Since Hope was so little, they decided to travel to Euro-Disney for their honeymoon. Angela opened the door to the bridal suite.. It was gorgeous. On the floor there were tons of gifts for Hope. Hope immediately ran to the gifts and started pulling off the wrapping paper.
"Well," Karen said, "It looks like she's having fun."
"How is Caroline doing," Ilizabeth asked Karen.
"She's great," Karen said, "She just turned two on Monday. She's already running."
"What about talking," Angela asked.
"Full sentences," Karen said, "And Jennifer is starting high school in the Spring. She's going to a social program called Learning Through Living. After what she went through, it's best for her."
"Can you guys afford it," Jennifer asked in a whisper.
"ABSOLUTELY," Karen replied firmly.
"That sounds like a great program," Trudy said, "Adrian and I should look into that for Hope."
"That sounds like a plan," Karen said smiling.
"Dolly!"
Trudy turned her attention to Hope. She'd gotten a baby doll. Hope loved baby dolls.
"Are you nervous," Leland asked Adrian.
"Nervous? I'm not nervous at all. I'm excited. I love Trudy. I love Hope."
"What made you decide on Euro-Disney for a month," Ambrose asked.
Adrian smiled.
"Hope is too little to enjoy the other places," he said, "but Trudy and I still love to travel. Dwight and Marsha are going on our trip so we can know that Hope is safe and okay when she's not with us-"
"Which will probably be somewhere around the lines of never," Ambrose joked.
Everyone laughed.
"Probably," Adrian agreed.
Leland smiled.
"Hope is an incredible little girl," he said.
"Yes," Adrian agreed, "So is her mother."
His eyes lit up.
"Adrian, it's been a year and 8 months," Ambrose pointed out.
"This never gets old," Leland and Dwight said at the same time.
"You'll see when you're a parent," Dwight added and Leland nodded.
"You think I'd be a good dad," Ambrose asked cocking his head to one side.
"Absolutely," Leland said, "In fact, I hear that there's a certain someone in your life right now."
"There is," Ambrose said, "Her name is Witney and she's perfect."
"Wow Ambrose," Adrian said, "You never told me about Witney."
"It's a new relationship," Ambrose said, "I don't want to jinx it."
"Daddy," Max said, "Can we play tendo?"
"NINTENDO," Leland corrected with a laugh, "And sure. Just turn the volume down. What game do you want to play?"
"Super Mario Brothers," Jared and Max said at the same time.
Leland smiled. He set the game up.
Karen gasped as a pain hit her. It was in her lower stomach.
"Karen," Trudy said, "Are you alright?"
She came over and took Karen's hand.
