Equestria; the Swords of Justice
A/n: hey guys, StormingIsraphel here with my first ever Pokémon crossover, I have no idea what gave me this idea, but if you have any ideas, or any ideas, you know the usual stuff, just PM me or drop a review, now, let us begin, and before I forget, like some of my other stories, all characters are anthro.
Disclaimer: I don't own Pokémon or MLP; FiM, if I owned the former of the two, Cobalion would be appearing in Gen V much more commonly.
Chapter 1; Justice Falls…
Cobalion ducked under another sphere of darkness. He looked over to his left where Virizion and Terrakion were, both were also taking cover from the enraged enemy they had to deal with. "Taste your doom, Swords of Justice, Oblivion Wing!" Their opponent shouted, sending a huge red beam their way. The two dodged to the side, as the bird of destruction's attack hit, completely obliterating the wall they were hidden behind.
"What do we do, Cobalion?" Virizion asked. "Without Xerneas, we can't land much damage on this guy." Cobalion looked over the boulder at the red and black Y-resembling bird, only to duck under another shadow ball. "No idea, we don't have much chance, Terrakion, if it is possible, can you hit him with smack down?" he asked his larger teammate. "No idea, boss, but if I do land a hit, we will need to move fast." The large earthen legendary asked.
"Then let us be swift, hit him as hard as you can." Cobalion said. Terrakion gripped a nearby boulder and threw it with all his might, the massive bird, despite his size, was able to dodge and counter attack, by sending a shadow ball into the ceiling, the ceiling immediately started to fall around them.
"Sorry, but this is where I get off, Farewell, fools! Phantom Force! " Yveltal yelled out loudly, before vanishing into the floor, just as the cave collapsed, leaving everything white. But not before a message reached the three's ears. "Rest well musketeers, for another world needs your judicial guidance." Cobalion raised an eyebrow at the sound, before everything went from light, to dark.

A/n: I know it's short, and yes I also know that there aren't any ponies, yet, but they will show up next chapter, if anyone wants me to make it where they fight against all of the different MLP villains at least once, let me know.
