Dessert
"Don't." Ryoma looked over at Momo. The latter had one hand on the other's bento.
"But I'm starving. I didn't get any breakfast this morning," Momo whined.
"Then that's your fault." Ryoma seized the bento away from Momo. The older of the two always had the habit of skipping breakfast whenever he woke up late. He would then have to rush on his bike to pick up Ryoma for school. Even if Momo did wake up early, Ryoma had a very slim chance on getting to school on time, especially in recent weeks. Momo always complained about how he took time out of his day to do something nice for the young prodigy.
Of course, in exchange for the ride, Momo would expect the other to share his lunch. But Ryoma knew better. Momo would devour it all regardless of his promise to only eat a small portion.
"But—"
"No," Ryoma asserted. The young prodigy opened up his bento and began eating. Then a wicked idea came to thought. He knew eating lunch with his sempai would be interesting today. Each bite became unhurried as Ryoma thoroughly enjoyed his meal in front of Momo, who thought that to be the cruelest chastisement in the world. After all, what had he done to deserve something like this?
Momo whimpered.
Ryoma picked off a grain of rice off his lower lip. Smirking like the little devil Momo thought him to be, Ryoma offered it to the other, only to eat it himself. Momo groaned again; the other even took the liberty of describing how he helped make the sweet rolled omelets. Ryoma held it out long enough for Momo to catch the delectable aroma of the omelet. The younger took a bite, placing the rest down next to the octopus sausages.
Ryoma mentioned how he also made those that morning while waiting for him.
"I should thank you, Momo-sempai; if you hadn't shown up so late, I wouldn't have this tasty lunch in front of me. It was almost worth being late to class. Almost." The emphasis on that last word was matched with a small glare at Momo. He then stuck out his tongue at his hungry friend.
Momo snapped. He tried to steal an octopus sausage. Ryoma snatched it away with his chopsticks and popped it into his mouth. Unfortunately, Momo quickly followed after.
Momo fell on top of Ryoma, lips crashing together.
"Get the hell off," he cried out under Momo's weight. He pushed the other boy away. "Just take the damn thing. I already got my dessert." Ryoma almost pouted but couldn't help but smirk.
And so went Momo eating, only to realize what Ryoma said hours later.
