Episode #5 - Attack from Shadow Law
Yep! The Phantom Thieves are back…With some back up from Caroline, Justine, York, Mika, and Troy joining in to aid the nine thieving heroes while protecting the other missing kids to not be taken by Master Hand of his defeated Polygon Team Armies. With their powers back along with each of their Personas - Keiko/Joker with Arsene, Akechi/Crow/Black Crow with Robin Hood with some powers from Loki, Morgana/Mona with Zorro, Ryuji/Skull with Captain Kid, Ann/Panther with Carmen, Yusuke/Fox with Goemon, Makoto/Queen with Johanna, Futaba/Oracle with Necronomicon, and Haru/Noir with Milady. Doing well for the power of elements, weapons, and guns so far to still have the skills. Can they still stop the mess of Master Hand working with Shadow Law who are real and most wanted? Same with video game characters coming to life! Either way, Team Drago of the Phantom Thief of Hearts aka The Phantom Thieves can't allow the kids from Japan to get kidnapped to a mysterious place called Video Game Paradise at all.
Master Hand: None of you aren't human at all…! Super powers of humans of thievery of good, others with fighting skills, two children, and…a creature cat. All of these beings are stopping our plans of Shadow Law's powers of these humans.
Saying what Master Hand was seeing in the heroes…
Caroline: What?! What did you call us, you monster hand?! We are not children!
Justine: We are more than mere children to you.
Morgana: For the last time….! I'M NOT A CAT!
York: Yeah, but–!
But luckily for York stops his friend from talking about Morgana's look any further.
Troy: Please don't, York.
Miko: It's for the best to leave it be.
And after seeing what Morgana can do in battle…
York: Oh, right. Good point. (For once coming from Troy I guess.)
Ryuji: You'll get used to Mona's kitty-like looks.
Miko: "Mona"...?
Also saying their nicknames.
Keiko: Ah, what? That's who we are called as the Phantom Thieves who just happened to stop by aiding the other children and cat who did escape….. (I think from the mess for this Master Hand didn't see us transform in public, that was too close.)
Akechi: That's right, we're the Phantom Thieves to stop both your plans, save these kids, and arrest Shadow Law!
Saying the words, Master Hand's not forgetting about his line of work at all even with him and the others being watched by other Nintendo characters from behind…
Master Hand: It doesn't matter who's trying to stop me, not even if all 14 of you heroes or magical members can stop me alone or together. But if you're willing to put your fighting skills to the test, then I won't hold anything back. Come on…
Now Master Hand was messing around with the heroe, meaning it could be a trap for them.
Haru: Now what do we do?
Yusuke: This monstrous being wants us to attack it.
Ann: I don't like running into it.
Ryuji: Yeah, I haffa agree with Panther there.
Makoto: I think this Master Hand might be stronger than he appears to be.
No matter how much Morgana, Ryuji, and York would go charging in for attacking first, they wouldn't risk against Master Hand…Lucky for Futaba to scan through their newer enemy with her hacking skills.
Futaba: Hmm… (This Master Hand character….) Guys, try to avoid and defend yourselves on what he throws at all of you. I would, maybe then I can get more data the more on how this thing fights. Sorry, but that's all I can do for now.
Knowing of Keiko's old Persona skills to use some defense skills for the others, Futaba backs them up to see what happens next.
Mika: A shield?
Morgana: It's better to be ready then get killed.
Keiko: Then let's get ready, Master Hand's about to strike…!
Moving up his fingers to do so…
Master Hand: Now are any of you ready to fight or what?
All set, everyone moves in a circle on each side to try to stop Master Hand as a team. Following Keiko's leadership for her to shoot with her gun, Morgana joins in, same with Makoto, and Yusuke to give it the first go; followed by Ryuji's metal pipe, Ann's whip, Haru's ax, and Akechi's saber sword, leaving Mika, York, and Troy to combine their skills together…
Troy: Quickly, follow my lead!
York: Hey, I lead! But I'll let it slide this one time!
Mika: As long as we stick together!
From there and Futaba's strong barrier cyber shielding up for the others to cut, kick, punch, strike, and fire gunshots away. Leaving Caroline and Justine to make their moves of offense and defense element spells of theirs to use 'beside Lavenza having her very own as one'.
Futaba: Yo, twins, give this hand some hell!
Combining their powers into one…
Caroline: Let's get this over with.
Justine: We won't let something wicked get away.
From Caroline's attacks and Justine's strong other shielding skills to be put to use against Junko in the Velvet Room.
Caroline: Tackle – Fire!
Justine: Spellbind – Ice!
This type of group attack is what Master Hand wanted for the Phantom Thieves, the warden twins, and the three other Cross Edge heroes to do. Not good.
Master Hand: Now I got each of you humans….
Keiko tries to stop Akechi along with her, but not for the others in time!
Akechi: Stop! It's what he wants for all of us to do!
Keiko: (Too late!) It's a trap!
Here comes Master Hand's special moves to use on the heroes…From a slap at Keikoo send her flying. Paper Crush at Akechi; Finger Bang to hitting Morgana a lot, Drill hit directly at Ryuji, Energy Shot on Ann, Kenzan on Yusuke to be draggin him all over the ground. Paintball hit at Makoto, Airplane on Haru, Finger Beam firing attack at Caroline and Justine…
Caroline and Justine: He's too strong!
Morgana: Whoa!
A little cartoon hit on Morgana's end there. As for York, Mika, and Troy see this all happening so fast for the three were unable to stop their attacks. Incoming Master Hand's Reflective Satellite Cannon.
York: Crap….! His shield is too strong!
Troy: York! Mika!
Mika: Our weapons can't lay a finger on this monster!
Another for Futaba to scan Master Hand only fails for him to be teleporting so fast all over the area, his special Teleport skills.
Futaba: Ah! Not good…! Master Hand's skills are making Necromonicon's data go glitching out! So not cool! (The others are down for the count within seconds.) Guys!
All the moves didn't make Master Hand tired at all as the rest went down for the count.
Makoto: This is really bad…
Master Hand: Phantom Thieves and friends, huh? No chance against me. Never had been, and never will be.
Using another move at each of them again to be a very big one.
Ryuji: Shit! This is bad! It sucks to die like this!
But Master Hand's moves were soon cut entirely short, literally from a sharp blade that weakens the monster with one fast hit. Allow for the others to get out of safety.
Master Hand: Who dares strike back at me?!
Whatever happened, it really made Master Hand very angry…
Haru: We're alive.
Mika: Yes, but who just saved us?
Looking around for Futaba to scan in the area real quick…
Futaba: Hey, another wild Persona has appeared. (And I think I know who it is…)
Keiko, Akechi, Morgana, Ryuji, Ann, Yusuke, Makoto, Futaba, Haru, Caroline, Justine, York, Mika, and Troy were all left surprised. Futaba detected another friend from Strikers to make "his" return again as part of the Phantom Thieves and alive.
Keiko: No way!
Akechi: It can't be! (It is him.)
Out of the shadows to be cursed powers to use for good now of this Persona from an outcast who has now gone good…
Loki: Guess who? I'm back, suckers! Hey, Keiko! Kid! It's been a while, hasn't it?!
Yep, Akechi's other Personas of power other than Robin Hood's his Persona of defense, the offense one appears to aid the Phantom Thieves once again!
Caroline and Justine: It's Black Crow's Loki!
Ryuji, Ann, Yusuke, Makoto, and Haru: Loki!?
York: Loki? Like Marvel's villain Loki?
Right….The other three don't know about this special Persona here.
Morgana: It's a lot to explain, let just say Loki's on our side. We'll explain the rest later. Hey, Loki! We can use your help!
Jumping down really fast from one pole to another to make his entrance.
Loki: Hold it, my weapon.
Ryuji: What weapon…? Ah!
Almost landed too close to Ryuji and Morgana's side to lose only inches of their fur and hair. Too close!
Futaba: That one Loki used on Master Hand to go flying back to him.
Akechi: Really, Loki? (Of all the entrances to show up at the last minute…)
And almost made Ryuji and Morgan look like idiots.
Morgana: Grrr…Dammit, Loki! I almost had my head cut off!
Ryuji: As if, Mona! I came close to losing my face!
Arguing and such, they see how they work a lot.
Troy: This Loki's a show off.
Mika: It would seem like it.
Keiko: It's good to see you again, Loki.
Anything for someone to do something nice in return for helping Loki out so much.
Loki: For you, Joker, anything. Kid, long time no see.
Akechi: It hasn't been that long.
Loki: I know. So…To Mona, Skull, Panther, Fox, Queen, Oracle, Noir, and twin girls, good to see you all again. My homeland is better than before, family, woman I am seeing on a date, and when I felt danger in your world, I just had to stop by with some friends by your side, that's nice. Worse timing I take it.
He was only joking. As Loki looked around to see new and old familiar faces, and who the real villain was just by looking at Master Hand right in front of Misfit Persona himself. So make the long story short from Joker explaining the rest.
Keiko: Master Hand is from a popular fighting game who has come to life and is working for some terrorist of Shadow Law who have been kidnapping lots of children. We're having trouble stopping him.
Master Hand: Silence….! I do as I'm given command to–!
Using one of Master Hand's other moves as his Reflective Satellite Cannon on Loki to reflect an attack to hit back, but he uses his power and sword to hit from a batting skills back and forth.
Loki: Like you'll be able to touch me. Talk to the hand. Get it?
Doing more of it, with another attack to get reflected where Loki was standing behind…a flying star comes charging in to stop it in time to inhale, and…swallow it whole? Even other Polygon Teams getting destroyed again from this fighter and Loki's doing.
Master Hand: But how-?!
Loki: Funny, that's what I like to know too. Who saved my ass?
Looking around to see who it was to sound familiar to some of the people…
?: Hi!
Morgana: Hi? Hey! That's the real life Kirby!
Appearing before the others was even more help, it was Kirby to the rescue.
Futaba, Ryuji, Ann, Yusuke, Makoto, Haru, and Akechi: Kirby?!
Keiko: Him again!
Mika: It's Kirby again.
York: So we weren't seeing things…Damn!
Double checking for Troy pinches York a little to wake him up and was playing around at the same time.
Troy: Are you still awake?
York: Ouch! Yes, thanks for nothing…It's a real life Kirby alright.
From the bad guys of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate characters and a hero to be shown in person so far.
Loki: Now we got a little hero there who likes the fight, heh. Not bad.
Master Hand: ….! Kirby the Star Warrior?
For Kirby to look so cute looking as a very young Star Warrior alien, he means well to protect who's good against evil, seeing Morgana again for him to tell who's his friend. As Kirby waves to his new buddy.
Morgana: Ah, hi….
Ann: You know Kirby, Mona?
Morgana: It's a long story.
A lot had to be explained for Master Hand to hold his guard on the many heroes in his way…This was time for both Caroline and Justine to explain everything else and Futaba having her other cyber shield up again and Keiko's shielding spell ability from her Persona again.
Futaba: I got this cover. Twins, please explain the rest to everyone else.
Caroline: OK, listen up. From the game you call "Super Smash Bros. Ultimate" of this Kirby to be the hero against the villain boss Master Hand. Who were fighting against right now with his army of Polygon Team. Copycats of the first original 12 fighters. With the kids getting captured who like this stuff like the rest of you humans.
Justine: As well as it has real connections with the Shadow Law army of human disasters to capture them all. With the Phantom Thieves powers returning to have Black Crow' coming to the rescue while the three characters from a different dimension who were also in a game called Cross Edge arrive in your world; real and fictional combined into one from the looks of it.
And there you have it on what's going on so far.
Mika: Well, it does make perfect we're from a different world from these Phantom Thieves…
Laughing it off to try to jog this whole thing in their heads, for everyone that is. With silence for a few seconds all over…
Ryuji: Holy shit man…
Yusuke: You know what? I believe in what I'm seeing.
Troy: Same here.
York: No shit, Sherlock!
Looks like the game is in the heroes favor now to stop the mess going on for good, Master Hand and his clones are outnumbered now.
Makoto: It's better surrender right now, Master Hand, or else….
Morgana: ….You have to learn your mistakes the hard way, by the Phantom Thieves!
Mika: And friends!
With Kirby too ready for battle and Loki too.
Loki: As well as a strange video game creature and yours truly. Whatever, let's get this over with–!
Soon to sense something else to appear on the ship where Master Hand came from to carry the kids away 'like the other Shadow Law members', with one of the members in command makes contact with one of the members. In other words - seems like more trouble was about to happen. A hologram appears to be a woman from the sound and a bit from the looks of it.
Haru: Huh?
Yusuke: Who's that?
Bad news from the way Kirby has seen this woman already with Master Hands and other video game villain members who work for Shadow Law, angry and fear has this Star Warrior worried even more. Bowing down to her, this could only mean of this female monster villain's not good at all.
Master Hand: Madame Succubus! I can explain why I'm running late because of these….strange humans with powers and creature friends with Kirby who seem to have followed me here.
Morgana: I HEARD THAT! Wait, what am I saying? Who's this Succubus monster?
Seeing the new enemies of Master Hand's saying to this Succubus creature, she's the commander of the Shadow Law group and not the leader? Then who's the main boss?
Succubus: …
Kirby takes a stand to stay strong.
Keiko: (This feeling…!) Black Crow.
Akechi: I notice it too, Joker. Yes, she's one of the members of Shadow Law. Like the Persona Succubus, this one is the real thing. (This is really bad! The power she has even in a hologram, both Keiko and I can sense her powers all the way from here.)
Even their two Personas can sense what they're sensing.
Arsene: A new enemy?
Loki: Oh great, more trouble….
For the Phantom Thieves, the other three, and Caroline and Justine have a bad feeling about all of this.
Succubus: Master Hand, I'm surprised you're running late. It's not like you, other than the others can try harder. So this is why….I see we have young rebels who want to stand against us and not turn in quietly. Hmm…
Master Hand: Please forgive me. Madame Succubus, if you and our boss can give me some backup, I'll be able to head back to base with the energies of these young humans in due time.
Asking for some help for Kirby tries to use his move of cutter hits at Master Hand, Succubus' powers shields both Master Hand and the army of Polygons to be fixed within seconds from the bad mysterious power coursing through all of the clones. Not good on Kirby's end.
Troy: This looks bad.
Mika: It missed?
Trying to use the weapons to destroy them again, all the Polygons come back for more like it was nothing to them this time.
York: No guns or weapons have no friggin 'effect on any of them now!
Ryuji: For real?! That's so unfair!
Master Hand: Once you mess with the high commands of Shadow Law, you all brought this upon yourselves. It's payback now.
Justine: This is bad. And I do mean really bad.
The others stand their ground again for Succubus sees how many people they have so far and others of their powers from far away to still sense it all, meaning Succubus is one of the enemies to fair besides their main boss.
Succubus: I see….Like the other heroes who stand in our way like Kirby, he's worthless. Unless our leader says otherwise, while these twins in blue will be in our way, they will be stopped. These Phantom Thieves seem to be something to look up on later. Ah, I know what to do. Master Hand, new orders.
Master Hand: Madame?
Seeing the other three teens of York, Mika, and Troy the most, Kirby knows first on what the two enemies are having their eyes on first. It's bad!
Ann: What's wrong, Kirby?
Seems like the Warden Velvet Twins figure it out first before the others could.
Caroline: Hey! Keep those three safe and the other captive humans! Do it already!
Yep, besides the other captive kids; same with York, Mika, and Troy were Shadow Law's next target to capture them alive with the rest of them for Kirby also figures it out too.
Keiko: No.
Morgana, Ryuji, Ann, Yusuke, Makoto, Futaba, and Haru: What!?
Loki: You're shittin' me!
York and Troy: Us?!
Mika: No….!
Akechi: But why…? (Why these kids? Why them suddenly?)
New plan for Master Hand with some help from Succubus to aid him and the Polygons to get them with the other captive kids and return back to base, from wherever there is they work out of the real world.
Succubus: Listen well, Master Hand. Be grateful I'm lending you some of my powers for you and your Polygons. Gather the children you have gathered and the other three shall do. Keep the other ones out of the way but not dead, for now. As for the little Star Warrior, keep him away from our plans by any means. Understood?
Master Hand: I shall, Madame Succubus. Thank you.
Succubus: Then the rest is all yours. Return to headquarters soon.
For the hologram of Succubus's presents to be real and still not there, Master Hand gets ready to carry out the task at hand.
York: Wait–!
More Polygons kept on moving in quickly for a big group attack as they've gotten much stronger and deadlier now.…
Troy: York, stop! Stay on your guard, more are coming.
York: I'm not going to become a prisoner.
Mika: None of us do, York. Let's you, me, and Troy stay strong for this fight.
Kirby tries to take some down as the others join to stay together 'while also protecting everyone else to not get captured at all'; that goes the same thing for the other three heroes from Cross Edge. Not happening!
Keiko: Everyone, we have to stop Master Hands and his Polygons again in order to protect the children, York, Mika, and Troy. And team, let's move out!
Given no other choice now! With Kirby doing his suck ability to grab some in his mouth to spitting the rest out; Keiko, Akechi, Yusuke, Morgana, and Haru use their weapons to cut the rest of the Polygons down, Loki with his chaotic powers to release, Ryju to hit, Ann to whip, Makoto to punch, Futaba to keep everyone powered up, as York punches to kicks, Mika uses her sword, and Troy fires away with his gun. Leaving Caroline's attacks of other random elements and Justine's defense spells does the same thing. Don't stop now! With the other Polygon armies destroyed so far…
Makoto: Now it's Master Hand's turn.
Futaba: Wait…! This is bad, the Polygons aren't defeated at all yet.
Picking up another powerful rating of all of them coming back for more and all were good as new. So unfair!
Loki: Cheater!
Hitting them so many more on Loki's end, it happens all over again.
Akechi: This is bad….! This Succubus can boost up any living thing of more power from far away.
Futaba: Try for something to be impossible! At this rate, all of the Polygon Teams are now ten times, no….triple times invisible to stop them and Master Hand.
If what Futaba said was true based on her hacking skills and Necromoicon's help to say so, then it's all true to be a really bad thing. And by Master Hand snapping his fingers, he too has upgraded power given to Succubus as well.
Master Hand: Try to stop us now, humans…
Caroline and Justine: Look out!
Too late, Master Hand does it to push the others away with a strong energy wave force to knock everyone else to the group. Down to try using the attack to have no effect from Master Hand's powers of whirlwind to push it all back, Futaba loses her powers.
Futaba: Crap!
Ryuji: This is bad, you guys!
Using Keiko's shielding of her Persona's with this type of skill to save the other three and humans.
Keiko: Get out of here now! Mika! York! Troy! Hurry, we'll shield the others! (We have to try as long as we can.)
Mika: But we want to–!
Troy grabs hold of Mika's hand to make a run for it.
Troy: Let's go!
Mika: But we can't leave them here to die, Troy!
Troy: We're not, we're simply trying to keep the enemies away from the group.
York: This still makes us feel like cowards!
Troy: It wouldn't be if we wouldn't be outmatched and them to hold down the line, and not doing this to be cowards! Come on!
Understanding the stakes at hand, Troy was right. The Phantom Thieves weren't going down against Master Hand or the Polygon armies, even Kirby tried to use his hammer as many times he could to save them all. They will come back for him and the Phantom Thieves.
Mika: York, we have no choice.
York: ….Dammit, you're right! (This isn't over yet.)
Almost working for the Polygon Team swarm away from the shield to break with Master Hand's laser point blast from his giant hand.
Keiko: The barrier!
Arsene: Joker!
Loki: Those kids are about to…! RUN AWAY!
Too many to take out, Akechi gets back up to stop them with his many light attacks, laser gun, and laser sword to stop them and save York, Mika, and Troy as quickly as he can from any Polygon Team attacks.
Akechi: Stop this! (I don't think I'm able to make it to them…!)
Somehow, a few make it through to be strong as he headbutts Akechi from behind to send him flying to a wall and he was badly hurt on his side, no!
Keiko: No! BLACK CROW!
And more tackle Kirby to the ground as he was stopped too.
Morgana, Futaba, Ryuji, Ann, Yusuke, Makoto, and Haru: Black Crow!
Akechi: I failed…
Out Cold to let the other three make their getaway, no matter how painful this scene was and not wanting to leave the others behind like this.
Mika: Oh, no….! This can't be happening…!
York: Hey, that's a dirty move there!
Trying to fight back, Master Hand uses his slap to the ground move to set everyone flying in the air to give him and his army of Polygon Team a chance to take what they needed and escape.
Master Hand: Gotcha. Polygons, get those three back to the ship so we can head back to base. I got the other children in the palm of my hand.
Carrying out the task for Master Hand has the whole teens and children in his big hand to scoop into the ship, and the army of Polygons to take York, Mika, and Troy in there as well with the captive humans. Everyone tries to get up to save them with the door closing up on them, for Ann tries using her fiery whip.
Ann: Let them go! Huh?! This is bad!
But sadly, it didn't melt or break.
York: Let us go!
Mika: Please stop!
Troy: You'll regret this!
And with that as Succubus' order, Master Hand and his army's task are done to get the captive humans alive with the other three to open up a portal and take their leave. With the other checking on Akechi and Kirby who was unable to fly to the ship in time to take off in a hurry.
Keiko: Blac Crow!
Morgana: It's alright, he's only out cold.
With Kirby falling down, the mission of the Phantom Thieves' has sadly failed. With Haru helping out Kirby from his fall to feel really down about it.
Haru: Kirby, you poor thing.
Reaching out to the ship with Master Hands retreats by also mocking his enemies. As the out cold kids were back under the spell to keep the other three Cross Edge heroes from going anywhere, from holding them down was really bad.
Master Hand: Sorry, children, I hate to leave on a good fight we were having but time is short for us Shadow Law to carry out the task at hand for a new world order. I'll be sure these three are cared for and our leader and Succubus shall reign supreme real soon.
Yusuke: Coward!
Ryuji: Goddaamit! Give us back our friends and those kids!
Shooting at the ship didn't do good for Makoto either.
Makoto: Running away from a fight and having hostages is very low!
Keiko: Give them all back!
Master Hand: Maybe we'll play again some other time. You all have other things to do, like healing each other up first. Farewell.
Seeing the horrors of the enemy winning with more kids getting captured all over Japan, it was bad for the Phantom Thieves to see this and the other three captured. Keiko was upset to not do anything right now for the portal to close up on them. Leaving York upset even more, Troy to worry, and Mika to reach out her hand to cry out to the others.
York: Hey, Troy…!
Troy: I know, we're trapped.
Mika: ….Phantom Thieves! Save us! Save us all!
And the portal closes with the missing kids along with York, Troy, and Mika captured by Master Hand of the villain video games who work for Shadow Law and Succubus. Who was she to them? With Kirby sad and Loki angry to worry about Akechi's injuries, what will the other Phantom Thieves do now? Everything will be explained as well as getting done real soon for Caroline and Justine have to do something for them without Lavenza at times.
Caroline: Hmph. Are you thinking what I'm thinking, Justine?
Justine: Why yes, Caroline. I believe so.
Caroline: In any case….Hey, Inmate! Let's go to the Velvet Room now! The rest will join us!
Keiko: Huh?
Doing so to open the door to it, with another thing to cast a spell on all over not all of Japan, other countries, states, but the entire world!
Justine: Do not fear. We'll explain everything if you follow us with your world safe from danger for now. Now let's go.
And off they all enter in the Velvet Room with the entire planet under protection as the whole mess was only the start of a fighting video game to be popular of Nintendo has really come to life. And more on that next time as well as saving everyone else while York, Mika, and Troy all hanged in there with the other missing kids and teens around the world.
