Tails and Cosmo have been dating for quite some time now. During their relationship, Tails has been a great boyfriend. Because of this, Cosmo's friends and family became rather jealous and seek to take Tails for themselves.

In an alternative reality of Mobius, Sonic witnesses something moving faster than anything he has ever seen. In exploring his surroundings passed his village and almost getting captured by Robotnik robots, he encounters the being that can go the legendary super speed. As he continues to associate with the individual, he slowly understands the horror how the Ameliorates were evolved

After defeating Robotnik, Sonic meets Silver, Amy, and a different Robotnik as well as others such as Chaos, Infinite and Shadow. Sonic must find a way to send these people back to their dimensions which have their own Sonic the Hedgehog.

When Eggman uses the time eater, he creates a timeline in which Sonic never existed - and his friends had never met. Sonic enters a world that is conquered by the mad doctor, and finds his friends split across different allegiances and goals. Now, he must find a way to bring his old friends back together to take down the Empire and restore the timeline to what it once was.
