Chapter: Two Part 2

What was once patches if barren dirt and burnt grass turned to smooth stone tiles. The Water fountains must be sculptures of the founders of this school. On the center was an old magician called Sage, The left was a Dag that was standing on his back legs holding a staff and on the right... was a cat in the same was as the dog. What kind of place is this? Mystical Pet Trainers? Maybe I can get Max to hold a staff too, I laughed.

"Follow us". Dawn smiled and staying low to Max rubbing his head. He never walked when I scratched his head and then there is that Aqua chick...

"So, those are some big muscles you have there... how long it take you to get them"? She stroked his arms. Aqua was making moves on what is mine and mine alone. Then again, they did just save out lives and are stronger then us by far. We need not pick a fight with them. When Dai saw me, I snatched my face from his sight facing forward.

"Prin. Is something bothering you"? Did he just ask that? Another girl is all over him and he has the nerve to ask me that? I know, he's under her spell, yeah that's it. I have to separate then, causing a fight or not. Wind was staying back with Ping and I was left alone. Maaaaaaan... this sucks. I sure wish there was a gut to hang with. We continued onwards and suddenly, the girls dropped from flying to walking. Why not fly to the front door? Then another student tried and she she was shocked. A cute little thing but to see her get shocked like that just made me want to drop.

"Hey! Are you okay"? I ran to her aid and she cried. She was nothing but a little girl. She gripped my shirt, getting it wet. It wasn't a normal cry like 'WAAAA' but more of a GAGAGA! Who cries like that. I didn't know what to do. I rubbed me hand across her head and she stopped. That simple? Wow, guess I would make a good babysitter.

"Molly! Molly, where are you"? A male voice came from the forest on the left. Then the girl jumped up.

"That's brother"! She jumped up and ran in that direction. When a figure emerged from the trees I had my blades ready and drawn, then I was the one that was shocked. Guess hostile actions are prevented at this point too. So does that mean he's a friend of mine then an enemy? Molly pointed to me and smiled.

"Big brother, big sister helped me". I was still on the ground from the sudden shock when he walked over to me ad offered his hand. I took his hand and he helped me up. His was a below average sized person for a male, but just a little. A little shorter then me as well. I can tell that he was use to this place. On top of that, where is his weapon?

"I'm Paul. From that shock that you just took. I am going to take a guess that your new to Bilvige? If your alone, me and Molly can show you around". He stared me right in the face and smiled. The others was some ways down the road. I can believe that they left me. Even Max? Even Max left me!

"Sorry but my friends are down the road there. I hope that we can meet again." I waved bye and ran as fast as I could to catch up with the others. It didn't take to long but I was gasping for air when I reached them. I couldn't even speak for a while and stopped them from talking so I could explain what happened and why I stopped.

"Okay, that's all fine and good in all but... who's the kid"? Dai pointed by my side. I looked down and that girl followed me? How did she keep up to me with those tiny legs? More importantly, why is she following me to begin with? Molly smiled and hugged my leg. I tried to push her off but failed.

"AWWWWW" Dawn squeaked. "She is adorable"! Her friends held her back.

"Get the girl out of here! You don't want Dawn holding onto her"! Flair said when her and the others were hold back Dawn with all their might. That's when the girl disappeared. One second, she was here and the next, POOF! Gone, as if she was never here to begin with. I looked all around but molly was nowhere to be found. Ping was helping me look in fear of something happened to her.

"What are we going to do? We were the last people that she was with. What is we get charged of murder or something like that? We just have to find her"! Ping was wigging out, then Dai looked at me. I nodded and he knew what I wanted him to do. We been through this before. Dai waled up to Ping and gave him one good one in the gut and he passed out.

"Sorry man, but your not making this any better then it has to be". Dai through Ping over his shoulder. "Do you mind if you can direct us to the infirmary"? Dai asked one of the ladies. Gust, the green girl, nodded and waved for him to follow. Aqua tagged along, what a shock. I's sure that it was his first time to get knocked out like that. I can tell that Dai held back. Maybe that he started to like him as a brother or something. He has a habit of doing that to other younger guys. Max sniffed around and did his foxy thing. Memorizing the surroundings and everyone's sent but smell and matches with the figure. Dawn should be easy to follow. It looks like that he like her more then me. These girls seem like trouble. They are splitting us up.

"Well, I'm going to my dorm. I need an energy bar. Later girls". Shadow gave a wave and left in a different direction then the way that we were going. So that's three, not the only ones are Terra, Dawn and Flair. I felt behind enemy lines. We don't know what their true goal really is. Or is it that to split us up was it. Wall I'm sure that Max will stay by my side.

"Fetch". Dawn said behind my back with fast moving prints followed behind the word. He left

didn't he? Looks like that I really am alone this time. A solo mission to discover what this place is and what the game plan is here. Everyone else is sucked into their game but not me.

"I know! Lets take you on a tour, um, what was your name again"? Terra asked. I cant believe that she forgot my name already. That snug smile and innocent stance that she makes is just, just, I don't know but it like it one little bit. Put an ice cube in the microwave and watch as it bursts from anger.

"It's Prin. This time try not to forget it please". I said rudely. Lets see how she likes that.

"Okay, Princess". She perked up her breast and leaned in on me. Not only was she calling what I'm not, well, sort of not, but making fun of how small I am. This is war. She wants to give it all then that's what she is going to get at full force, but not now. After all, this is public. I can take her on school grounds where magic and weapon aren't used.

"I can see that your timid. Would you like to calm in the combat arena". Dawn suggested. That girl is always smiling and she's... waving her wand around... if we cant do things like that, why can she? This place it rigged. Maybe there are a select few that are allowed to do so. Like agents or something like that. I heard about that group. Nothing but trouble.

"Hey, Dawn. How come you can have you weapon out but we cant"? I asked, if its a secret I must know for when things get hairy. Dawn looked to the ground in disappointment and cried a little. First time I seen her frown. Then she ran in the same direction as Shadow.

"What's her problem? Was it something I said"? I looked towards Flair and Terra.

"Weeeeeell. To tell you the truth. Dawn has power but she's so weak that her power doesn't register in the system. It's funny really. Even I'm stronger then her, pathetic". Flair gloated then laughed. For a teammate, she can be a total tho shall not be named.

"But don't forget Flair, Once upon a time, Dawn was stronger then you'. Flair Froze in mid-laugh. 'And if I may add, you're still weaker then the crybaby on the team." Terra made Flairs laughter her own. Flair tried to fly away but... the not magic zone thing. She was shocked and fell to the ground. I guess she's not to bright when getting away but I feel for her. There was a girl in my old class in high school that was better then me. No matter what spell I cast or attack I did, it never touched her, but the same to her, to an extent. She will find a way.

During the final exam, we was teamed up to fight against a rival school. Two on each team and the higher in the ranks you are the better the grade. A large percentage of students failed that year and had to retake the class. We did work together after all. My attack and skill and her way to work things out and break through others spells, we were unstoppable but that changed. The final rounds, we divided and had to fight out teammate. I lost that round. It was ironic really. I couldn't beat her but my mystic skills worked with her well. Anyway that's beside the point. I know how Flair feels and you know, I like her better. She reminds me of me when I was younger but... she's about my age. Some don't mature as well I guess.

"Hey" I said to Flair. "How about you show me around. I was like you once and maybe we can make you better then what you are some day".
