Hi, so I'm not dead, yet. Real quick update written late at night on no sleep with a phone, keep your expectations low.
Anyway the poll is over and story 3, "From the Abyss" won by a whopping 1 vote. So that PREMISE will be continued. However, there will be some big differences. Some readers pointed out that Silica wasn't mentioned. Don't worry, she is dead too.
The big change that will happen is the overall shipping and basis of the story. It will be turned into a Kirito x Sinon story, with a lot of revisions. My writing was, well... Shit two years ago, I know, so shred away.
The new story will deal with a Kirito who has lost almost everyone he befriended to Laughing Coffin. Also, it will bring in a new concept of using the Cardinal's world quest system in SAO, with which makes him strong, but does not resolve the subsequent mental instability in him. As opposed to in Sao, this will be post SAO, but have a slight change to the world seed, where two base level admins are made for Kayaba and Kirito, but neither use them unless extreme points are hit.
The story's first chapters will deal with Kirito reflecting on the atrocities he committed against Laughing coffin, and remembering SAO.
Basically he accepts PoH's view of the strong survive upon killing him, and his actions haunt him. Sinon is there so they can both slowly heal together. The casualty list will be all the female friends but Argo, and part of Klein's guild. Nice to be back, and expect an update at some point in the future.
