an energy blast for the first time.
What are you doing? Why are you feeling proud of her? Piccolo questioned himself.
He shook his head, trying to get a hold of himself.
The warrior had found himself growing soft over her during the time they had spent so far together in training. In the mornings she would fix him breakfast and actually talk to him about ordinary things. No one had ever done that before: treated him like he wasn't some kind of monster.
When they trained he could see her giving it her all and willingly too.
He examined his heart and couldn't help but think he was starting to consider her as a friend and maybe even like a sister. Both?
What am I doing?
Thinking, even?!
Piccolo shook his head again and barred his teeth.
"Quit hiding behind your hands like that!" He snapped at Chichi. "When you're on the battlefield with Freiza, I'm sure he won't give a damn about how bad or disgusted you feel, Princess! Use your head!"
Chichi trembled at his venomous voice and swallowed hard, bringing her hands down.
"You see this?" Piccolo said in regard to his injury. "This is what war looks like. Every soldier including yourself should know this and remember that if it's not your opponent who ends up looking like this, it will be you. Am I understood?"
Chichi nodded nervously.
"WHAT WAS THAT? I DIDN'T HEAR ANYTHING!" Yelled Piccolo.
Chichi narrowed her eyes and steeled herself.
"Yes, sensei!"
"Good," Piccolo smirked and then grew out his arm with a yell. He looked down at his newly formed appendage.
"You did good, Chichi," Piccolo said with a smirk at her. "I have to admit it. I'm impressed."
Chichi was left stunned at his praise and watched him begin to remove his turban and cape.
"What are you are you do...?" Her unfinished question was barely a whisper.
"Facing a worthy opponent." Piccolo returned, dropping his cape and turban to the ground beside him.
Chichi's eyes lit up while her heart leaped in her chest. She couldn't believe it. She did a happy twirl in delight.

A thin layer of sweat covered both Vegeta and Chichi's bodies after they had just finished making love. Chichi was resting on Vegeta's chest, her ear pressed to his heart to hear it beating quickly away.
It was the first time he held her after being intimate together and it was such an entirely new and vulnerable experience for the prince.
Vegeta's fingers lightly dug into her back, feeling her soft skin that was now stronger than when he had first met her. She still looked the same, but her body had become more toned as she had become stronger and now was more able to keep up with him in bed too.
Chichi giggled to herself.
"I don't have to look up to know you're giving me that look always do after we are together. Why? I can never put my finger on what it means. Tell me what you're thinking."
Vegeta sweated nervously.
"I'm not sure you'll like what you're going to hear if I do. It has to do with my past."
Chichi looked up at him and their dark eyes met each other.
"Now you got me scared," Chichi replied frowning.
"It's nothing bad about you, woman," Vegeta answered swiftly, before doubts about herself could sink in.
He stared up at the ceiling, recollecting his thoughts.
"As I told you once before, I been with many women...but this I never told you: You're the first woman I ever been so close to. As in I never held a woman in my arms before I met you. Not with care, as I do for you. I take thought over the smallest things about you and it startles me.
Who knew I would ever treasure or care about how a woman smells? Or the way her laughter sounds...
I didn't know women could be so soft until I met you.
I think I understand the look in my father's eyes now... When he would talk about my mother. He always looked proud and in awe of her when he spoke of her. Something I didn't understand.
Saiyans don't usually marry for love or even fall in love with their spouses. Just marry to produce more beings for the race.
My mother and father were one of the few that did love each other."
Chichi's heart melted into a puddle at his words. She understood he had been worried she would feel jealousy at the mention of the other women, but she hadn't. Not when she knew how he felt about her. Feeling a bit of a chill on her back, she covered herself with a blanket and scooted herself higher up Vegeta. Chichi cuddled him with her face in his neck.
"Vegeta, I want you to give our children all Saiyan names," Chichi murmured, drunk with her love for him.
Vegeta's eyes went big, just as she began to give him kisses all over his neck in the way that drove him crazy.
"Woman, are you certain?" He asked, doubting if he heard her correctly. Chichi laughed at his shock and tickled him, making him blow up into laughter before restraining her hands.
"Of course, silly Vegeta." Chichi smiled with a wink. "Your whole planet and people were destroyed after all. It's the least I could do. Just leave me their middle names to name them after scientists. I already have a middle name picked out for our first child: Einstein."
Vegeta's eyes comedically bulged at that.
"Damn it, woman! If you're choosing middle names as horrific as that it's a good thing I'm picking their firsts!"
Chichi glared daggers at Vegeta and punched him humorously in the cheek, knowing he was still much stronger than her.
Vegeta smirked and rubbed his cheek, savoring where she had hit him. He could even tell just with her nonserious punches she had strengthened greatly.
"Hit me again like that woman and we're going for round two." Vegeta flirtatiously threatened.
Chichi blushed for a second and then huffed.
"I happen to like the name, Einstein." She pouted.
Vegeta laughed.
"I didn't say you couldn't name our child that, but when his or her peers find out the kid is going to be bullied relentlessly."
"Why?! Einstein is a beautiful name for an intelligent child! I always wanted it for a son!" Chichi returned hotly.
Vegeta exploded into an even deeper laughter, making Chichi infuriated.
Without thought, red ki covered her from her displeasure and Vegeta became mesmerized and seduced by the sight.
He smirked and his tail wrapped over her, bringing her even closer to his body. Chichi gave a surprised and pleased yelp as he took her and positioned her beneath him, capturing her lips in a passionate kiss.

"It should be any minute now, right?" Goku asked, looking at Kami impatiently. Goku had been pacing back and forth in front of the exit door of the chamber enough times that Mr. Popo was amazed there wasn't a trail dug into the floor of the lookout.
"Yes, Goku. Patience is key at the moment." Kami returned in a fatherly tone. He smiled at Goku, knowing he had skipped his meals out of excitement to discover just how strong the trio had become in two days his time.
With his connection to Piccolo, Kami could sense they were just about to head out. He just wasn't sure when.
Bulma was busy, sitting on a chair and drying her newly painted nails after painting them a pretty shade of bright pink to match the summer weather. She carefully closed the nail polish bottle and once she did, her head shot up.
The door of the chamber was being opened!
Goku let out a loud excited cry and jumped in the air at the sight, reminding Bulma of Yamcha when he watched baseball on tv.
The door opened fully and out emerged the three fighters.
Piccolo and Vegeta looked the same while Chichi's hair had grown to her waist.
The increase of the power of the triad was immensely felt right away by those who could sense power levels.
"NO WAY!" Goku beamed at their strength.
And that isn't even their full power level! I never dreamed anyone could be so strong. Let alone three people! Goku thought in amazement.
Just knowing that those three levels of various strengths existed moved Goku to want to train with all his might to become equally strong and then stronger if possible.
Goku looked on at Chichi proudly, remembering when they had faced off in the tournament.
Boy, no doubt she can beat me now with probably just the flick of her fingers. How awesome is that?!
Meanwhile, Krillin and Yamaha went blue in the face and screamed in terror as they felt the power coming off of Piccolo and Vegeta. Tien tried his best to keep his fear from showing.
Puar and Chiaotzu who had been hovering next to their close friends fainted.
"Chiaotzu!" Tien shouted.
"Puar!" cried out Yamcha, grabbing his feline friend.
Krillian grabbed on to the person nearest to him: Oolong.
He clung to the pig for dear life.
"What the heck was Kami thinking letting Piccolo train first?! Did he have a death wish for the rest of us?!" Krillian cried out, squeezing the breath out of the talking pig and shaking him.
"Why the hell are you holding on to me so tight? What are you smoking? Do you think I can save you?!" Screeched Oolong, fighting the former monk's grip.
Krillian let his animal friend go with a squeak of an apology.
"What a miserable bunch of hooligans you are. Give credit where it's due! That's what a real martial artist with any honor does." Scolded Master Roshi to the fighters.
He looked at the couple and Piccolo who had exited the chamber.
"You three have increased greatly in power. Very impressive. Chichi, when your father finds out he'll be so proud that I'm sure he will start a new lake with the tears that will fall from his eyes. Tell him to name it after me."
Chichi laughed at Roshi's praise and thanked him as she honored him with a bow in return.
Meanwhile, the two males who had been praised kept a stoic look which Roshi was sure to be the closest thing to a smile he could get out of them.
