Cynder and Edel were fighting the resurrected enemies with a lot of work. In turn, they tried to dodge the strikes of Darkcel's blades and spikes. There was not much support as his army was still fighting against the Dark army.

Spyro and Jhonny were fighting out front, trying to break through for their army. Taking down the teres Trolls, Spyro noticed the risen mana from the dark helpers near Cynder and Edel.
"Cynder..." he thought as he turned his gaze in that direction. He didn't realize that a Wyvern was about to hit him until… a fireball destroyed the Wyvern.
"Watch out, Spyro" said Jhonny who had saved him, "You must not get distracted"
With his tail, he sent a pair of orcs standing there flying. Then he turned to face the same direction Spyro was looking.
"Calm down," he told him, "I know that Cynder can take what's thrown her way. After all, you trust her, right?"
"It's true" Spyro said more focused, "Besides, she's with Edel"
"It's true, I'm sure they both make it. Come on, we have to continue."
In the distance, the catapult towers were beginning to collapse.
"Meadow did it," Spyro said, "It's our time... let's move on!"

Ray was up against Akuma. With the dark mana from him, the enemy lifted the rocks around him and threw them at him.
"Electro sphere!"
He got it, Ray perfectly defended himself from the attack. However, Akuma only laughed:
"Do you really think that shield will work for you?"
He raised a claw into the air.
"Dark Attraction!"
The atmosphere became strange and it was hard to breathe. Then, Ray felt everything around him being attracted: stones, air and… himself! Trying to resist, the guardian dug its claws into the earth, but it was useless. The magnetic force was incredible.
Once he was that close, Akuma pointed the other claw at him.
"Dark Pulse!"
A shock wave was released and swept Ray away with incredible force, leaving a long line on the ground. However, this did not stop the guardian, as he was still trying to get up. Seeing this, Akuma still wanted to make him suffer.
"Dark Expulsion!"
A repulsive wave pushed the dragon with such force that it crashed against a rock. Ray was injured and was nearly knocked unconscious by the blow. Wanting to finish, Akuma approached him to deal the final blow.
"Lightning Fang!"
An electrical vortex came from a surprise direction, but just as it was about to hit Akuma, he pushed it away:
"Dark Expulsion!"
The shockwave paralyzed the attack and sent it off with the dragon that had made it: Rayla. Immediately after, the rest of the Skylanders team arrived.
"Master Ray!" they exclaimed when they saw the wounded guardian.
"Oh!" Akuma told them, "More hindrances. I'll blow them to pieces…Dark Attraction!"
The same wave tried to bring them all closer. The Skylanders tried to resist, but it was too powerful. Suddenly, lightning collided with Akuma's claw, injuring him. Ray had gotten up.
"Rayla" his uncle told her, "I see that you returned safely and I thank you for the help you provided, but I was just warming up. Rather go help Cynder and Edel, I detect evil forces near them. I take care of him"
"But..." Rayla tried to say, but Ash told her:
"He is right, we must end the war"
Without further ado, the Skylanders flew in the indicated direction. Akuma, who had seen it all, taunted the guardian:
"Were you just warming up? It seemed to me that you just suffered tirelessly… but we'll see… Dark Attraction!"
He drew everything around him again. However, Ray did not move from the same place where they were. Seeing that, Akuma increased his strength... but nothing. Then, an electric shock coming from the ground paralyzed him.
"But what?" he asked him.
Then, all the rocks around him approached with such speed that they impacted his body so hard that they seemed like the attacks of an earth dragon. He didn't know what was happening, his powers had gone out of control.
"A friend of mine taught me about magnetism," Ray explained, "That's your ability, isn't it? It was easy to increase your electricity force to turn it against you."
"But... how did you pass electrons to me?" Akuma asked.
Ray hit the ground under his paws.
"The ground is basically a great conductor," he explained, "I can control the charge that I can transmit to any matter. No guy is immune to me."
Akuma tried to move and roared, "Dark Pulse!"
But nothing happened. Ray laughed again (it was his turn to return everything)
"Living bodies function with a nervous system. And it transmits electrical impulses to perform actions... the shock you received a moment ago altered your system. I think you got the wrong opponent: I not only launch a powerful discharge on my opponents, but also attack the nerves"
"Damn..." Akuma roared in anger.
"And this ends here... Final thunder!"
Ray was charged with electrical energy and launched into the sky where the clouds also charged with electricity and transmitted it to him, drawing a large lightning dragon. Then he charged at his opponent and he received a powerful shock of over ten million watts.
However, the attack left Ray exhausted and he took a moment to catch his breath.
(Meanwhile…)
The Skylanders flew in the direction where Edel and Cynder were, finishing off the huge dark army that crossed their path.
"How far will we be?" asked Aurora worried about her mother.
"I think we're only…" Flint started to say, but then Sam yelled:
"Careful!"
A shadow impacted in their midst, forming a wall of dark blue fire, separating them into two groups: Rayla, Flint, and Ash, and Nina, Drago, Aurora, and Sam.
"Enough of waiting..." said a voice between the flames and a dark dragon showed itself. It resembled a normal one of fire or electricity, but its colors and mana were undoubtedly of a Dark One.
"Come on!" Nina yelled at her other friends, "We'll take care of him."
The rest of the young dragons nodded and continued their flight. For his part, the Dark One didn't seem very interested in the others.
"Who are you?" Drago asked, ready to fight.
"My name is Dahaak" he replied, "And I need something from you…"
