Hey everybody! First of all, I'm sorry that there hasn't been a new chapter for so long. The last few weeks or rather months have been pure stress for me. On the one hand because I work in the field of nursing and on the other hand I am taking two language courses for which I had to study because I had to prepare for some upcoming exams.
I will try to translate more regularly again so that I can finish this story and then finally concentrate on my own story again. My best friend and I are going on holiday soon, which is really needed, but even then I will take the time to continue translating for you so that there won't be another long break.
By the way, my best friend thinks I'm weird because he noticed that I translate a text from German into English faster when I listen to KPOP while translating rather than when there is silence. Is that really such a weird thing?
Enjoy the new chapter!
The Water Paradise
The day goes by quickly. Anna and I slowly get closer again and talk. Ace grins contentedly; family is important to him. So he is pleased that me and Anna are becoming friends. I curl up at Ace's side. We all lie on the floor, blankets spread out on the floor. The six of us have decided to sleep on the floor in the living room. We're ragging on everyone and everything and drinking rum. Well, we're not quite right. Everyone else drinks rum and I get to watch them drink. But that's not bad either. Anyway, we go to bed relatively early, as we want to leave fairly early tomorrow.
In the morning, unfortunately, another problem arises. I stand in my room in front of the mirror and look at myself. Ace is in the constraints of my brothers who want him to put on a bathing suit. Well, Anna also has swimming gear in her bag. She has already changed too and is laughing her head off at me. But I can understand her. The bikini bottoms still fit, you can see my little belly, but I'm proud of that too. The problem is the bikini top. Apparently my breasts have also realised that I'm pregnant. The top is too small and it looks quite daring. It looks like I bought it two sizes too small. I stroke my face in annoyance. "Ace will love the look!" yelps Anna. I throw a top at Anna and tug at the bikini top to somehow get some more fabric out. Just doesn't really work. "What am I going to do now?" I ask desperately. Anna just keeps laughing. "I can't anymore! Please can we go to Ace's to see the look!" laughs Anna, rolling on the bed. "Well, sure, and then the swimming trip falls through because Ace won't let me out," I say cynically. And as always: if you speak of the devil, he comes too. Ace tears open the door and comes into the room. His eyes widen when he sees me. His mouth opens and closes. I cross my arms in front of my chest to cover myself a little. The bikini is failing in its purpose, after all. "You don't want to go like that!" says Ace, horrified. "Of course not, the top is too tight, I'm going topless!" I hiss. Ace blushes. Anna continues to laugh on the bed. Nico comes in and asks confused, "What do you look like?" "GET OUT!" I yell and slam the door.
I sit down on the bed in despair. Anna spins around and grins at me. "Glad you're having fun," I say grumpily. And I was looking forward to bath day. "Now come on, I'll give you a top of mine!" she says giggling. "Why did you bring two please?" I ask, confused. "I'm a woman!" she says simply. Ok that's right. I put on her top and it fits halfway. "Now we can be on our way." she finally says. I pack my bag which has the towels and drink and food in it. Ace is already waiting from the door and looks at me. "You're not wearing THAT one top are you?" he asks me. I roll my eyes and just walk past him. Anna walks after me with Ace. "Of course she changed them." "Who's riding with who?" asks Anna. "I'm riding with Ace!" I say. "Is Nico still driving like the last hangman?" she asks. Nico, who has just joined Mark and Loki, wants to say something in reply, but I beat him to it and say, "Yes!" Anna looks at him and then says, "Okay, I'll ride with you. I don't want to end up as an asphalt decoration." Nico crosses his arms indignantly. "I'm a good driver!" he says defensively. "Yeah right and I just ate too much and I'm not pregnant!" I say sarcastically. "After what I saw yesterday, that might even be true!" he says. Ok I should have seen that coming. "I'm a better driver for it!" I say simply. I know, I know, bad counter but I'm still annoyed. Ace chuckles and says, "Can I ride with him?" I roll my eyes. I should have guessed that statement. I wave my hand to give my consent. If Ace wants to risk his life for no reason, then fine. If he dies on the ride, I'll tell the kid that the reason for his death is stupidity. "I'm going with Lucia!" Mark says. Oh yeah, he doesn't have the firmest stomach either. "Okay then, that's settled. Nico, please: Drive carefully! I don't want my child to become an half-orphan before it's even been rescued," I say. He rolls his eyes in annoyance and nods.
We go to the cars and say goodbye as we pass. We all sit down in the cars. Ace and Loki fight to see who is sitting in front. Well, it soon becomes clear that it is Ace, the second commander of the Whitebeard pirates. Loki sits on the floor and crosses his arms sulkily. Ace takes a seat with a grin and looks at me proudly. I sit down in the car and wait until Mark and Anna have got in. Then we drive off and don't even wait for the others, because with Nico's driving style, they will catch up with us even if Loki sulks for another ten minutes. I wink at the puzzled looking Ace and drive out onto the road. Anna and Mark laugh at the three of them. The drive takes about half an hour, meanwhile Mark and Anna talk about random stuff. "But you've got yourself a sweetie pie too!" Anna says to me. I snort. Sweetie pie, I think that's going to be my new nickname on the Moby, for Ace. Anna looks at me and asks, "What's wrong?" "Sweetie pie!" I laugh and Mark grins. "You're going to call him that from now on, aren't you?" he asks me. I nod and Anna grins too. "I'm sorry to hear that for Ace!" she says and I don't believe a word she says. I drive into the car park and see Nico, Loki and Ace standing there. And they look so proud. We've been standing here for ages," Nico says vainly. I raise my eyebrows and say, "Were you smart enough to get the tickets?" Nico looks up at the sky. "So no, you just wanted to rub our noses in the fact that you were tired of life!" Nico turns and struts towards the entrance. I hook Anna and go after him. Ace walks after me with his hands in pockets and a grin. It's going to be really funny when he runs around topless and in shorts. It's not that busy, after all it's during the week and it's not a holiday. One of the reasons we're coming now. I forgot one little thing. Ace has a huge tattoo. Well, what the hell, they'll be looking at his abs anyway.
We stand at the cash desk and buy the tickets. Anna grins as the cashier stares at Ace. I roll my eyes. As soon as we're inside, I say, "For all that staring, she could have at least given us a discount." Anna laughs and asks, "Jealous?" I grin at her and say, "No!" she looks at me puzzled. "Why not?" she says curiously. "Ace? What does the cashier look like?" I ask. "What cashier?" he asks me confused and puts his arm around me. Anna laughs and understands what I mean. Ace doesn't consider women to be women at all. We go in and enter the changing rooms. Ace wants to run after me. My brothers stop him by grabbing his arm and pulling him along. Anna giggles and says, "He's very protective isn't he?" she asks me. I nod and say, "YES!" Anna laughs and runs into a cabin. I go into another and take off my clothes. Outside we meet the boys. Ace immediately stands next to me. The water paradise is an outdoor pool with huge slides and various attractions. Personally, my favourite slide is the branching tyre slide. Ace looks around with wide eyes. There is a glint in his eyes. Honestly, I give him five seconds before he's gone. And I am to be proved right, a whole five seconds he lasts before he is gone with my brothers. I look after the father of my child. "I see black for my future!" I say with amusement. "I see two children to raise!" says Anna gloatingly. I silently agree with her. "Shall we find somewhere to lie down?" she asks me. I nod and look after the men. Ace runs straight for the steepest slide. "Why the hell did I know that?" I ask. "What, you wouldn't do that if you weren't pregnant?" says Anna to me, grinning. Unfortunately, she's right. We spread the towels on the lawn and lie down in the sun. I lie on my back and relax. The peace and quiet is nice for once. Ace can still romp around somewhere else.
I don't know how long I lie in the sun and relax when a shadow obscures the sun. I open my eyes in annoyance and see a couple of guys standing around grinning at me and Anna. Oh no I don't feel like it. I roll over on my stomach and ignore them. "Hey you cuties!" a voice oils. I play deaf and Anna does exactly the same. Unfortunately, the guys don't understand. "Don't you want to spend some time with us?" the broader voice croons. "Not interested!" says Anna and ignores him after that. I have a picture of the slide in my head. Ace seems to be having fun. But the guys won't let up. I turn around, annoyed. A slim dude is greedily looking at my cleavage, which has grown thanks to pregnancy. "Not interested, I have a boyfriend and I'm pregnant. If you still don't get it: fuck off!" I growl. "Sweetie it's not an obstacle. If you've already got a turkey in the oven, it can't happen. Your fucker must be a loser. Now you can have a real man." Anna next to me snorts. Why? The guy is just a pussy compared to Ace. "Am I?" I hear Ace's voice say darkly. Whoa now there's a spectacle. The guys turn around confidently and pale. Ace stands rather impressively in front of the sun and grins murderously at the gang. "Welcome to Testosterone City." says Anna. "Unfortunately, I have to admit that Ace is pretty hot right now!" I admit, biting my lower lip. "Get lost!" he says. The spokesman for the group tries to stand up to intimidate Ace by shoving him. He might as well have been trying to move a mountain. Ace just grabs his hand and squeezes. The boy screws up his face. Ace fixes his gaze on him and growls, "Leave my wife alone." the group quickly disperses. I turn back onto my stomach and close my eyes. "Are you going to lie here all day?" asks Ace with a smile. "Yes!" I say and suddenly I feel Ace sitting on my bottom. "You sure?" he asks. I nod and let my head rest on my arms. Ace is now laying all over me, just not resting with all his weight. I squeal out.
Ace is freezing! "Get down!" I hiss. Ace laughs and jumps up. "Why are you so cold?" I ask, horrified. Ace points to the pool of ice water. He grins mischievously at me. Surely my brothers are to blame for that. Where are the idiots, anyway? "Ace, where have you left the trio of chaos?" I ask. Ace shrugs and lifts me up in his arms. I quickly hold onto his neck. "Where are you taking me please?" I ask. Anna stands up as well. "Are you coming?" I ask her. "Where to?" she asks, amused. "Do I look like I'm the one deciding?" I ask sarcastically as Ace drags me somewhere. Anna laughs. "Aren't you going to help me?" I ask promptly. Ace looks at me amused. Anna even complies with my request and jumps onto Ace's back and holds on to his neck. To keep her from sliding down, she wraps her legs around his hips. Only Ace doesn't register the extra weight at all, but just keeps walking. Anna pulls on his neck. "Hello, I'm attached to you? Can't you tell?" she says and pulls harder. Ace just laughs and walks with Anna and me up the stairs to the tyre slide. He doesn't even break a sweat. "How much do you work out, please?" asks Anna, horrified, when Ace reaches the top. He grins broadly. 'What kind of wimps do you have in this world, please?' he asks me. I roll my eyes.
Now Ace will puff himself up like a peacock again. 'Not everyone can be like you!' I declare. Ace lifts Anna off his shoulder with one hand and sets her down on the floor. He puts me down too and what do I see at the corner. My brothers grinning broadly with tyres. "You just couldn't slide on your own, could you?" I ask. Nico and Loki shake their heads, Mark points at Ace. I see another problem: six people and three hoops. "Ok who is sliding with who?" I ask. Ace immediately grabs me and pulls me towards him. "Nobody wants to take your Lucia!" teases Anna. Then Anna herself grabs Mark. I look at Nico and Loki. "Really now the two of them together?" I ask doubtfully. Anna also looks sceptically at the two of them. "Well, we won't get the bumps!" I remark. Loki and Nico grin, grab a ring and jump onto the slide. As they do so, they try to push each other off the ring. Then they have already disappeared around the corner. I raise my eyebrows. "We should have taken another ring." Is my comment to the two of them.
Ace puts the one other ring on the top of the slide and sits in it completely. So he's in the hollow with his back against the edge and his legs hanging over. "And where am I supposed to sit now?" I ask. But Ace pulls on my legs and I fall on top of him. Now I'm sitting across Ace. Ace can't wait any longer and grabs the bar to push himself off. In the process I am shaken up quite a bit. Thanks to Ace's strength, we hurtle down with great speed. The fact that I don't hurt myself is due to Ace, who starts the thrusts with his arms and legs. He laughs like a madman and his eyes sparkle with joy. "Do you always have to exaggerate like that?" I ask, giggling, because I enjoy it too. After all, I'm sure Ace will get the bruises. He just laughs louder in response. We are abruptly slowed down as we land in the intermediate pool. The water splashes and I am completely soaked. "Which one do we take?" asks Ace gleefully, having his fun. What does he mean? From here on you have three options to slide on. "Take any one!" I say, clawing at his shoulder. Ace pushes himself off with his foot against the pool wall and we rush down the middle slide. I pray that no one is on it or there will be a pile-up. I squeal with delight, feeling like a child. Ace holds me securely, so I'm not afraid at this speed. As long as he is with me, nothing can happen to me. Once again we have to decide which way to go and then we land in the catch basin. The funny thing? Nico and Loki are not there yet. I sit down at the edge and let the rings flow on so that the others can use them.
Ace leans against my legs. "We need a slide like that on the Moby, that would be something for the child!" says Ace enthusiastically. "Yes, of course for the child! Apart from that I'd like to know how you're going to explain THAT to Marco." I answer him and hear my brothers at one of the exits of the slide. "I thought you'd explain it to him," Ace says naturally. I flip him the bird and see Mark and Loki come rushing out of an exit. Wait a minute Mark and Loki? I remember another constellation. The two come up to me and ignore my questioning look. A few seconds later, Nico and Anna come too. Same principle Nico comes to us and ignores my questioning look. "Ok, I have to ask! What happened?" I ask the group. The boys ignore my question. But Anna answers with a grin. "Nico and Loki didn't get along and tried to steal the ring from us. In the process they pulled Mark down and I just slid on, Nico then jumped in after them. I guess it was similar with Mark and Loki!" I laugh. That was to be expected! "What are we going to do now?" Ace asks enthusiastically. The man just has too much energy. Must be his constant naps. "We can do shoulder combat!" says Loki. "Rejected!" says Ace. I look at Ace in amazement. The battle devil doesn't want to? "Pregnant!" says Ace simply. Ah yes there is something. "Lucia and I are going to the meadow. You can go on the free-fall slide!" says Anna and gets out of the pool. Oh yes the free fall slide I wouldn't even go on that thing if I wasn't pregnant, in other words it's perfect for Ace! I go with Anna while Ace grabs my brothers. Let's see what else the day brings, because my brothers are looking at Ace so strangely.

Conversations
... A sign that Lucia belongs to him. "Portgas D Lucia!" Nico then says simply. Ace had had the thought before, but the thought of marriage had then put him off. ...
