Thank you so much for your well wishes. It means a lot to me.
I have a nagging thought of a ceo Madara in a dark possesive character and my dear Hinata. I don't know why it won't leave my mind lately, though I'm still working on SasuHina Omegaverse.
Anyway, this is a heavy chapter, please let me know what you think.
Sasuke's mind raced as he pondered Hiashi's motives. What is Hiashi thinking? He is collecting power and strategically positioning an allied clan next to his compound. What is he planning? The council would undoubtedly grow suspicious, even if Hiashi had no ill intent. With such formidable forces at his disposal, no one, not even Naruto and Sasuke combined could stand in his way without destroying the village and causing a danger for the villagers. History will repeat itself and… and… With a dizzying swirl in his head, Sasuke felt himself losing consciousness and tumbling from the tree branch where he had been keeping watch.
Hinata heard the hard thud and turned to see Sasuke lying unconscious on the ground. Hanabi and Ko quickly came out of their tents too.
They dragged him to Ko's tent.
"Don't worry about him, I'll take care of him until he wakes up," Ko said, trying to put Hinata's worries to rest.
"I will stay by his side too." Hinata blurted out, her concern for Sasuke evident in her voice.
"You can go back to sleep, Hinata-sama," Ko replied, casting a glare in her direction.
Hinata didn't want to cause a scene in front of her sister, so she reluctantly returned to her own tent, but sleep eluded her. Before dawn, she snuck back to Ko's tent.
"Ko-san, go get some rest. I'll look after Sasuke and wake you when he's conscious," Hinata said, trying to be as gentle as possible.
"Fine." Ko knows he doesn't have to worry when he is next to the suspicious couple.
He curled in his futon and fall into a deep sleep almost instantly.
Hinata tenderly touched Sasuke's forehead and held his hand in hers. "Sasuke, what happened to you?" she whispered. She removed his bang from his face and ran her fingers across his face, and he began to stir, his eyes slowly fluttering open. "I'm sorry I woke you up. Are you okay?" Hinata asked, her voice filled with concern.
"What happened?" Sasuke tried to sit up, but Hinata gently pushed him back down.
"Rest a little more, it's not morning yet. You fainted and fell from a tree. How are you feeling?" she asked, inspecting his head for any signs of injury.
"My head hurts, but I'm fine," Sasuke replied, his hand still in Hinata's comforting grip.
"What made you faint? Have you been pushing yourself too hard with the guarding duties?" Hinata asked, worry etched in her voice as she squeezed Sasuke's hand.
He recalled the panic and anxieties that had overwhelmed him, causing him to collapse. "I have to return to the village quickly."
"Why? what happened?" Hinata whispered.
"I'll secure the road on my way and send guards as soon as I arrive at the village."
"Sasuke, you are making me worried. Is everything ok?" she implored.
He pulled her to lay down next to him. "Don't worry, I will not let anything happen to you, I will protect you with my life." he whispered and placed a soft kiss on the crown of her head. She drifted off into slumber, but a few hours later, when she awoke, she found that Sasuke had already left.
He jumped from tree to tree, determined to reach the village as soon as possible. He could not allow the situation to spiral out of control. He would not permit the council to repeat the atrocities committed against his clan, even though they are different people now and the devil Danzo was eliminated by Sasuke himself. But the danger is the same and he will not allow the result to be the same too.
Sasuke would not tolerate the Hyuga clan becoming a threat to the village, with no other option but to be eradicated. He would not let another Itachi endure the same fate. No one should kill cold blooded his clan, his parents and his siblings and friends. Sasuke would not allow anyone to be in his own position. He will do everything to stop it. He would not allow the Hyuga to be a danger to the village, and he would not let other villages exploit the opportunity to attack and harm innocent villagers. He would involve all necessary parties to ensure the situation was brought under control. This could be stopped before it's too late.
The Hokage is able to stop the Hyuga's plans before they become a threat to the village. Sasuke is confident that he will not make a mess out of it. Kakashi is a wise and reasonable man, capable of making the best decision before the council became aware of the situation.
How would he live if the clan got slaughtered while he could have stopped it? The thought of the Hyuga clan being annihilated filled Sasuke with dread. The mere idea of losing Hinata was enough to make his heart ache and drop.
Sasuke arrived at Konoha before noon, having secured the road on his journey. He quickly made his way to the Hokage tower.
"Kakashi, this is very urgent. Naruto, good that you are here. Where is Shikamaru?"
The Sixth Hokage looked up from his work. "What is it, Sasuke? Is everything okay with the Hyuga?"
"You were with Hinata?" screamed Naruto.
Sasuke ignored Naruto's question and pressed on."No time for that loser. Go get Shikamaru."
After Shikamaru arrived, Sasuke shared with them all the information he had about Hiashi's demands from the Tekatori Clan.
"I'm aware of Hiashi's wish to move the clan to Konoha, but I never expected him to make such demands," said Kakashi.
"His pursuit of power is a chance that he will not let slip from his hand. But his demands… How did he know about the scroll? Is that a real thing?" asked Naruto in disbelief.
"We have to do something before the clan finds the scroll and hands it over to the Hyuga," said Shikamaru with determination.
"That is not that easy, I heard that its secret died with Masanobu Taketori. The clan probably has no idea where to look for it." added Sasuke.
"The best course of action is to summon Hiashi and ask him directly," the Sixth concluded. "Shikamaru, send someone to fetch him."
Sasuke returned back to the road where he had dispatched guards to escort the Hyuga clan. By the afternoon, he spotted them approaching from a distance, and he remained vigilant until they reached the gates of the village where they found Naruto waiting.
Naruto took his child and dragged his wife from her wrist without saying a word. Hanabi gazed at them with suspicion. She hadn't forgotten the bruise and wound she had noticed on her sister's head.
Naruto remained silent as he walked alongside Hinata, who carried a cold, impassive expression. Hinata noticed that the beast that had been in the garden was no longer there. Naruto roughly pulled her inside the house and shut the door behind them. He put Boruto to sleep in his bed and returned to Hinata who was still at the threshold.
"So, how was Sasuke? Did you enjoy yourselves?" Naruto said, his tone dripping with sarcasm.
"You know I wasn't there for that. But yes, we did. Sasuke is the best company there is." Hinata replied coolly.
"Just company, I'm sure there's more to him than that," Naruto replied, attempting to mask his anger.
"Actually, there's a lot more to him than that. But why don't you… " she walked closer to him and lifted her face, her gaze challenging. "...tell me about yourself? Is there something you want to come clean about?"
Naruto flinched at the cold, indifferent look in Hinata's eyes, a look he had never seen before. "I have nothing to tell you. You were the one who was wandering around with your lover," he retorted.
"Not just wandering, Sasuke and I love each other. I want to be with him forever."
"That bastard is no man. No man cheats on his friend with his wife the way he does," Naruto spat.
"You know our marriage is over. Sasuke is more man than you ever will be, at least he doesn't deny his affair like you do, though he never did what you did with his wife." Hinata shot back.
Naruto couldn't control his anger anymore, he lifted his hand to shut this fucking bitch that dared fuck his friend around and call him no man while knowing about his affair and being secretive and threatning about it. His hard slap landed on Sasuke's face.
Sasuke was hiding in the Uzumaki mansion all this time. When he saw Naruto raise his hand to strike Hinata, he sprang into action and exchanged places with her.
In a fluid motion, striking Naruto with a punch that sent him flying. Naruto tumbled through the air, crashing through the main door of the mansion before landing in a heap on the front lawn.
"That, is for your attempt to hit Hinata." Sasuke spat out, his anger palpable. He strode over to Naruto, grabbing the black blouse he wore and hoisting him off the ground.
"And that, for screwing my wife while acting like such an honourable man."
With a flick of his wrist, Naruto was sent flying again, this time landing just outside the gates of the Uzumaki mansion.
Hinata watched the exchange in disbelief, her hands covering her mouth. She had warned Sasuke not to interfere, but Naruto had broken his promises time and time again.
Meanwhile, Sakura was making her way home from her shift at the hospital. When she saw Naruto standing in front of their house, she rushed over to embrace him. The two of them had been inseparable for the past week, their bodies entwined in a never-ending dance of passion. Insatiable Naruto had a stamina that was incomparable, and Sakura was powerless to resist his affectionate advances. She had even called in sick to work a few times, her body aching from their intense lovemaking.
Despite the physical toll it took on her, Sakura was happier than she'd ever been. She never imagined she could feel so loved and cherished. If only this happiness could last forever.
Sakura clung tightly to Naruto, planting kisses on his neck. "Darling, I missed you so much." she murmured. But she felt his body stiff, she looked up at his face, her eyes followed his gaze. She flinched and froze as she saw Sasuke and behind him Hinata watching with icy, emotionless eyes.
"Let's go Hinata!" Sasuke commended extending his hand to her.
"What about Boruto?" she asked.
"We will take him with us!" Sasuke replied firmly.
"You will not take my son, Bastard." Naruto screamed.
"You can't take care of him, he still needs me," said Hinata.
"Sakura will help take care of him!" Sakura weavered at the new responsibility Naruto was putting on her shoulders. She can't even look after herself and her daughter.
"No Naruto, I have to work." Sakura whispered to Naruto, fearfully.
"She could barely care for my daughter. Where is Sarada, Ms… Uchiha?" Sasuke sneered.
"She…she is with my mother." Sakura stammered, trembling.
"Get the kid, Hinata," Sasuke commanded, his tone leaving no room for argument.
Naruto flickered and blocked her way into the house. But Sasuke simply sneered, "Fine. You can't even handle him for one day. Let's go, Hinata." Hinata took Sasuke's hand, and the two of them walked past Sakura with their heads held high, making their way to the grand mansion.
"I'll send you your belongings to your new lover's house!" said Sasuke coldly as he passed by Sakura.
In the grand mansion, Hinata's body gave out and she fell on her knees. Her taught posture finally relinquishing under the weight of the afternoon's relentless confrontations. "Hinata, are you okay?" Sasuke's warm voice broke through the haze of her thoughts.
"Sasuke, why did you interfere? I can't bear to see you and Naruto-Kun in conflict, are you alright?" she said, her voice tinged with exhaustion.
"He knew about my mission with you. I expected him to attack you. I promised to protect you, and I'm relieved that the brawl is over. You're mine now," he declared, drawing closer to her and enfolding her head in his embrace.
"I'm sorry you had to find out about him and Sakura-Chan like that!" she whispered.
"It's better this way. I told you I never got along with her. You are all that matters to me. However, I have to retrieve Sarada before they abduct her too," he said before kissing her tenderly and leaving.
Hinata never imagined she would trade places with Sakura, nor did she think her relationship with Naruto would end in such a way. She never thought she would live in this huge mansion neighboring her ex and his lover.
Would Naruto take good care of her son? Would she be a surrogate mother to Sarada? Could she settle into a life with Sasuke just like that? The weight of her family's opinions loomed over her as well, and she knew she would have to confront them about the situation.
Reeling with uncertainty, Hinata's mind swirled with questions as she grappled with the enormity of her new reality.
After an hour, Sasuke returned with Sarada in his arm. Hinata was just out of the shower and fixing a warm cup of tea. She had her body and hair wrapped in towels. She doesn't have any fresh clothes to put on.
He put Sarada in her highchair, gave her some snacks and walked closer to Hinata. He was dazed by how gorgeous she looked in that small towel. Her hourglass body makes any man go crazy. Her boobs showing off, about to burst and her hips making the towel barely meet the other end. Her long legs exposed so flawless and smooth. He removed her hair towel and her hair fell cascading about her body. Then he yanked her body towel. She gasped and tried to cover herself with her hands.
"Sasuke!!" She whispered in shock.
"When I come home… I want to see you like this… with nothing on."
And he bent to kiss her and tease her left boob with his hand. She kissed him back and moaned he was torturing her with his dominant tongue and nipples pinching.
She felt herself get wet. She pushed his shoulder gently.
"Sasuke, Sarada is here!"
"She is just a baby,'' he said and bent licking her neck.
"I can't, at least turn her to the other side." She pleaded.
He chuckled and did so. Though Sarada continued searching for him and looking over her shoulder.
"Is that better, where were we? " And his gaze darkened again.
Sasuke felt a rush of triumph as he held Hinata in his arms, knowing that she was finally his and that nothing could stand in the way of their future together. The fact that Hinata had nothing to do with Naruto anymore only added to the intensity of his emotions. He had longed for this moment, had fought for it, and now that it was here, he felt a sense of satisfaction that was almost indescribable.
As he looked into Hinata's eyes, he felt a deep sense of possessiveness and protectiveness, knowing that he would do anything to keep her safe and by his side. He relished the feeling of her body against his, the way she fit so perfectly in his embrace, and the way she responded to his touch.
The thought of being with her, of waking up every day to her smile and her touch, filled him with a sense of joy that he had never known before. Nothing can separate them now. She was his and he will do everything to keep it that way.
"We are finally alone, nothing can hold me back from you now." He whispered in her ear in a low sexy voice.
"Sasuke!!" She whimpered as he turned her around on the counter and made her bent slightly over. He kneaded her curvy ass and slapped her on one. She gasped.
"Your mine, all of you." And he went lower and grabbed her butt cheek stretching out her pussy for him to give it a lick. She was losing her mind, though the presence of Sarada disturbed her enjoyment.
Then they both flinched. He stopped what he was doing and rose to his feet. "Someone is here!" she exclaimed. "That's probably Anbu," he replied, "You can wear one of Sakura's nightgowns or my t-shirts. I'll be back shortly." He washed his face and hands before heading out.
She wrapped her body with a towel and was about to lift Sarada from her chair to fetch some clothes when Sasuke returned. "I've been summoned to the Hokage tower. It might take a while. Sarada is your responsibility, don't let Sakura take her," he said, walking closer to her and whispering in her ear, "I can't wait to finish what we started!" He smirked as her face turned tomato-red. He lifted her chin, and kissed her then kissed Sarada and walked away, turning back before he closed the door. "You'll be fine here. I won't let anything happen to you," he reassured her.
"Sasuke, is this about the mission?" He didn't answer but she noticed that he was too troubled. She has a bad feeling about this.
She dressed up, fed Sarada and changed her diaper. As the hours passed, Hinata found herself getting more and more anxious. She couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong. She tried to distract herself by playing with Sarada and cleaning up the mansion, but she couldn't shake the feeling of unease. Then she heard a noise at their neighbour's. Sakura was holding crying Boruto and the niece of Ko was asking her in frustration.
She is probably searching for her. Hinata stepped outside the house. Ko's niece turned and scurried towards her.
"Hinata-sama, what's going on? First they asked for Hiashi-sama, and then when Hanabi-sama and Ko-san arrived, they were summoned to the Hokage's tower too. Do you know what's happening?" she asked, visibly anxious.
"Don't worry, they probably wanted to talk about the allies' affair with father and Hanabi. Ko-San will return soon." She tried to calm her down.
"Yes, Hinata-Sama. If you could return to the compound soon, it would be appreciated as there's no one from the main house there," the young girl requested.
"Go ahead now, I'll visit later. '' the young girl bowed and started walking away.
As Hinata moved closer to Sakura, Boruto's cries grew louder upon seeing his mother. "Sakura-chan, give me my son back. You know you can't take care of him. He wants to sleep, and he only does if he nurses from me," Hinata pleaded.
"I'll only give you your son if you give me my daughter. Where is she?" Sakura demanded.
"Sarada is my responsibility. I can't hand her over to you,"
"Then you won't have your son,"
"Please Sakura-chan, let me feed him. I promise to return him to you,"
"Fine. Let's go to Sasuke-kun's mansion. I want to see Sarada too," Sakura relented, her voice still laced with tension.
Hinata cradled her son in her arms and began the walk back to the mansion. Sakura showered her own daughter with an abundance of affection, showering her with kisses and hugs while playfully interacting with her on her lap while Hinata was nursing her son.
The tender scene warmed Hinata's heart and she smiled. No mother should be separated from her child, she thought.
"Thank you, Sakura-chan. You know how attached I am to Boruto. I can't imagine being separated from him,"
Sakura lowered her gaze, overcome with guilt. "I'm sorry, Hinata. I never intended to take your husband or child away from you. It just… happened," she explained hesitantly.
But Hinata refused to let her shoulder the blame. "No need to apologise, Sakura-chan. Sasuke and I had a thing going on long before you two were ever together," she admitted, feeling ashamed.
Sakura was taken aback, struggling to process this unexpected confession. "When? How long ago?" she asked, aghast.
"The night you stayed over. Sasuke and I kissed," Hinata revealed, her voice tinged with regret.
"Hinata!!" Sakura had no words for this betrayal. "How could you do something like that?" Sakura felt disgusted by her gentle friend -or she thought they were friends- "I never thought you and Sasuke-Kun had a thing!" That explains his reject behaviour towards her. While that was even before their return to the village, but she wanted to believe his change of behaviour started with his affair.
"It just happened…" Hinata repeated Sakura's enigmatic answer. Atleast she didn't fuck Sasuke at his first attempt.
After a moment of silence, Sakura broke the tension. "What are we going to do now?" she asked, desperate to find a way to make things right.
Hinata paused, lost in thought. "I don't know. You can come visit anytime I'm alone with Sarada. I'll try to convince Sasuke to change his mind. As I wish to see Boruto too, and gradually wean him."
"We need divorces," Sakura said matter-of-factly, a sense of finality in her tone.
"Of course," Hinata agreed. She knew that the situation was complicated, and both women would have to navigate a range of emotional and practical challenges to make things right.
Sakura's next question caught Hinata off guard. "Do you want to marry Sasuke-kun?" she asked, raising an eyebrow.
Hinata looked down, suddenly feeling self-conscious. "We haven't talked about it yet," she admitted. "Sakura-chan, I have to go to the compound, but I can't leave Sarada with you," Hinata said, feeling a sense of unease between them.
Sakura, too, was feeling frustrated and overwhelmed by the situation. Hinata put down the sleepy Boruto in his bed and picked up Sarada.
"She's not tired, she probably took a long nap at my mother's house," Sakura said.
"Okay, see you, Sakura-chan," Hinata replied, and they parted ways, the awkwardness between them palpable.
Sasuke, Naruto, and Shikamaru convened at the Hokage's office. "As we have agreed," said the Hokage, "the Hyuga leaders are detained in our guest rooms. We want to begin the interrogations as soon as possible, starting with Hiashi-San."
Naruto interjected, "Why are WE here?"
"I don't want to involve the council yet, but I need you to take part in the interrogation," the Hokage explained. "Naruto, I know this may seem uncomfortable, but this is an important lesson for your future position. Even when it involves family, you must be objective and deal with it rationally."
The others knew why they were involved and followed the Hokage to the council room, where they sat at the table facing Hiashi.
"Hiashi-San," said the Sixth, "you may be wondering why you are here. We have received a note that the Hyuga clan is searching for a Byakugan Genjutsu Seal Scroll. What is that?"
Hiashi glared at Sasuke that averted his gaze.
"It is an old scroll dating back to the time when our clan joined the Hidden Leaf Village and made it our home," he began. "Senju Hashirama-Sama was pleased with the great force that our clan possessed and believed it would strengthen the village. However, Madara Uchiha was uncomfortable with our dojutsu power and wanted to have some kind of control or guarantee that we weren't a threat to the Uchiha clan."
He continued, "Somehow, Madara learned of our possession of the genjutsu scroll, which was a strong specialty of the Uchiha. He put forth the condition that we deliver the scroll in order for us to settle in the village. Hashirama-Sama agreed to this condition to reassure his friend, believing that our clan had enough power without the scroll. I don't believe I did anything wrong in seeking what belongs to us in the first place."
"Hiashi-San, we merely seek to understand. You're present here without the council's knowledge, and we require answers for when they inquire about your possession of such an item," Kakashi assured in a calm tone.
"Why are you approaching the Taketori Clan for this?" Shikamaru inquired.
"Madara Uchiha was friends with Masanobu Taketori, a distinguished member of the Taketori Clan during the warring states of the shinobi world. He was purportedly on par with Hashirama Senju-sama and Madara Uchiha in terms of power. If the scroll is not in the Uchiha grounds, it's likely located in the Hidden Village in the Grass," Hiashi monotoned.
"It could be anywhere," Sasuke interjected. "We've scoured every possible location using our Byakugan. We only require a hint to focus our search efforts."
"You're not even sure if it still exists, to begin with," Naruto chimed in.
"We're uncertain, which is why we necessitated the Taketori clan to also search for it in their village," Hiashi clarified.
The interrogations persisted throughout the night, with Hanabi and Ko also subjected to questioning. Hiashi hadn't even had the opportunity to meet with his daughter or receive updates on her negotiations with the clan. But that was for the best, Kakashi concluded.
As the night dragged on, the investigators grew increasingly fatigued and frustrated. Hours had passed with no tangible progress.
With the break of dawn, Kakashi disbanded the group, save for Sasuke, whom he requested to remain behind.
"I must break my promise to you, Sasuke. It's in the best interest of the village and the Hyuga clan. We must also question Hinata… "
