it had been a few weeks since the summer break started
Naruto had been sending Harry letters but he hadn't heard back from Harry yet
but that wasn't what was on Naruto's mind right now
right now Naruto was in a forest in Japan with his father Minato
Minato had decided to take Naruto to go visit his parents who stayed in a forest of Japan
you see Minato's parents liked to take care of the animals both normal and magical that lived in the forest
all kinds of magical zoologists visited this forest and expand their horizons
and right now Naruto was looking around the forest while they waited for his grandparents to come meet up with them
"Find anything yet?" Minato asked as he smiled at his son's eagerness to find something in the forest
"Nothing yet, I've never been in here remember?" Naruto said as he looked around
"Try to keep an eye out, like back at home they care for animals as well, only with less magical doors to go to the animals habitats" Minato said as he kept a eye on Naruto
"I'll bare that in mind when I avoid stepping in their crap" Naruto said as he looked around the forest and smiled as he spotted some birds fly by
"Who knows maybe we'll even take one back with us" Minato said
"You're sure fudge would be OK with that?" Naruto asked
"As long as it's nothing dangerous so no dragons brat!" a female voice yelled as two figures suddenly popped in front of them
"Gah! I hate when you two do that!" Naruto yelled at the two older adults
one was a older man with long white hair and was wearing some red and orange robes this was Jiraiya his Grandfather and Minato's father
the second was a older woman with long blonde hair tied in twin pigtails at the end she was wearing yellow and green Robes this was Tsunade naruto's Grandmother and Minato's mother
"Oh like you wouldn't apparate around and surprise people if you could too brat" Jiraya said with a grin
"Why are you two in the forest? come here brat I haven't seen you in a while" Tsunade said with a grin as she pulled Naruto into a hug
"Naruto wanted to take a look at the forest near your place and maybe see a magical creature" Minato said with a grin
"Don't you see enough of those at that zoo you call a home?" Tsunade asked
"I only have Kevin and Naga at home" Naruto said with a pout
"Yeah technically they're his the other rooms are for our animals that we're taking care of" Minato said
"And I wanted to see one from here" Naruto said as he smiled before he tried to get loose from Tsunade
"Ah you want to see something new eh?" Jiraiya asked with a smile at his grandson as Tsunade let him go
"Well I was hoping to" Naruto said with a smile
"Well we got a new one living here in the forest , but I don't think you'll like him, he's a walking fur ball with attitude" Tsunade said
"What is it?" Minato asked curiously
"No idea, it keeps to itself only thing I know is that it's small orange and keeps messing with the newbie zoologists we send Into the forest" Jiraiya said as he led them Into the forest
"It's attacking people?" Naruto asked curiously
Tsunade snorted at this while Jiraiya chuckled "No no it's mostly just pranking them and running off snickering" she said
"... Take me to it" Naruto said instantly hooked when he heard pranking
Minato groaned at this but nodded as he knew his son wouldn't give up now that he was interested in this animal
"Well we're in the area where it tends to prowl so Stay close brat" Tsunade said with a firm tone
"Yes Ba Chan" Naruto said with a smile as Tsunade's eyebrow twitched a bit before…

"oi! that's abuse!" Naruto yelled as he held his head after Tsunade slugged him in the head
"That's a love tap and you know it brat!" Tsunade yelled at her grandson
"yea you haven't seen her when she's actually mad" Jiraiya said with a shudder
"You would know dad." Minato said as he chuckled
"Hey I still got with your mom" Jiraiya said with a proud smile
"Yea I still say you got her drunk to say I do" Naruto grumbled as he rubbed his head
"Ha! OK I forgive you brat" Tsunade said as she approached Naruto and patted him on the head affectionately while Jiraya grumbled at his grandson's dig at him and Minato smiled
Naruto rolled his eyes at this before he heard a bush nearby shaking as a sound that sounded like snickering was heard
Jiraiya Minato and Tsunade instantly had their wands out hearing this
"stay behind us son" Minato said firmly as they didn't know what was I'm the bush
Naruto ignored this and looked at the bush and looked into it and saw what looked like a pair of reds eyes looking back at him
"There it is" Jiraiya said as he recalled some of their new zoologists saying the prankster animal had red eyes
"Hey little guy don't worry we won't hurt you I bet you just like to have fun huh? Naruto said with a smile as he looked at the bush

"See I'm a bit of a prankster myself, so I enjoy hearing of another prankster" Naruto said as he smiled
The bushes shook as a small orange furred fox with a big bushy tail stepped out
"It's a kitsune" Minato said with wide eyes
"those actually exist? wow" Tsunade said as while she wasn't a expert in magical animals like her husband and son she had seen a lot while working with magical animals and had never seen a kitsune before
Naruto suddenly ducked as the kitsune tried chucking mud at his face with its tail
"Nice try" Naruto said with a grin
The kitsune snickered at this and paused as he started to sniff the air and soon jumped onto Naruto's shoulder and stuck his head into the backpack Naruto was wearing
"He likes me… or he likes my lunch" Naruto said with a chuckle
the kitsune then pulled his head out of Naruto's backpack and showed he had a sandwich in his mouth
"Little rude for a kitsune" Jiraiya said with a chuckle
"yea the stories say they are supposed to be wise and noble" Minato said as he looked at the kitsune
"I like him, he's got attitude like mom and ba-chan" Naruto said as he pet the kitsune and he ate his sandwich
the kitsune swallowed his sandwich and smiled as he let Naruto pet him and his tail wagged
"Well at least he looks harmless enough" Minato said as he put away his wand
"... Can I keep him?" Naruto asked as he looked up at his father and grandparents
"Better than keeping him here where he can bother our rookies" Tsunade said
"Plus the brat could use a familiar if he's gonna be a zoologist like us, plus he can observe and document him, get his feet wet with observing magical animals " Jiraiya said with a smile at Minato
Minato sighed at this before he nodded "Very well, but he's your responsibility son, me and your mom will help you of course but when school starts he's your problem" he said firmly
"Kinda figured that" Naruto said as the kitsune jumped onto Naruto's head
"you should probably give him a name brat" Tsunade said as the kitsune sat on narutos head
Naruto thought about this for a moment before he smiled and looked up at the kitsune who was looking down at him "Kurama, I'll call him Kurama, what do you think?" he asked the kitsune
the kitsune smiled at this and yipped in approval of this as his tail wagged
"Kurama it is" Minato said as he nodded In approval
"Ok brat let's get out of here we want to hear about your first year at Hogwarts before you head home" Tsunade said
"Yea I still don't believe that you and that Potter kid found the sorcerer's stone" Jiraiya said
"Philosopher" Naruto and Tsunade said correcting him
"Whatever" Jiraiya said with a roll of his eyes as they all left the forest

Minato and Naruto appeared in the backyard of there home via portkey Kurama sitting on Naruto's head
"Mom, we're home!" Naruto called out as they approached the backdoor
"You get a letter from Harry yet-" Minato was saying before he was cut off
"This is bullshit!" Kushina yelled as she was sitting at the kitchen table reading a letter
"What's wrong, is Harry ok?" Naruto asked curiously
"He's fine, he's at the burrow. Apparently I have to go to Petunia's and give them a lesson in - what the merlin is that on your head?" Kushina asked as she turned around and spotted Kurama on her son's head
"This is Kurama, he's a kitsune" Naruto said as he smiled
"Interesting choice in a pet brat" Kushina said as she chuckled
"Yeah, the chocolate eating parroting toucan and the three headed snake were interesting enough now there's this" Minato said as said animals were sitting on their perch nearby and sleeping in a basket nearby
"This is my mom Kurama if you want to keep your fur I would not cross her" Naruto said to Kurama as the kitsune jumped onto the kitchen table
Kurama scoffed at this as he looked at Kushina as if he was unimpressed
Kushina smirked at this before she glared hard at Kurama and growled
Kurama froze at this for a moment before he shook himself and looked at Kushina again before he bowed his head at her
"Well he acknowledges her as the alpha of this house" Naruto said with a sigh of relief
"Good." Kushina said with a nod at Kurama as she turned around
Kurama then looked up at her and blew a raspberry at her making her sweatdrop
"Definitely fitting for a familiar for you brat" She said flatly
Kurama snickered at this before he ran off to go explore the house
"Think we should warn him about the animal rooms?" Naruto asked curiously
"Something tells me that kit can hold his own against whatever this house can throw at him son" Minato said as he chuckled
"Ok you two get ready to go, we're heading for the burrow" Kushina said firmly
"Honey I'm sure Harry will be fine with Molly for a little-" Minato was saying before he was cut off
"We missed his birthday again and I'm not waiting anymore damn it now move!" Kushina yelled as she pulled out her wand and with a wave threw a basic spark at her husband and sons feet
"Alright alright put the wand away woman!" Naruto yelled as he jumped away
"Are you sure we want to leave a prankster fox to his own devices?" Minato asked
"Good point I'll go get him" Kushina said as she went upstairs
"Oh this will go well" Naruto said with sarcasm lacing his words
before Minato could respond a owl flew into the room through the window and dropped off a letter which landed in Naruto's hands
"Still wonder how owls pull that off" Naruto said while the owl flew back out the window
Kevin squawked at this from her perch clearly not happy with Naruto being impressed with Owls
"I didn't say they were better you nut" Naruto said as he rolled his eyes and opened the letter since it was addressed to him
Kevin garbled at this and shook her head at this
"Hogwarts letter?" Minato asked his son curiously as he got the floo powder ready
"Yea its the equipment list for this year" Naruto said as he nodded
"Ah this summer went by quick" Minato said with a smile
"Yeah, but not a single letter from Harry which is still weird" Naruto said
"Yeah why would he just go to the burrow… on another thought how did he even know where it was" Minato said
well I'll ask him when we see him Naruto said with a shrug as he knew there was probably a good explanation
they then heard some shouting and banging upstairs and after a few moments of silence Kushina made her way downstairs
"Got the little shit!" Kushina yelled holding a carrier with a pouting kurama inside
"Where did you find him?" Minato asked curiously
"He was in the niffler habitat swapping around things from each of their hordes so they would fight each other" Kushina said as she passed the pet carrier to Naruto
Minato snorted at this while Naruto laughed along with Kurama who was snickering
"Ah I see old Dumbles sent the book list for this year, good we can head to Diagon alley and meet up with Molly and see Harry too" Kushina said as she saw the letter Naruto left on the table
"So diagon alley then?" Minato asked as he held out the bag of floo powder
Kushina nodded at this as they all headed for the fireplace

inside the inn plenty of people were sitting around drinking and eating
suddenly the fireplace fire turned green and in a burst Naruto came out of the fire covered in ash and carrying Kurama's pet carrier
"Still hate using that" Naruto grumbled as Minato and Kushina followed behind him
"yea yea yea you have 6 more years until you can appreciate so deal with it brat" Kushina said as she used her wand to get rid of the sash on them
"Ah, the Uzumaki clan looking to get Naruto set up for the school year?" the innkeeper Tom asked with a smile at them
"Yea were meeting up with the Weasleys have you seen them?" Minato asked Tom as they approached
"Oh yea they were here though they looked panicked when Mr Potter wasn't here before them when they used the floo network, I think they said something about him not speaking clearly" Tom said as he went to serve some people there drinks
"And thats why this system sucks" Naruto said with a groan while Minato and Kushina looked worried
"Hush brat let's go find the Weasleys" Kushina said as she led the way out back
Naruto followed them as they went into diagon ally
they all soon spotted Hagrid down the alley near the bookstore and he was with….
"Harry!" Naruto yelled as he waved and ran over to his friend
"Naruto, how are you doing?" Harry asked as he smiled
"How am I doing, how are you doing? I haven't heard from you all summer" Naruto said as he frowned
"And who broke your glasses? here Oculus reparo" Kushina said as she waved her wand at Harry's broken glasses fixing them in moments
"oh yeah heh that's a bit of a story" Harry said as he chuckled nervously
"alright Harry your in good hands i'll leave you all to it" Hagrid said as he nodded at Harry before he walked off
"Ok let's hear it Harry I swear to Merlin if I have to go to Petunia's I'm gonna leave bodies-" Kushina was saying as she scowled before she was cut off
"Okay then" Minato said loudly cutting her off so Harry could explain as they entered the bookshop Flourish and Blotts

inside the shop there was a big crowd of people in line and while they waited Harry explained what had happened
"A house elf? that's pretty odd even for them" Minato said as he frowned at what Harry told them
"Yeah, he even held all the mail I was getting from everyone and then dropped a cake on the guests making Uncle Vernon put bars over my window" Harry said
Kushina growled at this as her eyebrow twitched
"Plan their death later love" Minato said not wanting his wife to cause a scene
"Harry! Naruto!" a voice yelled out getting there attention
"Hello, Hermione" Kushina said seeing the young witch run over and hug Naruto first before Harry
"There you are Harry!" a male voice yelled as a man in green robes approved with Molly and the other Weasley children this was Arthur Weasley
"Ah, Mr. Weasley good to see you again" Naruto said as he nodded at Arther
"Hello there Naruto, Come on, everyone's waiting for you" Arthur said as they went inside
"Oh, Harry there you are, oh we hoped you only went one grate too far" Molly said rubbing some of the soot off his robes
"Yea I ended up in Knockturn ally but Hagrid found me" Harry said as he let Molly help him
"Knockturn alley? lucky" Fred said with a grin at this
"Mum said she would tan our hides if we went there" George said
"So what's with the crowd? Naruto asked Hermione as he gestured to the crowd up at the counter
"Book signings" Hermione said with a excited smile
"Ok everyone here he is!" a man up front said as a man with curly blonde hair in very expensive looking robes came out and smiled at the crowd
"Oh not this dickwad" Kushina groaned seeing who it was
"Who is he?" Harry asked curiously
"Gilderoy Lockhart apparently he is a famous wizard who's done a lot of good deeds" Minato explained while the crowd all clapped for the man
"Supposedly" Kushina added as she rolled her eyes
"Mom fancies him" Ron said with a teasing smile
Molly swatted at Ron at this before she clapped for the famous wizard
Hermione also clapped before she spotted the carrier Naruto was carrying "New pet Naruto?" she asked curiously
"Yep this is Kurama, say hi" Naruto said getting a raspberry in reply
"He's a kitsune, one who apparently hates carriers" Minato said with a chuckle
"It can't be, Harry Potter and Naruto Uzumaki?" Lockhart said as he took notice of them
Naruto yelped making him drop the pet carrier that Hermione caught as he and Harry were pulled to Lockharts side
"Uh, hello" Hermione said to the kitsune inside who was looking at her curiously
"Nice big smile boys, together we rate the front page." Lockhart said as the photographer took their pictures
I am quite honored that Mr Potter and Uzumaki decided to come into Flourish and Blotts to get my autobiography,Magical Me, which is celebrating its 27th week atop the Daily Prophet best seller list. Little did they know that they would all be leaving with my entire completed works free of charge" Lockhart said with a smile as he handed a pile of books to both boys
"You smell like you drowned yourself in cologne and mouthwash" Naruto said bluntly as he and Harry walked away from him
Lockhart said nothing to this but chuckled "a quick Wit like his mother the great auror" he said to the crowd who all clapped for him for being a good sport
"Ah yes, you can give me those I'll get them signed" Molly said to the two
"It's fine here Ginny you need them more" Harry said as he put the books in her cauldron
"you kids wait here while we get your books" Minato said to everyone while him Kushina and Arthur got in line
"bet you enjoyed that, the great Harry Potter can't enter a bookstore without making the front page of the Prophet" a voice said getting there attention
"Hello Malfoy" Naruto said acknowledging the son of his mother's friend as he came down the bookstore steps
"I still don't see why you waste your time with this group Uzumaki" Malfoy said with a scowl as he looked at Naruto and the others
"Look just leave us alone" Naruto said as he went back to his pet carrier and opened it causing Kurama to jump out and sit on Naruto's shoulder
"Since when do you wear scarfs, a bit tacky don't you - ah!" Malfoy went to touch the 'scarf' only to pull his hand back to avoid getting it bit by Kurama
"Watch your finger Malfoy I think Naruto's new friend will take one of pressed" Harry said with a grin
Before Malfoy could respond the top of a cane was placed on his shoulder stopping him
everyone looked at the man behind Malfoy he had white hair like Malfoy only it was long and he was in very fine black robes this was Lucius Malfoy The head of the Malfoy family
"Now, now Draco play nicely hmmm let's see a group of children in hand me down robes and buying second hand books you must be the Weasleys" he said as he took a book out of Ginny's Cauldron to inspect it
"And you must be Harry Potter, forgive me but…" Lucius looked at Harry's mark for himself "Your scar is legend, as was the wizard who gave it to you" he said
"voldemort was a mad man and a murderer" Harry said firmly as he backed away from Lucius
"You must be very brave… or very foolish to so openly say his name" Lucius said
"no this is brave, he ran like a punk ass last year" Naruto said with a glare at the older man
"Fear of a name only increases the fear of itself" Hermione said
Lucius ignored Naruto and looked at Hermione and lightly sneered "And you must be miss Granger Draco has mentioned you and your parents muggles right?" he asked as he looked into the back of the store and spotted a older couple talking to Arthur
"This the part where you reminisce about the good old days before my mom made you and your buddies her chew toys?" Naruto asked with a glare
"ah you must be mister Uzumaki, you have your moms tongue i see" Lucius said with a light scowl as he clenched his fists
"Ok brats we are all set so lets- are you talking to my kid Lucius?" Kushina was saying kindly before her tone changed as she spotted Lucius
"Surely there's nothing wrong with that, or are you going to change again like last time I made you mad" Lucius asked as he twirled his can
"Don't forget what happened last time ot do you need another scar I'm sure this one I can make it so it can't be hidden by magic!" Kushina yelled as she growled as her teeth had fangs growing as she growled
"Still a mama bear I see… associating with muggles now, and I thought you couldn't steep any lower" Lucius said as he put the book he took out of Ginny's cauldron back
Naruto saw his mother growling more and looked around for a distraction as he definitely didn't want to see his mom make a scene
he then looked at Kurama who was on his shoulder "Hey buddy I need a distraction anything goes as long as nobody is hurt" Naruto whispered to Kurama
Kurama perked up at this and snickered at this before he jumped off Naruto's shoulder and ran into the back of the store where Lockhart was signing some books
Kurama then snickered as he thought of something mischievous as he silently made his way over to a tower of books that was towering over Lockhart and his table
"Here you go miss" Lockhart said with a charming smile as he handed a woman her books
when suddenly something wet started to drizzle onto him from above
"Ah, hey!" Lockhart said as he was getting peed on by Kurama who was on top of the tower of books above them
"It's a kitsune!" a female customer yelled out in surprise as several people spotted Kurama
"and its defileing the store!" another romantic yelled
everyone yelled as they all made a beeline for the exit
during the chaos everyone in Naruto's group left the store and stood outside
"You trained him to prank people?" Hermione asked with a look of disapproval at Naruto
"Would you believe he learned to do this kind of thing before I found him?" Naruto asked with a grin as Kurama ran over to him and jumped onto his shoulder
"That was brilliant!" Ron said with a grin at Kurama
"Yea I found him in my grandparents forest in Japan during the summer" Naruto said with a grin as everyone looked at Kurama
"Son you shouldn't have done that" Minato said with a slight frown
"Screw that! he peed on that pretty boy moron I definitely like this kitsune now" Kushina said with a bring smile as she gave Kurama a treat
Kurama took the treat and ate it happily
"Now, back to- and they left" Kushina said seeing Lucius and Malfoy were gone
"Come on, we gotta go" Minato said firmly
"Alright fine but Harry your gonna visit us soon i want to teach you a few things" Kushina said firmly as she looked at her godson
Harry, pondered at this and smiled before he nodded in agreement
"School starts soon dear besides you will see him soon enough" Minato said with a chuckle at his wife
"I know but I don't wanna miss - oh shit his present" Kushina said remembering his birthday present
"Oh that's right! I know we can have a birthday dinner and you can come!" Molly said as she realized that they did indeed miss Harry's birthday
"That's a wonderful idea Molly" Arthur said with a smile at his wife
"Harry, dear, what kind of cake is your favorite?" Molly asked curiously
"Um I'm not really sure I haven't had a lot of cake I only got to try it last year-" harry was saying before he was cut off
"Chocolate it is" Kushina said as she patted harry on the head
"Oh yea he loves chocolate" Naruto said as he nodded in agreement
Hermione nodded at this before she saw her parent's approach them "I gotta go i'll see you all at school" she said before she ran over to her parents
Kurama looked at Naruto watching Hermione walk off and snickered at this
"What're you laughing at furball?" Naruto asked with a raised eyebrow
Kurama just kept his smirk as he laid on Naruto's shoulder as they all left diagon alley and made their way to the Leaky cauldron

it had been a week since Naruto and his family had finally made contact with Harry
HHarry had spent the last week with the Weasleys which Kushina didn't mind since they didn't live that far away from the Weasleys
and they had visited Harry and they all had a small party for him to make up for missing his birthday
Today the Uzumaki family were all making their way to kings cross station so Naruto could leave for his second year of school
"So many spells" Harry said looking through his new wizard dueling book that Kushina had given him for his birthday
"And you're just on the offense chapter, wait till you get to defense spells, so be sure to take a look at that book often Kushina said as they all moved their carts to follow the Weasleys
Kushina and Minato walked through the barrier with Naruto Harry and Ron close behind but as they approached the barrier

their carts didn't go through the barrier instead they slammed against the wall and tipped over causing Headwig to screech in disapproval while Kurama growled and barked from inside his carrier while Kevin screeched
"Ow" Naruto said as he got up along with Harry and Ron
a train worker looked at them with a raised eyebrow
"Lost control of the cart" Harry said sheepishly causing the man to roll his eyes and walk away
"The barrier sealed itself" Ron said in a panic as he touched the wall hoping it would let them through
"Any ideas on what happened?" Harry asked Naruto
"Unless your elf friend showed up around here I got jack, could never smell house Elf that well" Naruto said
they all heard the train whistle go off and they all looked at the clock seeing it was 11 o clock on the dot
"That's it we missed the train" Ron said as he groaned
"Probably best we wait by the car" Harry said wanting to help
"The car?" Ron asked curiously before he smiled brightly "that's it! follow me!" he yelled at them as he pulled his cart towards the exit
Naruto raised a eyebrow at this as he and Harry followed Ron
as they left the train station Molly Kushina and Minato made there way out through the barrier
Ok this is hippogriff crap! Why did that barrier not let us through until after the train left?" Kushina yelled as she scowled and looked at the barrier
"You can scream about that later. Where are the boys? Molly asked curiously as she looked around for the boys
"... I smell a house elf." Kushina said looking around the station
"An Elf… are you sure this isn't you smelling pies again?" Molly asked curiously
suddenly a man ran into the station in a panic
"A car just took off flying into the air!" he yelled getting laughs from the other muggles
"... They wouldn't, right?" Minato asked with a raised eyebrow
"Ron would" Kushina said flatly as she shook her head
"That boy" Molly said with a groan
"Definitely a Gryffindor" Kushina said as she sighed
"Honey you would have done the same thing" Minato said with a chuckle
"True, but I'd be dropping stuff like Mario Kart" Kushina said with a small grin as she couldn't deny that
(With the boys)
Over the train tracks the boys were all in the flying Ford Angela with Ron in the driver's seat with Harry in the passenger seat next to him while Naruto was in the back seat
"I swear if we get arrested I'm saying you kidnapped me" Naruto said as he sighed
"What, we're on our way aren't we?" Ron said as he tried to focus on driving
"You flew the car over muggles, didn't even think of waiting to do that in cover" Naruto said
"I turned on the invisibility" Ron said with a annoyed look
"Yea and it stopped working a minute ago" Naruto said flatly
"You want to drive instead whiskers?" Ron asked Naruto with a annoyed tone
"Ok ok let's all calm down" Harry said as he tried to keep everyone civil
"Yea cause there's a train behind us" Naruto said as he pointed behind them
Ron and Harry paled at this before Ron turned the wheel making the car fly away from the tracks
"Where did you learn to drive, video games?" Naruto yelled as he tried not get queasy from the cars suddenly jerking around
"What is a video game?!" Ron yelled as he tried to keep the car steady
"... That explains so much" Naruto said as he sighed
"Well at least we found the train" Harry said as he panted from the scare they all just had
"Yea were past the worst of it now" Ron said as he nodded as the car followed the train
"Are we there yet?" Naruto asked with a smirk getting groans from the others
(later that night)
it was now nighttime and the car was flying over the Black lake as it approached hogwarts castle
"Welcome home" Ron said with a smile at Harry and Naruto as the car approached the castle
before the car started to jerk around and fly out of control
"Oh not this crap again!" Naruto yelled as he held onto his seat as the car jerked around
"What's wrong with the car?!" Harry yelled in a panic as the car flew past the great halls windows
"I don't know!" Ron yelled as the car started flying down towards the courtyard near the forbidden forest outside the castle
"Look out for that tree!" Naruto yelled
Ron took out his wand and started to hit the steering wheel stop! stop! stop! he yelled breaking his wand on the third smack
Brace yourselves! Harry yelled out seeing a massive tree which they were fast approaching
the car slammed into the top of it and sat there
"ugh who's not dead? sound off" Naruto groaned as he held his head
Kevin started to squack at this while Kurama barked angry and shook his carrier from his rage
"My wand! look at my wand!" Ron yelled as he held up his broken wand which was barely sticking together by several splinters
"Be thankful it's not your neck" Harry said as he caught his breath
" oh crap I recognize this tree" Naruto said as he looked outside
"Why, what is it?" Harry asked curiously before the car shook as something hit it
"What's happening?" Ron asked in a panic as the car shook
"Whomping Willow… very moody and hates people being around itself" Naruto said as he held on as the car was struck by moving tree branches
"start the car!" Harry yelled at Ron who instantly went to try and start the car and after a few key turns the car started again
"now drive, damn it!" Naruto yelled as he pointed putting his finger Over Rons shoulder
"back off!" Ron yelled as he slapped Naruto's hand
this caused Naruto's hand to brush against the radio and run the knob on it turning it on
"Damn it you stupid brats!" a brash male voice yelled from the radio as the car shook again
"... The car talked" Ron said in shock at this
"be scared later move before this tree kills us!" Harry yelled in a panic
"I'm on it!" the car yelled as it drove forward off the whomping willow and down onto the grass
they all heard a thud as the whomping willow tried to hit them again but the car made it into the courtyard near the castle
"Whew that was close" Harry said with a sigh of relief
"that tree needs a attitude adjustment" Naruto said with a scowl
"That's it! out! out! get the hell out!" the voice coming out of the radio yelled as the doors opened and the three boys were thrown out of the car followed by their luggage and pet carriers
"Scabbers! you're ok!" Ron yelled as he looked at his pet rat in his cage
you ok Hedwig? Harry asked hsi owl who screeched at him
"You good ku-" Naruto gained a flat look to his face when Kurama smacked him with his tail
the car then drove off towards the forbidden forest leaving the boys and their luggage
"Freedom! glorious freedom! gahahahahaha!" the voice from the cars radio yelled as he laughed madly as the car drove into the forest
"My parents are gonna kill me" Ron said with a groan as they watched the car drive off
"Are you kidding? your dad will probably be fascinated that your car is now alive" Naruto said with a chuckle
"How did that happen anyway? Harry asked as they all grabbed their stuff
"Don't know, magic and technology have never mixed well around here, it's why you don't see TV's in class" Naruto said as he dragged his trunk with Kurama and Kevin's cages on top
"Well that thing is technically both" Ron said as he dragged his stuff
"huh…maybe being near Hogwarts and all its magic made it come to life" Naruto said as he and the boys headed for the castle
the boys soon made it inside and when they passed by the staircase they left their stuff with the other students stuff that would be moved later
"See you later Hedwig" Harry said as he left his owls cage with his stuff
"Later Kevin try to keep a eye on Kurama" Naruto said to his bird before he followed the other
Kevin squawked at this while Kurama blew a raspberry at Naruto
"That fox is gonna make the staff miserable mate" Ron said with a chuckle as they walked up the stairs
"A house elf shows up to my house, we can't get through to the 9 ¾ platform, we almost get killed by a tree, clearly someone doesn't want me here this year" Harry said
"Yea well I think we are past the worst of - Oh hell" Naruto said as they both approached the doors to the great hall and saw there was was blocked by the caretaker Filch who was holding his cat Mrs Noris
"Take a good long look lads, this could very well be the last night you spend in this castle… Oooh dear we are in trouble" Filch said
(Later in Snape's office)
Inside shapes office the trio of boys were in front of Snape's desk while he was holding up a newspaper which had a moving picture of the flying car
"You were seen by no less than 7 muggles!" Snape said angrily as he slammed the paper down on his table
"huh I had us pegged for at least 10" Naruto said with a chuckle while Harry and Ron growled and shook their heads
"Do you understand how serious this is, you have risked the exposure of our world! Where you in slytherin house you all would be on the train home! Tonight!" Snape yelled at them
if we were in Slytherin you would cover for us like you do when your students pull their bullying crap Naruto said with a scowl
"If you think you can intimidate me into changing my mind boy, you're wrong, you're not your mother."
"I'm not intimidating you I'm just pointing out a fact, not my fault you protect bullies especially with your past" Naruto said with a hard look
"SILENCE!" Snape said making the three flinch as he punched his desk
the three boys were silent at this as they hadn't seen Snape this mad before
"Now,-" Snape growled as he took a few calming breaths
"Enough Severus, you made your point" said Dumbledore standing at the door with McGonagall
"Professor Dumbledore professor McGonagall" Harry said as he nodded at them
"Headmaster, these three have violated the decree of underage wizardry" Snape said as he pointed at the boys
"I know our bylaws Severus seeing I have written quite a few of them myself" Dumbledore said with a smile before he gave Snape a look that said this discussion was over
"we will get our stuff ready" Ron said with a sigh of defeat
what do you mean Mr Weasley?" McGonagall asked firmly
"You're gonna expel us aren't you?" Ron asked
McGonagall said nothing to this but she shook her head "Not today Mr Weasley you will all serve detention and I will be writing your family's tonight" she said firmly
the three boys sighed in relief at this as this was way better then they had hopped in terms of punishment
"Now you three the feast is over but I have sent some dinner to your dorms for you at least though I believe one of the house elves said they had to get more food because of a pet of mr Uzumaki eating it all a kitsune I believe?" Dumbledore asked Naruto with a chuckle
"Yes" Naruto said with a sheepish chuckle
"Headmaster those are undocumented surely your not gonna allow-" Snape was saying before
""I believe it will be alright Jiraya and Minato wouldn't have sent it with Naruto if it was dangerous" Dumbledore said as he looked at Snape
"And I'm sure mr Uzumaki know ows he will be responsible for keeping his kitsune in line" McGonagall said firmly as he looked at Naruto
"Yes miss kitty" Naruto said with a smile as he led the boys to the door
Dumbledore chuckled at this while McGonagall's eyebrow twitched at this as Naruto, Harry and Ron left the room
"Did you see him? I thought he was about to kill us" Ron said as he looked at his friends as they made their way to their common room
"I think I poked the bear at that bullying comment" Naruto said with a frown as he felt a little guilty now
"What makes you say that?" Harry asked curiously
"Yea it's not like Snape was bullied even he was in school" Ron said as the idea of a man like Snape being bullied was ridiculous to him
'Oh how little you know' Naruto thought to himself as they all made their way to the portrait of the fat lady
"Ah I herd you three made quite a stir and all before term officially begins" the fat lady said to the three boys
"Yea yea we are late getting the password so let us in please" Naruto said as he waved his hand dismissively
"Fine the headmaster told me to let you in anyway but teach that furball some respect!" the fat lady said as her portrait opened
"He did learn… mom's just not here to enforce it" Naruto said as they all went inside
they all soon made it inside and went up to their room where they saw a table with a small plate of food and on the table nearby sat Kurama on his back with his stomach sticking out obviously from him eating to much
"Wonder how many plates he ate Harry said with a chuckle as he took a sandwich
"Enough, better check your rat he might go at him" Naruto said to Ron
Ron nodded at this as he looked for scabbers thankfully finding him in his cage next to his bed
"You call him scaring the house elfs watching him?" Naruto asked Kevin who was on his perch
Kevin squawked at this and waved his wings at Naruto's dismissively
"I think you're lucky she did as much as she did mate" Harry said with a chuckle
Kevin squawked in agreement at this before he flew over to Harry and bonked his head twice with his beak before going back to his perch
Naruto sighed at this as he looked at Kurama "The food here is good huh?" he asked with a chuckle at his pet
Kurama groaned at this as he tried to roll over bit couldn't making the boys laugh as they all ate and got ready for bed
"You laugh now but just remember this, this fox got bad gas" Naruto said as he poked his kitsune's bloated stomach
this got groans from the boys and bird as Kurama started to pass Gas
