He loved to build new and interesting vehicles, in which he would sell. The vehicles were made from scrap and spare parts taken from cars he fixed and towed. That particular day, he had towed over 15 cars in Konoha, but that was the effect of the drought that the village was feeling. Cars would simply over heat and start to smoke, and the bad part was, with the drought, water was rationed so carefully, if you tried to put out a fire, you could be thrown in jail for 90 days and/or 100,000 fine.
About 10 of the 15 cars that he had towed that day, could not be fixed, and the owners had to buy a new car. Even though there was a drought in Konoha, it was very cool in Naruto's garage. He liked to listen to music while he worked on the cars, he said it helped him concentrate on the job at hand. Some of the bands he loved to listen to, were AC/DC, Avenged Sevenfold, Disturbed, Godsmack, Korn, Lamb of God, My Chemical Romance, Nonpoint, and The White Stripes. Naruto played the music very loudly, that way, when he was using a loud power-tool, he could hear the music.
The owners of the unfixable cars were; Sakura, Sasuke, Choji, Ino, Shikamaru, Kakashi, Rock Lee, Tenten, Neji, and Hinata. Hinata secretly liked Naruto, so she allowed Naruto to completely take her car apart so he could build something new, something that the whole village had never seen before. She had secretly hoped that Naruto would tell her what he was building, show her the plans, or even the finished product before the village did. Hinata walked into the cool, and refreshing office of Naruto's towing business where she put down her purse at her desk, and walked into the garage where Naruto was working to tell him that she was signing in for that day's work. Hinata was Naruto's secretary.
Hinata cleared off some junk off her desk, and opened the door to her personal mini refrigerator, and pulled out a bottle of water, and started to drink, when the phone rang. She put the bottle down quickly, and answered the phone, "Hello, this is Naruto's Towing and Tuning, Hinata speaking, how may I help you?"
"Hello, I need Naruto to come and tow my car." Spoke the unknown caller.
"Ok, I need to know who you are first before we can dispatch a truck to your location." Answered Hinata promptly.
"I am honored grandson, tell Naruto that. That is all I am revealing about my self." Spoke the unknown caller.
So, Hinata got a piece of scrap paper, and wrote 'honored grandson' needs his car towed, and walked to the garage door, and continued to open the door, when she found out that the door was indisputably locked. So she knocked on the door, and hoped that Naruto would answer. After a few minutes of desperately waiting for Naruto to open the door, she put her ear to the door, and heard soft, but loud music coming from the other side. Hinata went to the telephone to tell the 'honored grandson', whoever he was, that Naruto was busy at the moment. But when she got to the phone, there was a person standing in front of the desk, waiting to be served, and the phone was hung up magically. Hinata sat down, pulled out a pad of paper, and pencil, and asked the person in line, "Welcome to Naruto's Towing and Tuning, how may I help you?"
"I am the honored grandson that need his car towed, but not any more, it is in front of the garage door. Where is Naruto, I need to speak with him immediately?" asked the honored grandson.
"Before I tell you that, I need to your name, and not just honored grandson." Demanded Hinata in a harsh tone.
"I am…….."
That is the end of chapter 1. I'm trying to make longer chapters than normal.
