Free Atlantican Empire, Union of Bharat, Himalayas, Mikazuki, PFGWE 0005, March 17th

2 days have passed since the Voyager incident, Britannia had forcefully disbanded the Voyager Institute and are now hunting down the Scientists who worked there. In light of the incident, the sudden appearance of the UIJA Mikazuki was an unexpected turn of events, Britannian forces were forced to retreat due to the firepower of the Mikazuki.

Regardless, the appearance of the Mikazuki, made Britannia join the war on terror, sending in huge amounts of troops and weapons to the Atlantican Anti-terrorist group, A-Laws.

The Mikazuki shortly fled the site of Voyager Institute, taking it a new Mobile Suit with them. Noone knows what this new Mobile suit is, but from what sources had said, it transformed into a Gundam. If this is true, Britannia is indefinitely becoming one of the most advanced nations in the world.

Nonetheless the fate of the world has changed.

"So, how are they holding up?" Suzaku asked, the Australian Colonel.

"Well as much as you would expect," Stewart began, rubbing the back of his neck. "they're asking for questions, especially from the Brad kid."

"Well, it is to be expected." Suzaku said. "We did just technically forcefully take them in. Anyways, any word from Kyoto?"

"Well, it appears that the princesses coronation will be taking place in Hokkaido." Stewart informs.

"Well she is only Empress on name, she technically isn't the Empress yet if she hasn't done the coronation." Suzaku points.

"Well fair enough. And Ismail has contacted me that we will be landing shortly at Home base." Stewart informs.

"Alright, once we land we'll explain to them what's going on." Suzaku tells him.

"Righty, see ya later." Stewart leaves the room, leaving Suzaku alone in the room.

Once alone, Suzaku makes a call to a private number, the call picked, and appeared a blue hologram of Lelouch.

"So how are your new recruits handling themselves?" Lelouch asked, trying see if Brad and the others have settled in.

"About as much you would expect from a bunch of civilians who don't what's going on." Suzaku says, sitting down with his hands behind his head and his legs on the table.

"Sounds like everything is going great." Lelouch said jokingly.

"Yep, everything is going great." Suzaku replied back sarcastically, getting snicker from Lelouch.

"So did yo..."

"No, no I didn't meet Euphemia." Suzaku interrupts Lelouch midway.

Lelouch sighs disappointed, "Oh come on now Suzaku, you could've at give her a call."

"And risk getting our location compromised?" Suzaku asks.

"I know that the Mirage collider can hide the phone signal, so that isn't a problem." Lelouch points out, remembering how the Mirage collider system works.

Suzaku snarl annoyed. "Well I just didn't feel like giving her a call." Suzaku says, lowering his cap down a bit.

Lelouch sighed annoyed. "This ain't complicated love story you know, Suzaku. You still have a chance." Lelouch tried to encourage.

"She is engaged Lelouch." Suzaku reminds.

"politicial."

"Still a marriage."

Lelouch sighs again.

"But anyways, about those four?" Suzaku changes the subject.

"You doubt them, do you?" Lelouch asks.

"Not the girl, she will be useful for us. Graduating the Mobile Suit program with 90% is not something easy to achieve." Suzaku added. "Its the boys."

"Because of their civilian background?" Lelouch assumes.

"Yes," Suzaku confirms, leaning forward taking his feet of the table and clasping his hands. "None of them has seen actual combat, and none of them had done any sort of military training. Except for that Derek guy, Emperor help." Suzaku said, still in disbelief when he was searching up on Derek.

"You don't have to tell me twice," Lelouch said agreeingly, his eye twitching. "He ran a 5 mile marathon without running out of breath. His you but more built."

Suzaku chuckled at that. "Of course, unlike you I like to have a fit body, in case something happens."

Lelouch groaned. "Jeez you don't have to rub it on my face."

Suzaku rolled his eyes. "How's she, Chihaya?"

"She's doing fine, though she hasn't been sleeping well." Lelouch informs

"Again, dreams of the Emperor?" Suzaku asked.

"Yeah, more dreams about Kubo. Takami told me its getting worse though." Lelouch says, getting uncomfortable.

"Since when did you start caring for her?" Suzaku asks playfully.

Lelouch flushed embarrassed. "Hey, just because I'm concerned for a friend, it doesn't mean I like them."

"Oh please, I know you had your eyes on her, ever since you first came to the Homeland." Suzaku tells him.

Lelouch rubs the bridge of his nose. "Why you."

Suzaku chuckle. "Well in anycase, those three will have to go through basic training."

"And make it quick, I got a job for you." Lelouch reveals.

"What is it?"

"The Righteous Army of Baharat, is asking for help." Lelouch tells Suzaku.

"Well isn't that surprising, The RAB, has been uncooperative over the past years, wonder what made them ask for help?" Suzaku asks.

"They've been losing ground for some time, ever since the death of Maharaja, the Atlanticans took advantage of that and use it against them." Lelouch explains.

"I see, alright, we'll help them out. When exactly do we have to go though?" Suzaku asks.

"One month, you need get them ready in one month." Lelouch said.

"They need more than one month Lelouch." Suzaku protests.

"I don't make the rules Suzaku, the RAB is in a tight spot. I can't just magically solve the problem in one go." Lelouch tells him.

Suzaku sighs. "Don't blame me if those guys die." He says, cutting off the hologram.

United Soviet Sovereignty, Moscow, Kremlin

"Well that was rude." Lelouch says, annoyed, as a few minutes had passed since the call, Chihaya had just entered the room a little later, lazily laying down on the couch. Lelouch told Chihaya about the conversation, except about her.

"Well what do you expect, you did just tell him about getting those boys ready in one month and ask about Euphemia." Chihaya mentions.

"I was trying to make conversation, besides I was concerned about Euphemia, her marriage is still on plan." Lelouch reminded her.

"Even though I'm glad you're concerned about Euphemia, we have bigger problems to attend." She says.

Lelouch smirk. "Always the cold headed one, huh, Chihaya."

She let's out silent chuckle. "Oh please, I don't worry about the things that are aren't a threat now, only when it starts."

The door opens, this time it wasn't Kilian nor was it Kallen. A Japanese man wearing the Imperial guard uniform had just entered the room. He stood by the door with his hands behind his back.

"Takami, why are you here?" Chihaya asks.

"Your aunt Sophia, wishes to meet you, your highness." He tells her.

"What is it this time?" Chihaya asks, getting up from the couch.

Takami shrugs, "She says it's urgent."

She sighs, "Alright, I'll meet her, you coming?"

"No, I only came here to inform you." Takami replies.

"Suit yourself." With that Chihaya leaves the room.

"Aren't you leaving?" Lelouch asks.

"No, I want to ask, did you find out?" He asks vaguely.

Lelouch flinched. "Shit he found out?"

Takami slowly approaches the Premier. "I warn you, do not think about telling her," Takami threatens, making Lelouch gulp. "You hear me?"

Lelouch nods frantically.

"Good, have a great day, Lelouch" Takami left the room.

Later, Kirill, opened the door rushing in. "You alright?"

"He found out." Lelouch says, making Kirill widen his eyes knowing what he meant.

"How!? We made sure to keep that as secret as we could." Strakhov asks, baffled that his precautions were seen through.

Lelouch shrugs, "At least we can now confirm our suspicions, Strakhov. Wrap up the investigation."

"Understood." Strakhov complied, leaving the room to make preparations.

"Is that why you had him, Kubo?" Lelouch wondered, now knowing Takami's true identity.

Britannian Axis, State of Francia, Paris

"What!?" Kelly exclaimed, as she was on the phone with Nathan.

"Yes, the pilot of that Gundam, was no doubt, Brad, I sure of it." Nathan says.

"Maybe your wrong, Brad would never do something like. He isn't a rebel, he never had any such..." Kelly stopped before she remembered something. "...except he actually does."

"He does?" Nathan asked surprised.

"A couple of years ago in the city, Brad's mom was in the city, during a protest. She was there for work, when all of a sudden the police started shooting people, she was caught in the crossfire." Kelly tells Nathan, shocking him over the phone.

"And the worst part, the officers that started the shooting, got away with. No community service nor jail time, free of charge." She added

"So much for Justice in the 'land of the free'." Nathan added in distaste.

"Yeah, so much for land of the free." She says in agreement.

"Then why did you join the Atlantican Army?" Nathan asks, surprising Kelly. "From what I can tell you don't actually exactly like Atlantica, so why?"

Kelly remained silent, coming up with an answer. "I don't know, might be because, my family all served in the military. While I don't have exactly the greatest opinion on the government, I am willing to serve my nation, and the nation that my family move to begin a new life."

"Huh, patriotism, eh? That's not all is it?" Nathan assumed.

"Yes, that's not all. Can I tell you where my dad died, Nathan?" Kelly asked, weirding Nathan.

"Uhh, sure? Why does your dad have to be included?" Nathan asks.

"Tokyo, he died in Tokyo, 5 years ago." Kelly tells him, ignoring his previous question.

"Oh, your doing this because, your father died by the Japanese." Nathan assumes.

"Yes, even after the war, they still continue to fight, thinking they fight for some righteous cause of serving their Emperor. Monarchy has no use in this world, all they do is stay luxurious homes while people work 24/7." Kelly laments, making Nathan uncomfortable.

"But, not Princess Nunnally, she is alright. I imagine her siblings are not the same I suppose?" Kelly asks.

"Well they're all different in their own ways I guess. Though apart from Lelouch, the only siblings she is close to are Clovis, Schneizel, Cornelia, Laila, and Euphemia." Nathan says as if he knows them personally, making Kelly giggle a little.

"You sound as if you know them personally." Kelly says.

"I mean, I am Nunnally's knight of honor." Nathan reminds her.

"But I am still surprised though."

"Hmm, yeah alright, I just called to tell you that. I have to go back to London now. Gotta report back to the good'ol king ehh." Nathan tells her.

"Oh alright, good luck. Take care, and let's hope your wrong." Kelly said, hanging up the phone.

Union of Baharat, Himalayas, Mt Everest, Yukikage base

known to only few within the former Imperial Army, Yukikage base was built within the the huge mountain. This secret base was made right after the end of the Indian Ocean war, as a base of military operations, and a fallout bunker for the Imperial family. But it was now the base of the Shiroi Bushi, the resistance of Suzaku Kururugi and is a part of wide network of resistance formed by the United Imperial Japanese Army after the fall of Tokyo, the Asia Liberation Alliance.

Inside the hanger, the Mikazuki had been docked inside and going through maintenance from it's long journey. At the same time we could see Batu Ganbold escort Brad, Jeremy, Derek and Esmée to the command centre of the base, with Suzaku following soon.

"So, your Brad, huh?" Suzaku asks, catching up to him.

"Yeah, that's me, and I assume you are the famous Devil of Japan, Suzaku Kururugi." Brad asks in return.

"Your well informed, why yes indeed I am Suzaku Kururugi. And welcome to Yukikage base, where the 42nd division operates its combat operations." Suzaku introduced.

"I never knew that the Japanese had a base located in Mt Everest." Brad said, amazed by the base's interior.

"This is a bunker for the Imperial Family, incase if a nuclear war or incase of an alien invasion were to happen, a base of operations. So yes, there was no way you could've known." Suzaku tells Brad dryly.

"I see, makes sense then." Brad says agreeing.

"Hey guys take a look at that, a Kenji." Derek points at the Kenji like a child, making the others turn to the Kenji, getting them all excited as well.

"Wow, it looks like the Dagger L, but cooler." Brad commented.

"And more durable, the Dagger L was just made to be cheaply produced." Jeremy added.

"What fo you expect, Japan put quality over quantity, the Japanese really think of giving the best weapons to it's soldiers." Esmée said, with her hands on her head.

"That's true, we of Japan prefer long-term combat sturdiness than needlessly sending a bunch of Mobile suits at the enemy. A waste of tax payer money if you ask me." Suzaku added.

"Good point, good tech will save lives than cheap tech." Brad agreed. "So what are we doing here?" He asks.

"At this point I thought it would be obvious." Suzaku says.

"Huh?" Derek asked.

"Welcome to basic training fellow cadets." Bao Chen declared to the group, surprising the newcomers.

"Huh?"

"Yes, under orders from the Premier of the USS and one of our greatest supporters to the ALA, you three have now been drafted into the Shiroi Bushi." Suzaku clarified, much to the surprise of the trio.

"Then what am I here for," Esmée asked.

"Oh, you must be petty officer Esmée. I heard that you're one of the few Mobile suit pilots to graduate with an 99 in simulations of France, correct?" Suzaku asked.

"Yeah, what about it." Esmée asked.

"How would you like to pilot our new Mobile Suit Petty officer?" Suzaku asked, shocking the trio, while getting Esmée excited.

"Yes I would," She immediately answered. "so where is it? When can I pilot it?"

"In a while, after you all get settled." Suzaku assures.

"Hold on, we didn't sign up for this." Jeremy protests.

"That's right we just got dragged into this whole mess." Derek added.

"I'm afraid you don't get a say in this. The decision has already been made, it's practically inevitable for this to happen." Suzaku says.

"We have rights, and we're not joining up on this resistance thing." Jeremy tells.

"You guys can leave, but I'm staying." Brad says, moving over to Suzaku's side, shocking the two friends.

"The fuck Brad." Jeremy curses in disbelief. "What the hell is wrong with you, you've been acting so weird after the kidnapping."

"It's different now, you wouldn't understand." Brad said, confusing the two.

"Cut the crap Brad, tell us what the hell is going on with you." Jeremy asks, approaching Brad and putting his hand on his shoulder.

Brad shoves his hand. "You know what happened to my Mom, right?" Brad asks.

"Why the heck does your Mom have to be a part of this conversation." Jeremy asks, confused as to why Brad's mother came into the conversation.

"You know how she died, what happened to the people who killed her, because, of her skin." Brad said, Making Jeremy realise something.

"You were the one who vandalised the statue, weren't you." Jeremy questioned, Derek widening his eyes.

Brad remained silent, but that was enough for Jeremy to confirm.

"As they say, you better watch out for the quiet ones." Jeremy said.

"Dude, I know it's hard losing a parent." Derek says, trying to change Brad's mind. "But come on, you rebelling against the government, you might die."

"If Atlantica falls so be it, I might lose my life, but my parents will never get justice, if I just let everything as it is." Brad said.

"You mean your Mom, you told us you haven't met your Dad in 15 years." Derek points out.

"William Voyager is my Dad." Brad reveals, surprising everyone nearby.

"You kidding me? The CEO of the Voyager institute, is your Dad!?" Derek exclaimed in disbelief.

Brad nods. "Yeah he is."

Jeremy was in all awe about the situation, Brad's father was the chairman of the Voyager Institute. What can he do now to convince Brad to stop what he is doing, joining the remnants of the Japanese Army, which meant risking his life. He may have only known Brad for three years, but he is damn well not letting a friend risk his life.

"Brad listen to me, your parents would've wanted you to live a normal life. I don't think they would want you to risk your life." Jeremy said.

"Maybe so, but I just hate myself for not doing anything." Brad tells Jeremy.

"What can you be able to do at that time?" Suzaku asks, Gaining Brad's attention.

"Keep in mind, Atlantica was and still is going through mass protests, and guess who these protests were against. Theodore Winston, Chairman of Apex Corporations and President of Atlantica."

"Just the fact he is the Chairman of Apex Corporations alone, is telling of how powerful they are. Apex is not within the control of the central government, allowing Theodore to do whatever the fuck he wanted." Suzaku continued.

"I know the threat Apex Corporations present, but I'm just done waiting." Brad said, his voice getting darker. "Atlantica was all about Freedom and Justice, but is this Freedom? Even if I die I want to see Atlantica burn, I don't care about the results, I don't care about the methods, I will destroy Atlantica."

Brad's speech left everyone in shock, Jeremy and Derek in fact were mostly shocked by Brad's speech. They usually were used to seeing Brad as an outgoing guy, he laughed, made jokes, and even made a going away party for one of supervisors back at the company. Knowing he had such thoughts made them really uncomfortable.

However Suzaku while shocked, kept his stoic figure.

"Is that so? Well training is first thing in the morning, get ready." Suzaku said before leaving. Leaving Jeremy, Derek and Esmée shocked.

"What!" Jeremy shouted, but Batu put his hand on his shoulder.

"Don't worry, the General's got a plan." Batu tells him quietly.

"Huh?"

March 18th, 0500AM, Barracks,

"WAKE UP SLEEPING BEAUTIES!!!!" Stewart shouted at the top of his lungs, waking everyone up.

Brad and Jeremy immediately got up from their beds, while Derek fell from his bunk.

"My head," Derek exclaims, as he holds head in pain.

"Get a checkup from the doc, we don't want any broken heads here do we?" Stewart said.

"It's 5 in the morning, that's the earliest I have ever gotten up." Brad says.

"Oh is it." Jeremy says grumbling.

"You still mad about my decision." Brad asked.

"What do you think." Jeremy replied, opening his side of the wardrobe.

"Then why are you here, didn't you say we had no part in this?" Brad asked.

"Someone has got to look after you." Jeremy replied, taking his clothes off and wearing the Japanese military uniform.

"I didn't ask." Brad tells him.

"Oh please Brad, knowing you, you might've already fucked up something other than making new things." Jeremy says.

"Well I can try." Brad says, opening his side of his wardrobe.

"We'll see about that, hurry up, we don't want to be late." Jeremy said, heading to the compound.

"Yeah I'm coming." Brad says.

"Oh my head." Derek continues to loathe in pain, while being carried by another recruit on his shoulder.

"Daijobu?" The recruit asks.

Compound Area

"Attention!" The instructor yells, getting everyone to stand up straight.

"I am Drill sergeant, Wang Feng. Now listen up, your no longer back in an office typing random letters and numbers just so you could make a days salary. NO! What your here today is to serve the freedom of your nation." The drill sergeant continued, all the while in the distance, Esmée and Stewart looked at them from afar.

"Well would you look at that, the guys are gonna go through a rough time." Esmée says.

"What makes you say that?" Stewart asked.

"Well isn't it obvious, Wang Feng is the no nonsense type of guy here." Esmée replied.

"You got that right, Wang Feng is the best instructor out of all of us here." Stewart says agreeing. "A whole bunch was once trained by him, and all of them were said to be have survived every battle they were sent to."

"Huh, I always thought the Japanese didn't allow any non-Japanese to take such roles in the Imperial Army." Esmée said.

"Well during the early years they did, same during the Colony Wars. But after the ascension of Emperor Toshi, only Japanese were given high ranking positions." Stewart explained.

"Oh, so when Emperor Takehito came into power, I assume a lot of non-Japs were promoted to higher ranks?" Esmée asked.

"How do you think, Grand Admiral Kim Li Shin, came into power?" Stewart asked.

"Huh, so that's what the actual story was." Esmée said.

"He was already well recognised by Admiral Yonusuke, but due to the conservative officers, he never got the chance to be promoted after the Tengoku city attack on the moon." Stewart explained.

"What are you guys talking about?" Batu asks approaching the two.

"Oh, stuff." Stewart replied.

"I see," Batu says, he turned to Esmée. "Petty officer, it's time." Getting Esmée excited.

"Oh boy, what kind of MS is it." She asks energetic, she makes a comic gasps"Is it a Gundam?"

Batu and Stewart chuckle a little over Esmée's enthusiasm. "No, it's not a Gundam. Just a variant from a Gundam." Dissapointing Esmée, a little.

"Gundam, Mobile Suit, whatever it is, It better be a giant robot that can turn in to Mobile Armour." Esmée tells them.

"Well your in luck, this MS is a transformable unit." Batu says, now getting more excited. 'Grabbing Batu's collar

"Now you are talking," She says, dragging Batu. "now where is this Mobile suit." She asks.

"Can... yo... y...you.. le... let.." Batu tries to ask Esmée to let go, as he gasps for air.

Meeting room

"So the Premier has informed you about the situation with the RAB correct, General?" Xingke asks, via hologram sitting down on a round table with the rest of the member of the ALA.

"Yes I've been told, my group will be going to help them in a month." Suzaku informs.

"A month? They might not even have a month left." Lee Cheong says, leader of the White Tigers of the Korean Resistance.

"Like Lee says, the RAB might not have a month left with how the A-LAWS are handling them, I would suggest sending aid to them now." Daniel Mendoza suggests, Leader of the NKKK of the Philippines resistance.

"No, we have to been ordered to train new batch recruits before sending aid to the RAB." Suzaku tells them, much to the dismay of many.

"Oh, those Atlanticans, what does the Premier of USS see in those kids?" Vien Nguyen asks, leader of the Vietphí of the Vietnamese resistance.

"Indeed, from what I've seen they're nothing but useless. They are practically a burden to us." Khasar Khan added, leader of the Mongol's Revolutionary People's Army.

"The Black haired one, Brad, is a New-Type." Suzaku revealed, surprising everyone.

"That explains." Xingke muttered.

"New-Type or not, what matters is if he is useful or not." Vien says.

"Don't worry, Brad has got the motivation to fight Atlantica. He won't disappoint." Suzaku says.

"Motivation is not enough Suzaku, what we need are weapons, soldiers, funding and most importantly Mobile Suits." Says Monk, leader of the Thai Republican Army. He wore an unusual looking mask.

"And he will be an exceptional pilot, Monk. With him being New-Type, it gives us an edge. But that's not all, the Mobile Suit he pilots, is from the Unicorn series." Suzaku reveals, shocking everyone.

"The UNICORN series!?" Lee exclaimed. "Your joking, right? There has only been three units created from that series, and your telling us that someone has made a fourth unit!"

"Yes, pretty impressive if I say so myself, the man who created the Spartacus that is." Suzaku says.

"But it takes time and experience to make a soldier, you sure he can handle what the future holds for him, General?" Xingke questions.

"I have faith in, Lelouch, if what he is saying true, then this the best course of action." Suzaku says.

"Don't put all your Hope's on one mans word, Kururugi. It's not the wisest thing to do after all." Monk says.

"I'll consider your advice, Monk." Suzaku says.

"So, who's going to send aid and support to the RAB?" Xingke asks. Trying to come to a conclusion.

"Sorry, but I'm out I have to take care of other things here." Lee says.

"Understandable." Xingke tells him. Lee lowers his head in appreciation, cutting off communication later on.

"Well, we're pretty doing well right now, but I'm afraid I can't get the other's to cooperate. Count me out." Nguyen tells them. Cutting off her hologram.

"We are pretty low on manpower ever since our attack on Pyongyang, we are also not intervening in South Asia." Lee says. Cutting off his hologram.

"And the same goes for me. We of the TRA have no need to waste our resources on the RAB, good luck with that." Monk tells them. Cutting off his hologram.

"We need all the help we can get, so we of the New KKK will send aid to the RAB, until Kururugi and his men arrive in one month." Daniel says. Agreeing to send aid.

"The more the merrier, if that's what the Atlanticans say?" Khasar says.

"Good, until Kururugi and his Shiroi Bushi are done with training Bradley Garcia, the three of our groups will send aid to the RAB. Understood?" Xingke asks.

"Right." All of them responded.

"You are now on a fixed timetable, Kururugi. Be ready in one month." Xingke tells him for the last time.

"Got it." Suzaku says.

"Very well, meeting adjourned. Dismissed." Xingke cut his hologram along with the rest of the others, leaving Suzaku alone.

Suzaku ran both his hands on head, stressed upon the work he has been put up with. He really can't put up with it. The only reason why he is here is because of Lelouch and his Vision. Talk about New-Types, the next generation of humans.

Suzaku sighed, pressing a button.

"Yes sir, what do you need?" The soldier asks.

"Get me through to the JLF." Suzaku tells him.

"Right away sir." The soldier complied.

Training ground

"I want to die." Brad says. Nearly out of breath.

"You... can... say...that... again." Jeremy says in agreement.

"C'mon guys it ain't that bad." Derek says.

"Fuck off, Derek, you're irrelevant here." Brad says.

"What's the matter, taking a rest?" Wang asked the two. "Well too bad, get up." Wang kicked Brad from behind, causing him to lose balance for a while, but he gets back his Balance and starts running.

Jeremy noticing this, forces himself to get back up, and start running. Trying not to get hit on his butt.

"Wang, over here." Stewart calls out, making Wang turn.

"What?"

"Mind if we burrow Brad for a while?" He asks.

Wang gets confused. "Who's we?"

"You know who." Stewart replied, making Wang realise who he was talking about.

"Orders are orders, take him. But bring him back quick, he is the one that needs the most attention." Wang tells him.

"I can tell." Stewart says looking at Brad's training Process. Brad can be seen breathing heavily as he walks, other recruits all run pass him as he walks.

"I'll... bring him back quickly." Stewart tells Wang.

"So why did you guys need me for this time?" Brad asks.

"You'll find out." Stewart tells him.

They keep walking up to par of doors, Stewart opens both of them, revealing a huge lab with all sorts of Mobile Suit parts and research. Brad looks in excitement and awe of the room, it was like he was in dream. He was surrounded by all sorts of research, designs and parts of Mobile Suits. At that moment he felt like a child walking in a toy store.

"Is this heaven?" Brad mumbles.

"Well for people like you, yes. This is heaven." Stewart says.

"Well at least someone shares my fascination for Mobile suits." A Scientist says. Walking in a very unique way. Brad immediately recognizes who it, stuttering to say his name.

"You...you...you... Lloyd Asplund. The creator of the Sol Brave units. What is here doing here?" Brad asks.

"Well an old test pilot of mine kidnapped me one day with my assistant now wife, to the wonderful mountain of Everest." Lloyd said.

"Generals orders, couldn't say no to him." Stewart says apologetically.

"Doesn't matter anymore, I now get to tinker with Japanese Mobile suits. I can finally get better data, then the ones provided by Camelot." Lloyd says.

"I thought Camelot had the best Data on Japanese Mobile Suits?" Brad asks.

"They do, it's still not enough tho." Lloyd says.

"The Japs were really good at keeping their secrets air tight, even with the inclusion of Oceania and South Asia." Stewart commented.

"Yes, it is quite annoying I would say." Lloyd says disappointed.

"Lloyd can you come over here!" A female voice called.

Lloyd sighed. "Coming dear, oh and by the way we have guests."

"LLOYD!! You should've told me that beforehand. I just finished eating all those sandwiches that I made." The woman says mad.

"Trust me, I just saved your taste buds kiddo." Lloyd whispered to Brad's ear.

"You don't have to tell me." Stewart says, getting shivers of Lloyd's wife's cooking.

Later Lloyd's wife, Cecile Croomy had appeared, she looked to be overworked when looking at the bags on her eyes.

"Hello there, my name is Cecile Croomy, but you can call me Cecile." Cecile introduced herself.

"Bradley, but my friends call me Brad. I thought you and sir Asplund are married?" Brad asked, noticing the couple do not share the same family name.

"Oh we just got married, because me and Cecile here made a promise stating that if we both are single by 30, we should get married." Lloyd tells Brad, weirding him out. "I'm not complaining, this marriage has actually been going well surprisingly."

"Only because it's more of marriage of convenience." Cecile said.

"Anyways doctor, the thing that the General wanted to check." Stewart asked.

"Oh right, follow me Brad. Cecile, honey, make the preparations." Lloyd says.

"What is going on?" Brad asks.

"You'll see." Stewart says.

"Follow me." Lloyd said.

The three men had arrived to a simulation room, like any it seemed to be a mobile suit training simulator, only this one seemed more advanced.

"What is this?" Brad asks Lloyd.

"A simulator of course." Lloyd replied heading to the exit with Stewart. "This one however isn't for Training purposes."

"What do you mean?" Brad question.

"Simply put, it's a simulator to test your New-Type compatibility with the Psycho frame." Cecile says over the observation room.

"That's right, after the whole Miyanami scandal, the Japanese decided to make a more safer way for New-Type compatibility." Lloyd said after arriving to the control room. He took a sit on a chair next to his wife. "And this was the solution, a simulator that can show the compatibility with the Psycho frame and Funnel system."

"The General wanted to know how your compatibility rate is, since we need to know your worth to the resistance." Stewart says over the observation deck. Later Suzaku comes in to the Observation deck. "And speak of the devil, you came."

Suzaku took a sit down on the chair of the deck eager to know the result of the simulation Brad will get. And how could he not, he was told by Lelouch to just go get this guy, seriously. He had lost two Karura's thanks to him.

"Begin the simulation."

"Beginning simulation." Cecile pressed a button activating the simulation.

Inside the chamber, everything except the Brad changed the environment to space.

"Woah."

Brad looked in awe, he had never been to space and he never had any thoughts about going there as well. However seeing it up close he can finally see why everyone wanted to go, even though it was pitch black you can see all the stars that he could see, it just looked so beautiful.

"Never been to space I assume?" Lloyd asks.

"Yeah, I never really cared much about it, I only wanted to survive and just live." Brad said.

"Seems like you were struggling a lot with your life." Lloyd assumes.

"Yeah, I thought I would have a simple life with normal problems. I never really expected it to be this complicated." Brad's words grabs their attention.

"How so?" Cecile asks curiously.

"Well I only recently found out why my parents divorced." Brad started. "Turns out my dad found out I was a New-type when I was pretty young and then decided to use me as a test subject for his psycho frame research."

This revelation made them all shocked including Lloyd. Why wouldn't they be shocked, it was only a few years ago that the previous Emperor of Japan only made it clear that any experimentation on New-type children, as they were easier to obtain, were to be taboo. There were already controversies of governments using New-type children as test subjects, though this was the first that was made public. Specifically by a politician.

"It may have been horrible, but now looking at it now. I think I know why he did it." Brad takes a breath, trying to relieve some of the memories. "The Institute my family has built and raised was losing funds and students every day." The institute was no longer famous after the Helios reactor, the institute's biggest and only achievement, which was only around 70 years ago. "I mean it isn't surprising, the Institute was already past its prime so this was to be expected."

"It was, but that still doesn't justify doing human experimentation on your child." Lloyd said. It really didn't change the fact that his father did human experimentation on his own son, because the kind of stuff to research Psycho frames was inhumane.

"Still, that doesn't give the right for those bastards to kill them." Brad says. "My Dad was prepared to spend time with me, ready to atone for what he did. I was okay with that, if he did all that, I'm okay. I was ready to forgive him." Brad starts to shed tears as he remembers his father's death, and when he was told his mother was killed.

"I'm truly sorry for what happened Mr Garcia." Cecile trys to comfort him. "I'm pretty sure Lloyd here as well." Cecile gives a stare toward Lloyd, which Lloyd tries to look away from.

"Yes, I'm deeply moved by your words as well." Lloyd twitches his eyes as he trys to avoid the stare.

"So can we get this along? We don't have all day, phase two starts in two weeks and we have to go to India in a month." Suzaku tries to break the conversation short, as he he is getting tired of waiting.

"Alright, let's get in with it, shall we." Lloyd says.

Inside the simulation chamber, two Suisei's (ReZel) appear as they spread onto formation.

"Alright, here goes nothing." Brad muttered.

Strange, Brad had never killed anyone in his life up until a few days ago. Unlike others he didn't feel horrified or disgusted, instead he was surprised, maybe all that anger in him really took over and made him want to kill. And now again he can do that again, his eyes filled with burned with excitement as he gets excited to fight again. He kinda found it fun.

"You think, he may not be as we suspect him to be Suzaku?" Stewart asks, noticing Suzaku's keen focus on Brad.

"Yes, I feel like he might gave been holding something back in him." Suzaku said, he noticed something for a while after the whole battle at the Institute. Before Suzaku had joined the battle, it looked as if Brad enjoyed the whole battle. For someone who is a self proclaimed pacifist, that's quite odd. "Like he really might not be what he seems like at all."

A/N

Hey guys it's been since I've updated Forgotten reality. I won't lie it's mostly because I was lazy, and it has to do with stress at home and the O'levels that are coming up on April. Before that is the Mock exams.

I left this at a cliffhanger because I did not gave the motivation to write a whole fight scene. But don't worry there will be a ton in future episodes.

We will not be seeing a continuation of this chapter, instead we will do a one week time skip. That's all I'm gonna say.

Have a great day peace.
