Adrian looked at Trudy.
"Trudy," he began, "Eleven years ago my life was destroyed. I lost you. I spent ten years in mourning… unable to move on. As much as I hated GOD for stealing you away from me, He loved me. He gave you back to me. He gave me back my world. He gave us Hope. I love you more than you can ever begin to imagine. You are my beginning and my end. You and Hope are my world and I love you with every breath I take. What am I without you? I am a shell. Today is the beginning of the rest of our lives together.
"GOD blessed me. He blessed me by giving you back to me and by giving us Hope. I vow to you to always be adoring. I vow to you to love you forever. I will always treasure you until the end of forever. Forever will never end. In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit may this ring symbolize unending love and togetherness."
Next, it was Trudy's turn.
"Adrian," she began, "I don't know how I ever lived without you. I always knew someone out there for me. Even when I couldn't remember anything you were in the forefront of soul. In the name of the Father, The Son and the Holy Spirit I pledge to you my whole self. May this be the beginning of something beautiful that will never end. I love you."
Pastor Gray smiled.
"I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride."
Adrian and Trudy shared their first kiss as husband and wife for the second time. Everyone broke into applause.
"Kiss her," a tiny voice broke through.
They looked down at Hope in her stroller. They both giggled and kissed her on the cheek. Hope smiled and fell asleep. Pastor Gray made his closing remarks. After that Trudy and Adrian walked away from the alter followed by the rest of the wedding party and the guests. The wedding party was announced as they walked in. Trudy, Adrian and Hope sat down at the head table. It was time for dinner to begin.
