I can't really summarize this in such a short word count. The only thing I can say is that this story is very disturbing. This is only the first chapter. If you hate to see beloved characters die, do not read. If you hate gore, don't read. Everyone else, strap in and hold on. This story is one massive mind screw. Enjoy but keep a barf bag nearby.
