Within the Cosmic Holy Land.
A golden throne stood behind Noah as floated near its glimmering aurelian steps, his Universal Form surrounded by the light of too many concepts.
That's right- not laws and daos alone, but many other concepts too!
The concept of the Vampyre Progenitor Bloodline…he called forth outwardly as glimmering crimson speaks of blood floated around him. The core of the Blood Lord Skill Tree that held Universal Blood Clones was also expressed outwardly as Noah called out the knowledge and authority of this skill tree that had bound to his Origin.
All of these…were swirling along with the light of the Cosmic Daos of Conversion, Regeneration, Bloodlines, Runes, Primordial, Ruination, Fusion, Destiny, Fealty, Oscillation, Archetypes, Chronos, and Devouring. To top it all off, the laws of fate, Karma, chaos, and time were also shining in a dazzling fashion around Noah as multiple Shards of a Cosmic Primordial Heart rotated around him!
The Dao of Fusion was already bathing everything as Noah was utilizing his Primordial Eye and utilizing the Dao of Blueprints and Edict of Commandment to gaze at everything, his focus remaining on the Primordial Dao that he knew could interlink everything together.
'Can you interlink all of these concepts together though?' Noah was in the dark in this as well, Kismet only showing him this through Path to Victory as something he should follow, but the result would be a surprise for him just like anyone else!
"Let's take it slow…" His voice echoed out across the majestic looking area within this Holy Land, his fingers beginning to move as he weaved the many concepts around him together.
The Nomological Edict of Commandment had its Flames already summoned as Narrative Reality Manipulation was ready for Noah to use at any point where he faced a roadblock, and his pioneering of not just the fusion of laws and Daos but many more concepts as well commenced!

An austere air of wonder and fantasy permeated out as he first began by spreading Primordial Essence around everything using it like a thick line that wrapped around the essence of the Vampyre Progenitor Bloodline and the Blood Lord Skill Tree first before he even touched the other Daos and Laws.
The sight he had under the Dao of Blueprints allowed him to see the smallest make up of these concepts and find the easiest ways to link them together, and he watched on as a crimson light pulled out when he cross linked the concept of a skill tree and Bloodline together, these two going well as the were of the same Origin!
Then came the Daos and laws. Noah's brows tightened as he weaved the Primordial Essence as a line of connection from the two previously fused concepts as he went towards the particles of the Dao of Conversion, Regeneration, and Bloodlines first, finding this entirely difficult as even with the interlinking quality of the Primordial Essence, the connections did not seem to be stable when they formed!
"Hmmm…" Noah saw the hardship appear as the fusion of the concepts of Blood Lord and the Vampyre Progenitor Bloodline caused instability, his will moving rapidly as the Flames of Commandment were activated.
Narrative Reality Manipulation began to weave grandly as a golden pen appeared within his hands, his eyes themselves glazed gold as he saw an excerpt that showed his actions in the last 30 seconds as he went ahead and forcefully changed portions of it!
...Then came the Daos and laws. Noah's brows tightened as he weaved the Primordial Essence as a line of connection from the two previously fused concepts as he went towards the particles of the Dao of Conversion, Regeneration, and Bloodlines first, finding this {to be difficult at first, but he slowly watched on as the Primordial Essence clutched onto every concept by force to connect them all together!}...

Waves of the pristine essence of Commandment echoed out as they also went to bathe the mixture of different concepts, slight alterations in Reality being made through Narrative Reality Manipulation as the hardship Noah faced with connecting other Concepts to Daos faded, truly watching the interlinking process continue!
"Haha, good!"
His eyes released beams of stellar light as he continued, slowly but surely weaving other Daos together as Primordial Essence acted like a bridge stretching out to all of them.
But due to the large number of Cosmic Daos involved and the hardship of weaving them all together, the process took some time!
Unlike when he completed a GREATER Nomological Edict within seconds, he found himself delicately moving forward to fuse the many differing concepts as he only moved on to the next Cosmic Dao or Law when one concept was fully inducted into the Edict that had yet to form.
Like this, hours passed!
His Universal Body continued to shine in a Resplendent manner as his hands weaved around him constantly, directing the Primordial Essence in many different directions as after the Daos of Conversion, Regeneration, and Bloodlines were fully fused, he proceeded towards Destiny, Runes, Oscillation…and all the other ones contained within this Dao as constantly, the light of the Nomological Edict of Commandment shone as he utilized Narrative Reality Manipulation to erase any mistakes or advance himself forward.
He continued on like this as in the outside 'world', nobody knew what a tremendous task he was undertaking or what fantastical wonder would come out of it, but Noah remained steadfast as he took everything on his shoulders!
A day passed.
Three days passed!
If it were anyone else, even someone at the Cosmic Realm- they would have utterly been exhausted of Mana after constantly keeping active the essence so many Daos and Edicts, but it only required Noah's concentration as on the fourth day…he finally saw the locks of the last Cosmic Dao- he finally saw the locks of Ruination closing in to finish the fusion of all the concepts together.
Ruination was actually the hardest concept to include as it should have directly opposed the Primordial Essence- but Noah had seen how the white essence had interlinked with the crimson essence before as he simply repeated this carefully…and he watched with shining eyes as an enormous piece of a puzzle became completed!
A piece of a puzzle that at the moment of its completion, a beam of a multicolored colored light shot from it as it pierced past the Cosmic Holy Land…and even out of the Cosmos itself as an entirely radiant beam of light actually erupted from the Infinite Empire and shot out into the Ruination Sea!
Chapter 1363 - Insuperable! II
A blinding ray of multicolored light overcoming all barriers and shooting out for countless Light Years!
In the depths of the Primordial Sea, a meditating Hyperion raised his Draconic-Elephantine head as he saw a blinding multicolored light shoot past a portion of the Primordial Sea and continue to edge upwards, the light causing the Cosmic Origin of this being to tremble when he gazed at it!
It wasn't a gaze that spoke of more power or dominance, but it was a gaze of suppression- suppression as if he was looking at something a reach higher than anything he had before.
"This…"
His eyes flashed sharply and dangerously as he looked at this light, turning down towards the direction it shot out from as he disappeared towards its direction as a streak of light!
Far from the Primordial Sea, within the Primordial Empire…the Champion of Reality saw the same thing as while he held onto the fair body of Havenbreaker on a grand bed of utter comfort, his eyes burst open to stare at a certain direction where his Primordial Eye honed in to see a blinding pillar of multicolored light shooting out from an origin of a single area and out into the expansive Ruination Sea as it seemed to continue endlessly.
WAP!
His figure instantly disappeared from the embrace of his love as she woke up drowsily, but he was gone chasing the origin of the light that brought a sense of oppression to the Origin of even a Champion of Reality!

Noah's eyes released arcs of stellar multicolored light as he saw this fantastic beam of light shoot forth endlessly from the fully fused cluster of many concepts that also shone with a glorious of multiple colors- colors that sank into him while his Origin churned out its endless drives of Mana into the Cosmic Filament Core of the Infinite Empire.
He did so as his face carried an expression of immense happiness and also a tinge of annoyance- happiness at what he had been able to achieve and annoyance at the ridiculous light show it came with!
His Cosmic Core understood his intentions as it accepted his mana and commands, its Cosmos becoming wrapped in blinding rays of spatial light as in the next second, a unique scene occurred in the Ruination Sea as a uniquely connected cluster of 100 Cosmos disappeared.
THRUM!
The seas churned and toiled as in the next second, the titanous structure of the cluster of Cosmos disappeared and the crimson sea rushed to fill the space it was in.
A few seconds after this, the figure of another titanous structure appeared as Hyperion's profound form materialized, his three eyes gazing at everything thoughtfully as he locked onto the space being filled by Ruination Essence!
"Is it him…?" His ancient voice echoed out as it was filled with doubt, his figure becoming wrapped in a spatial light as he disappeared soon after.
"..."
Another few seconds passed silently as the surrounding Ruination Sea calmed, and sometimes later, yet another figure appeared.
With dark hair waving down gorgeously to his shoulders and his muscular chest etched by countless Runic Dao Lines visible, Aegon appeared as he gazed at the surroundings carefully, but he also found nothing as he left soon after!
Both of these beings were drawn in by the birth of something illustrious- the birth of something they could only guess as it was the product of a being who could forge a GREATER Nomological Edict in seconds, and yet it had taken him more than 4 days to complete this product.
They wouldn't get to know exactly what it was as the being who had forged himself was only finding out now!
In the recently relocated Infinite Empire, within the Cosmic Holy Land.

Noah's body was releasing constant and booming sounds of a heartbeat, but it wasn't his actual heart beating- but it was the beat of a new Nomological Edict that was binding with his very Origin and soul!
From the fusion of both the Primordial Dao and the Dao of Ruination along with many other Cosmic Daos, Laws, and two other concepts- a product that actually was not a Minor or Greater ranking Edict was formed.
It was close to reaching the next tier of Edicts…but it also wasn't quite there yet as it was attached with the affix of "QUASI"!
"Ah…"
At this reality, Noah's heart and very origin trembled as he saw the rank above Greater Edicts appear before his eyes, even if what he achieved was merely a quasi form of it and not entirely there!

After Minor and Greater Edicts, there came Insuperable Edicts as this word had a grand meaning!
It meant something that was impossible to overcome, something insurmountable to cross or deny.
This was Insuperable.
Noah had only achieved the Rank of QUASI-INSUPERABLE as even with this, it was a reason for celebration as even someone like Cecilia- a Primordial at the Cosmic Filament Rank- even she had not achieved a QUASI-INSUPERABLE Ranked Edict or much less one at the full rank of Insuperable!
The Nomological Edict to be forged in question was termed Sanguine Emperor- the word Sanguine relating to blood as this Edict crowned its architect the Emperor of Blood.
Noah's heart settled as he allowed his eyes to gaze upon the glorious Edict that was meant to propel him rapidly towards the status of a Higher Existence!

In the Novus Universe, the Great Old Nazzagath in the form of a terrifying star the size of a galaxy spoke out, the figure of Oathkeeper clad in gold light beside him glancing at the fading pillar of multicolored light that stretched from the Cosmic Holy Land in shock and disbelief.
This was because Oathkeeper was among the very few 18 Existences that had been granted one of the Bloodline Edicts from Noah, Oathkeeper being given the Bloodline of Kismet as he had already begun to sense the fusion of laws and Daos that went into it as he arrived at the step of glimpsing the Edict itself with the help of the Dao of Fusion, and he was close to fusing it as he was gradually becoming familiar with the aura of an Edict!
Precisely because of this reason, Oathkeeper was in tune with the feeling of a fresh Edict as he thought he had touched upon a grand and regal path of the highest stature finally, and yet this whole view was blown out of the water the moment he saw that multicolored pillar of light.
The budding essence of Kismet that had barely formed within his Origin had trembled and quivered when this light appeared, seeming like a mere child cowering frightfully at the appearance of something entire levels above it as it showed off its dominance over everything else!
This…was the stage he was touching on. The multicolored light he and all others in the Infinite Empire saw…it was the stage that Noah was touching on!
"How are you doing this…? How can this be?" Oathkeeper could not help but utter a question towards this being that he still had not fully understood, and he was one of the many existences still wondering about Noah and becoming surprised at the actions he undertook.
He wasn't alone as two other beings who were actually proficient in Edicts felt the same thing, Halcyon and Springforge gazing towards Noah's misty golden Throne in the Cosmic Holy Land in utter shock at the oppressive aura of an Edict being released as towards their shocked faces and demeanors, the beings near them were conversing calmly with each other while looking at them.
Barbatos played with the essence of Commandment that had already begun to bloom within her after being granted its Bloodline, voicing out with a mischievous smile towards a proud looking Elena beside her.
"When do you think they'll get used to the crazy things Little Fish does and take things like this as an everyday occurrence?"
Barbatos was among the many who had come to gradually be used to shocking scenes like this, Elena's eyes looking towards the misty golden throne in the Cosmic Holy Land as she replied with fervor.
"At least three weeks. By that time they should probably witness the great Progenitor achieving another Realm of Power or even stand above the corpse of the Champion of Reality…"
Dangerous words leaked from her mouth as Barbatos laughed devilishly beside her!

Blood Transmogrification :: The Sanguine Emperor is not just an Edict, but a title granted to a being proficient in the Manipulation of True Blood. The more basic abilities of such a title is the conversion of unique resources and normal Blood into True Blood itself, being capable of replenishing oneself as for so long as your True Blood courses through your veins, you shall not perish lest it be through the ravages of cycles of time. Different resources can grant different percentages of True Blood, with immensely large amounts of each resource being required as only an existence at the Cosmic Filament Realm could afford them. The first and most costly resource is the resource of Mana that is capable of generating 20% of your True Blood, then the resource of Fortune and Destiny being capable of generating another 20%, the resource of unique treasures/items being capable of generating another 20%, and the remaining 40% is only capable of being transmogrified from normal devoured and one's own Blood. The Authority of the Sanguine Emperor can be extended from the Emperor himself towards 9 other beings as a maximum of 40% of their Blood can be transformed into True Blood, and another extension to 81 other beings as a maximum of 20% of their Blood can be transformed into True Blood. A glorious authority descended as his Origin pulsed with ancient authority, the essence of the Sanguine Emperor erupting wildly within Noah's body as it asked him what exactly he wanted to Transmogrify!

He called out with a glimmer of light as the essence of the Sanguine Emperor agreed, beginning to pull from his very Origin as the beautiful cerulean blue color of Mana bloomed out madly.
Mana came from one's Origin, and only 20% of his True Blood could come from the Transmogrification of Mana. Normally as stated in the description of the skill, one had to have mana equivalent to the Cosmic Filament Realm to be capable of having enough Mana to achieve this successful Transmogrification!
Noah didn't know this, but even those at this level would have had to drain their mana reserves dozens of times over before they fully obtained 20% of their True Blood from this resource.
Yet for him…

The gorgeous cerulean blue covered his Universal Form as in conjunction with the vibrant undulating light of the Essence of the Sanguine Lord, this mana began to be absorbed and disappear with terrifying speed!
It was swallowed by the essence of the Sanguine Emperor as moments later, Noah saw this verdant essence begin to leak out droplets of golden blood.

He truly watched the conversion of the resource of Mana into something else entirely, the essence of the Sanguine Emperor bellowing like a hungry beast as it demanded more and more…and Noah provided an endless amount of it as golden blood began to freely permeate within his Origin.
Blood that he obtained as Nanoliters before, now droplets of milliliters were constantly being formed as his purple-blue Universal form began to be painted with a hue of gold outwardly!

The air of majesty only rose until it reached a crescendo as due to the fact that the resource of Mana was endless, the essence of the Sanguine Emperor pulled out insane amounts equivalent to the reserves of multiple Cosmic Filament Realm existences in a short period of time as hundreds of milliliters of True Blood were produced- as enough golden blood was transmogrified to fill 20% of Noah's body and Origin!

The essence of the Sanguine Emperor stilled and calmed.
A raging river of True Blood showed off its majesty within Noah's body as he felt boundless strength coursing through him, where even though it didn't show him the quantification of just how much percentage boosts he had achieved, he felt like it was more than getting even a +500,000,000% to All Parameters from Edicts just from this small 20% of True Blood now coursing through him.
His body now began releasing a glow of gold that would make anyone around him feel an oppressive force- that would make anyone feel as if they were Lesser beings compared to him!
It was a glow he had only seen on a Primordial as it made others look at them as unreachable beings on a high pedestal.
Yet Noah was approaching that pedestal with firm steps as even after doing the fantastical action of the Transmogrification of pure Mana into the True Blood of a Higher Existence, his eyes released beams of dominating light as he spoke out commandingly.
"Then….Fortune and Destiny!"

The Essence of the Sanguine Emperor was relentless as after it had its fill of Mana and produced Resplendent reserves of True Blood that caused Noah's very Origin to scream in joy, the next resource was Fortune and Destiny!
This resource had bathed his Origin as he had a stupendous amount of it that even the Champion of Reality and the Ender of Reality could not compare, the Essence of the Sanguine Emperor pulling onto the reserves of this Essence as well as it began to change into golden dewdrops of True Blood.
Even though this resource wasn't endless, Noah was an anomaly that even Champions or Enders of Reality could not compare to in terms of destiny that the Essence of the Sanguine Emperor found it had more than enough to devour and transmogrify, Noah sensing over 80% of all of his current reserves being taken away before hundreds of milliliters of True Blood were produced to full up another portion of his body and Origin.
With the magisterial golden blood flowing through him, he was like an ancient creature from primordial times born from the highest of lineages, and he now seemed to be reawakening this lost lineage as the glow of gold he released seemed natural to him!
As the blood within him pumped and coursed through his heart and the rest of his body, he felt a feeling of invincibility where as long as drops of this golden blood remained…he would not perish.

This was what he had managed to achieve in a short few seconds, something that neared the progress of even the Ender of Reality that had lived for millions of years!
"Good!" Sensing the viscous and profound goblets of golden blood flowing through him, Noah turned his gaze towards the direction where his clone was overseeing a few million looked existences, a spatial light covering his Universal Body as he sought to head to this location at this time.
The resource of Mana and Fortune & Destiny were now utilized to grant him 40% True Blood within his body, what remained now being the resource of unique treasures or items that might be the only thing giving him slight trouble…and the remaining portion was him needing to devour normal Blood and a portion of his own Blood for it to be changed to True Blood!
He felt this balance to be half and half as to complete this condition, he changed locations from the Cosmic Holy Land and into the nondescript area of Ruination Sea where millions of blood bags awaited for him.
In the milliseconds that he shuttled through the gold of space, his vibrant mind couldn't help but gaze onto another ability from this QUASI-INSUPERABLE Edict of the Sanguine Emperor apart from the Blood Transmogrification that he had been using.
It was the ability that held the simple name of Blood of Old!
Blood of Old :: The Blood of the Sanguine Emperor has achieved a level of potency and purity that even average Primordials have a hard time grasping. As the Edict Architect holding the authority of such blood, you gain full control of your Blood and Bloodlines as you can fully fuse all bloodlines into one, with exception of Bloodline Edicts which require full completion of the Edict of the Sanguine Emperor. Those with sufficient strength and sufficient Flames of Edicts have to connect them together to form different Tiers of ******* **** that depend on the connected Edicts, but the Sanguine Emperor can achieve not just a connection- but the seamless fusion of the Bloodline of the Edicts as with their connection, their Flames will follow. The fusion of Bloodlines is intricate and full of mysteries as if they are weak, they will merely be assimilated into the Bloodline of the Sanguine Emperor. If the fused Bloodlines are strong enough to stand on their own, a new Bloodline shall bloom within your Origin….

Its contents were filled with information that made one wonder about many things, with Noah being the one thinking about its many possibilities the most.
The capability to fuse his Bloodlines together was unique enough, but the description of this ability stated that when he completed the Nomological Edict of the Sanguine Emperor, he could even seamlessly fuse the Bloodlines of Edicts to achieve the indecipherable achievement that only Primordials held!
The connection of 15 Flames of Edicts brought about an authority that Noah only knew the Primordial Cecilia to have at this moment, but he could fuse the Bloodlines of his Edicts to bring about an even more powerful effect than she could ever hope to achieve under the abilities of this QUASI-INSUPERABLE Nomological Edict.
"Hoo…" Noah breathed out calmly to calm his beating heart that now pumped rivers of golden blood, the True Blood within him uniquely being the one reeling in excitement as the thought of Bloodlines.
He had appeared in the random location of the Ruination Sea where his clone was watching over the few million Tainted Ones and most powerful existences under the House of Stormdust, his appearance causing these beings that were still bound by the essence of Commandment to turn their auras towards him in a show of shock and terror.
This was because the moment Noah arrived, the Ruination Seas that had been churning chaotically stopped!
They calmed down and became entirely serene as unlike Hyperion who was halfway through becoming a Higher Existence or the Primordial Cecilia, Noah was not hiding the aura and grace brought about by his reserves of True Blood!
It caused the minds of these bound existences to go numb as their auras could not look at Noah any longer than a millisecond, finding themselves forcefully averting their gazes as they couldn't even bring themselves to glance towards him.
Yet Noah wasn't fully paying attention to them as the concept of fusion of Bloodlines from the ability of Blood of Old could not escape his mind as his eyes released bright pearls of ingenuity!
'What if…' His thoughts moved as while he floated in the calmed Ruination Sea, his body began to release waves of the Essence of Commandment as he utilized the ability that allowed him to ask many questions- Vault of Commandment.
"Can I copy the Bloodlines of other existences into my Origin to carry out fusions of Bloodlines with the Blood of Old?"

A question that circled in his mind the moment that he read over the description of this skill, and the essence of Commandment buzzed around him with stellar light before golden words appeared before his eyes as an answer!

This was the first thought that rose in Noah's mind when he read Blood of Old, and his thoughts were affirmed now as he looked forward to the things that might come in the future.
His thoughts were revolving not just on the Bloodlines of exotic beings like Dragons or Phoenixes, or even the Bloodlines of a few other fantastical Races. What he thought of was the Bloodlines of Terrors like Cthulhu or others from the Chthonian Universe, Primordial Beasts and of course, the bloodline of the Race of Primordials!
"But even those are of lesser importance…" His eyes shone as he spoke, closing his eyes to picture the image of an existence bobbing up and down in the Infinite Empire near one of his bodies.
The Blue Slime.
The Bloodline of the race of the Universal Emperor Slimes that held the racial ability of Universal Devouring that granted one everything from the target they devoured! Could he…get his hands on this as well?
And what would happen if he combined the Bloodline of the Universal Emperor Slime with that of Primordial Beasts or Primordial? Or Cthulhu? Or…

The mere thoughts of all these ideas caused Noah's fortune and destiny to bubble with hunger and greed, his essence of Kismet erupting out around him in a glow of gold and he couldn't bring his essences to settle down!
The oppressive aura he was releasing had unconsciously become even heavier as it caused a few hundred thousand nearby Tainted Ones to faint with shaken minds, Noah's buzzing thoughts being reeled in as he closed his eyes and calmed the surging golden blood within his body.

The surroundings calmed.

Noah opened his eyes again as they only released a flash of golden light, his face filled with resoluteness as he vowed to achieve what was merely fantasy at this moment! But before he did this, he still had to take everything step by step. He still had to obtain the resources to elevate the Nomological Edict of the Sanguine Emperor to completion!
The only question was whether its requirements would be the same as Minor and Greater edicts or because of its much higher level…the same amount of Cosmic Resource Points would not be enough. But Noah would only find out by proceeding forward as his stellar eyes locked onto the few million existences bound before him.
Tainted Ones and other existences filled with terrible karmic lines who followed the steps of Stormdust to betray their very Origins! Noah's psyche had advanced so far in the past months that when he looked at them- whether for good or bad, he only saw them as those set for death at this point in time! His mind was serene as within his Origin, 1 million Splendiferous Universes began to burn.
The essence of the Cosmic Dao of Loot permeated outwards as it stupendous effects of Increased Loot Quantity and Rarity became active, Noah not even lifting a finger as he simply locked his gaze onto the few million existences as he saw the raging crimson blood pumping throughout all of their bodies.

As their hearts beat in conjunction, the destiny of all of those still conscious warning them of impending and unstoppable doom as their blood became more active!

A cast of a skill, and existences ranging from Paragons all the way to Forefathers that had begun fusing laws and daos erupted into rivers of blood.
It was a truly gory scene as their defenses and origins were utterly helpless under the call of the Sanguine Empire, their very blood betraying them as it heeded his call and erupted from them almost in a gleeful manner! As if they would find a better home towards the one beckoning- towards the Sanguine Emperor!

Noah floated calmly in the now calm Ruination Seas as he observed the scene of a few million beings turning into rivers of blood that rushed towards him, his very skin opening subsurface pores as billions of Universes glimmered on it, all of these droves of blood rushing into him through the surfaces of his body as they rushed towards his Origin where the essence of the Sanguine Emperor was hungrily waiting to transmogrify the impatient blood.
It came in crimson in color as milliseconds laters, hundreds of milliliters of True Blood shining a gorgeous gold came out. The rivers of blood of millions of powerful existences continued to surge into him endlessly as they thinned up from the Ruination Sea, Noah's bright eyes watching as only when less than 5% of this blood was remaining did he achieve another 20% of True Blood within his body!
20% from Mana, 20% from Destiny and Fortune, and 40% from Blood- a portion of it his own, and a portion of it devoured from others! Since he had just completed the devouring of others, he now willed the essence of the Sanguine Emperor to turn onto his own blood.
The viscous blood still coursing through his Universal Body that wasn't True Blood- a resource that he could regenerate a great deal of through the Cosmic Dao of Regeneration!

His Origin once more moved as after decimating millions of existences into mere blood, his own blood now boiled and was forcefully transformed into something else. Meanwhile, the other fruits of his labor were shown as the millions of Splendiferous Universes stopped burning within his Origin, golden prompts of loot rising before his eyes.

The glorious light of loot shone upon him in a grand fashion as Galactic Filament Cores became Universal Filament Cores- a billion and a half of them as that as after Duplication, it would grant one upwards of 6 Billion Universes on this alone!
Then there were the Resplendent Shards of a Cosmic Core that after duplication would be an addition of close to 35 Billion Universes, getting Noah infinitely close to the 100 Billion required of him as all that would be left was to turn them all into Splendiferous Universes and step into the Cosmic Realm.

"No…" Noah thoroughly denied this idea as he was already promised the Cosmic Realm for as long as he completed 4 more Edicts. The Flames of Commandement assured this! All of the Loot that Noah had just gained and much of the loot that he still had in his reserves…it would actually be the first time that he didn't use them for their intended purpose of birthing Universes as he needed them for the last 20% of his True Blood!

With this thought, his raging Origin that was always shining with multicolored light calmed down as much of his old Blood was transmogrified into True Blood, Noah checking his body to feel it coursing nearly entirely with True Blood as in the span of mere minutes since he obtained the QUASI-INSUPERABLE Nomological Edict of the Sanguine Emperor, he was 80% of the way towards becoming a Higher Existence.
80%! The resources of Mana, Fortune and Destiny, and Blood had fully been utilized as only 20% remained, and the description of the Blood Transmogrification skill stated that this latter percentage could be achieved by the devouring of unique treasures or items!
The Loot within Noah's hands- what was more unique than this cluster of loot? If he used it in its usual manner, he might not get his hands on sufficient treasures or items that would cover the last percentage of True Blood he required. But with its usage, he would actually achieve something that even the Ender of Reality who had lived for millions of years could not!
The elevation from a Lower Existence to a Higher Existence, just what would it entail? What did Primordials have under their banner that Noah would tap into?
It was a burning question that Noah would not delay.

His Origin released crimson rays of light as RUINATION finished the duplication of the Loot, Noah waving his hands as from his Expansive Space, the glittering array of over a billion Universal Filament Cores and over a million Resplendent Shards of a Cosmic Core appeared.
Noah's dominant eyes held no emotion when looking at all of this loot that could grant one tens of billions of Universes, his voice calling out to the essence of the Sanguine Emperor as he wanted the last 20% of his True Blood. As he wanted the olive branch to enter the stage of a Higher Existence!

The essence of the Sanguine Emperor erupted out like the deadliest flames as they latched onto the loot before Noah, beginning to melt it all down before bringing it into his body in the form of gorgeous and iridescent golden blobs of blood.
All of this…made possible by the single design of a QUASI-INSUPERABLE Edict. An edict that Noah also wanted to bring to completion as soon as possible, his expectant eyes paying attention to the burning of Loot before him as he awaited a grand achievement while he asked once more.

The essence of Commandment moved as the Vault was called upon once more, golden words appearing before Noah after just a few seconds.
The usage of the Edict for at least 10 million years, or through the forceful elevation through the Essence of Reality, or through the Author's Jurisdiction that would require less utilization of the Essence of Reality, or by the addition of 200 Cosmic Resource Points.

It was logical that an edict above Greater would require much more for its elevation, and this was shown at this moment as the Sanguine Emperor required double the amount of Cosmic Resource Points to be completed!
Noah released a breath of relief at this as it wasn't 1,000 Cosmic Resource Points or something that ridiculous as he attributed this to the [QUASI] level of the edict, and a smile couldn't help but etch his face as while he watched the last percentages of his True Blood be completed, he also knew that he had the required Cosmic Resource Points to complete a QUASI-INSUPERABLE Nomological Edict at this very moment!

Chapter 1368 - The Flames Of The Sanguine Emperor! I
Countless resources were burned and liquefied before Noah's very eyes as in turn, golden drops of True Blood were formed within his body.
It was a fantastical and serene process that showed the advancement of a being from one stage into another, and Noah would be the only one from his Reality to do so at this time!
As this process continued Noah looked into his status panel that was currently fluctuating constantly, trying to quantify the rapid changes occurring within him as there were too many.
There was also a unique process occurring within his Origin as while his True Blood neared 100% completion, he felt this viscous mass of liquid wrap around his Origin as uniquely- without absorbing any treasures, he felt new Universes being formed rapidly inside his Origin!
Was this another boost of becoming a Higher Existence? His True Blood actually passively forging him his Universes?
It was such a ridiculous concept that Noah could only observe the changes so far as he would only understand everything after it was completed!
Then, there was the Edict of the Sanguine Emperor itself that with its first two abilities alone, too many pathways opened. Blood Transmogrification paved the way toward him becoming a Higher Existence, and Blood of Old had everything one could dream about on the subject of Bloodlines.
Before the completion of the Edict, Noah glanced at its other two abilities that were in no way lesser than the first two!
Sanguinity :: The Blood of the Sanguine Emperor carries unique qualities as it is capable of producing Sanguine Clones- replicated versions of oneself as the number varies based on what level of Sanguine Clones are being summoned. To summon Sanguine Clones at the level of Lower Existences, the only cost is one's blood and mana as theoretically, an Infinite number of Lower Existence Sanguine Clones can be called out. The production of True Sanguine Clones at the level of Higher Existences carrying the same level of True Blood is nearly impossible, but the Sanguine Emperor at the level of QUASI-INSUPERABLE allows one to be capable of summoning 3 Higher Existence Sanguine Clones when they step onto this level themselves. Apart from the replication into Clones, the Sanguine Emperor can recall all Clones to fuse into himself momentarily as they transform into the genuine Sanguine Emperor. The level of power of this transformation is dependent on the number and level of Clones, with the most powerful version of the Sanguine Emperor only being able to be called out from the fusion of many Higher Existence Sanguine Clones into your Original Body.

The portion of Blood Lord Skill Tree that was fused into this Edict finally showed itself, and it was something terrifying to gaze at as Noah's mind nearly exploded when he looked at Sanguinity!
Infinite Clones!
Well, Infinite Clones at the level of Lower Existences- but he had no problem with this! He didn't know how large the gap of power would be from a Lower Existence to a Higher one or how that translated with the Realms of Power, but this theoretical aspect of Infinity could not be looked down upon.
At the same time, only 3 Sanguine Clones at the level of Higher Existences were granted to him. And he also didn't have enough information to measure any of this yet as he had yet to step into this stage himself!
But the future that lay before him…ah, it was too bright to even wonder as before he could do anything else, his eyes found themselves going towards Bloodborne.
Bloodborne :: The Blood of the Sanguine Emperor is his strongest tool as it can be used to attack and defend, the Blood gaining the capability of being layered with multiple Daos or Edicts as any damage dealt by your blood is increased by 1,000,000,000% True Annihilatory Damage, any defensive abilities cast with the usage of your Blood gain a 1,000,000,000% True Soul and Physical Defense. The aspect of the Vampyre Progenitor supported by the fusion of all other concepts Noah had thrown into this QUASI-INSUPERABLE Nomological Edict showed itself once more as he was speechless!
He finally saw the appearance of 1 billion in percentage as his strongest attack and defensive tools were through blood! Furthermore, he could turn others into followers similar to the Vampyre Progenitor as the possibilities on this aspect were further opened up.

He couldn't help but voice out as he looked at this glorious product of a Nomological Edict that was about to be completed, not being able to help himself but think of the other skill trees and concepts he had and what fantastic things could bloom when he added them to fused Daos in designing Edicts!
What could the Cthulhu skill tree bring? The concept of the Undead Legions? Hell, even the concept of the Seven Deadly Sins incorporated into an Edict!

Just what distinction was there between the Flames of Minor and Greater Edicts compared to those at the QUASI-INSUPERABLE level?
Noah received an answer for this first hand as while he watched the Cosmic Resource Points that were an enhancement from skill points by the reality-altering effects of Increased Loot Quantity and Rarity- he felt a flame stronger than any other begin to rise from the depths of his Origin!
One's Origin was extremely unique as if it was imagined like a circle that one could sense and feel clearly, they would be able to feel the concepts of the skills and Universal Laws in the periphery of this circle.
The racial characteristics or Bloodlines were further into this circle as Daos could be felt even deeper, and Edicts could be felt even further in as at this moment…Noah could feel the Flames of the Sanguine Emperor beginning to erupt near the center of his Origin!
Near the center…but not at the exact center as it seemed something even more pristine was waiting for him to place there.

Chapter 1370: Higher Existence! I
His entire body that was made up of billions of Universes entirely vaporized itself as what was left behind was a vibrant golden sea!
Not just his body, but his very Origin that lay at his core had been extinguished into nothingness as one would think they were facing certain death. But it was not so!
His soul was perfused throughout the sea of golden blood that had begun to expand crazily as it contained everything about himself- his identity, abilities, laws, daos, edicts…even the flames of his Edicts could be seen stretched out across the golden sea as only concepts remained while he himself faded away!
The Cosmic Treasure RUINATION floated mesmerizingly in the fantastically expanding golden sea as apart from all of this, even more terrifying changes occurred in other locations. Within the Infinite Empire, Noah's clones that were spread throughout were disappearing into dust as it caused a great shock to spread on anyone he was around.
In the Forgemaster's Universe, Steel Mikhail was with one of Noah's clones as he watched a huge tower shield he especially requested be forged, but his heart shook as he found the Noah he was standing to turn into gray dust in the next second! In the Novus Universe, the Blue Slime was comfortably situated atop the head of one of Noah's clones as in the next second…it felt weightlessness as the being it was on also turned to dust!
Through the Infinite Empire, scenes like this occurred for all of Noah's clones as it brought a huge shock to all those who were around him, their minds not even connecting to the possibility of death as it was something that seemed so far away from Noah.
And before this shocking thought could permeate any further, a resounding mechanical voice rang out in the minds of everyone that was affected by the recent actions!
He is okay.
The Cosmic Filament Core that still felt the unbreakable connection between it and Noah's soul spoke out, settling the hearts and surprise of all those affected as if we go even further- it wasn't just Noah's clones that disappeared.
In the Ruination Realm, one of Noah's three main bodies disappeared as whatever origin and soul was contained within it…it was shuttled through space and back to the nondescript location in the ruination sea where a golden sea of True Blood was expanding!
In the Novus Universe, the other original human body of Noah also disappeared as he was watching the progress of those granted the Bloodline of Edicts, all the collection of his Soul and every concept that made it- whether it be skills or Trait unique to this body, it also disappeared in a flash of light to rejoin the mass of expanding True Blood in the far away region.
All his bodies and clones perished as they were connected to the same Origin, and this Origin was about to undergo a tremendous and unshakable change as everything was recalled into the mass of True Blood!
All the concepts that made Noah were contained within his soul that was stretched out across the bundle of the golden sea, everything about him still being there as when it was all collected…

The golden sea crazily stretched out in four different directions for millions of light years, and then they began to contract back as when the golden pass was pulling into itself, the surrounding itself seemed to be getting squeezed and pulled!
Space fluctuated unstable as the ruination sea bent and twisted in a unique space-time phenomenon, Noah's budding consciousness that was watching this in shock finding that when the golden sea of True Blood contracted and squeezed the surrounding space…it eventually became torn as from four different directions, Reality itself tore apart.
Reality tore apart as from its tears, pearls of multicolored Essence of Reality stretched out to sink into the golden sea of blood as it went to its very center where it began to shine with utter resplendence!
The magisterial Essence of Reality itself released rays of light in the center of his True Blood as from this light…his new Origin began to manifest.
Going from a Lower Existence to a Higher Existence actually had such a process where one's very Origin…it was molded by the Essence of Reality!

Furthermore, this process was even more unique to Noah as his three bodies had all of their qualities brought into the golden sea of True Blood where the end product of it would be a single Origin of a Higher Existence. As for what changes this would bring, what gains or losses Noah would have…he had yet to find out.
Hundreds of millions of Splendiferous Universes began to bloom as they formed a new Origin, each of them shining a multicolored brilliance as since Noah was an Existence with the Universal Race that had its Origin be its actual body…his consciousness began to see the process as this body became reforged by the fantastical Essence of Reality!
Why were Primordials so powerful? What made them stand out since the beginning of time as the strongest beings as countless eons later, they still stood on top of every other existences and races across the myriad of Realities?
What gave this race of beings across the multiple races the capability to split apart the Main Reality itself into countless ones to bloom into limitless possibilities?!
Well, for one- their Origins were molded by the very Essence of Reality as something that Noah did not yet know was that every single Primordial since their birth…was a Higher Existence.

Majesty crackled and suffused the surroundings as the golden sea of True Blood began to recede calmly around the reforging Origin and body, entering its interconnected system of veins and arteries as this resplendent sea enclosed in on itself to form an enormous golden cocoon the size of a galaxy!

The cocoon released a constant and resounding beat that caused the surrounding ruination essence to tremble, an oppressive and mystical aura leaking from it with every thump as every now and then, pearls of the Essence of Reality sank into it to complete its transformation.

Eventually, the cracks in Reality faded as the golden cocoon continued to pulse before within seconds….everything became calm and silent.

The waves of ruination sea resumed their activities while staying away from this location, creating a region of blackness that even the essence of Pandemonium would fear.
In this region, only a golden cocoon remained!
Chapter 1371: Higher Existence! II
The weaving of destiny was extremely abstruse as very few could ever truly get a hold of it, but the most important existences within a reality could almost always sense when an event that would have irrevocable changes to their lives occurred.
At this moment in time, the major players within a certain Reality felt these changes, but they could not do anything about it.
In the Primordial Empire and in the Primordial Sea, Aegon and Hyperion raised their heads as even though they had no direction to look towards to, their Origins trembled as their destiny churned in differing manners. Whether it was warning them of danger or opportunity, neither of them knew!
All they knew was that something consequential had happened that would go on to affect their Reality in a huge way.
Aegon was perplexed as the possibilities of what this could have been were very little, but Hyperion's eyes shone with carefulness as they recalled a certain being he was contractually bound to!
But none of them had any idea that in a small region of space within the vast Ruination Sea, a hand glimmering in multicolored stellar light broke free from a cocoon.
OOOM!
While releasing an awe inspiring air and power, the entire body attached to this hand broke out of the cocoon that shattered into particles of light that receded into this body that came to float serenely in a region of blackness that even the essence of ruination stayed away from!
"Hooo…"
His voice came out in waves as his entire body pulsed with a golden glow, Noah feeling inexplicable changes all around him as his entire body and Origin felt foreign even to him.
It gave off a multicolored glow as he wasn't adorned in any clothes, his purple blue Universal Form being free for all to see as apart from the sculpted stellar muscles, one could also notice the incredible Runic Dao Lines tinged with golden rings that were etched throughout his body, and his eyes that shone bright red and gold with the Eye of Ruination and the Primordial Eye!
His body shone mostly with the purple blue color of billions of stellar Universes, but the glow of gold seemed to be fighting amidst the array of colors as it stemmed from the Liters of True Blood that now coursed through him.
His face…its devilish handsomeness was stupendously elevated by multiple factors as he seemed to carry a trace of beauty and grace that would blind any lower existences! It was why a being like Cecilia preferred to wear a veil as the inherent beauty of Higher Existences was just too extreme! But of course, Noah wouldn't be able to see the full effects of this unless another person glanced at him.
In the past few hours, his consciousness flittered in and out of existence as he knew that his very body and origin were being reforged as he became a Higher Existence, and he wouldn't know the terrific extent of all of the changes until he looked deeply into himself and tested everything! But…there was an entity that was connected deep with his soul that was able to see everything- all the changes that occurred to him even now.
I can display the changes that have occurred so far, Master.
The voice of the Cosmic Filament Core rang out as Noah smiled lightly.

Higher Existence A title granted to accomplished existences that have had their Origins forged by the Essence of Reality itself. The Stage of a Higher Existence allows one to seamlessly break the bounds of their Reality and traverse outside of it as one feels a pull within their very Origin towards the Main Reality. The Origin of a Higher Existence is unique as the True Blood coursing through it allows for the passive formation of 100 Million Splendiferous Universes daily, as well as the capability to store and utilize the Essence of Reality within one's origin. The regeneration of Essence of Reality is an extremely hard task as the easiest way is to meet the prerequisite of forging an Ascendant Halo through the connection of 15 Flames of Edicts. A formed Ascendant Halo can allow the formation of a connection to a Reality under unique conditions and requirements that as long as they are met, one can continue to gain a slow rate of regeneration of the Essence of Reality. Other ways to regenerate the Essence of Reality may exist as they await your exploration. With the Origin of a Higher Existence, one can easily design their own Lesser and Grand Daos as they are also proficient in designing Cosmic Daos, and the fusion of these Daos and Laws into Edicts can be done with much more ease as the Primordial Eye is naturally granted. As a Higher Existence, all those below you can only gaze at your grandeur as you release a natural Aura of Ascendancy that grants you immunity from any Laws, Lesser Daos, and Grand Daos that Lower Existences utilize against you. The effectiveness of Cosmic Daos being utilized against you from Lower Existences is also reduced by 90% as the effectiveness of Nomological Edicts of the MINOR Rank is reduced by 50%. A passive immunity of 20% against True Annihilatory Soul and Physical Damage is also granted against Lower and Higher Existences. Chapter 1372: Higher Existence! III
Within a Reality, a single Existence surpassed all others in achieving a vastly different stage of existence, but the Destiny of others within this Reality also contributed to the constant weaving of events as something crucial actually occurred around this same time.
Within the vast Primordial Sea.
Hyperion's Draconic-Elephantine form vibrated with power as he called upon the True Blood within him that he had forged for millions of years with the help of multiple Flames of Edicts.
He held 9 Edicts as with the 2 on the being who had a bidding contract by the Flames of a GREATER Nomological Edict along with 4 he promised to achieve in a short period of time, they would be able to achieve the 15 required Flames of Edicts that Primordials used to forge Systems!
'It is either this path to help me break out of the shackles of my Reality…or The achievement of becoming a Higher Existence!'
His eyes flashed sharply as he thought of his ultimate aim- of his freedom that was so hard to achieve as he was born from this Reality and promised to die with it! Would achieving the stage of a Higher Existence help with this? Would forging a System also be an answer?
Hyperion was not entirely sure as the least he could do was continue to try. So his Origin continued to call upon the True Blood and Essence of Reality within him to further refine his Cosmos and elevate another Edict towards completion, trusting on his power more than anything else as he would never fully put his trust on even the existence with the seemingly boundless destiny like Noah Osmont!
Around this same time…
THRUM!
A certain connection he held began to buzz with activity as his Primordial Eye of the Kaiser opened with a burst of light and gazed upwards!
Past the pristine white sea and past the crimson sea that lay behind it, gazing all the way past the fabric of Reality itself as he followed the connection of his very Bloodline towards the other end that connected to an entirely different location.
Since it was a connection of Bloodline, it was naturally another Ender of Reality or something even more terrifying on the other side!
"Can you hear me, Little Ender? Your impatience may have paid off as I have a proposition for you."
RUMBLE!
Hyperion's eyes flashed with a light of anger and cruelty at the tone of this being, his eyes swirling with power as he contained himself and replied coldly.
"What proposition would that be?"
"During a recent scuffle, we came across a Quasi-Primordial Relic from some inept Primal Titans. It's not the Primordial Relic I promised you…but it is a Quasi-Primordial Relic that uniquely has a feature capable of achieving the goal of your…responsibility!"

The Archaic voice of another Ender of Reality echoed out in Hyperion's mind as his eyes couldn't help but drip with disappointment.
This was why one could not depend on any others to achieve their aims, even if they claimed to have been in the same position as you as they achieved the freedom you sought!
But…Hyperion was a practical being.
He was getting his hands dirty for them, and they were granting him something in return. He could not complain.
So he maintained his calm as he replied passively.
"And how is it uniquely fitting what we are doing in this Reality?"
"...this Quasi-Primordial Relic only has two functions- and those are to temporarily bring the Realm of an existence in the Cosmic Filament Rank down to the Cosmic Rank and also act as a binding treasure. With the Primordial Cecilia as the target, I trust you will then be able to take her down? This will be the first task that fully allows you entrance into our glorious Lineage."

A fantastical pathway lay open for Hyperion to take as his calm eyes filled with ancientness and distrust listened to these honeyed words as he sent his approval.
"A Quasi-Primordial Relic it shall be then."
"Good. Be ready."

The moment these words ended, the connection of Bloodline that Hyperion knew all too well began to expand rapidly, his Origin sensing horrendously powerful spatial essence being sent down this connection as it carried with it an actual object!
An object…being sent across Realities!
'Hmm…' As this process occurred, Hyperion's Primordial Eye of the Kaiser shone with immense brilliance as it released a terrifying but silent light that traveled up the connection that a Quasi-Primordial Relic was being sent down on.
His vibrant Primordial Eye of the Kaiser released this silent essence powerfully as it even began to bleed golden blood, but Hyperion continued doing his actions even as he felt the object he was being sent pierce into his Primordial Sea and begin to descend above him in a grand fashion!
THRUUM!
Its descent came with an awe inspiring air as when Hyperion raised his three eyes, he saw a fantastical and archaic bell shaped treasure floating gloriously before him.
"The Eonic Bell of the Unguarded…forged by the Primal Titans that only rival Primordials in their abilities of forging, this Quasi-Primordial Relic is enough to bring down the realm of a Cosmic Filament existence for a whole hour and even has binding properties for any of those in this rank. During that time…do not disappoint!"

The words seemed akin to an Elder talking to a junior, but Hyperion's hiddenly wrathful face maintained his impassivity as he only grunted his affirmation, his essence going on to wrap around the Eonic Bell of the Unguarded to start studying it.
The connection to him then began to close and weaken, but the Primordial Eye of the Kaiser that had been bleeding golden blood still managed to sneak an abundant amount of essence up the connection as even with the pain and sacrifice that Hyperion had endured, he would only manage to pry into the closed off connection for a few seconds!
But these few seconds…would be enough to affirm exactly which type of beings he was aligning himself with.
The seconds would be enough to decide the tides of Destiny!
Chapter 1373: Higher Existence! IV
With his Primordial Eye of the Kaiser bleeding bloody gold, Hyperion listened.
"...you…as- cruel as ever…."
With the connection broken as Hyperion should not have been able to hear anything from the other party, his bleeding eye still continued to gaze upwards as he actually caught glimpses of words occurring near the same being that had just granted him the Quasi-Primordial Relic- and the voice echoing out seemed to actually be from another being!
"The one and only Tyrant Beast Pyxis…why would you send an interesting upcoming Ender of Reality like that to his death? You know it is impossible for a Lower Existence to ever kill a Higher Existence."
WAA!
The voice released an archaic intonation as it seemed to come from an extremely old existence, Hyperion hearing it as his eyes blazed further with rage and wrath while still maintaining his stature of dignity and power, continuing to listen in further!
"Impossible, yes. But this Little Ender is unique as he is halfway through becoming a Higher Existence and has already collected 9 Flames of Edicts. Even with a negligible Ascendancy Value, it should still be capable of wounding and heavily injuring a Primordial brought down into the same Realm."

The ancient voice of the Ender of Reality Hyperion knew echoed out in an arrogant fashion as the connection he was peering through was nearly about to collapse!
"Killing a single Primordial is akin to killing millions of them. They hunt down all those Marked Ones that have killed their kind as too many Enders of Realities have met their doom in this manner! Once this Primordial is heavily injured and is traversing Realities to recuperate, we shall be there to finish off the job as the Marked Ones will not be us…we will get to enjoy the benefits while being free of any of the dangers so long as we move correctly."

"Haha, as cruel as ever, Pyxis! Very well, then I shall partake in swallowing the rare Origin of a Primordial!"

Just like that, the essence he had managed to silently slip past and listen in on the surroundings of the connection cut off.

The words of a certain Tyrant rang out in Hyperion's mind at this moment as he found himself grasping onto the [Eonic Bell of the Unguarded] tightly.

Something that Osmont had said to Stormdust not too long ago resounded in his kind as Flames of multiple Edicts erupted around Hyperion!
Everything was for the sake of power and one's own benefits, and Hyperion would forge forward as he saw this mentality increasingly stretch even to the highest level of existences he knew.
They would plot and scheme.

Ascendancy Halo! Ascendancy Value!
Two new concepts that came with the elevation to a Higher Existence, and also information that explained more about the power of Primordials!
Once one held 15 Flames of Edicts, they could be connected to form an Ascendancy Halo that was actually one of the major determining factors of one's Ascendancy Value- which was simply a measure of all of their power.
In the case of Noah, this number could be trusted and not trusted at the same time as when one compared him to Higher Existences, he had the perk of Infinite Mana that others could not even dream of!
But just how did this perke compare to Primordial and Higher Existences?
"Being capable of forging 100 Million Splendiferous Universes daily…what a ridiculous reality!"
Even though he had the identity of a Higher Existence himself, he still marveled at the fact that Primordials had the perk of the passive formation of 100 Million Splendiferous Universes as in a short period of 1,000 days…they would achieve the Cosmic Realm.
Approximately 3 years- and one achieved the Cosmic Realm!
No need to fight! No need for treasures! Just by being a Higher Existence alone, the Cosmic Realm was guaranteed.
How long would it take before they stepped into the Cosmic Filament Realm? And with the rate of 100 Million Splendiferous Universes every day, just how ridiculous was the advancement in this Realm that even an existence like Cecilia who had lived for dozens of millions of years was still only in the Cosmic Filament Realm?
There were too many mysteries to look over as the main thing that came on Noah's mind surrounding this concept was that the older a Higher Existence was…the more powerful they were bound to be!

He could feel this right now as within his Origin, he currently sensed 60 Billion Universes as his elevated into a Higher Existence seemed to have granted him a few billion more, and thousands of Splendiferous Universes were constantly being formed in his body in a passive manner as even if he did nothing, he would achieving the Cosmic Realm in around a Year.

Yes, this and the concept of Ascendancy Halos and Ascendancy Values were the first Glorious concepts of becoming a Higher Existence!
The next biggest thing that Noah saw was the Aura of Ascendancy that wholly separated Higher Existences and Lower Existences.
It made him instantly think of the enemy that Halcyon had foreseen would exterminate Reality- of Aegon, the Champion of Reality himself and where he currently stood against this being in terms of power!
Even though he was an entire Realm Higher, with Noah's perks and natural suppression as a Higher Existence, would Aegon still be an undefeatable figure with his System?
This was the question. And when it came to questions…

The Flames of Commandment erupted out at a faster rate than anything Noah had seen before, the changes in his elevation of status barely manifesting themselves yet as the activation of the Vault of Commandments was completed over 100 times faster than what Noah could do before.
His eyes shone with languid light as he wondered in terms of power, how did Aegon compare to his.75 Ascendancy Value as a Higher Existence at the Universal Filament Realm?!
"What is Aegon's Ascendancy Value?"

The Flames of Commandment wavered and rose madly as droves of Mana flooded out, the glimmer of Reality altering effects that this essence had flooding out as moments later…a golden answer rose before Noah's eyes.
The Champion of Reality has not achieved the level of a Higher Existence as his Ascendancy Value has not been assigned, but based on his Realm of power and current Edicts, an approximate Ascendancy Value of.70 is most accurate.

Noah smiled in a dazzling fashion as his surroundings began to tremble and quake.
It seemed that the natural suppression of the Aura of Ascendancy was enough to overcome a gap in an entire Realm when comparing to a Lower Existence as at this point in time…he had actually stepped ahead of the Champion of Reality!
Chapter 1374: Higher Existence! V
He had actually exceeded the Champion if Relauty that had been granted the Invincible System and had been proceeding on the path of power for millions of years!
And of course, how could he not?
As a Higher Existence, his Aura of Ascendancy alone made him immune to much of the attacks of a Lower Existence, where only the essence of a Cosmic Dao would have an effect that was even further reduced by 90% while even Minor Nomological Edicts have their effectiveness cut by 50% against him.
Just with this alone, any Lower Existence would have to bow his head when facing Noah. But the question came about this being's System and how such things factored into Ascendancy Values- as even Noah didn't have his Infinite Mana being something accounted for even though it made up everything about him!
So even though Ascendancy Values were bound to be important as they showed off the level of power for Higher Existences, they were also not absolute as anomalous beings like Noah could have things that could not even be accounted for.
"Hoo…" Noah released a breath as he thought the information he already had was sufficient enough, but this seemed like a signal to the Cosmic Filament Core as its prompts continued to descend in shimmering golden letters even now.
Your Origin has been reforged by the Essence of Reality all three Traits of Infinite Mana, Protagonist, and Samsara Universal Dao Origin have taken up root in the newly forged space where the Essence of Reality can now be stored. If bathed within by a significant amount of this unique Essence, there lays a possibility for the Evolution of these Traits.

Since a Primordial Eye had already been attained before ascending to become a Higher Existence, a change has occurred as the old Primordial Eye has been transformed into the Primordial Eye of the Pioneer.

"Hold on there just a second!" The prompts would continue to descend down if Noah had not spoken out against the Cosmic Filament Core, and his smile was brilliant as he took the time to adapt to the new changes he found in the golden prompts!
He first checked his glimmering Origin that was molded by the Essence of Reality as he could barely describe the current feeling of this Origin now. One could compare his old Origin to a bicycle and his new one to an entirely too expensive electric car as everything about it felt dazzling, but nothing more so than the unique enclosure near the center of his Origin where he saw…a small cluster of the Essence of Reality.
"I actually obtained the leftovers?" His eyes couldn't hide their smile as he saw he had gained a significant portion of the Essence of Reality after his transformation, not all of it being used to reforge his Origin as the remainder stayed with him!
And he…
WAA!
…could actually will it to move freely as his consciousness wrapped around the multicolored essence that began to move under his commands.
Within this space in his Origin where this Essence was stored, he also felt the core concepts that made up his traits as he expectantly watched to see what the future would bring for him if they truly evolved while being basked in the Essence of Reality!
Thereafter, he focused on his left eye.
His Primordial Eye that he had obtained from the Runic Dao Line of the Primordial Dao was something that could also be obtained from becoming a Higher Existence, and since he already had one during this process…his eye underwent an evolution!
OOOM!
His stellar eyes changed color quickly as while his Eye of Ruination remained crimson with its rings, his Primordial Eye's Iris had changed from the stacked triangles as the iris on it now…had two golden wings etched onto it in a dazzling fashion.
As Noah focused on it, this brilliant eye released waves of golden light as its name came to him!
"The Primordial Eye of the Pioneer…"
Pioneer!
An existence that paved the way forward before any others! The one to explore areas that others do not normally explore!
Uniquely enough, Noah would not be the only one to gain the Eye of the Pioneer as there were actually other existences like Hyperion, Noah Eckert, and even Aegon that would achieve it if they also became higher existences.
"But how different are you exactly?"
His words triggered a flash of light as brilliant new golden words appeared before his eyes!
Primordial Eye of the Pioneer :: The title of a Pioneer is granted to the one that leads others by example. The Primordial Eye of the Pioneer grants its holder the capability to see all constructs in their natural forms and be capable of distinguishing their composition and origin, including the essence of laws, daos, and Edicts. With the affix of [Pioneer], Edicts can now be analyzed and broken down into individual components as they can then be restructured in different ways to grant you the authority as the Architect of an Edict even if you weren't the first to stumble upon it. The holder of the Primordial Eye of the Pioneer is also capable of all the analytical and covert abilities of a normal Primordial as in addition to this, they can be utilized to momentarily grant one the {Wings of the Pioneer} that allow for +5,000,000,000% Movement, Attack, and Cast Speed….
A wondrous new Primordial Eye that apart from the analytical abilities of his old one- this one stupendously gave him the perks of being able to break down the Edicts of other beings and then simply fuse them in a slightly different way to form these same Edicts as if they were his own!
Apart from this, he also gained a percentage increase of Attack, Cast, and Movement Speed that rivaled the percentage he received from the boosts of his only QUASI-INSUPERABLE Nomological Edict with the mere usage of this eye, the boons Noah gained from attaining the stage of a Higher Existence not being little!
Chapter 1375: Higher Existence! VI
"Alright…" He flexed his muscles that vibrated like exploding Universes as he fully sensed his overflowing power, finishing checking everything new while watching the prompts of the Cosmic Filament Core on small minute changes that didn't drastically elevate his power.
He also recalled how his clones and main body had undergone 'death' as he was reforged, thinking of the people closest to him that must be worried as he gazed at the abilities of the QUASI-INSUPERABLE Nomological Edict of the Sanguine Emperor!
He had yet to gaze at the abilities of Bloodline Extraction and Sanguine Aggregation that he unlocked by completing this Edict, but his eyes were currently focused on Sanguinity that allowed for 3 True Sanguine Clones at the level of a Higher Existence and an unlimited number of clones at the level of a Lower Existence!
"Let's have the True Sanguine Clones at the level of Higher Existences first."
THRUM!
His mana moved in his Origin as with his ridiculous rate of Mana usage efficiency and conduction with his newly forged Origin, he saw that everything occurred the span of a tenth of a millisecond as his mana and True Blood surged in synchrony and an instant later…a brilliant glow of light surged that produced from it an existence exactly like him!
A body releasing the same glow and power- a body no different than his current body as it couldn't even truly be called a clone. But this was one of the three True Sanguine Clones that Noah could call forth as Higher Existences.
"More."
WAA!
His True Blood churned once more and is synergies with mana, the two resources being used up as in another instant, two more True Sanguine Clones bloomed in the Ruination Sea as four Noah's each releasing a shocking aura of power glanced at each other!
Thereafter, his body glowed dozens of times in the next few milliseconds as around him- over 100 more Noah's appeared in a grandiose fashion!
These Noah's didn't have the golden glow of a Higher Existence present on the four central Noah's as they were Lower Existences, but the power they could display was still something utterly ridiculous as Noah truly could summon an Infinite amount of such Clones.
"Yet they do drain True Blood…" Noah's voice echoed out as he sensed his constantly regenerating True Blood that was required along with mana to produce these Clones had dwindled, this being the only possible limiter that he would have to test in the future to come.
As for this future…there were still many things for him to do! He had three more Edicts to complete, the task of Bloodlines to extract and look at possibilities of Fusion, and especially the Bloodline of the Universal Emperor Slime that was the last of its kind!
When it came to the condition of Edicts he had to complete with Hyperion, he could forge new Edicts and complete them as he planned to seek new QUASI-INSUPERABLE Nomological Edicts or even genuine INSUPERABLE Edicts, or he could simply complete the Edicts he currently had like Forgemaster, Bulwark, and Cessation.
All Minor Edicts, and all of them would be extremely easy to complete as he now held a significant amount of the Essence of Reality left over from his advancement as a Higher Existence!
There were possibilities and paths for him to choose from, but as always…he would consult with his destiny and fortune for the best path forward as for now…he had to calm the hearts of those he unconsciously traumatized within the Infinite Empire.

His Sanguine Clones disappeared as they teleported to multiple locations, some going towards multiple Cosmos within the Infinite Empire while one of the True Sanguine Clones at the level of a Higher Existence teleported towards the Cosmic Holy Land!
As for Noah's main body…

He released waves of incredulous power as 5 Billion percent was granted in three parameters of Speed, his eyes looking towards the direction where he sensed his Infinite Empire as he…took a single step.

His leg lifted in the vast Ruination Sea as halfway through his step…he arrived before the boundary of one of the outer Cosmos of his Infinite Empire!

This speed wasn't even fast anymore, but simply mind bending as it was far, far faster than light as it just seemed like Noah flitted through space and even did something that was faster than teleportation!
"Haha!" He let out a devilish laugh as his feet moved once more, his figure instantly vanishing and appearing in a space filled with ice and snow.
His Sanguine Clones would go see all the beings closest to him as his main body appeared in this space of ice and snow to see none other than the Ice Queen!
Adelaide's surprised figure turned around as her fair hands that were playing with the fluttering snow of pristine beauty around her came to stop, gazing towards Noah's form in utter shock as he still had his aura of a Higher Existence leaking out along with the golden wings currently glowing vibrantly on his back.
Any other being that saw this might have fallen into a stupor as they fell to their knees, but Adelaide looked at Noah's devilishly handsome face as she only turned into a streak of light that rushed into his embrace!
"You…you scared us!" Adelaide rushed towards him with her clear blue eyes watery as she wrapped her arms around his radiant figure, Noah stroking her vibrant blue hair as he smiled lightly.
"When you just disappeared like that and even my messages couldn't reach you, I…we…" She raised her head from his chest as she looked deeply into his stellar eyes, Noah looking back into hers as he spoke with a smile on his face.
"You don't have to worry. I will always be here."

Adelaide's eyes shone with light as she heard this, her voice echoing out softly as she sank back into his chest.
"Now and always?"
"Now and always." Noah gave a firm reply as Adelaide's heart brightened up, speaking even more softly and with a sense of shyness this time around.
"Then…I think I may have a solution for the only problem you can't tackle. Something me and you can work on right now…"
Her eyes were hazy as she spoke, Noah looking towards her with interest as he listened, his own eyes soon releasing a sharp light of decisiveness when he heard her shy words as he wondered why he didn't think of such an easy solution!
"For this…we can definitely get started right away!"

His main body began to take on an important task with the Ice Queen as his other Sanguine Clones spread out across the Infinite Empire, the three at the level of Higher Existences looking at the many things Noah still had to do as they also began on their tasks.
On the menu were the abilities from the Flames of the Sanguine Emperor, the generation of True Blood for his companions and the Extraction of Bloodlines, as well as the completion of Edicts so that he could cheese his way towards the Cosmic Realm!
Chapter 1376: Bloodline Extraction! I
In the midst of grandiose actions like becoming a Higher Existences and constructing Edicts at the level of Quasi-Insuperable Tier, Noah was brought down to earth on one of the only things he could not yet solve- the issue of his mother that was chained in time by something even he could not fully understand- Love!
Yet such an issue had received a wondrous proposal from Adelaide, and Noah only needed a few milliseconds before he thought about everything as the essence of Kismet then began to dance wildly within his Origin, his destiny also rising in waves as it showed this was a very likely successful path.
Before he began though, he looked at the shy figure of the Ice Queen that was always stoic, yet she could barely raise her head at this moment to look at him! He smiled as he spoke out calmly towards this wonderful existence.
"Before we start, why don't I advance you towards another stage of existence first?"

Under the ability of Bloodline Transmogrification that stemmed from the Nomological Edict of the Sanguine Emperor, Noah could extend his authority towards 9nother beings as a maximum of 40% of their Blood can be transformed into True Blood, and another extension to 81 other beings as a maximum of 20% of their Blood can be transformed into True Blood!
The first existence that would be granted this honor…would be none other than Adelaide.
She looked towards him with utter trust in her eyes as she nodded, Noah's heart calming as his essence called upon the authority of the Sanguine Emperor.

His hand rose up as it became tinged with a crystalline color of golden True Blood, almost turning transparent as it went towards Adelaide's chest and…actually sunk in as if his hand was incorporeal!
His hand sunk into her chest as he went toward to grab onto her very Origin, something so entirely dangerous that if he did anything wrong, the Origin of the target could be heavily damaged or ruined. Yet Adelaide was entirely free of worry as she lay all her trust on this being, feeling his hands cradling her Origin as a tyrannical authority wrapped around it and began to pulse with constant hums.

The hums were fantastical and awe-inducing, where they increased in repetition more and more as golden blood began to leak from Noah's hands and wrap around the Origin- inducing it to begin forming True Blood of its own as Adelaide's blood began to tremble and boil until golden dewdrops of True Blood began to naturally form within her!
Bloodline Transmogrification.
The Induction of the True Blood of another existence that was an authority only brought about by the QUASI-INSUPERABLE Nomological Edict of the Sanguine Emperor.
It was a process that took time as while Noah completed it carefully with Adelaide, his other bodies went to see Barbatos, Elena, Valentina, Anna, and many others who had been with his clones prior, and one of his True Sanguine Clones was in the Cosmic Holy Land as he glanced at the two abilities obtained after he completed the Nomological Edict of the Sanguine Emperor and received its Flames.
Bloodline Extraction :: The undeniable will of the Sanguine Emperor can call upon the bloodlines of willing or defeated enemies to extract their core Bloodline Essence. The Sanguine Emperor will take this core Bloodline Essence onto himself as he can replicate the Bloodline onto himself, with differing fates waiting for those who had their Bloodline Essence extracted. The fate of True Death can be granted as the entire Bloodline is extracted from an enemy, or the fate of transformation into a Bloodborne Herald can be granted onto an ally as their extracted Bloodline Essence will recover within days. All extracted Bloodlines harmoniously live in the Origin of the Sanguine Emperor as they will be distinguished into different Tiers of Common, Uncommon, Rare, Ultra Rare, Supreme, or Venerable Bloodlines. A stupendous ability with the astounding possibility of allowing Noah to stack onto himself as many Bloodlines as he could get his hands on.
From the Bloodline Races he knew and came across to Bloodlines he would come across when he explored the vast Realities and what they held within them…he had the chance to put them all under him as they would even be classified from Common to Uncommon to Rare, and ultimately from Ultra Rare to Supreme Bloodlines and even Venerable Bloodlines!

Such a thought entered his mind as he gazed into his exceedingly long status panel filled with too many details, gazing at the Bloodlines he had already collected as his eyes shone with surprise at their Tiers!

His Bloodline of a Human and Vampyre both received a Common rating as even the Universal Dao Origin Race and the Bloodline of Kismet that stemmed from a MINOR Edict were only labeled uncommon.
Most of all, the QUASI-INSUPERABLE Nomological Edict that granted the Bloodline of the Sanguine Emperor was still ranked [Rare] alongside Commandment and Samsara!
Noah had at least expected Sanguine Emperor to be Ultra Rare, but he was proved wrong at this moment and led to believe that maybe only genuine INSUPERABLE Edicts would reach this title.
"Even if it is Rare, it should still be a matter of classification as the Sanguine Emperor definitely ranks above Samsara and Commandment…"
Noah analyzed what he saw with sharp eyes as he planned for the future, trying to imagine just what sorts of Bloodlines apart from those stemming from Nomological Edicts would be ranked Ultra Rare or Supreme!
Just what existence in the vast Realities could possibly have such Bloodlines, and what terrific wonder would they contain within their bodies?
This question alone caused Noah's Origin to vibrate as his senses of a Higher Existence pointed him towards the vastness outside of this Reality, his heart excited for the Infinite things that he knew nothing of and wanted to explore in the unknown!

Noah's burning gaze of longing for the unknown left the Tiers of Bloodlines as he looked at the last ability that came with the Flames of the Sanguine Emperor- the ability that brought everything together, and one that would actually allow him to forge higher Tier Bloodlines!
Sanguine Aggregation :: Across the countless Realities, the number of races and Bloodlines are too many to count as those that can be considered significant are few. The ability of Sanguine Aggregation allows the Sanguine Emperor to seek the Bloodlines unknown to others as it allows for one to aggregate the Bloodlines they have come across into something new, the product always being unknown and depending on the Tiers of Bloodlines selected for Aggregation. The Essence of Reality is required alongside the essence of the Sanguine Emperor to successfully combine different Bloodlines, and the possibility to unlock Ancient Bloodlines lost in history. One of the core uses of Sanguine Aggregation is the combination of the Bloodlines of Edicts- an action that is a more powerful method of bringing together the Flames of Edicts to form into an Ascendancy Halo. A method that Noah had opened a grand path through that was not too common, and Noah didn't think that even someone like Cecilia could have a method like this under her sleeve!
With it, he wasn't just allowed to fuse Bloodlines into terrifying possibilities- but he could utilize it to fuse his Flames of Edicts and obtain something that mainly Higher Existences and beings from extremely powerful races like Primordials had a chance of obtaining- an Ascendancy Halo.
His Origin buzzed at the mere thought of this concept as Noah wanted to get his hands on such a thing already but…
'Patience…patience…' He breathed out calmly as he repeated in his mind he had to be methodical and patient in what he did as he still missed many conditions and could not make any mistakes from this point onward!
So after looking over Bloodline Extraction and Sanguine Aggregation, there was only one thing for this body of Noah to do as spatial waves emanated from him and reached out into another Universe.

The figure of the bouncing Blue Slime appeared on the right side of the golden throne within the Cosmic Holy Land, bouncing up and down excitedly from seeing one of Noah's True Sanguine Clones!
"Hey little guy." Noah took in this bubbly and unique existence into his hands as he sent his thoughts forward on what he wanted to do, and even though the Blue Slime jumped up and down in agreement, Noah still wanted to grant this summon something in exchange for undergoing the process of Bloodline Extraction.
"We'll go ahead and induce the formation of True Blood within you right after, while you will be the first to become a Bloodborne Herald!"

Yes! If they were allies, Noah could turn them into Bloodline Heralds under the Bloodline of the Sanguine Emperor- especially those that he extracted and copied the Bloodlines of.
"Let's do it!" The vibrant voice of the Blue Slime echoed out as Noah nodded, placing the creature within his palm as he closed his eyes and called out slowly.
"Bloodline Extraction."

The Bloodline of the Universal Emperor Slime that could devour anything and obtain it. Noah wanted it under him as his body shone with a crimson gold light that went to bathe the Blue Slime, the Authority of the Sanguine Emperor calling for the dense Bloodline to come out in the open so that Noah could replicate it!
A glorious show of light began as this process fully ensued, and this was something that also took time similar to how Noah was also simultaneously using Bloodline Transmogrification to induce the formation of True Blood within Adelaide.
Noah was tackling multiple things at once as he still moved calmly amidst what would be a chaotic environment, where even as he induced the formation of True Blood with one body and extracted a Bloodline with another body…yet another one of his True Sanguine Clones was undertaking another glorious task.
In another area of the vast Cosmic Holy Land, one of the True Sanguine Clones sat with the few remaining Shards of a Cosmic Primordial Heart as his task…was the design of other Edicts!
Within his hands, a golden book could be seen as Noah looked over passages of his own future with Reader's Foresight, this stupendous ability and Path to Victory under the Nomological Edict of Kismet showing him that he would benefit much more in the future if he designed more high tier Edicts at the level of Greater and QUASI-INSUPERABLE that he then brought to completion.
He could simply complete Cessation, Bulwark, and Forgemaster- but these were merely Minor Edicts as when the time came for him to forge his first Ascendancy Halo…his destiny was screaming out to him that the Flames of Daos he used would be extremely important.
The higher the level, the better!
So the next task that Noah was simultaneously tackling was…
"Let's see what we can do with the Cthulhu Skill Tree and the Seven Deadly Sins along with a combination of Laws and Daos, shall we?"

Yet another experiment in other concepts and Daos as Noah was excited to see if it would result in another Quasi-Insuperable Edict or something even more fantastical.
He already had an idea of what he wanted to bring to fruition with the concepts of the Seven Deadly Sins and Cthulhu, and they would all have to be tied in by a concept that had yet to be designed- a concept of a Cosmic Dao that far surpassed normal ones as it reached the ranks of the Supreme Cosmic Daos Primordial and Ruination!
With his body of a Higher Existence releasing waves of golden light, Noah spoke out grandly.
"Start the design of the Supreme Cosmic Dao of Armageddon."

A Supreme Cosmic Dao with the terrifying purpose of catastrophically ending everything! This was Armageddon, and it would be Noah's first Supreme Cosmic Dao while on the path to forging an even more ridiculous Nomological Edict!
Chapter 1378: Seeking Apocalypse! I
The formulation of Daos was always a favorite pastime for Noah, with the design bringing a sense of fulfillment every single time that it was completed from the Cosmic Filament Core.
This time around Noah was conducting multiple actions with his clones as after a True Sanguine Clone sent the command to begin the design of the Supreme Cosmic Dao of Armageddon, the Cosmic Core went to work as it designed what Noah had in mind and changed what could not be brought to fruition until a wonderful product was completed!

At the depths of the Cosmic Filament Core, an austere light of majesty hummed out more than normal as this was the design of the first Supreme Cosmic Dao, the Authority such a concept held surpassing many things as one had to ask themselves- what made it Supreme?
Ruination destroyed while Primordial built- and these were the two Supreme Cosmic Daos behind the balance of the Cosmos spread out across Reality.
For an essence that rivaled such concepts, Armageddon had to be unique!

The fantastic show and birth of this powerful Dao occurred silently as most of the beings within the Infinite Empire were preoccupied with Noah's return and the new glow of majesty he held, its formation also being completed silently as an obsidian Runic mark swiftly shot out from the Cosmic Filament Core and rushed towards Noah's main body that was currently floating in front of Adelaide.
His concentration as he finished inducing the 40% True Blood within her wasn't reduced even by a little as the terrifying black Runic sigil that read Armageddon sank into his Origin, his body beginning to resonate with a resonant light as this newly forged Supreme Cosmic Dao bound itself to his Origin and began to produce a new essence!
An essence…that should have been rivaling that of Ruination and Primordial bloomed within his Origin at a terrifying rate as it was pure black in color. Noah's consciousness wrapped around it as he uniquely found it to be clashing against the essence of Ruination within his body.
'Hmm?' Clashing! Armageddon was actually opposed to Ruination as the root of these Daos may seem similar, and Noah had based what he understood about Ruination to ultimately forge Armageddon for the purposes of the Edict he wanted to forge next!
To see their distinction, he could only let the flow of information of this Edict be collated by the Cosmic Filament Core as his eyes very quickly saw the golden text box that showed the details of this wondrous new Dao.
COSMIC [Dao of Armageddon] :: A Supreme Cosmic Dao birthed by the Cosmic Filament Core of Noah Osmont. As the Dao Architect, Noah Osmont can comprehend and assimilate the Dao at 10 times the normal speed. Armageddon is a uniquely evolving Dao that will be elevated the more that it completes and experiences what it stands for- Armageddon. The nature of its essence is unique as it holds the potential of destructive and devouring qualities that can even exceed Ruination. Any action that causes Armageddon to the scale of a World, Galaxy, Universe, or Cosmos will allow different percentage boosts to be granted on top of the refinement of the Essence of Armageddon to a greater stage. Armageddon! As Noah read through its functions as he designed them, he had already finished fully comprehending it as its assimilation was following in the next few seconds, this essence becoming even wilder within his Origin as it cried out madly while trying to compete with Ruination!
Noah had designed it in such a way that it wouldn't just be able to command other daos and laws to be able to achieve its aims- but it was an evolving Dao that could reach an unknown stage depending on just how many Armageddons he was able to experience.

As his thoughts moved, he silently bound the Dao to his Samsara Universal Dao Origin as it would never be lost when deconstructed and reconstructed, and he then assimilated the newly forged Dao as its Authority appeared before him in golden letters. Noah read through it while nodding as the values were as expected- similar to Ruination and the Primordial Daos as thereafter, his voice echoed out commandingly!
"Let the Light of Conquest Shine on Armageddon."

As he finished stimulating the True Blood within Adelaide and removed his hand from her chest, his body became bathed in the white light of Conquest that went to surge into Armageddon, causing the authority of the Dao to be Empowered as it'd newly revised authority appeared before his eyes!

It has been empowered by the Cosmic Essence of Conquest as its Rank is further elevated. It grants +200,000% Increased Armageddon Damage,+200,000% Health and Mana Regeneration, +200,000% Cast and Attack Speed. During times of Armageddon, the user is capable of displaying 6 times his normal strength. The essence of Armageddon rejects Ruination as it will not allow this essence to reconstruct it, and the authority of Armageddon allows this Dao to deconstruct itself and only be reconstructed by Primordial Essence. Successful deconstruction and reconstruction into Runic Dao Lines will bring forth the possibility of the Eye of Armageddon…
The authority of the Supreme Cosmic Dao of Armageddon was unique as Noah very clearly saw its conflict with Ruination that he based it from, but the Dao was domineering enough as it could reconstruct itself!
Something even more fantastical was that similar you the other two Supreme Cosmic Daos, Armageddon's Runic Dao Lines also provided an Eye of Power- this time allowing for Noah to be able to get his hands on the Eye of Armageddon!
Chapter 1379: Seeking Apocalypse! II
An Eye of Power!
There were many unique methods for one to get their hands on such unique concepts, but Noah had stumbled on the deconstruction and reconstruction of Supreme Cosmic Daos to be capable of doing this on top of obtaining a Primordial Eye through becoming a Higher Existence.
This time around, it was the Dao of Armageddon as Noah gave the command for it to deconstruct itself right away, The Primordial Dao ready to reconstruct it soon after!
OOOM!
The Dao was already bound to his Samsara Dao Origin as it would never fade from him even after all this process, and he watched it be broken down as Ruination didn't do the deconstructing for the first time ever, Primordial Essence stepping in to put it back together as an obsidian Runic Dao Line gradually formed before his eyes.
The moment of its completion, it shot out like a snake into Noah's eyes as a unique phenomenon occurred, the Eye of Ruination sinking back into Noah's Eye socket in an unnatural manner as the Runic Dao Line of Armageddon began to swirl gloriously within Noah's socket, yet another Eye beginning to form at this time!
Uniquely, Noah's forehead didn't split apart or anything similar to Hyperion, with him simply gaining another eye that he felt he could switch and interchange whenever he wished to do so.

An aura of might and resplendence was released as the eye finished forming, the crimson Eye of Ruination being temporarily replaced as a new obsidian colored eye appeared. Its iris was eerily blank whith three prominent black circular dots constantly rotating within it, essence threatening to burst from it as its details appeared before Noah's eyes!
Runic Dao Line of Armageddon {Eye of Armageddon} :: A flash of the eye, and Armageddon descends. The Light of Armageddon can be released as it deals True Annihilatory Physical and Soul Damage on a grand scale, where based on the mana placed in- it could affect something as small as a world or as large as a Cosmos. The user is granted Atomic Vision as they can theoretically be capable of disintegrating objects and existences from a molecular level, increasing their True Annihilatory Physical and Soul Damage by 50,000,000%. The User is also granted a special Armageddon Chrono Vision that allows them to peer across spacetime to sense any incoming Armageddons on a grand scale. Lastly, It grants +20,000,000% Increased Armageddon Damage,+20,000,000% Health and Mana Regeneration, and +20,000,000% Cast and Attack speed- with these values open to change depending on how many Armageddons are experienced and how grand they are…
All Parameters the portions of the newly designed Dao of Armageddon lay before him as Noah had seen its Empowered Authority and its Runic Dao Line that granted him another Eye of Power!
The Eye of Armageddon brought unique aspects and abilities for Noah to explore, but what he really wanted to do at this moment was take the features of Armageddon he had brought out and fuse them onto other Daos and concepts to bring forth another Edict!
This task was returned to one of the True Sanguine Clones as Noah's main body focused on what was before him, looking at the figure of Adelaide that had become even more vibrant and beautiful as her body surged with 40% True Blood.
Kismet and Kairos swirled around Noah to try and pierce through the layers of destiny as he wondered, would his progeny be the same tier of existence as him the moment they were born?
Would they be akin to Primordials that have their Origins formed from the Essence of Reality as his children would be guaranteed the Cosmic Realm in less than 3 years?!
It was a terrific prospect as Noah delved in to fully explore it, the answer not being something he would have to wait on for long as with the time ratio of the Cosmic Holy Land, anything was possible.
A single day outside was equivalent to 5,000 days- or 13 years within the Cosmic Holy Land! So whether the conception of Noah's progeny would take as much time as it took for other races or even longer, much of this would be buffered by the time ratio as it could take a single Cosmic Day for him to gain a progeny…or a ridiculous amount of days that translated to years in the Cosmic Holy Land depending on just how fantastical everything would be.
His main body fully started this task as a shy Adelaide was taken into Noah's arms, while his clones continued their other tasks as in another region, Noah was holding a scintillating cerulean river of blood that came from the Blue Slime!
It was a replication of its Origin as it sank into Noah's body and delved into his soul, transferring from this clone and into the far away Origin of the main body silently as Noah gained another Bloodline in a smooth and utterly easy fashion!
The body of the Blue Slime that should have been weakened momentarily was actually surging with power, golden blood surrounding it to finish its transformation into the first Bloodborne Herald as thereafter, its true blood would also be induced to form by Noah.
But the True Sanguine Clone monitored the introduction of the Bloodline of the Universal Emperor Slime as he saw it appear within the panel of Bloodlines, fantastically finding this Bloodline to ranked Rare alongside his completed GREATER Edicts Bloodlines and the Quasi-Insuperable Bloodline!
It further showed the potential the race of Universal Emperor Slimes had- but this was mere potential alone as even such a rare race of beings was nearly all killed by the machinations of a single Hegemony of Chronos. It told Noah that even with the most profound Bloodline, one's power was still what mattered the most.
But with such a Bloodline in his hands, Noah also saw the absolute skills of Universal Devouring among many others now being usable to him, a deep smile becoming etched on his face as he could now devour Primordial Beasts to obtain the Essence of Reality similar to the Blue Slime- and this would just be one of the positives coming from this!
Now, he could also go and obtain the Bloodline of Cthulhu among other possibilities as he saw just what could be brought to fruition if he then utilized Sanguine Aggregation and fused all of these Bloodlines together.
It was a glorious path to follow as while one clone continued on this path, another had Shards of a Cosmic Primordial Heart around him as the Cosmic Dao Essence of Armageddon was the first to be swirling around him, other Cosmic Daos soon following as on top of it all, the concept of the Cthulhu Skill Tree and the Seven Deadly Sins were being pulled out of Noah's Origin to be fused with everything else!
It was the beginning process of forging a Nomological Edict Noah had planned for in advance, where he even had its name before he forged Armageddon as he uniquely wanted an Edict of something he had experienced before multiple times over.
Apocalypse.
With Armageddon as the main ingredient and concepts of skill trees, Daos, and Laws dancing into the picture- he wanted to forge the Nomological Edict of Apocalypse that would be his strongest offensive component yet!

What I'm referring to, of course, is Fealty.
The purely ridiculous and unbelievable Dao of Fealty that grants us a percentage of the Master's power. Such a thing was already ridiculous enough as it is with most of us being given strength equivalent to Daolords, and it became even more ridiculous when the Master continued to rise through power as he left behind any comparable scales for me to even refer to!
The issue in question occurred within the last hours when all of Master's clones disappeared, many of us reacting in surprise and shock before the Cosmic Filament Core calmed us. But after his disappearance…all of us began to feel out Origins receive an outpouring of power that entirely shot past the scale of a Daolord, and I could even remember the moment when I passed the equivalent of a Forefather one would meet in the Primordial Empire.
Forefathers! Beings that had glimpsed Edicts as they were close to fusing these abstruse concepts that I'm currently too dumb to put together, and yet I surpassed them on the pure power I could release by doing absolutely nothing.
It was surreal.
Even now as I gaze up from the Novus Universe and watch the faraway sparring that Kazuhiko and the Sword Emperor were having, I could see their strikes carrying a unique and oppressive energy that was enough to shatter Galaxies that only stemmed from Master.
We all felt the continual and gradual increase in our power from our connection of Fealty, those like me benefitting the most as you see- I played things very smart.
Others put their focus in trying to comprehend as many daos and laws to fuse them into Edicts, but I placed most of my focus on Fealty as I entirely assimilated it like a select few within the Infinite Empire.
The power that I could borrow from the Master…was entirely insane to comprehend that by the time he returned to us and we saw him surrounded by pulsing rays of golden light, I saw that I had achieved a power equivalent or even surpassing what I saw Stormdust display during the final battle we had in the Cosmic Battlefield!
The power exceeded a Faction Head of the Primordial Empire that had lived for millions of years!
It was entirely surreal as I truly wonder what was happening to the scales of power.
I further confirmed my thoughts when I saw Sis Barbatos summon an Undead Legion that contended against the newly arriving Sis Springforge, this green haired Sister looking even more confused than anyone else within the Infinite Empire as she wasn't yet influenced by our broken common sense.
I could still hear the raucous laughter of Sis Barbatos as she stood on top of an Abyssal Undead Qilin while her Legion overwhelmed Sis Springforge even while her body was illuminated with her Dao of Amelioration.
Her strength and my strength that could now unbelievable rival the heads of factions wasn't unique as too many of us had such power. And what continues to ruin my common sense the most is that this is applicable to all those under Master, even if it's with varying degrees.
It meant the elderly that had never been exposed to mana or rose through the ranks of power, but they had answered the call of Fealty from Master…it meant these beings now had strength surpassing a Daolord.
It meant children now had the strength of Daolords!
I'm happy with the restrictions Master put for all of us to not be able to use his power against each other or our surroundings in harmful ways, otherwise entire Galaxies would be exploding just from children playing around.
This was the new Reality that was forming under the Master!
A Reality of countless quintillions of beings within his Infinite Empire boasting strength that an insignificant percentage of something like the Primordial Empire had.
It…was an entirely unbalanced and broken system of power that the Master had purposefully or inadvertently created, and as shocked as I was…I'm loving it!
Haa…that's my venting for the day. I don't know what entry I'll put in my diary next, but it truly just might be when the Master already has the Champion of Reality under his heel…

Apocalypse!
Noah was truly seeking Apocalypse as the clutter of many concepts surrounded him in a maddened fashion, the essence of Blueprints and Runes covering his eyes to break all of these concepts down while the essence of Commandment was ready to rewrite any errors.
This would be the design of the strongest Offensive Edict under his belt as one might find themselves asking why he continued seeking such powerful and stellar paths of power!
The answer was the System he wanted to forge requiring a specific number of completed Edicts he had to meet, and also the realization of how much of an advantage the Primordials had and how far ahead they would be.
The True enemy he was overcoming was not Aegon…with the target that he and Hyperion set being the Primordial Cecilia!
For such a being that was a Higher Existence since birth and had lived for dozens of millions of years, the terrifying power she held had to be countered against something that was currently Noah's strong suit- and that was forging the ranks of Edicts that even she has not been able to so far.
Only after Cecilia was overcome could Noah freely expand his influence across the Cosmos of this Reality as he prepared his Infinite Empire to gain the qualifications to become a Seed of Reality!
The Champion of Reality that she had forged…they would only be an appetizer for Noah as their souls would pave the way for him to understand Systems better and to forge his own with the help of an Ender of Reality soon after!
