[Present day] [Satoru PoV]

''Satoru wake up… wake up Satoru… wake up!''

''Just a few more minutes dad'' I said groaning groggily

Father would then sigh and say "you asked for this''

Then suddenly *splash* the sudden shock of a wet coldness woke me up with jump

''Grrrr I said a few more minutes damn it!''

''Well, if that's how you feel I should let you miss your genin exam.''

''Wait what time is it!?'' after looking at the clock ''oh crap it's 8:45 AM the academy starts at 9''

Thus, starting a series of fumbling for clothes, my backpack stuff like that and as I rushed to brush my teeth and look myself in the mirror and look at myself freshening up my black messy hair making sure it was extra messy for that 'I don't care what you think' kinda vibe.

after that I wash my face and winked at myself for my slightly tanned complexion my cobalt blue eye's whatever that means and I slightly polish my "Cute" canine fang, at least that's what mom likes to call it, I then start to pack my stuff in my backpack, check, books, check, pencil, check, spit wads, check, straw, check. After I finish packing my bag, I head downstairs for breakfast.

''Morning honey'' mom said in a chipper tone ''excited for your last day of school and your big exam today!''

''Wish I could be as excited as you mom''

''Well, I am definitely hoping he does half well, you know how lazy he gets.'' dad said in a sarcastic tone like he usually does ''Anyways see you honey got a few B ranks to do today, oh and Satoru…''

I perk up hearing my name ''Yeah?''

''Make me proud'' as he said while he closed the door behind him

'I... Dad never says that!' I said internally 'Dang he really believes in me.'

''...Anyways mom I also got to head out see you later!'' I tell mom as I get out of my chair

''Good luck honey'' she said waving goodbye

''K bye!'' I say as I close the door slowly

well better get going, and with that I start my jog to the academy.

As I made my way inside the auditorium and noticed Iruka-sensei was in the middle of a lecture and found a seat in the back row and started to listen to Iruka's lecture.

'- The First test is a test on what you have learned throughout your time in the academy, the second test is on your proficiency of shurikenjutsu, the third test is to try your taijutsu skills against each other in a sparring match, the final part of the exam will test your ability with ninjutsu and molding chakra, any questions?'

'…'

'Good let the first test begin!'

after that Mizuki handed out a piece of paper to everybody and once Iruka said 'Begin' everybody started writing on their exam sheets, 'well better get started'

'Who was the founder of hidden leaf Hashirama Senju, Tobirama Senju or Hiruzen Sarutobi?' read the question 'Honestly it's common knowledge at this point' I think as I right down the first option and move on to the next question and it read 'what are the five basic chakra natures:

A-fire, water, wind, lightning, nature

B-heat, wind, water, storm, earth

C-fire, wind, earth, lightning, water

D-all of the above

I answer with C the most logical answer, and then answer a few more questions from there and so after the written portion of the exam.

Then we moved onto the more exciting part of the exam, the shurikenjutsu test. We made it through the auditorium single file and made our way outside and there stood on top of a hay bale as their target stood.

'This is where we will evaluate you shurikenjutsu prowess with the three basic ranged ninja tools: shuriken, kunai and senbon, now when I call out your name you are to try hit a bullseye if possible' Iruka explained 'Sasuke Uchiha'

Sasuke Uchiha Heir of his clan I'm still jealous of the way the girl's flock over him due to his emo kid tendencies somehow, he attracts an armada of girls, and I just don't get it I have to put so much effort into getting attention, why him I'm just as good looki-

'10/10 with shuriken, 10/10 kunai, 9/10 senbon' Iruka announced

'Wow Sasuke-senpai is so cool!' said fangirl number 1

'Ya Sasuke-Kun is the best!' exclaimed fan girl number 8

'Marry me, Sasuke!' cried fan girl number pink

'Sheesh, these fangirls are absolutely insane about the uchiha, maybe I don't want fan girl's' I think to myself 'Too much effort'

anyways Iruka goes through the students the class average was 8/10 with shuriken, 7/10 with kunai and 4.5/10 with senbon, I wait to be called up by Iruka, once he does, I walk up to the stand and Mizuki-sensei hands me some academy grade shuriken, kunai and senbon and so I try my hand at shurikenjutsu…

(Authors note): So, before we begin the story just wanted you to know this is my first fanfic and I may make a few general mistakes whether it be grammar or in terms of the story so sorry in advance, just comment ways the story could be better, another thing about this story there are quite a few OC's and an original clan.

Denkpakku(denpacu) clan:

stems from the Inuzuka clan they specialize in lightning based nin-taijutsu and chakra molding, usually molding their chakra into wolf shaped forms usually shooting them as ranged and explosive projectiles, they also take a few Inuzuka clan jutsu and making adaptions of them composing of lightning release.
