A/N: Here's the end of the Outbreak arc.

Please read and review?

In Leatherhead's lair, Donnie bangs on the containment unit he was in, as his family, Leatherhead, April and Casey stare at him, Leo touching it.

Leo: A wise man once said: I've got a bad feeling about this. And right now, I know how he feels.

Leo clutches his fist as Donnie roars and kept banging.

Believe it or not, that's my brother Donatello. And right now, he's sick. Really sick.

Donnie roars and punches the containment unit, as his siblings stare at him, Cath crying slightly.

He was scratched by one of Bishop's outbreak mutants, and now he has become a savage, mindless monster. Had it been any of us, we would have looked at Don to save the day.

Leo turns to Cath, who sighs and shakes her head.

And despite Cath's best efforts, she's had no luck doing it without him.

Leatherhead types on a laptop as Splinter and Cath came up behind him.

But even with Leatherhead's help, we're no closer to finding a cure.

Donnie roars and pounds the containment unit with his arms and feet.

The five normal Turtles enter a hanger at Bishop's base, before they stopped.

With no other options, we tracked down the one man who might have a cure: the man responsible for the outbreak in the first place: Agent Bishop.

A light shines over Bishop, who stands before the Turtles.

"Welcome." he said.

Bishop, Stockman, Leatherhead, Splinter and the Turtles all stand in a lab, with Donnie in a sphere containment unit, with Todd in another.

Bishop agreed to cure Don, but for a price.

"There is an item I require." he explains, approaching Todd's sphere. "A relic. I want you to retrieve it."

"From where?" Leo asks.

"New York, from your friend, Karai." Bishop explains, turning around.

The Mutants all gasp as he folds his arms.

Infiltrating Foot central? It's an impossible mission.

The Mutants all stare at Donnie, before turning to Bishop.

But what can we do? Our brother is sick. And there's nothing we won't do to save him.

Stockman comes up beside Bishop.

Even if it means... making a deal with the devil.

Bishop smiles.

At Area 51, in Bishop's base, Bishop himself stood by a door, which opened up, then he entered the same room he'd spoken to the cloaked figure yesterday. He walked into the chamber as the door closed behind him, walking along the invisible path.

"Comm systems on. Open secure channel." Bishop ordered.

He stopped walking, when a hologram of the cloaked figure showed up in front of him.

"Ah, Agent Bishop. We are transmitting coordinates to you even as we speak." it said.

"And in return?" Bishop asked.

"We will let you know." the figure assured. "Will you be retrieving the artefact yourself?"

"Of course not." Bishop answered, before he turned and walked off. "I'll be sending in Special Agents."

The door opened up, then he walked through it and out of the chamber, as the figure vanished, then he pressed a button and closed the door.

In the lab, Leatherhead, Splinter and Cath both stared at Donnie, Cath having decided to stay behind to oversee Donnie's cure, and to keep an eye on Leatherhead, while her siblings did Bishop's errand.

"Donatello's condition continues to deteriorate." Leatherhead sighed, pressing a button on the panel. "There's not much time."

"How long?" Cath asked.

"I... I can't be sure, Catharina." Leatherhead sighed.

They all turned to Stockman, who stood by Toad's sphere.

"Dr. Stockman, Agent Bishop told us you would administers the cure to Donatello." Splinter said.

Stockman put a beaker container of purple liquid into a machine.

"To think that I've sunk so low, that my unparalleled genius would be used to save the life of one of these... freaks" he said, as the liquid went down into the machine.

They all looked at Toad, as the liquid went into his sphere.

"Unfathomable." Stockman said, touching the sides of his head.

"Where is the cure, Stockman?" Leatherhead asked.

Stockman turned and walked towards another panel.

"I'm pulled from sweet oblivion. For what? This?" he said.

Leatherhead approached him, then grabbed him and made him turn around.

"Show us the cure, now?" he asked.

"Cure? You stupid animal." Stockman scoffed. "Agent Bishop lied. There is no cure."

"What?!" Splinter gasped.

"No?" Cath gasped. "No, it can't be?!"

Leatherhead growled as he kept hold of Stockman, closing his eyes briefly, turning them green.

Meanwhile, in New York, thunder roared in the sky over the Foot Skyscraper. At the bottom of it, a garbage truck was parked near the garage, where a few Foot were digging garbage with shovels, when a beeping noise sounded.

"April, come on?" Leo asked.

"Go, Leo?" April said.

"We've made it to the Foot's garbage disposal." Leo explained.

He, Raph, Elisa and Mikey all ran past the Foot, jumping or running past a bin as they did, before they hid near a ramp.

"Time for you and Casey to do your thing." Leo said.

Outside a power station, was parked the Battle Shell, which Casey got out, dressed as a janitor.

"Casey's heading into the power station now." April explained, as he walked off with a mop. "Stand by."

Casey approached a fence around the power station.

"Hey, if we've gotta put a computer virus to shut down the power, how come you're not going in?" Casey asked, as he stopped.

"Because I don't look like a janitor." April replied, working on a laptop.

"Gee, thanks." Casey said sarcastically.

He turned and walked off towards the fence.

"Keep us posted, April?" Leo asked. "We're moving into position."

"Roger that." April understood.

In the Foot HG, Leo turned to his siblings.

"Well, here's where the fun starts." he said.

Leo ran up the ramp and then motioned for his siblings to follow, Raph with Donnie's duffle bag.

"All the building's garbage goes through chutes that lead to an incinerator." April explained.

The Turtles all began running along a conveyor belt.

"We're going though the furnace?" Mikey questioned.

"Looks like it." Elisa said.

"But isn't that gonna be, you know, hot?" Mikey asked, as fire shot out of the walls behind them.

"It's our only way in, and that's not all." Leo said, as they jumped over a pile of trash.

Mikey and Leo began running along the walls past some more, as Raph and Elisa dived over them.

"Once through the incinerators, we go up the chutes." Leo explained.

They all jumped over another pile of trash.

(Outside)

"Which Karai has secured, with a deadly..." April explained.

(Foot HG)

"...grid of lasers."

The Turtles all stopped near one of the chutes, seeing lasers covering it. They all began to run at the same pace as the conveyor, keeping them right below it, as small rocks fell down the chute and hit the lasers, turning them into smaller pieces, then they all jumped over a pile of trash.

"When the power drops, we go up the vent." Leo explained. "We've gotta beat the emergency power kicking in."

Fire shot from both walls ahead of them, shooting out like flamethrowers two at a time, getting closer to them.

"Uh, Leo, why is the grid still on?" Mikey asked.

"Casey, April, cut that power or we're Turtle flambe." Leo said.

(Power station)

Casey stood by a panel, with a technician lying unconscious nearby, with the top of the mop on his head, as it was snapped.

"I put in the stupid virus, but it ain't working!" he explained.

(Foot HG)

The four Turtles kept running along the conveyer.

"Casey!" Mikey said.

"Now would be good time!" Elisa said.

The fire got closer and closer towards them.

"Casey, we really need that power out." Leo said. "Now!"

(Power station)

Casey looked at the computer.

"Alright, you stupid computers, we're doing this old school." he said, picking one up.

He held it above him, then threw it towards some more.

"Goongala!" he roared.

The computer hit another, creating a power surge, which turned out all the lights in the area.

"Woohoo!" Casey whooped.

(Foot HG)

The Turtles kept running as the fire got closer to them, when the lasers over the vent finally went down.

"Grid's down." Leo said, as they stopped running.

He and Mikey both held out their hands, which Raph got onto, then they boosted him up.

In the main room at the top of the Skyscraper, the power went out, as Karai sat in a chair, facing her two aids. She looked around, as the light from the lanterns kept the room alit, before she got up and looked at her aids.

"Find out what's going on!" she ordered, pointing to her right.

Her aids both turned and ran off, as she closed her eyes, sensing Leo's presence.

"Leonardo is here." she said, opening her eyes. "But why? Why would he come here?"

On the conveyor, Mikey, Elisa and Leo watched as Raph held on to the bottom of the vent shaft, before he flipped himself up into it. He helped Mikey up, followed by Elisa, who then helped Leo up as they both crawled off.

"Good work, Casey, we're in." Leo said, as he and Elisa followed Raph and Mikey.

The power came back on, as the lasers were reactivated, and the conveyor began to move again, followed by the fire.

In the vent, the four Turtles all stood close together.

"April, go to phase 3. Get to the copter." Leo instructed.

"On it." April said.

"Remember, we get what we need and get out." Leo reminded the others, who nodded. "Raph, Elisa, you know what you have to do. Mikey, you're with me."

Raph took a few suction cups out of Donnie's bag, then handed it to the others, before they all started climbing up the wall.

"Let's go." Leo said.

In the Foot Mystics room, the five Mystics all stared at a bunch of water in a fountain, which showed the Turtles climbing.

"Everything goes as planned, my brothers." Water assured. "Soon, we shall all be free."

In Bishop's base, Leatherhead held Stockman up, shaking him, as Cath and Splinter watched.

"You inhuman, soulless monster." Leatherhead sneered.

He slammed Stockman into the panel, then readied his fist to punch him, when Splinter held his hand up, and Cath grabbed his arm.

"Leatherhead, please?" Splinter asked. "We share your anger, but this will not help, Donatello. We need solutions, not vengeance."

"Master Splinter's right." Cath agreed. "Now is not the time for this."

The door opened, and Bishop came in.

"You'd be wise to listen to your friends, animal." Bishop advised.

He stopped near them all and smiled.

Leatherhead's eyes turned green as he glared at him.

"I've waited a long time to do this!" he said, picking Stockman up by the neck. "Now, you will feel the meaning of pain."

He threw Stockman down to the floor.

"Ah!" Stockman yelped.

Leatherhead growled and moved towards Bishop.

"Leatherhead, no!" Cath pleaded.

"Dr. Stockman is working on a cure." Bishop assured, holding his hand up. "He's the best chance Donatello has for survival."

Leatherhead roared and pulled his hands back, then moved his head closer to Bishop.

"Harm me, and Stockman stops, and your friend has no chance." Bishop said, as Stockman turned to them.

Leatherhead warned as Bishop adjusted his glasses, before Cath came towards him.

"Leatherhead, he's right." she said, touching his arm. "We can't let personal grudges get in the way for Donnie's sake. We need to work together in this."

Leatherhead sighed as his eyes turned back to normal, seeing she was right.

"Fine, for now, villain." he said, lowering his arms.

Stockman came towards them all, as Leatherhead and Cath turned to him.

"Dr. Stockman, show us what you have so far?" Leatherhead asked.

In the Foot Skycraper, three Foot Ninjas ran through a doorway and into the armoury room, which was filled with Shrednut robots. As they ran through another door, the vent cover in the room got kicked open, as Raph crawled along the vent shaft, with Elisa behind him. Raph jumped down from it and looked around, just as Elisa landed behind him in a four point stance, before getting up.

"Huh?" Raph muttered. "Ooh, toys."

"Well, well, well... Now that's firepower." Elisa commented.

Elsewhere, two Foot Ninjas ran down a hallway, passing another vent shaft, which was at the bottom of a wall. Once they past it, Mikey peeked out from behind the cover, then slowly climbed up the thin wall on his end, with Leo above him.

"End of the line." Leo said, stopping near a vent shaft.

He knocked the cover off and climbed out into a familiar hallway, then he crawled along it briefly, before Mikey got out and followed him.

"Isn't it a little suspicious that Bishop knows exactly where this thing is?" Mikey asked. "Even what floor it's on?"

"Absolutely. We can't..." Leo said, before he noticed the hallway looked familiar. "Wait, this looks familiar?"

He approached the door, then stopped in front of it, as Mikey came up behind him.

"Karai has changed so much of the building." Leo said. "We need to find out what floor..."

The door opened up, making both Turtles take out their weapons, before they saw the Foot Mystics' room on the other side. They all saw the five Foot Mystics in their statue forms on their podiums, as they backed away.

"Oh..." Mikey gulped.

"Crud." Leo finished.

They kept staring at the Foot Mystics, thinking they were gonna come to life and fight them.

"And we're backing up, and we're avoiding the obvious trap." Mikey said hopefully.

"No. Bishop's relic is on the floor directly above us." Leo explained, pointing at the ceiling. "The elevator in the back of the chamber will take us there."

He pointed at the temple.

"We go through!" he said.

He walked towards the temple, with Mikey following slowly behind him.

"Aw, I knew you were gonna say that." he said.

They both approached the temple, expecting for the Foot Mystics to jump and attack them. Leo walked up the steps towards the banners at the back, while Mikey eyed the Fire Mystic carefully, as he thought he saw it move.

"Huh?" he gasped, moving up the steps backwards.

He turned as he stopped near Metal, looking at him carefully, making him shiver and shake, chattering his teeth. He moved towards Leo with his eyes still on Metal, as Leo pulled back the banner the elevator door was behind, then he pressed the button beside it. The door opened up, then Mikey slowly backed into it, then Leo got into it and covered it with the banner as the door closed. As the elevator began to move up, Earth came to life and turned around slightly, as his brothers remained still.

A minute later, the elevator door opened up, then Leo and Mikey entered a room they hadn't been in the last time they'd been in the Skyscraper. They stared at a tall dais, which at the top, had the Heart of Tengu pendent, which was what they were after.

"This is it." Leo said.

They both approached the dais.

"I'm still getting over the shock of being alive." Mikey said. "Why didn't the magic guys attack us?"

"Can't worry about it now." Leo said, as they stopped on top of the dais. "Come on, let's get this thing and get outta here."

He took out his sword, then pointed it at the pendent.

"You know, the second we touch it, the whole place is gonna go nuts, right?" Mikey said nervously.

Leo slid his sword under the pendent, which fell onto his sword, then he pulled his sword back. He lifted it slightly and caught the pendent, while he and Mikey both turned and closed their eyes worriedly, but nothing happened. They opened their eyes and looked at the pendent, then chuckled, then Leo put his sword away, just as the door opened, and Karai came in - wearing her Shredder armour.

"No, no!" she exclaimed. "What are you doing?"

"Raphael, Elisabetta, now would be good." Leo said into his headset.

(Armoury room)

Raph and Elisa were on the platform of a vehicle lift, Elisa going through Donnie's bag, Raph on his Shell-Cell.

"Contact, ignition..." Raph said.

Elisa took out a remote detonator, then pressed the button on it.

"...and blast off." Raph said.

A beeping noise came from a large explosive device hanging near the Shrednuts, which exploded, followed by more explosions all over the room, including most of the Shrednuts.

"Now that's what I call a bang." Elisa joked.

"You said it, sis." Raph said, as they high-threed each other.

(Dais room)

Leo, Mikey and Karai gasped as the room shook, Karai falling to her knees.

"Give me the pendent!" she demanded.

Leo tossed the pendent to Mikey, who caught it.

"Whoa!" he gasped, as Leo got in front of him.

"Give it to me now!" Karai demanded.

She charged at Mikey, who back flipped onto his hands, then onto the top of the dais, then he jumped off it as Karai nearly hit him with her gauntlet.

"Ah!" he yelped, ducking as she tried again, hitting the dais.

"Give it to me!" Karai demanded.

Mikey dived to his left, then moved to his right as she tried to grab him.

"You do not know what you are doing." she said, as she tried to grab him again.

Mikey threw the pendent towards Leo, who back flipped away, then crouched down and caught it, then he held up his sword as Karai approached him.

"Hold it right there, Karai." he said.

"You cannot take that." Karai insisted.

"Watch us!" Leo snarled.

Mikey ducked and skidded beneath Karai's feet on his shell, then he caught the pendent as Leo tossed it to him while getting up.

"See ya, wouldn't wanna be ya!" he called, running towards the elevator.

Once inside, he turned around, as Karai hit Leo's sword with her gauntlet, then she ducked as Leo spun around to kick her. Leo jumped backwards away as she tried to slash him with her gauntlet, diving into the elevator as the door nearly closed. Mikey dodged as Karai nearly stabbed him through the gap.

"AH!" he screamed. "Oh!"

He ducked as Karai nearly stabbed him, then she forced her way in by pulling the elevator door open. Leo came at her with a sword, but then she kicked him, knocking him into a wall.

"Ah!" he moaned.

Mikey ducked as Karai nearly kicked him, making him smile, before she kicked the pendent up out of his hands.

"NO!" he gasped.

The pendent hit the floor as Leo and Karai got locked in a grapple, then Mikey dived towards it, but missed as it bounced away. Karai jumped and kicked Leo with both feet, pinning him against the wall as she back flipped away. Mikey and Leo both jumped towards her as she somersaulted, then they both grabbed one of her legs and pulled her down, hitting the floor just inches from the pendent. She clawed her hands on the floor as they dragged her away, before they lifted her up as the door opened, throwing her away into the main room, hitting the floor on her back.

All six members of the Foot Elite came towards her, as she sat up.

"They must not leave! Do you hear me? Cut off their thieving hands and bring them to me!" Karai commanded.

The Foot Elite vanished in a puff of smoke as the door closed, while Mikey approached the pendent. He crouched down and picked it up, as 1, 2, and 6 showed up in front of him via a puff of smoke.

"Huh?" he gasped.

All three Foot Elite tried to stab him with their weapons, but missed as he fell back onto his behind.

"Mikey!" Leo gasped, turning around.

3, 4 and 5 of the Elite Guard showed up behind him via a puff of smoke, then tried to hit him with their weapons, as he turned around. They all locked their weapons with his swords, as he pushed them into the main room.

"AH!" Leo grunted.

"AHH!" Mikey screamed.

He ran into the room as 1, 2 and 6 all tried to stab him.

Karai got up to her feet and held up her belt radio, as Leo kept his swords locked with 3, 4 and 5's weapons.

"Control, the Turtles have infiltrated the building!" she yelled.

Leo pulled his swords back, trying to slash 4's spear with it, who then spun it around over his head, before he began slashing 3's axe and 5's scythe, making them both back away, as 4 chased them.

"Send all units to my location! They must not escape!" Karai ordered.

Leo tried to slash 4, who blocked his sword with his spear, while he also blocked 3's axe and 5's scythe with his other sword. He then bent down onto his shell and split kicked 3 and 4 away, then he rolled around on his shell, kicking 5 with both feet, knocking him away. He stopped and got up, seeing 1, 2 and 6 all approaching Mikey, who jumped back and pinned 1 on the floor with his shell.

"AH!" he yelped.

2 and 6 held their trident and Nagamaki over Mikey's head, then when they moved to stab him, he rolled onto his side, as a forcefield came up around him.

"Huh?" he muttered, looking up.

The forcefield vanished as 2 and 6 pulled their weapons back, then he jumped backwards off 1 and landed near the door. He stared at the three Elite Guards, as 1 got up and they all stared at him.

"Mikey, take the pendant and run!" Leo ordered. "I'll hold them off, just get out!"

Mikey turned and ran towards the door as Leo charged at the three Elite Guards, then he got in front of them and blocked their weapons with his sword. Mikey stopped by the door, as a Shrednut showed up in it.

"AH!" he gasped.

He backed away worriedly, as it pushed the door open, unaware Raph was piloting it.

"Get out?" he said. "We just got here!"

He raised up the Shrednut's cannons as Elisa ran into the room and approached Mikey.

"Thought we'd leave Karai a little present." she joked. "Consider it payback for destroying our home."

Raph fired the cannons at the Elite Guard, making Leo turn and dive towards Elisa, as the Elite Guard ran off. Karai ran off to his left as Raph kept firing, tearing the banner behind her to shreds, as 1 and 2 landed in front of the Shrednut. Raph fired at them, when they disappeared through a puff of smoke, then returned via another one on the Shrednut's shoulders, then 5 and 6 showed up on its arms, and 3 and 4 on its knees.

3 and 4 began to stab/slash the cockpit glass with their weapons, making Raph flinch, then the other four all stabbed their weapons into the arms or shoulders, making sparks and lighting come out of it. Smoke came out of it as it stumbled back, just as 3 and 4 smashed open the cockpit glass, making Raph jump out of it, before he ran after his siblings as they ran off. The Shrednut fell onto his back as the four Turtles stopped and looked at each other, Mikey on his knees.

"Hey, I got an idea. How 'bout we get the shell outta here?" Raph suggested.

"Agreed. I think we've damaged this place enough." Elisa

"I think not!" Karai snarled.

The Turtles turned to her, when a slide door opened up behind her, showing over 20 Foot Ninjas. The Elite Guard all got in front of the Shrednut - 1 and 2 jumping onto its legs - as more came storming in past them. Another slide door opened up, showing more Foot Ninjas, surrounding the four Turtles in the room, as a few Foot Tech Ninjas turned visible on the support beams above.

"Is the phrase "worst case scenario" running through anyone else's mind?" Mikey asked.

"More likely 'this does not look good'." Elisa gulped.

"It doesn't change the exit strategy." Leo said, before activating his headset. "Casey, top floor, East wall. We need an exit, now!"

Karai glared at them while holding a sword, when she heard a noise.

"NO!" she exclaimed.

Outside, the Turtle Copter approached the Foot Skyscraper, with Casey piloting it, and April beside him.

"You got it, Leo." Casey said.

He fired missiles from the copter, which hit the top floor.

Several Foot - including the Foot Elite - all turned and ran off as a wall blew open.

"Look out!" one yelled.

"AH!" another moaned, as rubble fell on him.

Karai lifted some rubble off her, showing her helmet had fallen off, then coughed as she picked up a sword.

Leo, Raph and Elisa all got up, as Mikey moaned while lying on his chest, as some rubble was on him.

"Oh! Auntie Em, Toto, are we home yet?" he asked.

"Up and at 'em, goofball." Raph said, helping him up. "Casey, did it. Let's go!"

The four Turtles turned and ran towards the large hole in the wall, as Karai stared at them.

"NO!" she cried.

She began to chase after the Turtles, as they got near the hole, then Raph and Elisa began to climb out of it.

"Leonardo, face me!" Karai demanded, stopping.

The Turtles all turned to her, then Leo took out a sword, when Mikey ran towards him and grabbed his arm.

"Get in, get out, right?" he said. "It's not about Karai, right?"

"He's right. This isn't the time, Leo." Elisa reminded him.

Leo put his sword away. "Right." he said.

They all turned and began to climb and jump out of the hole.

"Stop them!" Karai commanded, chasing them. "Someone stop them!"

The Turtles all jumped down from the skyscraper, as Karai and the Elite Guard all stopped by the hole. Karai pointed at the Turtle Copter, as April flew it up and away, with Casey standing by a doorway with a ladder, which the four Turtles kept hold of.

"No! NO!" Karai cried, falling to her knees, knowing she'd lost her hold on the Foot Mystics. "NOOOOO!"

In Bishop's base, Stockman put a beaker container of purple liquid into a machine, this one made by him, Leatherhead and Cath. It went down into the machine, then into Todd's sphere, as they, Bishop and Splinter all watched, seeing Todd was slowly starting to de-mutate.

"Impressive, Mr. Leatherhead. And to you, Catharina." Bishop admitted, impressed, before touching his glasses. "And to think, I was going to dissect you both."

Cath and Leatherhead turned to him, Leatherhead growling slightly while Cath frowned.

"What a waste that would've been." Bishop said, approaching the sphere. "You're even more brilliant than Dr. Stockman, Leatherhead."

Stockman came over, carrying a tray with test tubes on, when he heard Bishop's words.

"What?" he exclaimed.

"I can also see now why you're the Doctor in the family, Catharina." Bishop said. "Surprised you've been having trouble."

"I didn't have the right equipment in the lair!" Cath frowned. "Not to mention, Donnie being like that didn't help in this matter!"

"I see..." Bishop said.

"Then...it works?" Splinter asked hopefully.

Todd grabbled as he completely de-mutated, leaving him naked expect for his ruined vest top.

"Dr., prepare an airborne version of the cure for the New York Outbreak, as well as a sample for Donatello." Bishop ordered.

He turned to Splinter and Cath.

"If your siblings fulfil their side of the agreement, Catharina." he said, walking off.

Cath and Splinter both turned to him.

"They will, Bishop." Cath promised quietly.

Outside, the Turtle Copter flew towards the base, then landed on a runway.

In a warehouse, several E.P.F soldiers were moving crates around, when the door opened, showing Leo, Elisa, Raph and Mikey. Bishop, Cath and Splinter all stood by the ramp tunnel, as the four Turtles approached them.

"My children." Splinter said, as he and Cath approached them.

"Hand over the item, then you get your dear brother back." Bishop said, holding his hand out.

Cath and Splinter turned to the others and nodded.

"The cure works." Cath assured. "I've seen it."

Raph nodded at Mikey, who approached Bishop and handed him the pendent. An alarm then went off, flashing red lights all over the base.

"Base destruct sequence initiated." a voice said.

"This base has been compromised by your presence." Bishop explained, as his men all ran off. "You have 15 minutes to collect your brother and vacate the premises. Pleasure doing business with you."

He turned around and began to walk down the ramp.

"Base destruct sequence initiated. Evacuate!" a voice said.

Bishop began to run off as a door closed over the ramp entrance.

The Turtles and Splinter all rushed towards Leatherhead, who stood by his containment unit, which Donnie was now in, covered in steam.

"Leatherhead, how's Donnie?" Leo asked.

Leatherhead backed away as the containment unit began to beep, as Splinter approached his children. The containment unit's door opened up, then stream came out of it, before Donnie stepped out of it, de-mated. He covered his eyes with his arm, before he lowered it as the stream cleared, staring at his family and friends.

"Hey, guys." he said. "What's up?"

He wobbled and began to fall, before Leatherhead caught him.

"I have you, my friend." Leatherhead said.

The others all ran towards Donnie, who turned to all but Raph and Elisa.

"Welcome back." Mikey said.

"You're alright?" Elisa said happily.

"Alright, Donnie." Raph said.

"I'm glad you're okay, bro." Cath said.

"It's so good to see you again." Leo said.

He, Cath and Mikey all moved away as Splinter came towards them all and smiled.

A little later, all eight Mutants ran out of the hanger towards the Turtle Copter, Raph helping Donnie along.

"Move it!" Leo yelled. "This place is about to blow!"

Raph and Donnie got onto the Turtle Copter, followed by Elisa and Cath, then Leatherhead, then Mikey and Leo, and then finally Splinter. Leo took the controls and started it up - as they'd dropped Casey and April off in the city before heading back here - then he flew the copter up into the sky, just as the base blew up.

Splinter and Donnie linked their hands together as everyone else stared at them.

"Welcome back, my son." Splinter said.

"It's good to have you back, Don." Cath said, patting his shoulder.

"I hope you guys didn't go through too much trouble for me." Donnie said.

His family and Leatherhead flinched slightly, as Donnie didn't know what they had to go through to get him cured, or the deal they had to make.

"Nah." Mikey said, shaking his head and hand.

Later, over New York, dozens of E.P.F jets were flying over the city, spreading mist all over the city, which was full of the cure for the Outbreak. Two mutant rats in an alley looked up at the sky at the jets, one holding a box of garbage.

"Status report, Dr. Stockman?" Bishop asked.

The rats covered their heads with their hands as the mist hit them.

"All units are reporting in. The cure is working." Stockman reported.

The mist cleared, showing both rats were back to normal, squeaking.

"The Outbreak is in full remission." Stockman explained.

A E.P.F van drove through a sewer tunnel, shooting mist from its back as it went, hitting two mutated frogs, and a cockroach, turning them back to normal when the mist cleared. The cockroach climbed up the wall, as the frogs dived into the water.

The next morning, at another E.P.F base in a jungle, Bishop and Stockman were in a lab with the Heart of Tengu, as a hologram of the cloaked figure watched from a screen.

"This better have been worth all the trouble." Bishop hoped.

He stood by the cloaked figure's screen, as Stockman stood by a panel.

"I assure you, Agent Bishop, encoded within the amulet are secrets even you could not imagine." the figure assured.

Stockman moved the pendent down with two robotic hands on a device.

"Do you have the laser frequency adjusted as we directed?" the figure asked.

"Yes, yes." Stockman said, moving a knob. "Backseat scientists. Beginning laser analysis for encoded data now."

The pendent lit up brightly as the lasers hit it, shattering it to pieces.

"NO!" Bishop exclaimed.

"I-I don't understand." Stockman said, confused.

"It was a pleasure doing business with you, Agent Bishop." the figure said, getting both men's attention.

"You lied." Bishop said, realizing he'd been used and tricked. "This has all been an elaborate lie."

The figure folded his arms and laughed, before he vanished from the screen.

"Who would do this? And why?" Stockman questioned.

"Hmm. Who indeed?" Bishop wondered, annoyed that he'd been used, while wondering what it was all about.

In the Foot Mystics' room of the Foot Skyscraper, the figure stood by the fountain, seeing Bishop in the water. He then changed however, into the Water Mystic, as it had been him in disguise, who'd used Bishop to get himself and his brothers free from Karai's control. His fellow Mystics all came up behind him, then they gathered around the fountain in a circle.

"The crystal is destroyed." Water explained.

"And with it, Karai's hold over us." Fire said.

"She thought because we could not touch it, she was safe." Earth said.

"But now it is dust." Wind said, clutching his fist.

Metal held his arms out as his suit glowed, then he changed into his true form, which had sliver metal skin, wearing old Japanese Samurai armour - expect the head - and his right arm was a large metal claw. Water did the same, followed by Fire, Earth, and Wind, showing their true forms were almost similar to Metal's. Water had water running arms and a matching neck, Fire had flames on his head, shoulders and hands, Earth had a large bulky body made of stone, while Wind had a small whirlwind blowing around his arms and head.

"And we are free." Metal declared. "Free to resurrect the true Shredder!"

"And a new age of chaos..." Water began, as they put the ends of their staffs together in the center of the fountain.

"Shall begin." Wind finished.

Blots of light emanated from their staffs, then they all vanished, off to resurrect the true Shredder.
