Having finally caught up with his paperwork, Derek starts to wonder what's going to happen in the GUILT war. He's pulled out from his thinking as he's called to operate on another GUILT patient. Just another working day for Derek and Angie while the war of GUILT is occurring. Wait...this patient has a strange case of GUILT?

A slightly altered version of the epilogue of Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2 from the perspective of Angie Thompson.

Book 3: The future of medicine begins to evolve as powerful leaders enter the medical field. Meanwhile, Derek begins to grow an even more popular following after saving Secretary Pierce’s life. It's under these lights that Derek realizes the true potential of his protege as well as the dangers of being overconfident.

Set in the Pathogenic War AU! Stigma has arrived and is mainly tackled by Markus, Valerie and Elena but that doesn't mean Derek and Angie aren't treating Stigma too. There's just one problem...Stigma intrigues Phronesis, a puzzle with pieces missing as all the strains haven't been revealed yet. With a Stigma patient comes in, Phronesis gets another piece of the puzzle.

We saw Adel go mad in UTK2, but what if others became victims to that as well? This little chat between Mr Mercer and two doctors is the aftermath of an event like that.

Derek doesn't know what prompted him to pick up the phone, call that number, and get the help he so desperately deserves. But it takes him a while to get there. /Cross-posted on A03

Derek doesn't wake up again. Second POV.

For Derek's 29th Birthday, Tyler promises to carry out his best friends birthday party for the third year in a row on one condition; he confess his feelings to the woman that he has been madly in love with for three years now.

After Derek is cut down to size, a missing patient brings Angie and Derek together where they hash out their feelings and deal with their built up emotions in a way neither of them saw coming. (Set during Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2 3-5 Familiar Faces)

Derek's well aware of the consequences whenever he uses the Healing Touch once, but Savato's a special case and having the Healing Touch activate twice...can lead to consequences Derek wasn't aware of. One-Shot!

Being left alone with someone with a shady past isn't always approved of. With the threat of Stigma though Markus is left supervising Derek while they pour over their research on Stigma. It creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere between the two, Markus the surgeon and Derek the G.U.I.L.T host. One-Shot! Delphi Derek AU!
