"Miss Lilith, you weren't authorized to be part of this expedition and frankly, you aren't supposed to be here at all." A coven scout whispered as his partner nodded while Lilith took them into a deep jungle before stopping at a large rock wall and looking at her notebook.

"Now, if I do the right tune." She pressed her lips together before whistling a tune and raising her staff, a secret entrance opened from the rock. "Now come along, we are about to make history!" The scouts reluctantly followed their orders and entered with their commander. Lighting her staff it was dark, vacant, and dusty with a few webs Lilith then looked in her notes before stopping at a clear hallway, she then took a single step and quickly backed away a trap was activated sending a handful of darts striking the wall which she examined. "Fast-acting poison tips could take you no more than a few minutes to stop your heart, now careful where you step," Lilith stated before dropping to the floor and crawling till she reached the other side as her scouts followed.

"Almost there I can feel it." She chirped while her legs got wet from the high water that leaked from the walls as a scout got his cape stuck and pulled on it causing several leech-like creatures to attach themselves to it and making the scout scream as he unclipped his cape and ran further into the temple followed by the sound of something swinging as Lilith stopped the remaining scout as a severed head rolled into view. Ignoring it the two then saw a blood-stained pendulum blade swinging back and forth followed by the scout's headless corpse laying next to a broken wire, crossing over the rest of the traps and reaching the end of the temple where there stood a small idol that was made of pure crystal and had a blue purplish liquid inside it.

"Is that-" The scout began to ask as Lilith quickly answered.

"Titan's blood, it was said that witches of old would insert some of the titan's blood into their gifts for them to please them, and now-" She felt the hard crystal of the idol as she took it off its pedestal. "The Emperor will be pleased with my finding, I can just feel that promotion right now!" She started when the temple began to rumble as water began to burst out from several statues. Quickly Lilith and the scout ran for their lives, Lilith ducked under the dart trap and slid past the bladed pendulum and was partially slowed by the heavy thick water but managed to make it out with the scout.

After looking at her hand she saw she still had the idol in hand. "Finally, I can show Flora that I can do my own expiration, and she can go-" She was cut off when her hand was struck by a whip making her drop the idol which was picked up by a hand in gloves

"Go where exactly?" A voice called out as Lilith looked up seeing several scouts pointing their swords and spears as well as her mentor, Flora D'Splora wearing a bush jacket and trousers as she adjusted her glasses while examining the idol. "Yes, it seems you have found something valuable but remember, there is nothing that you possess that I can simply take, not to mention you'll leadership skills need a bit of improvement."

Flora stated walking past Lilith and pushing the scout she had brought as they fell to the ground, several darts sticking out his back. She then ordered her team to restrain and detain Lilith as they marched back to their airship.

Present Time

Lilith was in the bathroom looking at her reflection in the mirror she looked at her half-dyed hair before wrapping a neckerchief around her neck while wearing a waistcoat and skirt she left and entered her sister's room where Eda lay in her nest coughing as a few grey feathers grew on her arms as she looked at Lilith.

"You're up early," Eda stated as Lilith briefly looked away before speaking.

"How are you handling it?" She asked.

Eda chuckled. "Nothing I can't handle but I'll manage with enough elixir and stew." Lilith then felt Eda's forehead which was as hot as a stove.

After calling for a meeting Camila, Luz, and King sat at the table with Lilith as they discussed Eda's condition.

Camila cleared her throat. "It seems that her condition is worsening, it's taking twice as the amount of elixir to keep the curse back."

"But we can still afford them right?" King commented looking worried.

Lilith spoke. "Made for a week, but the amount for a whole month is more than we can afford, and no way we're dealing in the night market again." King shivered for a bit. "So unless we find ultra elixir or a way to break her curse it'll keep getting worse."

"I guess all we can do is wait for a solution," Camila said as everyone nodded in agreement before leaving the table both Lilith and Camila left the house leaving Luz and King to take care of Eda. At the bar/tavern, the two sat at a table with drinks that were served by Ray. They began drinking for a few minutes before Lilith looked at a propaganda poster than hung on a wall and sighed.

The poster was that of several scouts all lined up with the sign of the emperor's coven above with words that read. JOIN NOW! "It took me several years to finally see what they really were, nothing but a large army to let Belos rule with an iron fist."

Camila stayed quiet when the doors swung open as a demon resembling a weasel/otter walked in and sat at the bar table and knocked on the wood Ray stopped before stating. "Last call for drinks and then leave." He demanded as several patrons began leaving in annoyance and anger.

"Odd Eda says he always classes at night," Lilith stated as she and Camila left placing a tip on their table Lilith looked at Ray as he lead the demon into the backroom. When they got out they say there were twice as many scouts and guards around as usual. Lilith stopped for a second before turning back around to the bar.

Camila then asked. "What are you doing?" As she tried to pull Lilith back but she resisted and continued heading back as Camila reluctantly followed. They then snuck into an alleyway that was near the bar and near the back, Lilith quickly broke a lock and snuck in through the cellar. "This is a bad idea." Camila started as they stopped seeing shadows heading to the cellar from the stairs as Ray, the demon, and a few coven scouts as they sat at a table before the demon spoke.

"Now it took a while to find it but after a bit of killing, fraud, and more killing but I found it, and I assume you're willing to pay the price?" He said giving a disturbing smile before taking out a tube and placing it on the table.

Ray then spoke. "Well if it's genuine and intact." He took the tube and unrolled a long piece of paper. "It's blank!" He yelled as Lilith peeked from a barrel and saw that it was a map that Ray was holding backward as she saw the map that was of a large island and a circle scribbled in the middle followed by several drawings of objects that pointed to the circled area.

"It's upside down you dimwit!" A voice spoke as Lilith grabbed Camila and pulled her from view as a pair of footsteps as Flora walked down, snatching the map and turning it around. "Yes it is authentic and very real, tell me is this enough?" Flora asked as two scouts dumped a large sack. The demon quickly looked inside seeing several snail coins inside.

"It will but tell me, how do you plan to keep me from talking? Maybe another bag or two of that will fully buy my silence and let me be clear, you are not the only one seeking the bloom of..."

"Enteral youth-" Lilith muttered to herself.

"Bloom of enteral youth?" Camila questioned.

"A flower that is or was said to fully heal any curse, sickness, and most importantly de-ages the person who drinks the tea made from it." Lilith clarified. "I read about it while Flora mentored me about history."

The two then peeked again as Flora took out a journal and began flipping through the pages before stopping. "Now all we need are just these three objects to help locate the island and the temple inside it, a diamond, a medallion way back during the old days of witches, and finally it says you must return that which is from its home." She finished as she closed the journal before looking at Ray. "I believe we have our superiors working on locating the objects?"

"Yeah, but did you really have to involve the coven head in this?" He asked while using a toothpick.

"From direct orders from the emperor himself and now sir about the rest of your payment," Flora spoke before snapping her fingers as the scouts then grabbed and restrained the seller. "Your under arrest for the charges of murder, fraud, and crimes against the emperor's coven." The seller quickly began protesting as he was dragged away while Flora took the map from Ray and put it back in the tube which she hung across her shoulder.

After they had all gone Lilith and Camila quickly left the place and headed back home where Lilith quickly discussed what they had overheard.

"So you're saying this flower can cure her curse?" Luz asked.

"Well it's rumored that it could but it takes days, weeks to find it and I'm not sure Eda was enough time for that," Lilith stated.

Luz then chimed up. "King and I can take care of her while you and mom go search for it."

"You will?"

"We will? OW!" Luz then nudged king in the shoulder. "I mean yeah." The two adults looked at each other as Eda was heard coughing in her room.

Soon the two were stepping aboard a ship holding their bags which they placed above their seats as Camila bumped into someone.

"Sorry about that." She replied to the person who bumped her.

"Keine Sorge, Madam." The man replied Camila had an odd feeling about him as she sat down.

"Something wrong?" Lilith asked.

"Do witches know any human languages?" Lilith shook her head. "I swear that witch spoke pure german."

The man was wearing large round glasses as well as a Panama hat and a milk-white three-piece suit while he entered the employee compartment and sat down on a table next to a figure who was covered by the darkness and was reading a file.

"Well I know the coven was hard and harsh before but you Fuchs... you're a sadist from the looks of it, says you were put in charge of one of the emperor's personal projects and displayed harsh punishment on quote "The unnatural and savage creatures" end quote."

The out-of-uniform coven member smirked before taking out a pipe and started smoking as he spoke with a heavy german accent. "Why sir, I would never step out of line no matter what, my allegiance is with the coven but if I could I'd watch that old hag Clawthorne burn in front of her entire familie." The agent chuckled. "I'm sure you'd enjoy that head witch."

Mateo stepped out of the shadow now wearing a fully dressed grey uniform with a pin of the emperor's coven on the side he began to take out his eyepatch from his pocket before placing it over his damaged eye socket as he then combed his hair before examining his still working colt pistol before putting it back in a homemade holster and putting on his mask as Fuchs did the same with the two men walking into another room as Flora and Ray were waiting for them along with several coven scouts and guards as Fuchs closed the door revealing the emperor's coven symbol on the front.
