I do not own Harry Potter, or Star Wars

Hello guys Badger here. I know it hasn't been long since the previous chapter, however, I already had most of this chapter written up beforehand, as there was so much that needed to be included, I didn't want to forget any of it. Because of everything that needed to be included in this chapter, this is one of the longest chapters I have written for a story and the longest chapter in this story so far.

That is where I will leave it for now. I'll allow you to read on an enjoy. Harry's going to receive some news. I'll see you at the end.

Chapter 6

A Stranger From A Long Lost World

Harry stood with Ahsoka and Dahar, around a circular table in the mans ship. Dahar pressed a few buttons, causing hologram projections of four different planets from different systems to pop up. Harry looked to Dahar for an explanation.

"These are the locations I told you about" Dahar said "However, the planet Chuur seemed to be the most interesting…strange energy signals seemed to be coming from there, shortly before people matching your mans description started popping up"

"Those signals are similar to the ones the Jedi picked up when we found Harry" Ahsoka commented, looking at the energy signals in question

"You think they're linked?" Dahar asked

"Even if they're not, I think we should start there" Harry spoke up "If it proves to be a dead end, we'll start looking on the other planets"

"Okay, next stop planet Chuur" Dahar said, stepping into the cockpit and sitting in the pilot's seat "You may want to sit down and relax…even with the jump to lightspeed, it will take some time to get there"

Harry nodded, before he sat next to Ahsoka. He looked at her, for a moment, before he asked what was on his mind.

"Why did you come with me?" He asked, causing Ahsoka to look at him

"I told you" Ahsoka said "I have questions only you can answer…I want to learn more about your people, magic and how it compares to the Force"

Harry was silent for a moment. He didn't see any harm in answering her questions. As soon as Harry was back on Earth the two would part ways. And besides, it's not like she was going to find someone who could teach her what he knows.

"Okay" He said "Ask me anything"

"I'm curious about your people" Ahsoka said "Are they all…magical?"

"No" Harry replied "The Wizarding World remains hidden from the Non Magical World…I don't know the full details, but I know that, a few hundred years ago, non-magical people started burning women they believed to be witches…I believe that has a part to play in it"

"You seem to be very eager to get back home" Ahsoka commented "Why is that?"

"As I understand it, the Jedi are in a middle of a war" Harry replied "Well…back home, war seems to be inevitable"

"Why?" Ahsoka asked

"It's complicated" Harry said, taking a moment, before sighing "You see, Wizards and Witches are classed based on their blood…some magicals come from a long living family of wizards and witches, however, some magicals come from a family that have no magical routes at all…Purebloods, Halfbloods and Muggleborns…Purebloods are those that have no Muggle, non-magical relatives in their family tree, Halfbloods are wizards and witches that have a mix of magical and non-magical relatives in their family…then there are Muggleborns, wizards and witches who are the first in their family to have magical blood in them"

"What are you?" Ahsoka asked, curiously

"Halfblood, my dad came from a Pureblood family, but my mum was a Muggleborn" Harry replied "Most of the Magical World lives peacefully, but there are a good amount of Purebloods who believe that anything that isn't Pure blooded, Muggleborns especially, don't deserve to have magic…a Dark Lord who calls himself Voldemort is very big on Pureblood supremacy and now that he's returned, it's only a matter of time until he attacks"

Ahsoka listened to everything Harry told her, intently. She thought the galaxy was bad, especially with the war going on, but with everything that Harry was telling her, it seems things were worse back on his planet.

Yoda, Windu, Obi Wan and the other available members of the council sat in the chamber, talking amongst themselves. They were discussing who should go to Ryloth, to sort out the ever growing conflict on the planets surface. It had gotten worse since Windu went there near the beginning of the war. They were interrupted, when Anakin burst in, looking a little frantic.

"Anakin, what's the matter?" Obi Wan asked, noting the look in his former Padawans eyes

"Ahsoka and Harry" Anakin replied "They aren't in the Temple…I looked all around for them, and even asked everyone I came across, no one has seen them…"

"Are you sure they aren't simply in the Coruscant markets?" Plo Koon asked, leaning back calmly in his seat

"I don't think so" Kit Fisto replied, from his seat "I parted ways with him mere moments ago, after getting back from the Chancellors office"

"Surely they aren't in danger of some kind?" Saesee Tiin asked

"Doubt, I highly do, that in danger, they are" Yoda replied, closing his eyes for a moment "However, bad news it is, if missing they are…search for them, we must, before the Dark Lord of the Sith, first finds them"

"If they are still on Coruscant, it should be easy to find them" Windu replied "There are all kinds of security systems, we need someone to start looking through the systems from over the past hour"

"Already on it" Anakin called out, as he made his way back out of the chambers, determined to find his Padawan

Harry wasn't sure how long he had spent telling Ahsoka anything he could about the Wizarding World. Of course, he left out the strange prophecy he found, and the fact that Voldemort was after him, specifically, because the Dark Lord failed to kill him when he was a baby. It wasn't really her problem anyway, so Harry believed she didn't need to know. Ahsoka had even asked him if she could see some more of the magic he could do. Harry thought for a moment, but saw no problem with it, seeing as it has been several days since he first shown his magic to the Jedi and seeing as the Ministry hadn't sent a warning, he saw no problem with it. Of course, Harry wondered how they would send a warning in the first place, but that wasn't the point. However, before he could, Dahar's voice rang out from the cockpit of the ship.

"Get ready, we're about to come out of lightspeed" He said

Harry braced himself, and felt the sickening jolt, as they entered regular space. After taking a moment to gather himself, Harry entered the cockpit, with Ahsoka not far behind him. Harry couldn't help but look in awe at the red planet in front of him. Seeing it with his own eyes made Harry wonder how long it would take for Muggles to achieve space travel to another planet in their solar system. It made him sad though, that he would need to keep this secret from everyone back home. Even with Veritaserum, they probably wouldn't believe him anyway. Didn't matter though, Harry was used to people not believing him.

"I have the co-ordinates from where the strange signals were coming from" Dahar said "We should be arriving there shortly"

The planet Chuur reminded Ahsoka of Geonosis, with the rocky plains and red sandy deserts, it was almost identical. The ship passed by large caverns, before coming up to a large flat area.

"This is where the signal seems to be coming from" Dahar said, stopping the ship, so it was hovering in the air

Harry looked at the area in question. The sandy desert seemed to stretch on for miles, with only a strange looking shack, and a nearby cave, being the only things that the eye could see. Dahar slowly sent the ship down to the ground, with a soft thump, as it hit the sand.

"You two go on ahead" Dahar said, looking at the scenery, uncertainly

"You're not coming with us?" Ahsoka asked

"There's something about this place that unsettles me" Dahar replied "I'll remain on the ship, just in case we need to leave quickly"

"You better" Harry replied, in a warning tone, before he and Ahsoka left

Despite the planet being a desert, there was a chill in the air, as they got off the ship. The two approached the strange shack, where Harry could feel something drawing him to it. Like something was calling him. Ahsoka followed after him, but stopped, when she heard whispers in her ear. She looked around, but saw nothing. That was until her gaze stopped on the cave, where the whispers grew louder. Something was calling to her. Unbeknownst to Harry, she started moving towards the cave, entering its jaws.

There was a strange aura in the air, as Harry walked into the strange building. It was the only building on this strange planet for miles. Whatever it was that, that was causing the strange energy signals, it was coming from here. The room he was in was devoid of life. All across the area were tables containing various trinkets and glass vials and jars, containing weird looking materials. He moved to a table to investigate further. All across the table were jars of things that looked like hairs, feathers and other gross looking objects. There were also blocks of wood of different sizes and colours, with wood carving tools and three books. Harry took a closer look at the books on the table and his eyes widened at what he saw. The Art Of Wand Making, by Garrick Ollivander, The Dark Side Of The Wizarding World and….Hogwarts, A History. Harry quickly picked up the Hogwarts book and opened up the pages. The pages were crinkled and dusty, like it had been here for centuries.

A noise behind him alerted Harry and he quickly turned around, just in time to see a jet of light heading towards him, which he ducked under. Harry removed his wand, to fight back, only for it to be ripped from his hand, flying through the air, into the hand of his attacker. Harry looked to see someone standing in the darkness. They were wearing a cloak that covered their face, making it difficult to see who it was. Harry's wand was in their left hand, whilst they seemed to be carrying their own in their right, that was pointed in his direction.

"Who are you?" the person asked, their voice slightly raspy "Who are you and what are you doing here!"

"I…I'm Harry Potter" Harry replied, holding his hands up in a surrendering fashion

The person standing in the shadows went still, their wand arm lowering. The shadows moved and danced across the room, as they stepped into the light. Placing their wand in a holster, they removed the hood of their cloak, revealing and older man. Their face was thin, with hints of wrinkles. Their eyes were aged and a hazel with green flecks. Their hair was a vivid purple, wavy and went down to his shoulders, and he had a goatee that was a dark brown. Both his hair and goatee, was slowly turning a silvery white, evident to his age.

"Harry Potter?" They repeated "The Harry Potter…well, well, I've been expecting you for a long time"

"You've been expecting me?" Harry asked "How…I don't even know who you are!"

"I've been blessed with a gift Harry" The man said "I can see things…things that have happened and have yet to happen…however, most of these visions are clouded and blurry, but for as long as I can remember, I have seen you arriving on my doorstep"

The man handed Harry his wand, a gentle smile on his face. Harry was hesitant, but seeing no ulterior motive, he took it carefully, and put it away, inside his own make shift holster.

"Who are you?" Harry asked

"Ah, I apologise" The man said, bowing slightly "I am James Badger…and you have so many questions that you need answered, I have seen them…you want to know if you can get back home"

"Can I?" Harry asked, feeling hopeful "Is there any way I can get back"

"I'm sorry Harry" James replied, sadly "Even if there was, it's not that simple…you've been gone for a long time…the Wizarding World…and the Earth itself, no longer exists"

Harry stepped back in shock, bumping into the table, which caused the jars and stacks of wood to fall and they would've dropped off the table, if James didn't quickly get his wand and stop them from falling and with a soft flick, they floated back up onto the table, stacking neatly where they once were. Harry was still in a state of shock, so James stood there, patiently waiting for him to speak.

"Gone…" Harry said, after a moment "How…when…how did it happen?"

"It happened long before I was born" James replied "and happened a thousand years or so, after you were born…but the Muggle world learnt the existence of the Magical world, after a dark wizard murdered several world leaders, which was broadcasted live across Muggle tv…a war then occurred…a war that lasted for over five years…the Magical world fought hard, but they weren't a match against the combined forces of the Muggle militaries and eventually…the Magical world lost…many wizards and witches chose to hide their magical abilities and live in secret in the Muggle world, with loads more ,that refused to renounce their ways, being placed in front of a firing squad…over time, the Earth learnt more and more about space travel and, before the sun expanded, the entire population went across the stars, to find a new home…many wizards and witches went too, but they all died…leaving just me, the only living wizard in the entire galaxy…besides you of course"

"How…how do you know that are you are the only wizard left?" Harry asked, still in disbelief about everything he's hearing

"Because I've felt it" James replied, tone serious and strained, as if he was in pain "This planet…it makes you feel things…see things…I have been here for years and in that time, I have felt and seen every death of every witch and wizard in history, and eventually, it went quiet…it was that moment when I knew…there's no one else but me"

"But…if I can't get back home…" Harry said, after a moment "What happened to my friends?"

"Ah, yes" James said "You may want to follow me"

James gestured to follow and entered through a door at the back of the room. Harry stood still for a moment, uncertain, following after him.

Ahsoka wasn't sure what it was about the cave, but it felt thick with the Force, like every stone was an entity, pouring the Force out into the air. The whispers seemed to grow louder, as she made her way further through the cave. That was until she entered a clearing, where she held her head in her hands, when her senses were hit by a high pitch sound. She panicked, as she found herself being enveloped in thick smoke, where she heard chilling voices in the air.

"Execute Order 66"

"Ahsoka…why did you leave?"

"I'm no Jedi!"

"Do you see what I have become!"

"Then you will die!"

It was that moment when she saw a red lightsaber glowing in the smoky darkness, quickly followed by two white Lightsabers. Before her eyes, the smoke cleared, where she found herself watching an older version of herself fighting a Sith, dressed in a black suit, with a terrifying mask. She watched as her older self, slashed her lightsaber, destroying a part of the Siths mask. The Sith recoiled, before it turned to face her. However, before Ahsoka could see who was behind the mask, the smoke cleared and the figures disappeared along with it.

Ahsoka took a few steps back, in shock, before she turned and began running back to the caves entrance. She wasn't sure what she just witnessed, but she wanted to get away from this planet as quickly as possible.

Harry slowly followed James, as he went through a wooden door, and was hit with a chilly breeze, as he saw what was inside. The room was massive, seemingly endless, with more tables stacked with leather journals….and wands. All across the table were wands, out of their boxes. of all designs, sizes and colours. There were also more wand boxes, possibly with more wands in them, stacked up in columns. Harry suspected James used an expansion charm on the room, as he couldn't see the ceiling, as the wand boxes went on and on. There must have been thousands, if not millions of them.

"Where did all these wands come from?" Harry asked, making his way along the table, examining the wands that were out of their boxes

"I've collected them" James responded "From all over the galaxy, I've found them in all sorts of places and I'll tell you, it's taken a long time to collect them and I doubt this is all of them…I forgot how many there are, but it's probably close to a million…maybe more…"

Harry nodded absently, running a gentle hand over each wand, until he came across two wands he knew. Wands he knew extremely well. One was elegant and straight, with a vine pattern running along the wood. The second was more rough, with bumps and ridges, a branch pommel on the end. Those wands. Ron and Hermione's wands. Harry felt a tear run down his cheek as he picked them up. If what James said is true, then he may never see them again.

"You recognise those wands?" James asked, noticing Harry pick them up

"They were my friends…Ron and Hermione" Harry replied "Tell me…what happened?"

"Hermione kept an abundance of journals" James replied, gesturing to the books behind him "You could probably find them somewhere here…each one detailing everything about your time together as friends…when you went to save your godfather, I'm guessing you remember jumping through that stone arch, after him?"

"Yes" Harry nodded, unsure what that had to do with anything

"Well, that wasn't a normal stone arch" James replied "That was the Veil of Death…as soon as an individual steps through that arch…instant death, painless but death none the less"

"So…I'm…dead?" Harry asked slowly

"More or less" James shrugged "Now, you're not really dead, as you are standing here now…but in your time…yes, you are dead…your friends mourned you, if that's any comfort…held a funeral for you…your friends helped your headmaster, Albus Dumbledore find what was keeping Voldemort immortal and put an end to it…it led to a massive battle at Hogwarts Castle where Voldemort was eventually destroyed…"

James removed his wand and pointed it behind him. There was rustling of paper and the sounds of books collapsing, as a large leather book floated past him, and stopped in front of Harry, where the front cover opened. Harry put the wands down and held the book in his hands. Harry looked at the pages to see names. A lot of names.

"What is this?" Harry asked

"The list of the dead" James said, sadly "A complete list of everyone who perished in the Second Wizarding War against Voldemort"

Harry couldn't believe the amount of names he was reading on the pages. There were so many of them. Some of them he recognised from Hogwarts. Katie Bell. Lavender Brown. Colin Creevey. Dean Thomas…Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley.

"Hermione, Ron" Harry said, running a hand against their names "They…died?"

"From the records I read, they fought bravely" James replied "They fought in honour of you, but even they couldn't last against those like Bellatrix LeStrange, who from what I've read, was a fierce and deadly individual"

Harry flipped through the pages, skimming through the various names, until the very end.

"Neville, Luna and Ginny aren't in here" He said "What happened to them?"

"Ah, Neville" James nodded "He took up the mantle, so to speak…after your 'death', he became stronger, gone was the boy who was scared of everything…he was the one to lead the DA and others, taught them all kinds of magic…and was the very one to land the killing blow on Voldemort…he did all of that in your honour"

"What happened afterwards?" Harry asked

"He lived a good life" James smiled softly "From the records I've read, he got married to a woman named Hannah Abbot…had three kids, even named his first born son after you…after Hogwarts, he became an Auror, helping eliminate any remaining Death Eaters still hiding and other dark wizards…went into early retirement in his 40's, after Hannah expressed her fear that he may end up dead one day…when he retired, he became an apprentice of sorts to Garrick Ollivander and took over as Wandmaker after the Ollivander died a few years later…he lived a peaceful life after that…lived until he was 193…illness took him in the end"

"And what of Luna?" Harry asked, putting the book down, unable to look at it any more

"Luna is very interesting" James said thoughtfully "She got married shortly after Hogwarts and moved to America in her 30's…after that, records on her went silent…I haven't been able to find any more information on her…like she erased herself from history completely…your guess as to what happened, is as good as mine"

"And Ginny?" Harry asked

"She never truly recovered from your 'death'" James replied sadly "She fell into a deep state of depression…from the records I was able to find she took her own life, when her depression got worse and she was unable to cope…she was only 22 years old, god rest her soul"

Harry put his head in his hands. Everything James was telling him was making his head hurt. Ron, Hermione and Ginny had died long before their time. Luna had disappeared but Neville lived a nice long life. But all of that happened, because he was stupid enough to run into the stupid Veil of Death. Harry then removed his head from his hands, just as a thought came to him.

"Hang on" He said "You said that stone arch caused instant death to whoever walked through it…if that's so, then…why am I here?"

"Why, indeed" James nodded "As I said, most of my visions are clouded and blurry…but I don't think you being here is a mere coincidence…now, it may be entirely possible that Sirius may be somewhere out there in the galaxy…but I think there's another reason why you are here…I'm sure you know about the war going on across the galaxy…from what very little I can see…you are just as important here, as you were back then…I feel that you will change the future of the galaxy, forever…I don't know how, but the very future of this galaxy, depends on you"

Harry stood in shock, as James turned away and started tidying up around the room, placing some books way, making sure it was as organised as it was. Harry turned, when he heard a noise behind him, where he saw Ahsoka standing there, looking just as shocked as he was. She was shocked at what saw when entering the building, but was more then shocked by what she overheard. She hadn't heard the full story, but from the look in Harry's eyes, it was bad. She wasn't sure what made her do it, but she approached him and gave him a hug. Harry was shocked at first, but soon returned the hug. After a few moments, the two parted and Ahsoka looked at him questioningly.

"Are you okay?" She asked

"No" Harry replied "There's no chance of me getting home Ahsoka"

"What do you mean?" Ahsoka looked at him confused

"I've been gone for a long time" Harry said "My planets gone…destroyed…I'm stuck here"

"I'm sorry Harry" She said

Harry nodded and the two remained in a, slightly, uncomfortable silence, until Ahsoka asked her something that was on her mind.

"What did he mean?" She asked "That man said the future of the galaxy depends on you…what did he mean by that?"

"I don't know" Harry replied "But…I think he can help us…James…"

"Don't need to ask Harry" James interrupted "I know what you are going to say…as I said, I don't know is Sirius is out there, but yes, I will help you"

Elsewhere, a man opened his eyes. He wasn't sure where he was. He was in a strange place. He couldn't see much, besides a the container he seemed to be in, submerged in water. At least he thought it was water. But that didn't matter. He was coming. The man knew it. He could feel it. The man closed his eyes again, his thoughts only thinking of one thing.

Find me.

And that is the new chapter done.

What do you guys think? So much information has been given to Harry. The earth is gone, Hermione, Ginny and Ron died, Luna went missing, Neville lived a good life. And so much more. Were any of you expecting that. Please be honest, were you expecting Harry to end up going back home with Sirius by the end of the story? Well, you were wrong.

Even if Harry does find Sirius, this story will go in directions I assure you, you might not be expecting. Though the one question is, how is Harry important to the future of the galaxy? Well, I'm not going to tell you. You have to wait and see. I hope you enjoyed and I will see you next time.
