Tanjiro Kamado was attacked by Muzan on his way home and turned into a demon. He manages to regain his humanity, but is soon decapitated by Water Hashira, Giyu Tomioka. However. Tanjiro regenerates for unlike every other demon, he was resistant to sunlight. After running away from home, Tanjiro must adapt to life as a demon while avoiding both Muzan and the Demon Slayer Corps.

He had never been a man of many words. Tomioka Giyu was a man of action. Instead, of writing back, Giyu chose to visit Tanjiro when he found the time between missions.

When Zenitsu tries to run away from the little heaven he found, he finds himself face to face with the radiant sun shining brightly upon this world.

Whenever happiness is destroyed, there is always the scent of blood. Kamado Tanjiro has known this truth for a long, long time, yet he was unprepared for the time misfortune struck once more, right at the moment when he thought everything would be fine. Full summary inside.
