Alright, reviews are welcome please enjoy.
I don't own anything other than the plot. North Korea here is owned by Lo-wah (well, just the way he looks, I may have changed the personality to fit this story).
Warning: Swearing ahoy! As well as mention of murder…ish.
Also, from a recent review, the Pusan Perimeter is actually Busan Perimeter. For some reason, my history textbook spelled it with a P, so blame it on textbook.
South Korea was still sitting in the sun room, thinking about what to do. America wasn't going to come around to the idea of being a father anytime soon, and he wasn't sure how to convince him anymore, or at least not right now. He just felt really tired now; just sick and tired of the yelling and he just wanted to be left alone.
Of course, would his boyfriend do that? No. America walked right in, but didn't say a thing, rather he leaned on the door frame looking at his extremely exhausted, pregnant boyfriend. It irritated the Korean ever more.
He glared at the America and in a very low tone said, "You best let sleeping dogs lie, United States."
America was taken slightly aback by the name South Korea used, considering that it was only used when the Korean was pissed off to the point that he would be willing to use tae-kwon-do on him. He had learned that the first time, and wasn't too keen on letting it happen again.
He took one small step back, but still persisted with the argument. "Look, I just think-"
Before he could continue, the Korean cut him off, with an even angrier tone, "I'm warning you, leave me alone."
America held his hands up, not in a mock surrender, but more like a defensive position, which started pissing him off even more. In an attempt to calm the Korean down a bit, America said very gently and as sweetly as possible, "Yong-Soo, please, I know you're angry, but I just want to talk."
The Korean had had enough, and stood up screaming at the foolish American, "Can't you take a fucking hint! I'm not discussing this with you so leave me alone!"
America, not backing down and still holding out (vain) hope, continued to try and talk. "I just want to talk about this civilly. Alright?"
South Korea was fuming with rage, and started going to his last resort: insults. "Fucking fat ass, go take a hike and leave me the hell alone!"
America's eyes turned into slits and a dark aura overcame him. He, too, started throwing insults. "Listen here, you bastard, this is my fucking house and what I say goes."
Each took turns spewing insult after insult, eventually resulting in an all-out screaming match between the two just to see who was hurt worse. The Korean had had enough, and not only shoved America aside but went to a spare bed room, slammed the door, and locked it so America wouldn't bother him.
America, still filled with rage, swore and punched a nearby wall, leaving an indent where his fist made contact. Eventually, he slammed the front door and started walking down the street to blow off some steam. South Korea had collapsed in front of the bedroom door and started crying, often cursing the American for being such a jackass and not seeing how troubled he was about all this.
Outside the house, by the sun room where the yelling match took place, a click was heard from the bushes. A Cuban man popped out of the bush with a recorder, while a Vietnamese woman sweat dropped from the previous fight.
"Man, no puedo creer que Estados Unidos y Corea del Sur se metían en este mal de una pelea. Él es un imbécil!"(*) The Cuban rubbed his hand behind his neck.
The Vietnamese woman scoffed, "What else did you expect from him? He's a jerk to everyone, but I can't believe he would treat my little brother like that!"
Cuba raised an eye brow, "Little brother?"
Vietnam sighed, "He's family by choice. Anyways, you go it?"
Cuba waved the recorder triumphantly, "You bet."
Vietnam nodded and started running towards the car they took to get here, "Let's go before they know we were here."
As Cuba and Vietnam got into the car, Cuba driving, he asks Vietnam, "So… how do you feel about knowing your 'little brother' is pregnant?"
Vietnam giggled slightly, "Well, I was pregnant once before. Though Thailand didn't freak out as much… well, he fainted a few times, but other than that he was fine. I don't mind, I just hope that fat capitalist pig he calls a boyfriend comes around."
Later that evening
Moscow, Russia
Russia, or better known as the Soviet Union, was sitting in his dining/meeting room with his lover, North Korea. This little Korean, while known for being quite cold towards people he hated (which was almost everyone), seemed to have grown a soft spot for this Russian, which developed into this love when the Russian not only stole his first kiss, but also his heart.
Then again, he couldn't hate his partners- or rather comrades in crime: Cuba, China, and Vietnam.
Many would think that since both of them were cruel and sadistic countries that they would be more or less the same as lovers. But, these two did prefer the more romantic and calm relationships that would be normal for many, since they wanted a break and experience true love without either's reputation clouding over.
Russia walked over to his lover and started nuzzling, making sure that his scarf was rubbing against his lover's face. What no one, except for this Russian, knew about was that he liked soft things, such as Russia's scarf. That's why Russia always had really soft bedding, just so he could "convince" the other more easily into some love making.
North Korea leaned into the soft fabric and made a soft purring noise. Russia chuckled at the reaction and whispered a little seductively into the other's ear, "Seems like my kitten has been attention starved, da?"
The Korean opened his eyes to half mast, relishing a little bit when he heard his pet name escape his lover's lips. He was going to say a snarky remark, but he let it slide for now, and instead took to more snuggling and "purring."
Russia was pleased with the reaction, and placed a soft kiss on the other's lips. He moved one of his hands southward, towards the other's pants. They hadn't done it in a week, and he wasn't about to let this chance slip away.
As his hand was about to undo a button on the pants, his lover's hand met his to stop. The Korean made a small chuckle before kissing his partner's jaw line and murmured, "Not yet."
Russia squinted in confusion, which only caused the shorter to smirk. "Why the rush?"
The Korean playfully poked the Russian's cheek, while taking a quick glance at the clock. Russia took notice and tried again to lure his partner to the prospect of doing it. "It's not like our comrades will walk in on us."
North Korea looked quizzically at the taller man, not understanding what he just said. Then, his face turned a light pink at the realization of the Russian's intent. "We are NOT doing it in your meeting room!"
"No, in the closet." The Russian nodded his head in the general direction of the closet.
The shorter man's blush turned a deeper pink, "Like I said, no!"
"Hmm, funny how you're like this yet you convinced me to do it in the shower last week," the Russian teased.
North Korea's blush turned a bright red. "S-Shut up!"
Just then, the phone rang. Russia momentarily stopped his wandering hands and walked over to answer. North Korea started gathering his composure. He will admit, the Russian had a way to get him so hot and bothered at a bad time. He kept an ear listening in on the conversation. He didn't speak Russian that fluently, but he got the general gist of what was being said.
Russia hung up and walked back over with a mischievous smirk that bothered the Korean. The Russian leaned in and whispered, "Seems like our comrades are going to be late."
North Korea stiffened a little, knowing he was going to have to face the music eventually. He asked, "Why?"
Russia, while twirling his fingers around his partner's braid, absent-mindedly said, "Oh, just some weather and traffic. They'll be here around midnight." He winked seductively at the sitting man.
North looked suspiciously at him, "Won't they need you to let them in?"
Russia lowered his hand to run down the other's back, "Nyet (**), they got their own key."
Knowing that they were going to be alone for a while, North Korea gave a sigh and reached a hand behind him. The Russian quirked an eyebrow, wondering what the other was planning, until he heard his own pants button and zipper come undone. He smirked at his lover, while the other gave a small chuckle.
Russia leaned in, "Closet sound good?"
North Korea rolled his eyes, "You'll have to carry me to bed."
Russia nodded his head and yanked the shorter man towards the closet.
The next morning…
Russia woke up to bright sunlight hitting his face through a nearby window. He grunted, and moved on to his side away from the light. He heard shuffling and he looked down to see that his lover had almost gotten crushed.
The Korean moved his arms so that his hands were now resting on the other's pecks. His eyes were at half mast, sleep still evident. Russia moved one hand to rest on the other's hip, while the other took to brushing the Korean's bangs away.
"Morning kitten," the Russian smirked.
North Korea yawned slightly, which made a slight "meow" sound.
Russia smiled a little, "You're so cute when you yawn."
One of his fingers got a little too close to the "kitten's" mouth, so the Korean playfully nipped at the finger.
Russia flicked him on the nose, "Bad kitty." The Korean looked at him crossly before rolling his eyes and snuggling his head under the taller man's chin.
They stayed like that for another half an hour, each dozing in and out of consciousness. Eventually Russia kissed the top of his lover's forehead and whispered, "Let's take a shower, da?"
North Korea looked up at him, with sleep still not letting go, and mumbled, "You'll have to carry me there…"
Russia chuckled softly, "I'll start a bath then."
He got up to get some clothes and get a bath going, while the still tired Korean stayed in bed. North Korea sat up thinking about the past night with a blush grazing his cheeks. He then wondered what the other comrades of his were doing.
He bolted out of bed, though collapsing on the ground due to pain shooting up his spine from his hips, in shock at the possibility of the others hearing them both. Granted, it wasn't like they didn't know about this relationship, or at least they were hinting at knowing, but he still found it embarrassing.
Russia walked back in from the connected bathroom and smirked at the Korean. "Hurts that much, da?"
North Korea stuck his tongue out at him. Russia just rolled his eyes and picked him up bridal style, which just caused the Korean to blush and give a light punch in the shoulder.
After the bath…
North Korea walked down the hall towards the kitchen, where he could hear the other comrades making breakfast. Just as he was about to turn the corner, Vietnam bumped into him.
"Oh, I see you're finally awake Bắc Triều Tiên (***)."
"Mm, morning Vietnam." He greeted, still a little drowsy. Vietnam had her hair out of her pony tail, being unusually lazy this morning, so it cascaded down her back, and the bangs, usually kept in place with bobby pins, scattered over her forehead.
Vietnam continued on her way, going over to the nearby linen closet to get more dish towels and fabric napkins. North Korea went into the kitchen, where he saw China cooking some traditional breakfast foods from all of their countries. Honestly, how China is able to do all that is beyond his knowledge. Cuba was over in the dining room, setting up newspapers over at one end of the table and opening up the curtains that were closed overnight out of routine. It was rare for them all to get together and just chill for a couple of days, thanks to their bosses amazing vacation organizing. Granted, their bosses could be dicks at times, and most of the time the countries hated them anyways, but they managed to understand when they needed a break.
China looked over his shoulder at North Korea, "Morning, North. Go ahead into the dining room."
North Korea looked at him a little quizzically, "You don't want help?"
China rolled his eyes, "I don't want a tired, easily irritated, Korean wielding a knife in this kitchen."
North Korea rolled his own eyes at the jab. He didn't mind them, everyone made jabs at everybody. It's kind of like family jokes.
He entered the dining room, taking his seat near the head where Russia usually sat, while Cuba sat down on the opposite side where he and China had their usual spots. Cuba had a cup of coffee, made from Cuban coffee beans, in his hand and a newspaper in the other. North Korea started dozing off, almost dropping his head on the table. He was not a morning person, despite popular belief based on Japan and China waking up at the crack of dawn each day.
Cuba noticed this and glanced over the newspaper at him, giving a small chuckle, "You need your morning tea?"
North Korea pulled his head up and gave a small grin in return, "I'm almost thinking of going for coffee."
Cuba had to stifle a loud chuckle and remarked, "Yeah, like we need to have another South Korea."
North Korea hid his face to hide the large grin on his face, but failed to hide the laugh, "Fair point."
Vietnam walked in, with two mugs of tea, and placed one in front of North Korea, and the other at her spot next to him. "Looks like I was just in time."
As they sat there, making some small chat and otherwise enjoying the morning, China came in with plates of food. Russia eventually joined in after taking an abnormal long time in the bathroom (apparently he misplaced his clothes and hairbrush). He glared at his lover, fully knowing that he was the culprit for hiding the missing items. North Korea gave him a sly smirk and a look that said: did you like that surprise?
Russia just shook his head at him and took his seat. They ate in relatively quiet silence, sometimes making small talk, but mostly it was just waking up and getting something in their system. Occasionally, Russia would glance at his lover, and sometimes move a hand under the table to play with the other's hand and thigh. North Korea let him have his fun and even returned the favor at one point when he moved his hand very close to Russia's vital region. Had they known that Vietnam caught that while the others were unaware, they would have stopped, but alas they did not.
After they were done eating, and all the dishes were washed and cleaned and the fabric napkins put in the laundry basket near a laundry room, they sat in the living room, simply chatting away about nothing and anything, most often what was going on in their countries and any information they may have found about certain technology that would give them an edge over the capitalists.
They were just talking about what technology America had that would easily be replicated and improved in their countries when Vietnam remembered, "That reminds me. Cuba. The recorder, please."
Cuba got up to retrieve the bad containing the recorder from his room. As he did so, Russia looked at Vietnam quizzically and asked, "What did you find?"
Vietnam rubbed her temple in remembering what she had heard the other day, "You'll find out."
Cuba came back with the recorder and set it on the coffee table in the middle of them all. Russia, who had an arm around North Korea, leaned in to hear better.
As the recording played, there were many looks of disbelief and shock. North Korea was at a loss for words hearing the word pregnant escape his brother's voice and hearing the heated argument between the two. He may have had some harsh feelings after the war, but when someone makes his brother upset like that, you better believe it that he will make you suffer.
Once the recording came to an end, there was a long silence. Eventually, China let out a shocked whistle and North Korea had his mouth slightly open. Russia looked like he was debating what to make of this.
Finally, Russia spoke, "Well… never thought this would happen."
North Korea leaned back, clearly troubled by the information. "…What shall we do?"
A few seconds of silence passed before Russia spoke, "Oddly enough, let's put it to a vote."
A couple more seconds of silent thinking passed, then Cuba spoke, "Well, they already beaten us to the punch, and they seem to already be working their way of making this a bigger deal than necessary, so I say we sit back and watch."
China tossed his hands in the air, "I'll side with Cuba."
Vietnam leaned back, "I don't want to get involved in something like this if it means it will fall back on my son. I say watch the show."
North Korea stayed silent, still not sure what he just heard, and Russia was staring at the table in deep thought. Cuba chuckled, and in a heavily sarcastic voice said, "Well, doing it the democratic way would mean that we won."
Russia smirked a small bit at the comment, but then turned serious. After a few more seconds at thinking, he said, "We'll leave it undecided and see how it plays out."
The others nodded in agreement, and decided to continue their lazy day. However, Russia pulled his lover aside. North Korea looked at him quizzically, though he didn't need to say anything and just waited for the others to leave the room.
Once they left, Russia spoke, "Meet in our room tonight, I need you to do something for me."
North Korea took that moment to say a cocky remark, "Oh, you need me to take care of something in your pants by that time?"
Russia held back his laughter, and returned to his serious state, "No, nothing like that."
North Korea cocked an eyebrow at the remark, but shrugged it off, thinking nothing of it. He really should have started asking questions.
Later that evening…
North Korea walked down the hall towards his and Russia's shared room whenever he was in Russia. He noticed that when he entered, Russia had closed the door and locked it. This razed a thought in the Korean's head, but he pushed it aside since he figured Russia really needed him to hear what he has to say without the others hearing.
Russia walked up to him and handed him an object wrapped in white cloth. It was slightly heavy, but it felt metallic through the cloth. He simply said, "Take this to South Korea. Once you unwrap it, you'll know what to do."
North Korea looked at the cloth bundle with a confused look, then opened the wrapping to reveal its contents. Inside was a knife. The same knife from 1950 in Busan.
The Korean stood there shell shocked, "What the hell, Ivan?!"
Russia looked at him with cold eyes, "It's not like I'm asking you to kill him. Just one stab. One little stab to the stomach. Just a couple months from now."
North Korea had a panicked look in his eyes, "You're asking me to kill his child!? I couldn't even stab him back when we were at war! Why the hell do you want me to do this?!"
Russia's gaze was still icy cold, "You know that no one messes with my friends. This is just retribution for what America has done."
"So you want me to go after my brother!? What kind of fucked up joke is this!?"
Russia gripped his shoulder, very harshly, causing North Korea to grimace and try to pry the hand off. "Listen. All I need you to do is do this. Not now, but a couple of months from now."
"This is fucking nuts!"
Russia then smacked him hard across the face, leaving a large, red mark. North Korea touched his cheek with a shocked expression.
Russia leaned in, and in a low whisper stated, "You know you shouldn't disobey me."
North Korea's mouth stuttered a bit, before he just gave an answer he knew Russia would be okay with, "Okay."
Russia nodded his head, and started getting ready to go to bed. North Korea slowly moved towards the door to go to the spare bedroom because he was feeling really scared seeing Russia show this dark side. Russia looked over after taking his shirt off, and made a sour face.
"And where do you think you're going?" Russia asked with a dissatisfied look.
"…Just to the other bedroom." North Korea said with hesitance.
Russia walked over and slowly pulled the other's arms back, forcing the other to back up into him. Russia clicked his tounge, "I don't think so."
North Korea may not get scared that often, but if he made a top 5 times he has been scared, this would easily be close to number 1.
North Korea hesitated to speak, and when he did, his voice faltered and shook, "Okay."
Yes, I didn't know how or where to end this, so here it is.
I'm sorry that I didn't get to work on this earlier, but school and other issues have been keeping me away. I would have probably gotten this done a week or two ago, but having 5 school projects due, getting sick, and one of the cats dying (quite horrifically) just took it out of me.
I will try to update more as school ends next week for me, so you should see some more from me soon.
Reviews are always welcome, and enjoy the rest of your day.
