I am soooooooooooo Sorry it has taken me a LONG time to update! I didn't expect this to have so many reviews and views so I really want to thank you beautiful people. I found this really hard to write because I am a stupid idiot that took so long, but it's better late then never :) It might not have been worth the wait and I 100000% understand!

I have been writing a fanfiction on Divergent called Stars Of Dauntless about Tobias and Tris without the war. If you like that sort of thing please check out my profile page!

Anyway, I really hope you like this chapter wrote by an idiot. xxx

"Katniss" Peeta hurried into the room hugging me. We were allowed to say a few words to our district mentors before we are thrown into the tube to take us to the arena.

"I don't want to do this" I began to cry

"Look, Katniss, Look" Peeta pulled my chin up

"Don't panic. Just run for the jungle okay? I will follow you" His voice was shaking

"We need Weapons and equipment" I blurted out

"Don't worry I'll get them" Peeta then kissed me on the cheek.

"Peeta Mellark? This way please" A man dressed in white said.

"Just do as I said" Peeta said and then walked away.

I walked to the tube and it shot me straight up the Arena. Opposite me were Peeta, then Finnick and then Johanna.

I look around. Water. Water splashes on my feet. I see the jungle but the only way to get there is to swim.

9

I look to Peeta and he gives me a nod into the direction I must go.

I look over to the land and see bags. I don't care about the bags. Anything could be in there. Rubbish or needed equipment.

6

What I need is my bow.

5

I can't see it.

4

Breathe in. Breathe out.

3

There! The bow is there. In the direction Peeta suggested to me.

2

I look down into the salty water.

1

Breathe in.

I dive into the water, feeling the impact of the water hitting my skin. I feel my body imminently alert me of the cold water but I ignore it. I swim straight. Keeping myself under the water is the intelligent thing do to. Nobody can see me to attack me. But that isn't the real reason why to stay under and swim. It blocks out the sound of people's screaming, of the knifes scraping. Most of all, the sound of the cannon. Maybe I could just stay under until I feel my lungs tightening. The peace of dying in water is better then someone murdering you. I could just suffocate myself. No. Something screams in my head. I am carrying a child. My child. Peeta and my child. I swim up and breathe in the air. I missed the air.

I'm closer to the edge then I thought. I swim faster. I want to feel land on my feet. I hear the screams in the distance but I don't look back. I pull myself up and run to the bow. Swinging the bows onto my back and then reloading the bow and arrow. I turn back to see Mags. She swims towards me. I help her out stilling looking out for Peeta.

"Where's Peeta?" I scream. Mags hands are on her knees, trying to catch up with her breathing.

"Look!" Mags points behind me. I turn and feel the knife skim on my cheek. Cashmere pushes me back onto the floor. I scream at the burn in my stomach. She pulls back her hand with the knife. I can't move. I can't think. I'm too scared for the baby. I need to stop.

I'm not pregnant. I'm not. I'm not! I say to myself like it is going to make a difference. But it does. I pick up my bow and arrow and let it go, hitting her in the thigh. She screams, throwing the knife and I roll while it flies past.

"Cashmere!" Gloss shouts. He runs towards her and kneels.

I'm bleeding. I'm bleeding! I scream in my head. I look down to see my stomach bleeding. Did she hit me with the knife? Or did I... no! Gloss looks up to me and then my stomach. He scoops up Cashmere and runs into the jungle. He didn't kill me. He didn't finish me off. I jump up, feeling the fire in my stomach again.

"Katniss!" Peeta shouts. He runs towards me with Finnick. "Common!" He grabs me and all four of us run into the jungle.

My legs throb and feel numb. Keep running. The further away we run the quicker we can rest.

"Peeta... I ...I can't" I'm breathless. He ignores me. I hear Finnick and Mags heavy footsteps behind me. How do they do it? Even Mags. How can they keep running and then act like they can run some more?

"We can stop!" Finnick shouts. We slow down until all I can hear are our heavy breathing.

"Are you okay?" Mags asks me, putting her hand on my shoulder.

"Yeah, are you?" I ask back and she nods. I look over to Peeta.

"What are you doing?!" He yells to me.

"What?!" I shout.

I put my hand on a tree and spit out blood.

"I saw you on the other side of the lake! Cashmere, she was attacking you!"

I look up to Peeta. My stomach tightens as the burning sensation moves up to my throat.

"You sat there and acted like you were going to watch her throw that knife!" He continues. "I thought you were... dead" He gently says.

"What were you doing on the other side of the lake?!" Is all I can think to say. Mags and Finnick move their heads back and for on us.

"I had to get the bags with Finnick" He starts to walk towards me but I straighten up and stand back. Smudging the blood off my cheek I don't just feel fire in my stomach. I feel like I am going to turn into fire. But then I remember.

"I'll will get them" Is what Peeta said. He was going to get the bags and I completely forgot. I feel dizzy and sweaty. My stomach sends fire into my arms and then into my legs.

I look down. Blood. Blood covers my stomach. More then there should be. More then just a little cut on a knife would make. It drips onto my shoes. I look back up at their faces on my stomach. My body becomes weak until I feel the fire pull me to the floor.

I see darkness.
