Hello everyone, as you might have known from my other stories, the winner of the vote is Tales of The Abyss, and if you wonder what kind of story it is, well, you'll have to wait. I planned something for it in this chapter, So I'll talk more about it at the end of the chapter. But for now let's start these chapters you've been long waiting for.

Chapter 39
A Day Before The Future
Oliver P.O.V.
After a bit of flying, Ba'ul found a spot to land the ship. "Whooooooaa…" Patty said, as we got off the ship, in what looked like the under part of a once great city. "Damn, This is huge." Yuri said to everyone. "It really feels like it reaches the sky." Karol said to everyone. "And this thing was just sleeping in the ground near Aspio. I can't believe it." Rita said to everyone.
"That must be a life-absorbing formula expanding around it." Flynn said to everyone, looking at the magic symbols under us. "It looks that way." Rita said to Flynn. "This isn't good. It looks like it came together pretty quickly." Rita said to everyone. "So there's not much time left." Raven said to everyone. "Perfect! People always have-ho with a deadline looming over them!" Patty said to everyone. "Emphasis on the dead part." Ava said to everyone.
"If it's absorbing life from everyone, that should affect us as well, but…" Judith said to everyone. "We're feeling fine, even when we're right next to it." Hugo said to everyone. That's when me, Ava, Hugo, and Estelle started to glow a little. "Estelle?" Yuri asked Estelle, worried about her.
"The spirits… They've swathed us in their power." Estelle said to everyone. "So we should be fine as long as the spirits' power is greater than that formula." Rita said to everyone. "But that won't last long. This formula is getting stronger by the minute." I said to everyone. "Then we just need to run right to the top before that changes!" Patty said to everyone.
"That'll exhaust us before we even face the Adephagos." Karol said to Patty. "Can't we just on Ba'ul and fly up to the top?" Raven asked everyone. "I doubt it would affect Ba'ul, but we probably couldn't take it." Judith said to Raven. "You just don't want to climb up." Rita said to Raven. "Of course not! Who do you think I am?!" Raven said to Rita.
"Sorry old man, but it looks like we're walking." Yuri said to Raven. "Yay." Raven said, as he bent forward a little. "That's the spirit." I said to Raven. "We must brace ourselves and press forward." Flynn said to everyone. "Yeah. Don't let your guard down. Who knows what's waiting for us up ahead." Yuri said to everyone, as we started to walk through the ruined city.
After a bit, we found a large open area with massive crystal like stairways in it, and with large crystals and energy all around the area. "Whoa." Karol said. "Man… How could all of this be kept underground for so long." Yuri said to everyone. "The reason so many blastia were excavated from around Aspio must have been because this was here." Flynn said to everyone.
"The ancient Geraios-civilization. This is more amazing than anything in a book." Estelle said to everyone. "Makes sense that Arceus would use place as an example." I said to everyone. "Something feels strange. I know this is a weapon, because he's going to use it against the Adephagos. But from the outside, it looked like a city. Did they turn an entire city into a weapon?" Rita asked everyone.
"Maybe they had to sacrifice such a huge city so they could stand a chance against the Adephagos." Patty said to everyone. "Probably didn't start that way. They must have thought they could have ruled the world from this place, if they turned their great city into a weapon." Ava said to everyone.
"This place is enormous. So many people must have lived here." Judith said to everyone. "And now one man is holed up in here to destroy every last person." Yuri said to everyone. "Duke… I'd rather not meet him if we don't have to. That soldier was already a hero in the Great War. Who knows how much stronger he's gotten since. Not to mention he has an Absol and Dragalge. Who knows how those two fight." Raven said to everyone.
"What are you talking about? We'll just kill the Adephagos before we fight Duke and his Pokemon." Yuri said to Raven. "Then Duke won't have a reason to sacrifice humanity." Karol said to everyone. "I hope so…" Raven said to everyone. "Only one way to find out." I said, as we started to move around the starways.
After moving around for what felt like forever, we made out of the crystal area, and made it to what looked like the surfaces of the tower, and it looked like the perfect remains of a mighty city. While walking through the city, we found a monument for the dead, and as we walked through the monument, we found Zagi, looking like a mess, his robotic arm was now bigger and letting out a some red electricity, standing in the center of the area, with a large and deep pit around him.
"You know how I hate Waiting, Yuri Lowell! And where do you think you're going with me right here?" So bring out Doublade and let's do this!" Zagi said to Yuri, with a messed up voice. "You!" Flynn said to Zagi. "You're alive. Don't you ever die?" Judith asked Zagi. "You climbed all the way up here just for us? How sweet, you must be exhausted!" Patty said to Zagi.
"You just never quit. How many times do I have to tell you? I don't want anything to do with you!" Yuri said to Zagi. "And I know Doublade feels the same way about you. Now move, we have a world to save." I said to Zagi. "You're trying to save the world? Heh heh heh. The world will go bye-bye if you don't hurry? Is that it?" Zagi asked everyone.
"If you know that much. Then don't get in our way!" Karol said to Zagi. "Oh no no no no no! That's what gives it so much meaning!" Zagi said to Karol. "What's this guy talking about?" Rita asked everyone.
"Look. There's a seal future on. If you want to get by, you have to take this arm from my body." Zagi said to us, making us notice the only way forward was blocked by a barrier. "You can't be serious!" Flynn said to Zagi. "You bastard!" Yuri said to Zagi. "ah hah hah hah hah hah! Yuuuuuriiiii! Douuuuublllllade! If you want to save the world, then you have to go through me." Zagi said to them.
"Why? Why are you doing something so meaningless?" Estelle asked Zagi. "Meaningless? Meaningless? Oh, but it does mean something! This way, you'll fight with everything you've got." Zagi said to everyone. "Zagi… I never thought you were this crazy. Fine. Let's finish this." Yuri said to Zagi, as he pulled out his weapon, and even Doublade popped out of his Pokeball. "Hah hah hah! Show me your anger! Your rage! Give me everything you've got! Because if you don't… you won't get any higher!" Zagi said to Yuri.
Then everyone heard some laughter. "Strong fighter. Me crush." A deep male voice said. We looked around for the source of the voice. That's when something jumped over us and landed right in front of us.
It was a man in some kind of scarlet jumpsuit, with scarlet leather armor over it, the scarlet armor had white war pain-like marks on it, his chest was covered in black armor with a few small spikes on it, three spikes on the sides of his legs pointing to his back at an angle, a black leather tail with the end half being red, with a plume over his tail, with the feathers in the plume blue feather a pink line in the middle of the feathers and the feathers ended white, claw-like fingers, his shoulders had two covered blue spikes that looked like hand bars, his head was covered in a scarlet helmet, with two yellow glass eyes, the back of it looked like a folded vision of the plume he had on his tail, two long pieces of fabric that looked like the fathers starting right above his eyes and went to the back of his neck.
I also noticed that he had a crazy scarlet belt on him. The belt had what looked like a black tire with small black spikes on the rim of the tire, and in 6 holsters on the left side of his belt, was six bones with each bone attached to a stone handguard. And in his right hand was a bone with a stone handguard, and had a small black stone that was tire shaped.
"Ha ha. You seem strong. Beating you fun." The scarlet man said to Zagi. "I"m not interested in you. Get out of my way." Zagi said to the scarlet man. "I interested. We fight." The scarlet man said to Zagi. "What's with this guy? He's talking really weird." Karol said to everyone. "He sounds like a caveman." Ava said to everyone.
"MMMOOORRROOONNN!" A techno male voice said. That's when another person came jumping from behind us, and kicked the scarlet man in the back of the head, knocking the scarlet man to the ground.
This new man had a violet jumpsuit on, with violet iron armor over it, the armor had some flashing violet lights on it, a patch of silver armor on his chest, a iron tail, with a dark violet metal flap over it, silver iron gloves and shoes, on the upper part of his legs where some small oval shape thrusters with the exit vault facing up, two violet curved spikes on his shoulders like handlebars, his helmet was violet but had a black screen in the front, with digital blue eyes, and on the side of the helmet was two radio antenna.
I also noticed that he also had a crazy violet belt on him. The belt had what looked like a glowing yellow tire belt buckle, and in 6 holsters on the right side of his belt, was six silver metal handles with each one having a silver handguard with a button in the middle of the handguard. And in his right hand was a silver handle with the silver handguard and button, on top of the handle was a violet gun barrel.
"Scarlet! I told you not to pick any fights. We're here to set up some junk for that shadow figure. If we don't do what he asked us then we can't go home or get our new tool." The violet man said to the scarlet man. "Violet. He strong. Me fight." Scarlet said to the violet man. "What does my face say?" Violet asked Scarlet. Then Violet's digital eyes disappeared, and the words "You are a moron" appeared on his face.
"Me moron." Scarlet said to Violet. "You got that right." Violet said to Scarlet, as his face turned into two flat lines. "Now can we please leave. Forget about that crazy guy. He's not even a challenge for us." Violet said to Scarlet.
This annoyed Zagi. "Not even a challenge. I'll show you." Zagi said to Violet, firing a few black energy balls at Violet. But Violet just raised his blaster, and flicked his middle and ring finger a few times, making his blaster fire a few electric bolts. The bolts hit the energy balls and made them explode.
"Look crazy. We don't have to do this. I have no interest in fighting you. So please, let these people throw, and walk away. By the looks of it, you've already done so much to your body. Give up this madness and get some help." Violet said to Zagi. "I will never give this up!" Zagi said to Violet charging at Violet.
But Scarlet got in his way, and swung his mace at Zagi. Zagi used his blades to block the attack. But Scarlet had so much force in it, that it sent Zagi flying into the tombstones past the pit, breaking a few tombstones. "Scarlet, this is a graveyard. Even if we are fighting here, don't break the tombstones. Show some respect for the dead." Violet said to Scarlet, hitting scarlet in the back of the head, an angry symbol on the top of his head, and his eyes in at an angle.
"He started." Scarlet said to Violet. Then Zagi got up and started to fire black energy balls at us. Violet then started to fire electric bolts, destroying the black energy balls. "Scarlett, I'll cover you, while you get over there and take care of him." Violet said to Scarlet. "Yes. we fight. Selim, Miles come!" Scarlet said. That's when we heard footsteps. Then two Pokemon jumped over us. One landed next to Violet, and the other one landed next to Scarlet, both looked like the person they landed by.
The one by Scarlet a giant red lizard with white markings, with a black tire like throat, with spikes on the tire, a black tail with the end half being red, with a plume over his tail, with the feathers in the plume blue feather a pink line in the middle of the feathers and the feathers ended white, three at an angle spikes on the back legs, four claw on each legs with two of the claws in the middle being right next to each other, it's front legs had had two covered blue spikes that looked like hand bars, it had two yellow glass eyes, the back of it looked like a folded vision of the plume he had on his tail, two long pieces of fur that looked like the fathers starting right above his eyes and covered to the point where it reached half way down it's body.
The one by Violet was a creature that looked like a machine dragon. It's body was all silver, with only a violet blue throat, energy lines that were also violet blue, it had a iron tail, with a metal flap over it, four claw on each legs with two of the claws in the middle being right next to each other, thrusters were part of it's back legs, two violet curved spikes on his shoulders like handlebars, it head has a black top, and had a black screen around its eyes, with digital blue eyes in the screen, and on the side of the head was two radio antenna.
"What are those things?" Raven asked everyone. "Are they Pokemon?" Patty asked everyone. This made Estelle pull out her Pokedex and pointed it at the dragon.

"What no data! Then what are they?!" Rita asked, as Estelle put her Pokedex away. "Here." Violet said, turning his face towards us, and his face turned into words, with an outline of the dragons on his face as well. "The writing is so small." Karol said, as we squinted our eyes to read the text.

Text/This seems to be the Winged King Mentioned in an old expedition journal. It was said to have split the land with its bare fists.
Then one of the black energy balls hit Violet, causing a few explosions, and knocking Violet down, and making his face turn into. "Well that stung." Violet said, as he got up like it was nothing. "Stung? He just exploded, and it just stung?!" Rita asked everyone.
"Scarlet you ready?" Violet asked, as he got back to shooting the black energy ball Zagi' was firing at us. "Yes. Selim jump." Scarlet said, as he got onto Selim's back, and placed his left hand on the curved blue spike on Seim's front legs. "Kora." Selim said to Scarlet, before leaping over the pit like it was nothing. Then Selim charged
Zagi tried to shoot black energy balls at Scarlet, but Violet fired more bolts, destroying the black energy ball. That's when Scarlet reached Zagi, and once again batched Zagi with his mace. But this time Zagi wasn't sent flying that far. And once he landed, he charged at Scarlet. But Selim jumped back, and then turned around, whipping Zagi with his tail, forcing Zagi back
That's when Scarlet and Selim charged at Zagi. Zagi used his blade in his normal to block the attack, but Scarlet's weapon smashed, threw it, and hit Zagi in the chest, breaking a rip. Zagi then fired a black energy ball at the floor, making Selim jump back, and made a dust cloud. Violet noticed Zagi running. "Miles let's go." Violet said to Miles, as he hopped onto Miles' back, and held onto his curved spike with his right hand.
"Mira." Miles said, before jumping into the air. That's when Miles' antenna turned into glowing yellow energy wings, letting Miles glide. Miles gilded right next to Zagi, and was able to get a clear shot at Zagi, hitting Zagi in his robot hand, making Zagi's robot hand short circuit, making it let out a surge of energy, causing an explosion, sending Miles flying.
But Miles landed on a pillar, and dug its claws into it, making it hold onto the pillar, with Violet holding onto Miles. Zagi looked really banged up as he moved to the edge looking at Violet with an angry look. While looking at Violet, he forgot about Scarlet. Scarlet and Selim appeared behind Zagi, and Selim rammed his head into Zagi's back, seneding Zagi flying into the air.
"Brother, kick!" Scarlet said, as Selim jumped into the air, and he turned the tire on his belt counter clockwise. "Good idea." Violet said, as Miles jumped off the pillar, and he turned the tire on his belt clockwise.
Then Violet and Scarlet jumped off Miles and Selim back, and pointed their leg at Zagi, at that point Violet thrusters turned on and moved faster. It was also at this time that Violet's feet started to glow violet, and Scarlet's feet glowed scarlet Both kicks hit Zagi, with Violet hitting Zagi's head and Scarlet hitting Zagi's lower back.
This is when a large amount of energy entered Zagi for a few seconds, before going through him and making Zagi spin in the air. Then Violet, Scarlet, Miles, and Selim landed in front of us. "Wait for it." Violet said to us, before Zagi exposed. "Big boom." Scarlet said to us, before Zagi came crashing down behind them.
"Is he dead?" Patty asked everyone, before we heard Zagi groaning. "No. We may beat everyone we face into the ground. But we never bury them. I find killing to be a waste of a future." Violet said to everyone. "But what if he comes after you again?" Patty asked Violet.
"He can come and face me as many times as he wants. I'll never kill him if I win." Violet said to Patty. "Why? He wouldn't show you that kindness." Ava said to Violet. "Maybe, but real strength comes from spearing a life, not taking one. After all, anyone can kill. It takes someone with real strength to spear even your hated enemy's life." Violet said to Ava.
"Just who are you two?" I asked them. "Well, they call me Violet Iron, and he's Scarlet Beast. We're The Abyss Riders. And sorry we can't stick around and help. But we have work to do. Later." Violet said to me, before he and Scarlet Beast jumped onto Miles and Selim's backs, and then Miles and Selim jumped into the pit of the area.
That's when Zagi slowly started to get up. "Heh heh heh. It doesn't hurt… it doesn't hurt at all… Hm? I can't move. What a weak body…" Zagi said, as he got to his knees. "I should change my next body to a blastia, too. That would be more fun. Right Yuri? Hee hee hee. Ah hah hah hah hah…" Zagi said to Yuri.
That's when Yuri walked up to Zagi. "Yuri!" Flynn said to Yuri. Yuri then reached Zagi, and slash Zagi with his blade, going across Zagi's chest, and across his throat. "Do it in hell." Yuri said to Zagi, before Zagi fell over the edge, dying as he did.
Flynn was shocked by Yuri's actions. "No one understood him, so he put so much meaning on fighting. Poor thing…" Judith said to everyone. "Still, his skills made him pretty famous. Something happened after he met you all." Rave said to everyone. "He really looked like he enjoyed fighting. Maybe he thought that he could let loose with everything when he fought Yuri and Doublade." Estelle said to everyone.
"So Yuri and Doublade was the only person and Pokemon he could do that with?" Karol asked Estelle. "What do I care about somebody that crazy?" Yuri asked everyone. "It's just the shell of someone consumed by power." Patty said to Yuri. "But in the end. Maybe it would have been better for him to die. After all, he kept getting worse the more we saw him. It would only be a matter of time before he lost his humanity." Ava said to everyone.
"Are we not going to talk about those two Abyss Riders that just showed up out of nowhere and then disappeared. Who even were those two?" Rita asked everyone. "No idea, I never saw those Pokemon or heard anything about them until that Violet Iron's face had their entries. Which is very weird" I said to everyone. "Plus I never heard of anyone named Violet Iron & Scarlet Beast in all my travels." Hugo said to everyone.
"But you gotta admit, they were so cool." Karol said to everyone. "I gotta admit, I wish they stuck around. We could have used their help with Duke." Patty said to everyone. "Well they left, and in a way we can't follow them. Plus they're going down. And I doubt we have time to go down and find them, then get back up in time to stop Duke." I said to everyone, as Judith walked away from the group.
"He's right. We've wasted too much time on this. Let's go." Yuri said to everyone, as we started to walk. "Judy?" Yuri asked, when we noticed Judith not walking. "Okay. Okay. Got it." Judith said. "Did something happen to Ba'ul?" Yuri asked Judith. "No, he's fine. I was just asking what it was like outside." Judith said to everyone.
"How far along is the life absorbing formula?" Rita asked Judith. "Ba'ul doesn't know anything about formulas." Judith said to Rita. "Yeah. I guess you're right." Rita said to Judith. "I told Ba'ul to move around as he saw fit." Judith said to everyone. "I hope you told him to stay close in case we need a quick exit." Ava said to Judith.
"We should move along too, right?" Judith asked everyone. "Yeah. Let's hurry." Karol said to everyone, as we finally started to move.
After a bit, we entered some kind of cave system, and found a long staircase that leads to a light. "Those stairs…" Estelle said. "It looks like they lead to the summit." Flynn said to everyone. "This is the moment of truth. Is everyone ready?" Yuri asked everyone.
"I've been ready. Let's do it." Rita said to Yuri, with her Pokemon agreeing with her. "Yeah. We have to do this." Karol said to Yuri, with his Pokemon agreeing with him. "Turning back now would make dinner tonight taste like ash." Patty said to Yuri, with her Pokemon agreeing with her.
"Right. Even this old man's gonna put up a fight." Raven said to Yuri, with his Pokemon agreeing with him. "People believe in us. They're waiting for us. We must defeat the Adephagos! For them!" Estelle said to Yuri, with her Pokemon agreeing with her. "And for Phaeroh and Belius… For the memories of the Entelexeia…" Judith said to Yuri, with her Pokemon agreeing with her.
"Yeah, all we have done has led to this. So let's give it our all." Ava said to Yuri, with her Pokemon agreeing with her. "After this moment. The world will change forever. We must be ready for everything in both the battle and the future." Hugo said to Yuri, with his Pokemon agreeing with him.
Then Repede barked. "Sounds like we're ready." I said to everyone, with my Pokemon, as well as Yuri and Fynn's Pokemon agreeing with me. "Let's go!" Yuri said to everyone, as we started to walk up the stairway.
When we reached the top, we found Duke, Absol, and Dragalge standing in what looked like the ruins of a cathedral, with Duke working on a screen, and Xerneas, Yveltal, and Zygarde in his Complete Forme trapped in energy cages, and groaning in pain. We then walked up to Duke in silence, and he noticed us walking up.
"Duke, what is this madness?" Hugo asked Duke. "He's using… us to… power his spell… against life..." Xerneas said to Hugo, having a hard time breathing. "Duke, we have the four elemental spirits. Their power can counter the Adephagos." Yuri said to Duke. "There's no need to use people or to torture the Life Trio to destroy the Adephagos." Estelle said to Duke.
Duke then looked up. "Look at its size. Four spirits are nothing against it." Duke said to everyone. "They're crucial. We'll make up the rest by turning the blastia cores to spirits too." Rita said to Duke. "Every single core in the world!" Karol said to Duke. "And as a bonus, it'll put an end to the blastia culture that you hate so much. Not too shabby, huh?" Raven asked Duke.
"I doubt humans will hand over their blastia quietly. Or will you force them?" Duke asked everyone. "We don't force anyone to do anything!" Patty said to Duke. "Can you not believe that people can move forward and change?" Judith asked Duke. "Humans will not let something go once it is in their grasp." Duke said to everyone.
"Well if they want to live, they will." Ava said to Duke. "Whether they like it or not the world is about to change. And once we turn all the blastia into spirits, they're won't be any blastia left. So they'll be clinging to nothing." Hugo said to Duke. "Duke, we can make the world a better place for all of us. So please stop this madness, and let's walk together into the new world." I said to Duke. "But how quickly will they return to the ways of old, and repeat the same mistakes." Duke said to everyone.
"So you won't listen. We will destroy the Adephagos our own way. Please, wait just a little longer." Yuri said to Duke, taking a few steps forward. "The people are determined, as we are determined! We won't let that go to waste!" Flynn said to Duke.
"And will the world return to its former state?" Duke asked everyone. "Huh?" Rita asked. "Will the ear be controlled by the Entelexeia? Will all life return to a time when nature ruled?" Duke asked everyone. "No…" Rita said to Duke. "You are changing this word-our Terca Lumireis- for what? For the convenience of humans. Nothing more." Duke said to everyone.
"We're doing this for both People and Pokemon." I said to Duke, stepping forward. "Duke, I know of your past. And I'm sorry for what happened to you. But what you're doing won't bring back what is lost. The nature of life is not to go back to the way things were after a disaster, but to grow anew. To encourage new growth, and to live for those who are no longer with us." I said to Duke.
"Oliver is right. Can't you think that the world might be growing. I think of the Entelexeia becoming spirits as evolution. Not to mention that the world changed when Pokemon joined us. Can't you see that?" Estelle asked Duke, walking up a bit. "I would not presume to speak on the choice of the Entelexeia. However, I also have my choices." Duke said to everyone.
"So you won't listen to us because we're humans?" Yuri said to Duke. "You say you can't trust people so you just drop everything. Then when it's too late, you try to wipe them out?!" Raven said to Duke. "Do you know what this tower is? Tarqaron was once a city, but the ancients turned it into a weapon. To destroy the Entelexia!" Duke said to everyone, surprising everyone.
"To the ancient who did not recognize the threat of the blastia. The Entelexeia, who attacked the blastia, were nothing more than a nuisance." Duke said to everyone. "And the ear went out of balance. And the Adephagos appeared…" Karol said to everyone. "And it brought Arceus and all of his children. This caused Arceus to cast this tower into the land." Ava said to everyone.
"Only then did humans listen to the words of the Entelexeia. Our world has seen many sacrifices. Yet humans committed the same offense. And they will again. Those who eat away and ruin this world. Those who would change the world for their own continued existence. They are apostles of destruction greater than even the Adephagos." Duke said to everyone.
"Is that the reason you're trying to destroy humanity?" Flynn asked Duke. "I made a vow to my friend that I would protect this world." Duke said to Flynn. "Elucifer." Judith said to Duke. "So Khroma told you?" Duke said to everyone. "Yeah. She also told us to stop you." Yuri said to Duke. "She listened to us, too. And became a spirit." Estelle said to Duke.
"Yes, she's here with me." I said to Duke, holding a hand to his chest. "So please, we can do this together." Estelle asked Duke. "Duke, Elucifer fought for both humans and Entelexia. He won't have wanted this." Hugo said to Duke. "Enough. If the Entelexeia would throw away their mission, then I will take it up. I need not wait for your method. Once I complete this formula, the world will be saved." Duke said to everyone, walking to his sword. "Duke… Stop!" Yuri said to Duke, as we all reached for our weapons.
"As long as humans ruel, they will commit the same offence time and again. If that happens, their hearts will grow wild, and the future will be even more painful." Duke said to everyone, looking at his sword. "Even if that happens, it is the path we choose. Even if we are hurt or stopped, we can still walk again as long as we don't give up!" Estelle said to Duke.
"She's right. You'll never find anything new if you're afraid of making mistakes. Of failing. And unlike you, we haven't chosen this path on our own. Everyone decided on it." Rita said to Duke. "Yeah! Going it alone might be tough… but we're not alone. If one person can't do it, then we do it together. I finally learned that we can walk together like that!" Karol said to Duke.
"Aye. Eventually you'll hit a dead end with the solutions you come up with alone. But if everyone takes up oars together, no wind nor rain can stop you crossing the ocean!" Patty said to Duke. "That may be sufficient for those who are connected to one another. However, there will always be some who cannot accept a difficult future. You all surely understand that." Duke said to everyone.
"It will be difficult, but that is reality. "But they will take what changes, think, and change again. Both the people and the world. So even if it takes tens hundred of years… they will listen someday. I know this now. That's what it means to live." Judith said to Duke. "Change is painful, but fearing it means we'd never make any progress. And we'll be there to support those who need it. That's why knights exist, why the guilds exist." Flynn said to Duke.
"Right. There are things you have to protect… But this old man wants to see what lies ahead for people in the next era. See how the fools change. For those who can't see them anymore." Raven said to Duke. "We may walk the unknown path. But we face it with our heads held high and take each step with pride. Even if things get hard, we'll keep moving forward." Hugo said to Duke. "And even if the people you fear come to be. We will stand against them everytime, and make sure people of the future feel the same way." Ava said to Duke.
"We are in contradiction… However our feelings for the world are no different. How odd." Duke said to everyone. "No, it's not. The future we chose… what we see for the future… is different." Yuri said to Duke. "The future must be protected. If it is not, then destruction awaits." Duke said to Yuri.
"Destruction is part of the cycle of life. Even if you kill all humans, the world itself will bring forth its destruction, if only to allow new growth to be born. So please let the destruction of the blastia be what brings forth a new world. And not your idea of killing all humans because a few bad ones bring forth a new world." I said to Duke. "My way would bring forth a better world. One that brings a bright future." Duke said to me.
"We make the future. You trust the path you choose and create it." Yuri said to Duke, as Duke picked up his sword. "It is inevitable. Come!" Duke said to us. "If this is the only way to end this madness. Let's do this." I said to Duke, as I let out Chesnaught, Aurorus, and Pyroar from their Pokeballs, and Manectric, Blastoise, and Doublade moved to my side.
Hugo also let out Roserade, Haxorus, Vaporeon, Mamoswine, with Gallade and Noivern moving to his side. And Ava let out Vivillon, Hawlucha, Avalugg, and Goodra, with Houndoom and Delphox, moving to her side. "Let's go!" Yuri said to everyone, as we pulled out our weapons, and charged at Duke.
"Blastoise use Water Pulse and Manectric use Thunderbolt." I said to Blastoise and Manectric. "Manectric/Blastoise." Manectric and Blastoise said, as Blastoise fired a ball of water from one of his cannons, and as Manectric fired a bolt of electricity, hitting the water ball, and charging it.
"Absol." Absol said, as he shot out a pink crescent blade from his horn, cutting the ball of water in half, and making it miss them. "Absol/Dragalge." Absol and Dragalge said, as Absol fired a pulse of black rings, and Dragalge fired a pulse of purple energy with a dragon head.
"Noivern and Haxorus use Dragon Pulse." Hugo said to Noivern and Haxorus. "Noivern/Haxorus." Noivern and Haxorus said, as they fired pusles of purple energy with dragon heads. All four attacks hit, and caused a big exposition.
From the smoke, Duke appeared out of it, and started to fight Hugo. Hugo turned on his flame blades, and started to do some fancy footwork. But Duke made his sword glow purple, causing him to block Hugo's fire like they were normal blades.
"Excadrill use Drill Run and Sableye Power Gem." Raven said to Excadrill and Sableye, as he aimed some arrows. "Excadrill." Excadrill said, as he clamped his claws onto his horn, and started to spin towards Duke.
"Absol." Absol said, as his tail turned silver, and he got in Excadrill's path. Absol then swatted Excadrill out of the way, making Excadrill crash into the floor.
"Sableye." Sableye said, as he gems appeared in his hands, and fired beams of energy at Duke at the same time Raven fired some arrows. But Duke noticed the attacks heading his wave and jumped back. This made Hugo take the hits from the Power Gem, lucky he dodged the arrows, so it wasn't too bad.
"Flygon, crush him with Rock Slide." Judith said to Flygon. "Flygon!" Flygon said, making rocks fall from the sky. But Duke, Absol, and Dragalge dodged all the rocks. And when the rocks stopped falling, Duke, Absol, and Dragalge were using the rocks as cover.
"Hawlucha use Acrobatics." Ava said to Hawlucha, as she and Raven fired arrows trying to hit Duke, Absol, and Dragalge. "Hawlucha." Hawlucha said, as he started to jump around the rocks, trying to hit Duke, Absol, and Dragalge.
But while Hawlucha did get a few hits in on them, Dragalge aimed his face at Hawlucha. That's when Dragalge fired purple goo. The goo hit Hawlucha, and made Hawlucha feel weak and left a purple mark on him. That's when Dragalge hit Hawlucha with his tail, knocking Hawlucha back to us.
"Vivillon use Aromatherapy." Ava said to Vivillon. "Vivillon." Vivillon said, as he let out a gentle aroma, removing the purple mark.
"Mamoswine removed that cover with Earthquake." Hugo said to Mamoswine. "Mamoswine." Mamoswine said, as he stomped his foot, causing a shock wave, sending the rocks flying, and removing Duke, Absol, and Dragalge cover.
"Avalugg use Icicle Spear." Ava said to Avalugg, as we all charged at Duke. "Avalugg." Avalugg said, as he fired shards of ice from his mouth, at the same time Raven and Ava fired some arrows.
But even though we were all attacking at once, Duke was able to counter and dodged all of our attacks. Then Absol disappeared and then reappeared above Avalugg, and slammed into Avalugg's head, stopping his attack.
"Lucario, help Avalugg wirh Bone Rush." Flynn said to Lucario. "Lucario." Lucario said, as he formed a red energy bone, and charged at Absol. Absol noticed Lucario charging at him, and disappeared right before Lucario attacked. This caused Lucario to hit Avalugg instead of Absol.
Absol then reappeared. "Goodra use Power Whip." Ava said to Goodra. "Goodra." Goodra said, as his horns turned green and grew. Goodra then tried to whip Absol, but Absol disappeared again, dodging the attack, and reappeared next to Duke.
Then Dragalge started to fire a massive surge of water from his mouth. "Cramerant use Scald and Slowbro use Water Gun." Patty said to Cramerant and Slowbro. "Cramerant/Slowbro." Cramerant and Slowbro said, as they fired streams of water from their mouths. The Scald and Water Gun stopped the surge of water, but it was left at a stand still at first, but Dragalge water slowly started pushing Cramerant and Slowbro's water.
"Houndoom use Flamethrower." Ava said to Houndoom. "Houndoom." Houndoom said, as she let out a steam of fire. The fire hit Dragalge water, and snuffed it out, all the water and fire made steam, and a cloud appeared on the battlefield.
Then a giant ball of sludge came shooting out of the cloud, and hit a few of our Pokemon. That's when the cloud dissolved and Duke came charging at us. Judith got in his way, and blocked Duke.
"Salamence use Dragon Claw." Judith said to Salamence. "Salamence." Salamence said, as his claws glowed teal. "Dragalge." Dragalge said as he fired a giant ball of sludge at Salamence.
"Corviknight use Steel Wing." Flynn said to Corviknight. "Corviknight." Corviknight said, as his wings turned silver. Corviknight then flew up, and swatted the ball of sludge and broke it. That's when Salamence flew up and slashed Duke's arm, dealing some damage, and allowed Judith to push Duke back.
Absol and Dragalge caught Duke. "Pyroar use Incinerate." I said to Pyroar. "Pyroar." Pyroar said, as she fired a fireball. The fireball hit Duke, Absol, and Dragalge, burning them a little.
"Quick, Reuniclus use Future Sight." Rita said to Reuniclus. "You too Delphox." Ava said to Delphox. "Reuniclus/Delphox." Reuniclus and Delphox said, as they made a few purple orbs and shot them into a few ports.
That's when Duke, Absol, and Dragalge got up. "Absol." Absol said, as he fired a pink crescent blade from his horn.
"Kingambit/ Doublade use Iron Head." Me and Yuri said to Doublade and Kingambit. "Kingambit/Doublade." Kingambit and Doubade said, as their blades turned silver. They used their blades to block the pink crescent blade. After a few seconds, the pink crescent blade broke.
"Mawile use Play Rough." Karol said to Mawile as he charged at Duke. "Metagross use Zen Headbut." Rita said to Metagross, as she fired fireballs at Duke. "Mawile/Metagross." Mawile and Metagross said, as they charged at Duke, Absol, and Dragalge, with Metagross' X glowing teal.
"Dragalge." Dragalge said, before he fired a massive surge of water from his mouth. The water hit Mawile and sent her flying into Metagross, forcing Metagross to stop his attack.
"Absol/Dragalge." Absol and Dragalge said, as Asbol fired a pulse of black rings, and Dragalge fired a purple pulse with a dragon head. The attacks were heading to everyone.
"Chesnaught use Spiky Shield." I said to Chesnaught. "And Audino, help with Light Screen." Estelle said to Audino. "Audino." Audino said, as she made a glass barrier. "Chesnaught." Chesnaught said, as he fist bumped his hand, and formed a green energy shield with spikes on it. That's when the attacks hit the Light Screen, and after a few seconds, the attacks broke the barrier, and that's when Chesanught took the rest of the force, stopping the fight.
"Roserade use Petal Blizzard." Hugo said to Roserade. "Roserade." Roserade said, as she let out a flurry of petals, trapping Duke, Absol, and Dragalge. "Gogoat use Horn Leech." Karol said to Gogoat. "Gogoat." Gogoat said, as he charged at Duke, Absol, and Dragalge.
But that's when Absol disappeared, and then reappeared, hitting Gogoat in the side, knocking Gogoat to the side, and stopping Gogoat's attack. "Togekiss use Aura Sphere." Estelle said to Togekiss. "Togekiss." Togekiss said, as she campled her wings together and formed a light blue ball. Togekiss then fired the ball at Absol.
But Absol disappeared, dodging Togekiss' attack. Absol then reappeared behind Vaporeon getting ready to attack Vaporeon. "Vaporeon, quick use Acid Armor." Hugo said to Vaporeon. "Vaporeon." Vaporeon said, as she turned into a puddle, dodging Absol's attack.
"Banette use Sucker Punch." Yuri said to Banette. "Banette." said, as he moved at high speed and punched Absol in the throat, stunning Absol. "Gallade, Leaf Blade now!" Hugo said to Gallade. "Gallade!" Gallade said, as his blades glowed green. Gallade then hit Absol, sending Absol flying through the Petal Blizzard, breaking it, and making Absol crash into Duke and Dragalge.
"Aurorus use Hyper Beam." I said to Aurorus. "AURORUS!" Aurorus said, as she fired a large light beam at Duke, Absol, and Dragalge. The three of them dodged the full force of the attack, but were still knocked down by the forces of the attack.
"Noivern use Boomburst." Hugo said to Noivern. "Pyroar, help with Hyper Voice." I said to Pyroar. "Noivern/Pyroar!" Noivern and Pyroar said, as they fired a loud soundwave, stunning Duke, Absol, and Dragalge.
"Flygon/Mamoswine use Earthquake." Judith and Hugo said to Flygon and Mamoswine. "Flygon/Mamoswine." Flygon and Mamoswine said, as Flygon slammed his tail and Mamoswine slammed his front feet. This caused a shockwave in the ground, and tripped Duke, Absol, and Dragalge. And with the noise coming from Noivern and Pyroar, they couldn't get up.
"Metagross use Psychic and Reuniclus use Psyshock." Rita said to Metagross and Reuniclus, as she made a fireball. "Metagross." Metagross said, as his eyes glowed pink, and a pink outline appeared on the fireball. This turned the fireball into smaller fire balls. "Reuniclus." Reuniclus said, as she made a few dark purple orbs. That's when Metagross and Reuniclus fired all the orbs and fireballs at Duke, Absol, and Dragalge.
Struggling Absol started to fire a pulse of black rings, and Dragalge fired a massive surge of water, and sprayed their attacks. This not only took out Metagross and Reuniclus' attacks, but also hit Noivern, Pyroar, Flygon, and Mamoswine, forcing them to stop their attacks.
"Salamence/ Houdoom use Flamethrower." Judith and Ava said to Salamence and Houndoom. "Salamence/Houndoom." Salamence and Houndoom said, as they let out a steam of fire from their mouths. Duke, Absol, and Dragalge jumped out of the way, dodging their attacks. While dodging attacks, Dragalge fired purple goo, hitting both Houndoom and Salamence, making them feel weak, and making purple marks appear in their faces.
"Slowbro/ Gallade use Double Team." Patty and Hugo said to Slowbro and Gallade. "Slowbro/Gallade." Slowbro and Gallade said, as they made copies, and Slowbro circled Dragalge, and Gallade circled Absol.
"Now, Roserade, use Grass Whistle and put them to sleep." Hugo said to Roderade, as we all started to fight Duke again. "Roserade." Roserade said, as she played a gentle sound, making Absol and Dragalge feel sleepy.
Absol and Dragalge then slammed their heads into the ground, shaking off the sleep. "Absol!" Absol said, as he let out a pulse of black rings, sending the Gallade copies flying. "Dragalge!" Dragalge said, as he let out a pulse of purple energy with a dragon head, sending the Slowbro copies flying.
"Cramerant use Drill Peck." Patty said to Cramerant, as Duke forced us back. "Cramerant." Cramerant said, as his beak started to spin like a drill, and flew at Dragalge. But Dragalge dodged Cramerant's attack, and fired a purple goo at Cramerant, knocking Cramerant back, and making a purple mark appear on Cramerant.
"Lucario use Power-Up Punch and Corviknight use Fury Attack." Flynn said to Lucario and Corviknight, as we all charged at Duke again. "Gogoat use Seed Bomb." Karol said to Gogoat. "Lucario/Corviknight/Gogoat." Lucario, Corviknight and Gogoat said, as Lucario charged at Dragalge with his fist glowing red, Corviknight charged at Dragalge with his beak glowing white, and Gogoat spitting out large seeds.
But Dragalge dodged the attacks, and jumped over Lucario and Corviknight, before spitting purple goo at Gogoat, hitting Gogoat, making Gogoat feel weak and a purple mark appeared on his face. That's when Duke forced us all back.
"Mawile use Iron Head." Karol said to Mawile. "And Excadrill use Smart Strike." Raven said to Excadrill. "Mawile/Excadrill." Mawile and Excadrill said, as Mawile's ponytail turned silver and rough, and Excadrill saw a weak spot on Dragalge, and they both charged at Dragalge.
That's when Absol disappeared, and reappeared, hitting Excadrill in the side, and causing Excadrill to hit Mawile, stopping both of their attacks. That's when Absol and Dragalge moved to Duke's side.
"Okay let's try this. Vaporeon use Muddy Water!" Hugo said to Vaporeon. "Vaporeon." Vaporeon said, as she made a wave of mud, and made it head towards Duke, Absol, and Dragalge. But the three of them were ready for it.
"Blastoise/Goodra and Aurorus use Ice Beam." Me and Ava said to Blastoise, Goodra, Aurorus. "Blastoise/Goodra/Aurorus!" Blastoise, Goodra, Aurorus said, as they fired light blue beams. The beams froze the mud wave, with Vaporeon jumping off it right before it froze. This surprised Duke, Absol, and Dragalge.
"Avalugg use Heavy Slam." Ava said to Avalugg. "And Chesnaught use Wood Hammer." I said to Chesnaguht. "Avalugg/Chesnaught." Avalugg and Chesnaught said, as Avalugg as he jumped up and crashed into the frozen mud wave, and as Chesnaught's hands turned into green energy logs and he slammed them into the frozen mud wave.
Avalugg and Chesnaught attacks caused the frozen mud wave to break apart and caused large crunches of ice falling on Duke, Absol, and Dragalge. But Absol fired a pulse of black rings, stopping any of the ice from hitting them. Then Dragalge fired purple goo, hitting Avalugg and Chesnaught, making them feel weak, and having purple marks appear on their faces.
"Togekiss use Dazzling Gleam." Estelle said to Togekiss. "Togekiss." Togekiss said, as she let out a blinding multi-color light, blinding Duke, Absol, and Dragalge. "Sableye use Power Gem." Raven said to Sableye, as he fired arrows at Duke, at the same time Ava fired stone arrows at Duke. "Sableye." Sableye said, as he made two gems and fired beams of energy at Duke.
That's when the light faded and Duke saw the attacks, and while they dodged most of the attacks, Duke still got a few scratches. "Absol!" Absol said, as she charged at everyone, his tail glowing silver.
"Haxorus use Iron Tail." Hugo said to Haxorus. "Haxorus." Haxorus said, as his tail turned silver, and he slammed his tail into Absol's tail, locking each other's tail. "Banette use Shadow Claw." Yuri said to Banette, as we charged at Duke again. "Banette." Banette said, as his claws became encased in black energy with a purple outline. Banette then slashed Absol, knocking Absol back.
That's when Kingambit caught him, and held him down. "Kingambit use Kowtow Cleaver." Yuri said to Kingambit. "Kingambit." Kingambit said, as his blade on his head glowed black. But before Kingambit could bring the blade down, Dragalge let out a massive surge of water, forcing use back, and knocking Kingambit off Absol.
"Hawlucha take him out with Acrobatics." Ava said to Hawlucha. "Hawlucha." Hawlucha said, as he started to jump around Dragalge, landing a few hits on Dragalge. But after getting a hit, Dragalge got a clear shot of Hawlucha, and fired a purple goo, weaking Hawlucha and making a purple mark appear on Hawlucha. This made it easy for Dragalge to whip Hawlucha away with his tail
"Okay, let's try this. Delphox use Shock Wave." Ava said to Delphox. "Delphox." Delphox said, as she pointed her sticks at Dragalge and Absol, firing a small burst of electricity. This stunned Dragalge and Absol.
"Doublade use Aerial Ace." I said to Doublade. "Doublade." Doublade said, as he dropped his sheath, and disappeared. Doublade appeared, hitting Dragalge and Absol, sending them flying into Duke.
"Manectric use Discharge." I said to Manectric. "Manectric!" Manectric said, as he let out a surge of electricity. Duke, Absol, and Dragalge try to dodge the electricity, but got hit by a few of the stray bolts, dealing some damage to all of them.
"Audino, help everyone with Heal Pulse." Estelle said to Audino. "Vivillon, you use Aromatherapy as well." Ava said to Vivillon. "Audino/Vivillon." Audino and Vivillon said, as Audino let out a purple pulse with a bell sound, and as Vivillon let out a gentle aroma. These not only healed everyone, but made us feel better.
"Well not that we're feeling better. It's time we take this to the next level. It's time to show the world our strength pushes beyond evolution and show them our true power MEGA EVOLVE." I said, as I touched my keystone, and Mega Evolved Manectric. "For adventure and freedom show them our spirits and MEGA EVOLVE." Ava said, as she touched her Keystone and Mega Evolved Houndoom.
"Show them our fighting spirits, show them that we will never back down, show them the power we have and MEGA EVOLVE." Hugo said, as he touched his Keystone and Mega Evolved Gallade. "To save the world we do what must be done. Now show them our will's and MEGA EVOLVE." Judith said, as she touched her Keystone and Mega Evolved Salamence.
"It's time to forge our own path in the world, to live it our way and MEGA EVOLVE." Yuri said, as he touched his Keystone and Mega Evolved Banette. "With our hearts as one we will show them all the power of our hearts and MEGA EVOLVE." Estelle said, as she touched her Keystone and Mega Evolved Audino.
"No matter what we face, no matter happens, we will not run now MEGA EVOLVE." Karol said, as he touched his Keystone and Mega Evolved Mawile. "For the future we will use new energy and MEGA EVOLVE." Rita said, as she touched her Keystone and Mega Evolved Metagross.
"We maybe old but we still got some fight in us. Let's show them, now MEGA EVOLVE." Raven said, as he touched his Keystone and Mega Evolved Sableye. "For Treasure and friendship. We will move past the past and find real treasure. NOW MEGA EVOLVE." Patty said, as she touched her Keystone and Mega Evolved Slowbro. "Together we fight for everyone and we will stand for justice and honor. now MEGA EVOLVE." Flynn said, as he touched his Keystone and Mega Evolved Lucario.

"Excadrill/Vaporeon use Dig." Raven and Hugo quietly said to Excadrill and Vaporeon. "Excadrill/Vaporeon." Excadrill and Vaporeon said, as he dug into the ground. "Sableye use Power Gem." Raven said to Sableye, as he and Ava fired arrows at Duke, Absol, and Dragalge. "Sableye." Sableye said, as he aimed his crystal as Duke, and fired many shots of energy at Duke.
All of the attacks hit Duke, Absol, and Dragalge, and dealt some major damage to them. That's when Excadrill and Vaporeon burst out of the ground, hitting them. "Absol!" Absol said, getting mad, and firing a pulse of black rings, forcing Excadrill and Vaporeon back, and making Togekiss and Audino stop their attacks and jumped back.
With a clear shot, Dragalge fired a ball of sludge at Togekiss and Audino. "Cramerant use Substitute." Patty said to Cramerant. "Cramerant." Cramerant said, as he fired a copy and it took the hit.
"Slowbro use Water Pulse." Patty said to Slowbro. "And Reuniclus use Shadow Ball." Rita said to Reuniclus. "Slowbro/Reuniclus." Slowbro and Reuniclus said, as Slowbro fired a ball of water, and Reuniclus fired a ball of shadows.
"Absol!" Absol said, as he fired a pink crescent blade from his horn. The blade traveled towards the Water Pulse and Shadow Ball. but the Water Pulse smashed threw it. That's when the Water Pulse and Shadow Ball hit Absol and knocked him back a bit.
"Mawile use Ice Fang, and Gogoat use Leaf Blade." Karol said to Mawile and Gogoat, as we charged at Duke. "Mawile." Mawile said as sharp light blue teeth appeared in her ponytails, and she got onto Gogoat's back. "Gogoat." Gogoat said, as his horns flipped and turned into a green glowing blade, and charged at Dragalge.
"Dragalge." Dragalge said, as he fired a ball of sludge at Gogoat, but Mawile used her ponytail to block the ball of sludge. "Absol!" Absol said, as he disappeared and reappeared, getting ready to strike Gogoat. But Mawile bit into him and tossed Absol away. And that's when Gogoat hit Dragalge, and Mawile bit into Dragalge before tossing him away.
That's when Absol started to get up. "Banette use Sucker Punch." Yuri said to Banette. "Banette." Banette said, as he charged and hit Absol, stunning him. "Corviknight use Dual Wingbeat." Flynn said to Corviknight. "Corviknight." Corviknight said, as he flew up to Absol, and slammed his wings into Absol, giving Absol a headache.
"Metagross use Hammer Arm." Rita said to Megaross. "Lucario use Power-Up Punch." Flynn said to Lucario. "Kingambit use Iron Head." Yuri said to Kingambit. "Metagross/Lucario/Kingambit." Metagross, Lucario, and Kingambit said, as they charged at Absol, with Lucario's fist glowing red, and Kingambit's blade on his head glowed silver.
That's when Absol regained his focus, and disappeared. Absol then reappeared next to Dragalge. That was when Duke got away from us, and joined Absol and Dragalge. "Absol/Dragalge." Absol and Dragalge said, as Absol fired a pulse of black rings, and Dragalge fired a ball of sludge.
"Flygon/Chesnaught Rock Slide to block those attacks." Judith and I said to Flygon and Chesnaught. "Flygon/Chesnaught." Flygon and Chesnaught said, as they made rocks fall from the sky, and formed a rock wall in front of us, blocking Absol and Dragalge's attack.
"Salamence/Houndoom use Flamethrower." Judith and Ava said to Salamence and Houndoom. "Manectric use Thunderbolt, Pyroar use Incinerate, and Blastoise use Water Pulse." I said to Manectric, Pyroar, and Blastoise. "Noivern/Goodra and Haxorus Dragon Pulse." Hugo and Ava said to Noivern, Goodra, Haxorus. "Roserade use Sludge Bomb." Hugo said to Roderade. "Vivillon use Bug Buzz, Avalugg use Icicle Spear, and Delphox use Mystical Fire." Ava said to Vivillon, Avalugg, and Delphox.
"Salamence/Houndoom/Manectric/Pyroar/Blastoise/Noivern/Goodra/Haxorus/Roserade/Vivillon/Avalugg/Delphox." They all roared, as Salamence and Houndoom let out a steam of fire form their mouths, Manectric fired bolt of electricity, Pyroar fired a ball of fire, Blastoise fired a ball of water, Noivern, Goodra, and Haxorus fired a pulse of purple energy with a dragon head, Roderade fired a ball of sludge, Vivillon fired a sound wave form his wings, Avalugg fired shards of ice, and Delphox made a circle of fire before shooting out a giant fireball from the circle.
All the attacks went over the rocks and were heading for Duke, Absol, and Dragalge. And while they dodged a few of the attacks, they got hit by multiple of the attacks, dealing much damage to them.
"Mamoswine, clear the way with Earthquake." Hugo said to Mamoswine. "Mamoswine!" Mamoswine said, as he slammed his feet into the ground, sending the rock wall flying at Duke, Absol, and Dragalge, and let us charge at them.
"Hawlucha use Flying Press." Ava said to Hawlucha. "Gallade use Leaf Blade." Hugo said to Gallade. "Doublade use Sacred Sword." I said to Doublade. "Hawlucha/Gallade/Doublade." Hawlucha, Gallade, Doublade said, as Hawlucha came down on Duke, Absol, and Dragalge, Gallade's arm blades glowing green, and Doublades blades glowed purple and curved.
All our attacks slashed Duke, Absol, and Dragalge, dealing a lot of damage to them, and causing Duke, Absol, and Dragalge to crash into each other. "Aurorus use Earth Power." I said to Aurorus, as we all jumped away from Duke, Absol, and Dragalge.
"Aurorus." Aurorus said, as she stomped onto the ground, causing a small shockwave to travel under the earth. Then right under Duke, Absol, and Dragalge, the ground burst, sending Duke, Absol, and Dragalge flying into the air for a few seconds, before they came crashing down to the same spot they were shot up.
That's when the Future Sights finally hit Duke, Dragalge, and Absol, with Absl taking no damage from the attack. "Now I know what Phaeroh saw in you…" Duke said to everyone, as he and Dragalge got up after getting hit. "You're pretty strong yourself." Yuri said to Duke. "Yeah even out numbered, you're still holding your own. I'm impressed, even more impressed if you were on our side." I said to Duke.
"It's unfortunate. I wish I could walk together with you all a while longer. Perhaps we would have had a different encounter…" Duke said to everyone. "It's not too late." Yuri said to Duke. "It is. My path was set when the Adephagos covered the sky." Duke said to Yuri. "You stubborn bastard." Yuri said to Duke.
Then Duke slammed his sword into the magic seal. "The best path for an enduring world is to return it to its natural state. This is the path I chose! I will die for that. My friend… give me your strength!" Duke said, before his seal let out a burst of energy.
This caused a black magic circle to appear under us, and forced into the air, with Xerneas, Yveltal, and Zygarde, going up with us, and moving to the points of a Y. in the middle we noticed Duke, Absol, Dragalge had changed. Dragalge changed the least, what was purple was now black, what was black was now purple, what was pink red was kelp green, and what was kelp green was pink red.
Absol was now covered in black fur, his face and claws where now white, and he had turned into his mega form, with the back of his legs being even fluffier with long white spicks his tail was had another bump in it, fluffier chest, fur on the back of his head that looked like wings, the hair on his head grew longer and covered his left eyes, a small blade on the left side of his head, and the blade on the right side of his head turned into a axe shape.
But Duke changed the most, he was covered in white energy, his clothes turned white, and his sword was now floating next to him, and he also gained six floating white blade shields.
"Chesnaught use Wood Hammer, and Doublade use Aerial Ace." I said to Chesnaught and Doublade. "Chesnaught/Doublade." Chesnaught and Doublade said, as Doublade disappeared, and Chesnaught charged at Duke, with green glowing logs for hands.
But then right as Doublade reappeared right next to Duke, Duke used his shields to block not only Chesnaught's logs, but Doublade's attack. "Absol!" Absol said, as he fired a pulse of pitch black rings at Chesnaught and Doublade, knocking them back, and dealing a lot of damage.
"Roserade, trap them again with Petal Blizzard." Hugo said to Roserade. "Roserade." Roserade said, as she let out a flurry of petals. The petals moved around Duke, Absol, and Dragalge. "Dragalge." Dragalge said, as he fired a pulse of black energy with a dragon head. The energy broke through the Petal Blizzard, and hit Roserade, dealing major damage.
"Audino use Heal Pulse." Estelle said to Audino. "Audino." Audino said to Estelle. But before Audino could use Heal Pulse, Dragalge fired a ball of black sludge, and it hit Audino, dealing massive damage to Audino, and making Audino fall to her knees.
"Metagross, make that overgrown seaweed pay with Zen Headbutt." Rita said to Metagross. "Metagross!" Metagross said, as his X glowed teal, and he charged Dragalge. But Absol once again fired a pulse of pitch black rings. Hitting Metagross, and making Metagross crash, dealing a lot of damage.
"Mamoswine, freeze them with Blizzard." Hugo said to Mamoswine. "Mamoswine!" Mamoswine said, as he fired a freezing wind with snow from his wind and snow hit Duke, Absol, and Dragalge.
But Dragalge fired a black pulse of energy with a dragon head, breaking through the Blizzard and hitting Mamoswine, forcing him back, but the pulse didn't stop there, it kept moving around us, and we barely dodged it's attacks.
"Noivern/Goodra and Haxorus use Dragon Pulse." Hugo and Ava said to Noivern, Goodra, and Haxorus. "Noivern/Goodra/Haxorus." Noivern, Goodra, Haxorus said, as they let out a pulse of purple energy with a dragon head. But despite it being three on one, Dragalge Dragon pulse was winning, and bit into the other three Dragon Pulse, causing an explosion, taking down all four of them.
"Vivillon/Gallade/Slowbro use Double Team." Ava, Hugo, and Patty said to Vivillon, Gallade, and Slowbro. "Vivillon/Gallade/Slowbro." Vivillon, Gallade, Slowbro said, as they made a lot of copies, and circled Duke, Absol, and Dragalge.
But that's when Dragalge let out a massive steam of dark water, hitting all the copies, sending them flying, and causing Vivillon, Gallade, and Slowbro to crash into the magic circle.
"Flygon use Dragon Breath." Judith said to Flygon, as we charged at Duke. "Flygon." Flygon said, as he let out a steam of teal energy. But Absol fired two black crescent blades from his horns with one being tiny. The black blades cut threw Flygon's Dragon Breath, and hitting Flygon in the face, hurting Flygon a lot. It was that that point, Duke sent us flying back as well.
"Cramerant/Corviknight use Drill Peck." Patty and Flynn said to Cramerant and Corviknight. "Cramerant/Corknight." Cramerant and Corknight said, as their becks started to spin, and they charged at Absol. But again, Absol disappeared, and then reappeared hitting Corknight, and making him crash into Cramerant.
"Lucario use Meteor Mash." Flynn said to Lucario, as we charged at Duke again. "Lucario!" Lucario said, as he charged at Absol, with his fist glowing silver. But Absol dodged the attack, and his tail turned dark silver. Absol then swung his tail, hitting Lucario, and sending Lucario flying back a little.
"Excadrill use Drill Run." Raven said to Excadrill, as we got forced back from Duke again, and he and Ava fired arrows at Duke, and Rita fired fireballs, only for Duke to block the arrows and fireballs with his shields.
"Excadrill." Excadrill said, as he clapped his claws to his horns, and started to spin, heading for Absol. But again, Absol's tail glowed dark silver, and he swung it at Excadrill holding Excadrill back.
"Sableye/Banette help Excadrill with Shadow Claw." Raven and Yuri said to Sableye and Banette. "Sableye/Banette." Sableye and Banette said, as their claws became encased in black energy with a purple outline.
Sableye and Banette charged at Absol, but Dragalge fired black goo at them, stopping their attacks, and making Sableye and Banette feel very weak, with black marks on their faces. That's when Absol was able to force Excadrill away.
"Togekiss use Air Slash." Estelle said to Togekiss, as she made a wall of waver, trying to block some of Duke's attacks, but it wasn't working. "Togekiss." Togekiss said, as she fired wind blades from her wings. But then Dragalge fired a ball of black sludge, breaking through the wind blades, and hitting Togekiss doing a lot of damage.
"Salamence use Outrage." Judith said to Salamence, as we all moved away from Duke, Absol, and Dragalge. "Salamence." Salamence said, as his eyes glowed red, and he went on a rampage. But Duke, Absol, and Dragalge dodged Salamence's attack. Then Absol disappeared and then reappeared, hitting Salamence in the side of his head, stopping the rampage.
"Reuniclus use Psyshock." Rita said to Reuniclus. "And Gogoat use Seed Bomb." Karol said to Gogoat. "Reuniclus/Gogoat." Reuniclus and Gogoat said, as Reuniclus fired dark purple orbs, and as Gogoat started spitting out large seeds.
But Dragalge fired a black pulse of energy with a dragon head. The dragon head clamped down on the attacks, stopping their attacks, before charging at us. "Delphox use Psychic." Ava said to Delphox. "Delphox." Delphox said, as her eyes glowed pink, and a pink outline appeared on the dragon pulse, making the dragon pulse slow down.
"Mawile hold down that pulse with Ice Fang." Karol said to Mawile. "Mawile." Mawile said, as sharp light blue teeth appeared in her ponytails. Then Mawile bit into the dragon pulse, forcing the dragon pulse to the ground. "Kingambit use Kowtow Cleave." Yuri said to Kingambit. "Kingambit." Kingambit said, as his blade on his head glowed black. Then Kingambit brought his blade down on the dragon pulse, chopping it, and making it dissolved.
"Hawlucha use Iron Head, and Avalugg use Double-Edge." Ava said to Hawlucha and Avalugg. "Hawlucha/Avalugg." Hawkucha and Avalugg said, as they charged at Absol, with Hawlucha's head glowing silver and turning rough, and Avalugg glowing white.
But Absol disappeared, dodging the attacks, and then reappearing above Avalugg. Absol came down on Avalugg, and cussed Avalugg to flip and crash on Hawlucha. In pain, Hawlucha flipped Avalugg back onto his feet.
"Pyroar use Hyper Voice." I said to Pyroar. "PYROAR!" Pyroar roared, trying to stun Duke, Absol, and Dragalge. "Now Blastoise/Vaporeon and Aurorus Ice Beam." Me and Hugo said to Blastoise, Vaporeon, and Aurorus. "Blastoise/Vaporeon/Aurorus." Blastoise, Vaporeon, Aurorus said, as they got ready to fire light blue beams and aim them at Absol.
But that's when Absol disappeared, dodging the beams, then reappeared, hitting Aurorus in the side of her head. This caused Aurorus to fall and land on Vaporeon, dealing a lot of damage to both of them.
"Houndoom use Dark Pulse." Ava said to Houndoom. "Manectric use Thunderbolt." I said to Houndoom. "Houndoom/Manectric." Houndoom and Manectric said, as Houdoom fired a pulse of black rings, and Manectric fired a bolt of electricity. But that's when Absol fired a pulse of pitch black rings. The three attacks meet in the middle, but Absol's attack was pushing Houndoom and Manectric attacks back. Ending with Asbol's attack hitting Houdoom and Manectric.
The Duke let out a burst of energy, fried two black crescent blades from his horns, and Dragalge fired a few balls of black sludge. All these attacks sent us all flying all over the place.
Duke then lunged at Yuri, but Yuri blocked Duke's attack with his sword. But Duke was able to kick Yuri in the gut, and forced Yuri back, causing Vesperia No. 2 to land near me. I picked it up, and Duke turned to me. "Do you really think you can win against me?" Duke asked me, as I pointed Vesperia No. 2 at him.
Then I looked at the magic circle and had an idea. "Maybe I can't beat you as you are now. So I'll just level the playing field." I said, before slamming Vesperia No. 2 into the magic circle.
This caused the magic circle to become all the colors, as tendrils of energy came out of my back into the circle. I felt energy flow into me. That's when I started to let out a blinding multi-color light, the energy healing my friends and our Pokemon.
When the light faded, everyone could see I was glowing multi colors, and everyone's weapons were glowing their own color and floating around my back, and a stream of energy that looked like a cap. "Gotta say, I think I like my look better than yours Duke." I said to Duke, as I noticed everyone looking at me with wide eyes.
"What? How is this possible?" Duke asked. "Simple… You have forced the energy… But he… who has reached out his heart… was able to synchronize with the energy… something… one who does not wish to live… wouldn't understand." Xerneas said to Duke.
"Now let me show you the power of opening your heart to the world." I said to Duke, as I let six streams of energy out of my heart, and the energy entered Blastoise and Manectric, and not only transformed Blastoise into his Mega Form, but changed their colors.
For Manectric, what was yellow was now blue, and what was blue was now yellow. And for Blastoise, what was blue was now tan, what was tan was blue, what was brown was now white, and what was white was now brown.
"All right Duke let's settle this once and for all!" I said to Duke, as I lugged at him. Duke blocked by the attack with his sword, and then I made everyone's weapons swing at Duke. Duke used some of his shield to block most of my blades, but a few of my weapons were able to hit Duke, leaving a few deep cuts.
"Absol." Absol said, as he disappeared and reappeared behind me. "Manectric." Manectric said, as he moved at high speed, slamming into Absol and knocking him away from me.
"Dragalge." Dragalge said, as he fired a pulse of black energy with a dragon head. "Blastoise." Blastoise said, as he fired a pulse of multi-color energy with a dragon head. The two pulses clashed in the sky, like two dragons fighting, before they crashed into each other and exploded.
Duke then forced me back, that's when I fired arrows from Raven and Ava's weapons, and also fired a few fireball spells from Vesperia No. 2. But again Duke used his fields to black most of the attacks, with a couple of the arrows able to hit Duke.
"Absol." Absol said as he fried two black crescent blades from his horns with one being tiny. "Dragalge." Dragalge said, as he fired a ball of black sludge. "Manectric." Manectric said, as he let out a stream of multi-color flames. "Blastoise." Blastoise said, as he fired a multi-color ball of water.
All the attacks hit in the middle, making a large explosion. That's when Duke, and Absol burst out of the cloud, with a black dragon pulse following them, and Absol's tails glowing dark silver.
"Blastoise." Blastoise said as he fired a big light blue beam, with spots of other colors in it. The energy beam took down the dragon pulse. "Manectric." Manectric said, as he let out a surge of multi-colored electricity. The electricity forced Duke and Absol to stop their attacks, and Duke used his shield to block the electricity.
That's when I moved around Duke's shields, and slashed Vesperia No. 2 across Duke's chest, dealing some major damage, and forced Duke back. "Absol/Dragalge!" Absol and Dragalge said, as Absol fired a pulse of rings pitch black energy at the same time Dragalge fired a black pulse of energy with a dragon head. The two pulses hit me and knocked me back a bit.
"Manectric/Blastoise!" Manectric and Blastoise roared in worry about me. "Blastoise." Blastoise said, as he aimed his main cannon to the sky. That's when Blastoise fired a multi-color ball of water into the sky. Once in the sky, it burst, turning gray clouds, that's when it started to rain down on us. He learned Rain Dance.
Then I noticed Manectric starting to generate a very large amount of mutiny colored electricity. "MANECTRIC!" Manectric roared, shooting all of that electricity into the sky. That's when a massive bolt of Thunder came down on Duke, Absol, and Dragalge. This made them all groan in pain, as I could see the electricity sparking from their body.
But they broke free of the electricity. I then had one more crazy idea. "Manectric, use Thunder again!" I said, as I jumped up, and held everyone's weapon in a circle above me. "MANECTRIC!" Manectric roared, as he shot more electricity into the sky. The electricity came down and fused with the weapons.
I then made the weapons spin, forming a ring of electricity, and I threw it at Duke. Duke tried to block my attack with his shields, and Absol fired a pulse of rings pitch black energy at the same time Dragalge fired a black pulse of energy with a dragon head. The two pulses hit the back of the shields trying to support them, but my attack cut threw the shield and attacks, and slammed into the three of them.
This caused an explosion, and everyone's weapon was tossed back to each other, with me catching Vesperia No. 2 with my right hand, and my maces in the left hand. Even freeing Xerneas, Yveltal, and Zygarde from their energy cages. That's when the dust cleared, and we could see Duke, Absol, and Dragalge had turned back to normal, and fell down in the middle of the magic circle, their backs facing the rain-covered sky.
"I'm sorry… Elucifer. I could not keep… my promise." Duke said to the sky. Yuri and I then walked to Duke, as our Pokemon returned to their normal form. "I don't know what Elucifer was like, so this doesn't mean much coming from me. But if Elucifer fought for humans during the Great War… then I don't think he'd want his friend to reject humanity." Yuri said to Duke.
"Elucifer's wish… to protect the world… Peace for all living things…" Duke said to everyone. "It sounds like if Elucifer was here, he would stand with us against you." I said to Duke. "Maybe you're right?" Duke said to me.
"Yuri! Oliver! Hurry!" Flynn said to me and Yuri. "We're on it!" Yuri said to Flynn. "Are you with me Yuri?" I asked Yuri, holding up Vesperia No. 2 with my right hand. "You know it." Yuri said, grabbing Vesperia No. 2's handle with his left hand.
"Here we go… Estelle, synchronize. Judith, Reuniclus, Metagross, give me support." Rita said to them. "Okay." Estelle said to Rita. "Understood." Judith said to RIta. "Everyone, as one." Ava said to everyone, as they all formed a circle around me and Yuri, each of them having a white circle around them. "Yuri, Oliver, let's go!" Rita said to us.
"Me heart's all aflutter…" Patty said. FLynn said nothing. "We're counting on you two." Raven said to us. "Let's do this Oliver." Yuri said to me. "I thought you'd never ask." I said to Yuri, as we let out a surge of energy.
This caused Undine, Efreet, Gnome, and Sylph to come out of us, and form a square shape around the magic circle. "Allow us to help." Zygarde said, as he, Xerneas, Yveltal, Undine, Efreet, Gnome, and Sylph fired a beam of energy from themselves into the spot above me and Yuri, dispersing the rain. I noticed from the corner of my eyes, Rita was amazed by this.
That's when lights started to gather above us forming a giant light. That's when everyone's blastia flew out of their holders and joined the lights. Me and Yuri then started to channel the energy, asI noticed Duke, Absol, and Dragalge getting up. "SO then, they truly intend to give up the blastia…" Duke said, with only me hearing me.
That's when we channel all of the energy into the Adephagos, but all it did was wound it. "It's… It's over?!" Patty asked everyone. "Oh, no way! Our plan isn't working!" Karol said to everyone. "No it's okay! Just a little more! It just needs a little more power!" Rita said to Karol.
"But how? There isn't any more!" Estelle said to everyone. "We can't give up!" Ava said to everyone. "Come on! We gotta do something!" Raven said to everyone. "It's gotta work!" Judith said to everyone. "This can't be how it ends." Flynn said to everyone. "Not after everything we've done." Hugo said to everyone. "Dammit… Come on!" Yuri said
"Duke, stand with me." I said to Duke, holding out my left hand. "Entelexeia… Spirit… Humans… Pokemon… Elucifer… Can this world truly change?!" Duke said, walking up to us. Duke then held his sword to me, and I grabbed it, and we started to cast a spell, making me turn back to normal. This caused the energy to lift me, Yuri, and Duke into the sky, and our swords turned into giant wings.
"You guys ready?" I asked Yuri and Duke. they both nodded yes, and we let out a battle cry. We then brought down the wings on the Adephagos, with everyone cheering us on. Our blade cut threw the Adephagos in a X line, killing it.
This caused lights to be shot out of its dying body and scatter all over the world. That's when Me, Yuri, and Duke landed right next to everyone. "Spirits…" Estelle said to everyone. "You mean all of them? Awesome…" Karol said to everyone.
"All the Entelexeia who became Adephagos. They all transformed into these spirits." Rita said to everyone. "So the Adephagos was also part of this world. Unbelievable." Raven said to everyone. "It's so… beautiful." Judith said to everyone. Aye, it is!" Patty said to everyone. "It's like it's raining stars." Hugo said to everyone. "Better wish for a bright future." Ava said to everyone.
Flynn then walked up to me and Yuri. "We did it…" Flynn said to us. "Was this truly the right thing for us to do?" Duke asked us. "I don't know. We lost all the blastia and with that, the barriers are gone…" Yuri said to Duke. "We may have saved the world, but we have a lot of work ahead of us." I said to Duke.
"But we chose that path, so I guess we gotta live with it. As long as we're still alive, we'll be OK." Yuri said to me. "You got that right." I said to Yuri, putting an arm around his shoulder. "You two are strong." Duke said to me and Yuri. "Yeah, well… that's because I'm not alone, and I owe it to letting this guy out of that ciel." Yuri said to me, before elbowing me.
Duke looked at me and Yuri, before he started to leave. "Hey, Duke! See you around." Yuri said to Duke. "And if you need a hand or someone to talk to, come find us. After all, we're friends." I said to Duke. Duke gave me a small smile, before walking away, with Absol and Dragalge following him.
"Yuri! Oliver!" Karol yelled, as everyone ran to us. Yuri and Flynn gave each other a personal high five, before we all ran up to everyone, ready to face whatever the future brings.

Well everyone, I hope the final battle was great, I spent a few hole days working on the fight, and for the record, Absol's moves are Aerial Ace, Psycho Cut, Dark Pulse, and Iron Tail. and Dragalge's moves are Dragon Pulse, Sludge Bomb, Hydro Pump, and Toxic.
Now tomorrow I'll post the last chapter. Then the day after that I'll post the Tales of The Abyss crossover, and now that this chapter is over, let's talk about it.
The story is called Violet Iron & Scarlet Beast; The Abyss Riders, as you can guess, you saw them earlier in the fight with Zagi.
The two OC's are Violet Iron, who is partnered with a shiny Miraidon named Miles. And Scarlet Beast, who is partnered with a Koraidon named Selim. Now if you're wondering why they're called that, it's because I based them off heroes called Kamen Riders, masked heroes that ride motorcycles. And once I saw gen 9, I couldn't resist a Kamen Rider Oc.
Now if you're wondering why I didn't do a Pokemon x Kamen Rider crossover, well I felt like it wouldn't be a good story, plus it's hard for me to mess with the plot of Kamen Rider shows or Kamen Riders going into the Pokemon world. Plus things can get a little messed up sometimes.
But that doesn't mean I can't have some Kamen Rider fun. That's why they showed up in this chapter, because starting from W up, The Riders would have a cameo in a movie or the last few episodes of the show of the current rider, and I couldn't resist and made Violet Iron & Scarlet Beast cameo in this chapter. Now there is a reason for them to be here. But you'll have to wait until tomorrow to find out why, and if you want to learn more about Violet Iron & Scarlet Beast, you'll have to wait until the day after tomorrow for their story to begin.
