Hello there! This is my very first one shot so please bare with me if it's too long or short.I am like completely in love with Sesshoumaru and Rin as a couple! Of course Rin is older..duh..ew..lol
Disclaimer: I do not own the Inuyasha characters in any way at all..none watsoever..zilch..notta..oh crap..anyway they belong to the wonderful Rumiko! I also don't own the song 'My All' by Mariah Carey. that is my favorite song of all time! (I'm only using verse 1 and chrous for story purposes.)

in my sleepless solitude tonight
Sesshoumaru shifted once more on the tree trunk. She wouldn't leave his mind for another night. He knew she was with Kohaku now and she was happy. He couldn't get one night of sleep without Rin entering his mind.
If it's wrong to love you

He knew they couldn't be together anyway. it wasn't apart of the society. Humans and Humans, Demons and Demons. That's just how it had to be. 'How stupid am I to fall in love with a human. A Rin.'

'God, I can't do this anymore. I need her in my arms like when she was my little Rin. Now she has become the apple of everyone's eye. How am I going to make it without her?!'

He heard a rustle in the woods and sat up. Rin appeared from a tree with a sparkle in her eye. She smiled and sighed.
"I've been looking for you for a while now." She said as she sat next to him. It took Sesshoumaru all the strength in the world not to take her right then and there.
"Where is Kohaku, why aren't you with him?" He asked not really caring one bit.
I'd risk my life to feel

"In the hut probably, hopefully not looking for me." Rin said as she played with her kimono.
"You should go back before he does start looking for you." Sesshoumaru said as he watched Rin fidget with her clothing.
"He wants to have babies." She said as she sighed sadly.
"And that is a problem?" He asked. She moved a streak of hair out of his face and smiled. She pulled his face closer to hers and kissed him with all the passion in the world.
And I can't go on
living in a memory of a soul
He slowly pulled Rin into him as they continued to share the beautiful kiss. They finally broke for air and Rin continued to stroke his face gently.
"We shouldn't have done that." Sesshoumaru said plainly.
"Well, I've wanted to do that for a long time. I only married Kohaku, because that's what you wanted. I wish I could say I loved him." Rin whispered as she ran her fingers through his silver locks. Sesshoumaru only sighed.
"You should have told me, Rin." He stated as he settled her in his lap.
"Yeah I know, but you would have married me off anyway." She said sadly as she leaned into his chest. After some comfortable silence she took his hand and traced in the air 3 beautiful words that made Sesshoumaru smile.

your love tonight...
'I love you.'
