It's been a very long while so I don't really got much to say, so here goes the second chapter, I've got some great ideas for this story!

Chapter 2

After her vision went black, Skarlet managed to regain consciousness, as she slowly opened her eyes and found herself at the bottom of the deep hole she had fallen into. She held her head in pain as she groaned before saying to herself, "What a strange dream. How am I alive? It feels like I was hit by a train..." Skarlet then looked down by where she was sitting, and saw a bright golden sword, and a red and black sword, and they both seemed to be pulsing with divine energy.

Skarlet thought to herself, "Wait...was that all real? These are the swords from the dream." This was when the loud voice of Honokai was heard in her head, "OF COURSE it was real dumbass! Now quit your whining and get up! You've got some asses to kick don't ya? Balroth is gonna destroy Teratora if you don't hurry!" Afterwards Raiku's voice was heard saying, "Calm down Honokai, she's still regaining her consciousness...besides she still needs training before she can hope to take down Balroth of all people. Besides Balroth isn't even the worst threat. But we'll get to that later."

Skarlet managed to stand up finally as she said, "Worse than Balroth wha-...nevermind...Honokai is right! I need to destroy Balroth before it's too late! So I'm gonna stop him!", Skarlet crouched down, and then tried to jump, but when she jumped, she ended up jumping so high that she launched herself all the way out of the hole she fell into, as she exploded out with a wicked sick flip, and then landed to the bandit gang of Balroth's that was still there for now.

"I highly recommend you don't do this but I guess your choices are your own...", Raiku said after Skarlet landed, but all Skarlet had to say, was towards Balroth and his gang as she shouted, "All you fuckers are dead!" She swung her twin blades in a violent circle, and beheaded Balroth's entire gang with ease, but Balroth blocked her with ease, as he just stared at Skarlet and said, "Could've sworn I killed you with that last attack, but no matter. Mortal trash will always be mortal trash! I won't let you stop me from achieving my perfect world!", he swung his club down at Skarlet yet again like he did before, but Skarlet managed to block it with a cross guard.

After the hit connected, Skarlet slid back a small distance, but her swords remained intact, as Skarlet shouted, "You won't take me down a second time! Not like that anyways!", Skarlet swung both swords at Balroth, but Balroth managed to block her strike, as he looked at her swords and then grinned and said, "Ah so you made a deal with some gods eh? But judging by that attack power you're still a complete greenhorn at this!" Suddenly a large red shockwave exploded from Balroth, and shot Skarlet back into a wall, as Skarlet grunted in pain when she collided with the wall.

"You have access to such powerful magic yet you don't even know how to use it! You're the literal definition of an idiot!", Balroth yelled before he charged at Skarlet and slammed his club into Skarlet's ribs and slammed her through the wall behind her, as she was send tumbling into the streets, as the civilians stared at Skarlet with worry, as Skarlet shouted, "Get out of here now! This man isn't normal! He'll kill you!" After she shouted that, all the civilians started screaming and running away, as Balroth jumped at Skarlet and tried to crush her under her club, but Skarlet jumped up and managed to impale Balroth in the gut with both of her sword, as Balroth was screaming in pain while they landed on the ground together.

"You little bitch! I'll fucking crush you for this!" Balroth grabbed Skarlet by the throat, and lifted her up so far that he forced her to pull her swords out, as Balroth was closed to snapping Skarlet's neck, but then Skarlet slashed his left eye out with her red sword, and forced him to drop her. Skarlet gave him an exhausted grin, and said, "Ha...I got ya. Come at me again I'll rip you to shreds!", Skarlet staggered back up to her feet.

Balroth held his cut out eye in agony while he grit his teeth. "Damn you! I'll be back and I'll be even stronger than this! This vessel only holds me back so you had the advantage!", Balroth then stumbled away into the alleyway, and then vanished from sight, and after this, Honokai's voice returned and said, "Ha! I knew we could defeat him! What a total poser!" Raiku chimed in saying, "I told you this was a terrible idea...I'm pretty sure your ribs are shattered Miss Skarlet. I'd recommend falling over until some of those medical professionals you mortals have come and get you." Skarlet was panting heavily, and just nodded to what Raiku said, and then just tipped backwards until she fell onto her back completely exhausted and in tremendous pain.

Soon enough the military police and medical professionals arrived on the scene, the military police looking for the cause of such a scene, and the medical professionals put Skarlet on a stretcher, and carried her to a hospital while Skarlet faded into unconsciousness.

Once Skarlet regained consciousness, she found herself in a hospital bed with bandages on her ribs, and forehead, as she looked around with some confusion, because as she looked around, the more this hospital didn't actually look like a hospital, but instead more like a prison's infirmary. Skarlet then looked down at her hands and then found that she was indeed in cuffs, and she went wide eyed and shouted, "What the fuck is going on?!"

After that, a prison guard walked in and then sat next to Skarlet and said, "Quit yer shoutin'! Ya were put into this here prison for holding until yer trial! Yer in trouble for causing a ruckus in public for no reason! Every thought there was a terrorist attack or somethin'!" Skarlet went wide eyed again and said, "But there really was trouble, a demon named Balroth was attacking the city and I was trying to get the people out of the way so they couldn't be hurt!"

The guard burst out laughing at Skarlet after she said this because this story sounded like total utter bullshit, as he said, "Yeah right! Like that story 'bout Balroth is even real! Good one kiddo but I hope ya don't tell that to the judge or you'll end up in the insane asylum rather than prison!" Skarlet just made an embarrassed face while also looking frustrated because she knew just how unbelievable her story sounded, however every bit of it was indeed true.

Skarlet then realized that now she was in a holding prison, she didn't have her swords anymore, so she asked, "Wait where are my swords?! They are VERY important! I know I can't have them right now but please tell me they're safe!" The guard gave her a strange look, but just shrugged and said, "Ye they're safe. Put in the confiscation lock up so no one will find em. If yer found innocent, and get released you'll get em back."

After the guard said that, a knock at the door was heard, and then the door opened to reveal a lady that was a little older than Skarlet, but had red hair with white bangs, and had a ginormous sword on her back as she stepped into the room, and then placed Skarlet's swords on Skarlet's lap, and then she said, "Good news little Skarlet, you're getting out. On a bit of a condition though...", this person smirked at Skarlet as Skarlet was staring up at them in total disbelief.

End of Chapter 2

That's the end of chapter 2, and I'm hoping that the chapters will start coming out even faster now because I've found some more inspiration for writing. Thanks for reading and I'll see ya later!
